Load Game -- Chapter 1
Here's the story of how it all began: the legacy of Sora in Equestria.
One day, Sora, Riku, Selphie, Wakka, Tidus, Kairi, and Naminé are all having fun on their beach. Then, out of nowhere, a man in a black cloak appeared. The seven friends were surprised, for they had never seen him before.
"Who are you!?" Sora said as he unsheathed his Keyblade.
"Meh, he's just another Organization member," Riku replied to Sora, as he unsheathed his Soul Eater.
"An Organization member? I heard five people were kicked out of there!" Selphie said.
"Five people? That's bonkers," Tidus replied.
"Yeah. To me, I think it'd be uncool of someone to just take their teammates' lives," Wakka elaborated.
The man just stood there, waiting for someone to come forth. He said, "The boy. He is the one."
"Who? Me or Riku?" Sora asked.
"It is you, Keyblade Master," the man said. "Take this card. The world embedded in it is in danger. Its fate rests entirely in your hands."
"What? What about me?" Riku said.
"You... you will go with him to ensure the world does not fall into darkness," the man replied. "Follow me."
Two hours later, they arrived in Castle Oblivion's 13th Floor.
"Why are we back here?" Sora asked.
"That door... has never been there before. That leads to the extra 14th Floor of the castle. But that is as far as it can go. You have to use that card to open the door."
"And if I don't?" Sora said.
"Then that world embedded in the card will fall to darkness, and Heartless will attack the denizens who truly love this world. You don't want that to happen, right?" the man asked.
"Heck, no." Sora replied.
"Then go, before it's too late!..." the man said, but disappeared after he said his last words.
"Well, Riku?"
"Let's go, Sora."
And so, the adventure begins...
Sora and Riku use the world card to open the door to the extra 14th Floor of Castle Oblivion. As soon as they did, they saw a whole new place.
"Whoa! Sora, what the heck is this?" Riku said.
"I don't know," Sora replied. "But this is sure one perfect town!"
Suddenly, they heard a shriek in the distance.
"Riku, you hear that?" Sora asked.
"Yeah! It's coming from there! Come on!" Riku replied.
Riku and Sora charged through the Everfree Forest, hoping to find the someone in distress. Soon enough, they saw a yellow pony with a beautiful pink mane and tail and butterflies on her flank.
"Look! Heartless!" Sora exclaimed.
"Should we?" Riku asked.
"Let's do this," Sora replied.
And they go into battle for the first time...
"Oh, thank goodness! I never knew what those creatures are!" the pony said in relief.
Riku said, "They're Heartless. They have no language. The only way to understand them is to attack them, for they will attack you."
"Oh, I never knew..." the pony said.
"Come on, it's not safe out here. Someone else could already be in trouble before we know it!"
"Okay... I'll come with you," the pony said.
"That's great!" Sora said.
And so, Sora and Riku try to go around in search of more Heartless to destroy...

Sora, Riku, and Fluttershy make it out of the Everfree Forest and into Ponyville. There they find a load full of Heartless to destroy.
"Come on, Riku. Let's take them down!" Sora said.
"Wait. Wouldn't it be best if I joined you guys in fighting? I swear by Pinkie Pie, I will unleash all my anger on them and knock them out of here," Fluttershy said. Then she crossed her heart and put her hoof on her right eye.
"All right, Sora. Let's go," Riku said.
After the battle, Fluttershy informs Sora and Riku that Twilight is the next one in trouble. So Sora, Riku, and Fluttershy race to the Golden Oak Library to rescue Twilight from the endless swarm of Heartless...
When they reached the library, Heartless were all over the place! They opened the door and saw Twilight looking through her books for a spell that could repel all Heartless from within a 9001-mile range, but she found nothing. Even Spike could not find the Heartless repellant spell.
"Fluttershy! I need your help-- whoa! I never saw anypony like you two before. Are you new?" Twilight asked.
"Actually, we're here to get rid of these creatures. They're called Heartless. They attack you directly," Sora explained. "Oh, by the way, name's Sora. And this is Riku."
"We use all of our power to defeat Heartless everywhere we go. Sora has the power of light, and I have the power of darkness. But when the Heartless provoke me enough... AAAAAAAH!!! I turn into my dark form, and unleash the power of darkness upon the enemy! However, this power is only temporary. After I turn back to normal, I have to be provoked again," Riku explained.
"Oh, well, that's certainly an interesting story. Where did you all come from?" Twilight asked.
"We are from the Destiny Islands," Sora replied.
"Yeah. The rest of our friends are all waiting for us back home. I wonder how they're doing anyway?" Riku said.
Meanwhile, on the Destiny Islands...
"You think Riku and Sora are doing fine?" Selphie asked.
"Oh, sure. They won't be back until all the baddies have been defeated," Tidus replied.
"I just hope they aren't gone for too long..." Wakka said.
[Card obtained: Twilight Sparkle]
"Okay. Where to next?" Sora asked.
"Dagnabbit! Somepony get these black creatures out of the way!" someone shouted in the distance.
"That's Applejack! She sounds like she's in trouble," Twilight said.
"Oh no you don't! Hyah! Hah! Hoo---aaah! Take that! And this!" Someone else was shouting in the distance, particularly in the sky.
"That's Rainbow Dash!" Fluttershy exclaimed.
"I believe that she's got this all covered. Right now, we need to help Applejack," Twilight said.
"Applejack! Stand back!" Twilight said.
"Oh, thank goodness you showed up!" Applejack said in relief.
"Oh, I'm not the only one who showed up here. Look," Twilight said.
"Holy Celestia! Who in the wide wide world of Equestria are those two?" Applejack asked.
"I'm Sora, and this is Riku," Sora replied.
"We came all the way from the Destiny Islands to help you," Riku said.
"Yeah. We heard you in the distance shouting about black creatures," Fluttershy said.
"Yeah, and so we thought those creatures were attacking you," Sora said.
"They were attacking me!" Applejack said.
"Exactly. And that's why we came all the way here to destroy the Heartless!" Riku said.
"Heartless? What in Equestria are those things?" Applejack asked.
"Those 'black creatures' you mentioned are called Heartless," Sora explained.
"Oh," Applejack said. "Then that explains it."
"Come with us, and we'll look for the rest of the girls. I wanna see how well they're doing under these circumstances," Twilight said.
"All right. I'll come with you," Applejack said.

Applejack went with Twilight, Fluttershy, Sora, and Riku to check and see if there are any more Heartless around. When they arrived in Ponyville, they heard another shriek and more blows from Rainbow Dash kicking the Heartless' asses.
"That shriek... that must be Rarity! Come on, girls! Sora, Riku, you come too!" Twilight said.
"Okay," Sora replied. "Riku, let's go!"
"On it," Riku replied.
And so, they head off to the Carousel Boutique to check on Rarity...
When they arrived there, Rarity's place is swarming with Heartless!
"Help me!!" Rarity shrieked.
"Riku, let's go!" Sora said.
"Right!" Riku replied.
"Oh, thank goodness you came!" Rarity said with relief.
"Those Heartless... Why the heck to they keep on popping up everywhere?!" Sora said.
"Pardon, darling, but what exactly are Heartless?" Rarity asked.
"Those black creatures you got jumped by," Sora replied.
"Oh... well, somepony had better teach those Heartless a lesson!" Rarity said.
"The only lesson you'll ever teach them is a lesson of pain, because they will give you pain," Riku replied.
"Well, I have been practicing my hoof-to-hoof combat strategies, and I believe that they will work," Rarity said.
"Well, that's great! Hey, maybe you can come with us! There's a lot, and I mean a lot of Heartless to destroy," Sora said.
"Oh, how generous!" Rarity said.
Rarity joins the team as they go in search of a Heartless swarm while heading to the Sugarcube Corner...
[Card obtained: Rarity]
"The next place to hit is the Sugarcube Corner. Pinkie Pie could be in trouble--" Twilight said, but an explosion occurred just inches away from the Sugarcube Corner. Sure enough, they saw Pinkie Pie manning her party cannon that was filled with ammunition.
"Take that, you creatures!" Pinkie yelled.
She then fired another load of ammunition, killing at least 20 Heartless at once.
"Stay away from my cakes!"
Again, she fired another load of ammunition. When the gang went in, she saw that the place was spotless of any Heartless. She took them all out!
"Impressive, Pinkie!" Twilight said.
"We thought you were in some serious hooey there, but it seems as if you took care of all them Heartless by yourself!" Applejack said.
Rarity was just as amazed as all the others.
Pinkie said, "Eh, it was no biggie. All I had to do was fill it with missiles, fire it and ka-bam! Wiped all of them out!"
"Hey, maybe you can come with us and help Rainbow Dash," Sora suggested.
"That sounds like a great idea!" Pinkie said.
And so they go to Dash's house...

"Hyah! Hoo---aah! Take that!" Rainbow Dash said.
Heartless were falling from the sky as Rainbow Dash kicked their asses out of her home.
"Dash! Want us to help you with that?" Twilight asked.
"Yeah! Hunh! I need- Hyah! Help with-- Hyah! Ha! These-- Hunh! Hoo---aah! Creatures!" Rainbow Dash said.
"Okay, we'll help you!" Sora said.
"Let's do this," Riku said.
Sora, Riku, and the pony gang fought the endless swarm of 500 Heartless together. They fought and fought until every last piece of Heartless was gone.
After a long battle with 500 Heartless, Sora, Riku, and the pony gang need to rest...
"That was a lot of Heartless!" Rainbow Dash exclaimed. "I would've gotten my rump kicked if it weren't for you joining in!"
"Hey, it's just what we friends do," Applejack said.
"Here, Sora. This is for you," Rainbow Dash said.
"Thanks, Rainbow Dash," Sora replied.
