A mirror shows your shadow, copies the same movement you do, and of course, it is use to check your handsome looking appearance. Let me tell you a story about this one particular boy and its shadow in the mirror...Please try not to laugh, it is the start of a new era.~ Encounter by GemiNiah It must be Monday Why you ask? Well, as you can see...standing or flying right in front of me is a purple and horrifying looking horse. Flapping its wings, and its horn flaring from being dim to bright. It wore a crown, a star-shaped formed at the top of its crown. It also had that weird looking tattoo on its butt. Its eyes were glowing brightly and she was flying upright by the way, with her...uhm, hooves held together. This 'strange mysterious goddess being meets a destined soon to be hero' is so horrendously cliche' that I would take my chances on watching a really cheesy movie which I will not pronounce the name for several reasons. Then I began to questioning at the back of my head: What is happening? No clue. Chances of finding it out? Zero. I'm so confused about the situation right now, naturally I would scream like a little girl as I run for my life. But I just stood there like an idiot. I was just watching the latest episode of Naruto, another filler episode, surprise, surprise. Then I heard this strange humming sound. I thought it was coming from the computer or the sound of Raruto making a resenengan. But noooooo...it had to be something else... A flash of light emitted on top of my bed that my supposedly stacked visual novel games were placed (appropriate to all ages mind you) began to drop down to the floor. One by one they fell, tearing up my heart bit by bit as I see my love ones fall. Without a second of a doubt, I charged towards the side of the bed, saving and collecting my hard earned cuties. The light began to expand into a giant yellow orb, floating above my bed causing stacks of all my hard work to descend into their miserable end, again. Once my hands piled up with 'my stuff' I dropped them down to the side and tried to catch em' all. Oblivious to the unnatural event that was currently happening. BOOM! A small explosion erupted from the orb causing me to be thrown back by the shock wave, with my games flung off into different directions. I finally hit something hard as the wall stopped me from flying off towards the sky, my body winced in pain. I raised my hand and put it above on my head and rubbed it to try ease the bruise, it hurt so much. The pain I was feeling wasn't enough, the world desired for a much more traumatic experience. I felt something wet as I rubbed my head. I pulled out my hand to investigate what the problem was and what did I see...a whole lot of red...also known as blood, my blood. My aunt's going to kill me. I touched my head again, as a massive headache attacked on my poor brain, shutting my eyes closed as I winced in pain again. Then I just realized something, the loud humming noise disappeared and I didn't smell any smoke coming from the fire. Which was good but at the same time, it was bad. "I did it..." a voice said, sounded like it was wheezing for air. My curiosity got the best of me as I took a peek with my left eye, When I shifted my gaze upon the creature laying on top of my bed, my eyes widen as I see another horned winged-horsey. And this was were we left off earlier... "I actually did it..." her voice raised. She did what? Assuming that she's female, she did what exactly? If she was planning to scare me to death, then it could have totally work if I wasn't distracted on saving these babies. But besides the point, this 'horsey', that's their name for now until I found out what they really are anyway. This one had a purple coat, like I had explained earlier, its tail or rather mane was a shade of dark violet with a single streak of pink complimenting her waste on money on creating that piece of handiwork...er...hoofwork? Time crept by slowly as our gaze locked on to each other, I didn't noticed that she was looking at me as well. Time flies by when your being creep out. She stared at me like man meets alien, then alien meets man. But at this moment the alien is more frightened than the man. Even though it should have been the opposite. Her eyes drooped suddenly as her whole body started to fall towards out of the bed, by instinct I lifted myself off my sitting position and ran madly towards the falling...pony, much better than horsey.  As soon as her hind legs slipped off the bed, I caught her just in a nick of time. Earning a sigh of relief, I looked at...the game beneath the pony and saw that it was safe. "Thank goodness..." I sighed, then I looked at the sleeping pony in my arms. Oh, and she's fine by the way. Even just by looking at her, I can tell that she's bad news. The question is, what should I do now? Calling to the police was the worst idea so I shrugged that suggestion off. Calling the media is also out. The government? Nah, I'm not that insensitive, I don't want anything to happen to her even though that...'event' just happened. Keep her here for now, sounds a-O-Kay for now. I sighed again, weakly as I felt something dripped on my eye. It stung like hell that it made my left eye closed to protect itself from the thing that was flowing down on my eye. Quickly, I carried the pony on my arms and walked towards the nearest mirror. Once I found it, it was hard to see because of my elongated muzzle in the way. With a bit amount of effort on moving my head and ears I finally found the position to see what exactly happened to my eye. Oh...the blood that formed on my head...caused it. Yup, so dead. I don't know how. But I manage to stop the bleeding on my head, I thanked my aunt that she was a doctor or else I should have gone to the hospital and leave this confused pony on my bed. The cloth that I wrapped around my head is not that bad, I was just an amateur. With one last look at the mirror; the cloth that surrounded my head was punctured by my horn and some loose rainbow hair can be seen. Yep, not bad at all...at least the pony was safe, I couldn't help if I tried. We had different anatomy. Well, despite my...uh, condition though. I directed my attention to the sleeping pony on the bed, mumbling something to herself. She's having a dream? Even in this state of the situation. The feeling of doubt began to surface and there was another feeling which surprised me, I felt completely and utterly safe...ugh...is that good? This is all happening too fast for me, and yet I'm still calm! There is something wrong with me, heh...no shit Sherlock. Just take a look at yourself. I blame Luffy for this, the very first anime I watched and it had to be him. That guy can be so casual in any situation, which I liked. But he was in a world of fantasies and I live in the real world. I got some of his traits somehow, which led to the man that I am now. Well, can't blame him though, I blame my childhood. Within the silence, I heard a familiar ringing sound. It was faint, but my mind clicked to know what it was. I stepped out of my room, making sure the door was close. I don't want the pony to escape or something while I was gone. I head towards the sound through the dark hallway as it ringed in my ears as I got closer. Okay, the ringing sound was actually the phone ringing non-stop and pausing a few seconds. I reached my hand out, and grabbed the phone up to my ear. "Yello," I said casually. "Emile? Emile is that you?" the person calling asked. "Yeah, its me, is that you Auntie?" I asked. "Yes. And I was just calling to inform you that I'll be coming home late again. The hospital needed me to replace one of the doctors for the night," she explained. I replied to her by humming my voice. "So since I don't want to come home and our house burned down into ashes, there's some money left inside back-up wallet in the purple bag I left in my room, use it to buy your dinner, kay?" "Yeah, I'll do that Auntie," "Great," she finished. When I was about to drop the call, I heard her voice again and pulled the phone back to my ear again. "Oh, and remember, to not use the money to buy more of your games, and don't wander anywhere else after you're done eating outside," I huffed at her distrusting nature, "Aw, come on Auntie! You know that I wouldn't do that..." She replied with the same humming noise I used, "That's what you said the last time, and I found you getting back home with a policeman beside you," 'I didn't know what time it was, give me a break...' "I know, but that only happened since our mayor put curfew hours for us students," I replied, giving her a reason to trust me again. "And you were also waiting in line at the game store that night," Okay, that stung. I really got to give her a credit, she brings other mothers to shame. Well, from my point of view in this case. Auntie is the last relative I have ever since my parents...went to paradise, as you call it...she had cared for me ever since I was six years old. And I treat her as my mother and she treats me like her very own son. She doesn't have a husband, but we are a family even though it's just the two of us. For that I am happy. "Yeah, yeah, whatever," I said sarcastically. I heard my Auntie giggling at the phone, which made my frown gone and was replaced with a smile. "Remember!!" she emphasized. "I'll be coming home by midnight...hopefully," she said. "You'd better be there when I get back, or you can kiss your games good-bye," Another death threat, "I won't let you take them away, bring it!" I declared as we both joked about. A few seconds passed, and we both started to laugh. It was a good and slightly awkward laugh, if you're alone in the room. Then in the background of my aunts laughter, I heard a person calling out her name. "On my way!" she responded. "Okay I gotta go now Emile, I love you," I rolled my eyes, she was still considering me a kid. Oh well, what have I got to loose, I'm alone in my house anyway. Well, not technically since there's this pony in my bed right now. When she wakes up, I wonder if Hell was already at my doorstep. "Okay Auntie, I love you too," I replied to her caring good-bye. Before I can even bring the phone down, I could already hear my Auntie screaming at the nurses. Why? Because she's the best doctor in this neighborhood. She has been a doctor for twenty years, and she has a darn lot of experiences in her life. Luckily, I wasn't in the nurses position right now. You don't want to see Auntie angry. Not only she could put mothers down, but also the great and mighty Hulk. I sighed and prayed to the nurses that they could withstand my Auntie's instruction given to them. Before I could even turned my back something pushed from behind, making me stumble a bit forward. "PRINCESS CELESTIA!!" the pony suddenly jumped me from behind, hugging my back. "Gah!" I screamed. Anyone with a weak heart would die from a heart attack right about now, but not this guy. Totally not peeing in my pants right now!...I'm not lying... After failing miserably on trying to regain my balance after the sudden attack, gravity got the best of me and I flopped down to the floor, face first. If there is one thing you're expecting for, is that pain will always come first. Ah...the pain, sweet pain....the pony was still grasping me with her hooves. It was so looooong. (hint, hint) At least I know know what wood tastes like, and I am not liking it. Minutes passed and I was still down for the count. I tried to stand up while using my hands to lift myself off the floor. But the pony was too heavy for me to do anything. I can hardly breathe. This pony weighs a ton and yet it has kept such a slender figure. And please tell me I didn't said this pony was sexy. Craving for oxygen, I lifted my head off the floor and started to wheeze for air. With my stomach on the floor, it was still hard to breath. I twisted my head towards the hugging lug on my back, I was planning to throw her off my back forcefully until I heard a sobbing noise. S-sobbing? Was she crying? My eyes finally locked on to her, but only a half of its mane and ears were seen visibly since the lack of humans necks to turn 180 degrees. My back shivered as a small amount of cold water dripped through my shirt. But that confirmed my suspicion, she was indeed crying..... Um...okay? What should I do? She was crying, and I have no idea why. She just popped out of nowhere, and now she is hugging me. Has my world been controlled by one of those people out there? Haha, impossible. Well, joking aside, I should do something about this. Before I could even speak, she has cut me out, "Five years..." she started. "Five whole years...and you were here all along..." she poured out into more sobs as my shirt absorbed it all. Cold, very cold! "I miss you...Princess..." she hugged me even thighter. "*cough*...h-hey...*cough*" I wheezed. That's it! "Get...*gahk*...off me!" I felt her lock on me loosen a bit and her head off my shivering back. Thank goodness...my skin is very sensitive, and I really appreciate it if it wasn't touch by neither anything hot nor cold. "Hmm? P-princess?" she asked, tilting her head. Silence.... "Are you serious!?" Okay, now I'm pissed. I was about to grab her and pushed her off forcefully, but then....I can't tell with my head looking at the wooden floor, but judging from what she was doing on my back I think she removed her hooves off me. Rather quickly. "W-WHAT!?" she shrieked, my poor ear... I pushed my body off the floor, making the pony on my back fell on its hooves. Then I heard something shattering, like shards of glass falling to the ground into tiny little pieces. Quickening my pace, I turned my back (still in a crouching position) and saw the vase that was supposedly on top of the small table fell near on the side of the terrified pony. Shards and bits of the vase fell into the floor and water spilled all over it. The liquid, however, was a mixture of red and blue. I saw her, and it wasn't pretty. She laid on her back, must have caused by her stumbling hooves off my back. Her other hoof was on the floor, supporting her weight. While the other was raised near her head, forming a defensive stance. Her pupils were reduced into the smallest things I have ever seen, her eyes were shaking a bit too. Her mouth tried to form some words, but failed miserably. I could hear her mumbling and stuttering in her tone of voice. There are some cuts on her cheeks and hooves though...and they were bleeding. "Y-you..." she managed to speak up. I managed to to sit on my butt, and took in a lot of air inside my body. I really needed that... "Y-you...you're...not...the Princess..." "*huff*...you think..." I retorted, I continuously coughed afterwards. My throat really hurt for some reason. Man, my headache was back because of the lack of oxygen. I needed some aspirin pronto. But sadly, I couldn't as I was lifted in the air by...no one...what the hell!? My eyes widen as I felt nothing supporting my feet. I saw the pony's horn coated in the purple aura I saw earlier. Wait, horn!? How could I have forgotten the most obvious thing!? She had wings and everything, what the hell!? Then I started to freak out... "Ah! No, put me down NOW!!" I begged, trying my best not to look on the floor. I started waving my hands and feet furiously in the air. My eyes were shut closed firmly as well. I think I forgot to mention that I was also afraid of heights...Too late for that now... "Where is she..." she asked with her tone very low and her eyes were covered by her hair. "H-huh?" I askee, feeling nervous. "Where is she?" "W-what!?" "WHERE IS SHE!?" THUMP! Air escaped my lungs by the sudden force of impact. My eyes were tightly shut as pain erupted from my spine. I clenched my teeth as I try to bear the pain. With a tear slipping down my cheeks from the pain, I manage to open my eyes and saw that I was now pushed against the wall. I then heard flapping noises that caught my attention, when I turned my head to see where it was. Then at that moment, our eyes locked on to each other with different expressions. Mine was in fright, while she had been glaring daggers at me. Her teeth clench as she finally opened her mouth, "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO THE PRINCESS!?" With nothing else to do and holding on to dear life...I replied, "What Princess!?" "Don't play games with me!" she yelled. "I-I have no idea what your talking about!" I shouted back. "Just who the hell are you!?" She growled at me as she lifted me away from the wall. The feeling of panic began to resurface as I continue to struggle by her telekinetic grasp. With one last whimper out of me, I felt my body flung towards the hallway. She just thrown me! Just like that!! Knowing my fate was sealed, my back cracked as I smashed at the wall. I could only let out a disgruntled scream as I perspire from the lack of oxygen in my system. I could hear the flapping noises again then a huge gust of wind swept by my face. I opened my eyes again, realizing that I have closed them during the impact. I saw her angry face, well, even more angry with her horn still shining brightly than ever before. My mind drew blank when she began to yell again, "Let me ask you again," she gritted her teeth. "Where.Is.She!?" With my mind becoming hazy I still manage to talk, "I-I...have no idea-" "I demand an answer or so help me I'm going to blast you into ashes!!" she cut me off, pointing her horn of death at me. I may have been thrown, beaten up, and was held by something that I would never utter...magic. But I prefer my death to be of old age rather than being incinerated thank you! Time to show this little horse whose the top of the food chain! Unfortunately, my mind wasn't clear at the moment. "Hububuwaghjara-Ay don't-dayahgf-knaw..." I'm literally sweating bullets, I just got back down and the after effects of my aerophobia starts kicking in. Let's go step by step on it shall we! It's Time FORRRR.....(*drum rolls*)..... Children: Emile's Aerophobia!! Announcer: Hello there all! Hmm....It seems that our little Emile has went into another mental breakdown...which makes it...(*checks watch*) the seventeenth time of the month. Children: Yayy! Announcer: I know right! A new record!! Now then...without further delay, let's get started. (*drum roll*) Children: Step number one! Announcer: Muttering words that doesn't make sense...oh, already done. (*ding*) Children: Number twooo... Announcer: Hyperventalating...that was a mouthful.... My lungs wheezed for air, breathing in and out air at rapid speeds. My hands trembled, muttering useless and insane words at the same time. (*ding!*) Announcer: Check! Children: Number three! Announcer: After panicking his sanity goes below average or in laymans terms...he goes bonkers...since his mind is out of commission for a while, let's see this from the unicorn's view! Children: Hooray! Kid: Yeah! Unicorns!! "Uhm...are you listening to me!? If you're trying to trick me then it's not going to work," she said, tilting her horn back in confusion. "Agrafaurssjja...wha?" he muttered then his eyes widen when she saw his cat still awake. He recomposed himself and glared at her. "What are you doing here, Mrs. Snugglepuss!? I told you to get back into your bed already!!" he screamed at the rude purple cat right in front of me. She may look cute with that big red bow on her head, but that doesn't mean she's excuse for disobeying our orders. "I-um what?" her horn died down as her eyes concentrated at the bumbling heap of craziness that was happening right in front of her. Her anger subsided a bit as she approached him, "H-hey...Are you okay...?" She would never have thought to speak to the enemy like this, but after years of experience she knew when someone was lying or not and this sight clearly speaks out for itself. He began to shake his head slowly in denial, "Your mother and I are so disappointed in you..." he sighed and looked towards at the open room which conveniently it was his room then he stared at his reflection. "She takes it from you..." "W-what...uh..." she said, utterly confused. She followed the creatures direction towards the room he was babbling about. Her eyes widened on what she saw at the mirror. It was...Princess Celestia. It was her, it really was. She looked back to the creature who was still rambling about 'where did we go wrong?' and 'I blame global warming?'. She looked back to the mirror who seems to be doing whatever the creature was doing. The figure in the mirror was like the Princess she knew, but it had the same bandage and position as was where the creature is.She repeated the same notion numerous times and she concluded that there was only one explanation for this. The Princess is here, no, she was right in front of her. 'But that can't be possible! This thing is really the Princess! That doesn't make any sense!' she thought, denying her theory. She felt something grabbed her muzzle and it suddenly pushed upward, closing her muzzle. She never knew how long her mouth was open for after the horrible truth was revealed to her. But she knew it took her a long time. She looked at the thing on her muzzle, making her eyes cross-eyed. She saw five worm-like appendages wrapped around her jaw. She traced the source and found out that the creature was the one that grabbed her and he smiling at her. Her body froze at his smile, that smile resembled somepony she lost dearly. The smile she always knew ever since she met her ever since she was a filly. That smile was the- "Same..." she muttered. Emile made a shushing noise, "Don't ya worry Mr. Snugglepuss, I'm not mad anymore...don't be scared," he cooed as he petted her. "Now let me get some sleep..." (*ding*) Announcer: Lastly, our wittle Emile goes to sleep...everbody be quiet now...that's it for Emile's Aerophobia! See you all next time... Children: Yay! Announcer: Silence! His hand slipped off her head as his body slumped down to the side, he closed his eyes and drifted to sleep. The unicorn looked at the creature and back to the mirror. She sighed and as just as she feared, the Princess in the mirror slept too, snored even. Not even a full minute the creatures claws moved downwards towards its hind legs and it... 'Please don't tell me what I *think** it's doing?* The creature pulled open its shorts, then it began to scratch its flank. She tried to resist to look, but it was already too late. She looked back to the mirror and saw the abomination. 'It is, now it's burned in my mind' 'Is this really her? But it can't be, there's just no way! There's got to be another reason for this, okay let's start with the basics. Long-distant teleportation spells requires a tremendous amount of magic and concentration to teleport from one point to another, even without thinking or imagining of the location at all. No side effects should have happened to her. Quantum energy fields should have been able to blah blah blah magic blah blah blah probably..." To be continued...
