On a cold winter night, when all foals are tuckered in their beds, a lonely shadow walked across the misty streets of the Equestrian Capitol, her steps, sluggish and slow made clear how wasted the unknown mare really was.
She stumbled, falling into into a puddle beside a street lamp, the dirty water covering her body completely, as she struggled upon her hooves, she realized that her purple glasses were still in the mud, its shining surface now obscured by the dirt.
She groaned in annoyance “Damnit Octavia!!” her raspy voice echoing in the desert streets, she ran a muddy hoof through her electric blue mane, sitting in front of the small puddle, her shoes touching the slightly brown water.
“Why Tavi?, Why you had to be such a prude!!?” She yelled, her voice attempting to awake the neighbors, nor that she cared right now, Right now, the only thing that mattered was that Celestia-damned girl, that brainless little prude, How dare she left her?, How dare she!?, to leave the awesome, brilliant, the greatest DJ in all of Equestria, Vinyl Scratch, she was fucking famous, there wasn’t anyone who didn’t know her name!!, and still, she had left her, without an afterword.
“Stupid, Sexy, Octavia” Why she couldn’t stop thinking about that girl, her round heart-shaped plot, her perky sizable tits, and her eyes, Oh dear Faust those eyes!!, those deep brown eyes that could stop an army from its tracks just winking them.

Vinyl couldn’t remember how many songs she had composed thinking about Tavi, she was her muse, and without her she was nothing, she was only an empty shell of her previous self, meanwhile Tavi, was a real artist, with or without her, she could still remember the first night she saw her performance, the way the notes slide from her cello, the way her hands moved across its strings, the way she kept her cool, all the way from the Prelude to the Cadence, Oh! how she loved her music.
Damned that smile, those beautiful white pearls were her doom, she couldn’t deny anything with that gorgeous face, and when she laughed… even her most quiet and demure sound became one of the most angelic sounds she could hear.
“That Bitch” Vinyl laughed madly, “That big ass whore” She was the loser, she was the one who missed this big shot, she looked her reflection in the dirty water in front of her, she was fucking gorgeous, Damn her eyes screamed sexy over and over again, she didn’t needed Octavia, anyone would fall for her, man or woman, you named it, she got it.
At least she was free, that girl was such a trouble to maintain, ‘hug me, dance with me, tell me that you love me…’ She was really an annoying little piece of shit, glad that she could go out with anyone, anytime, more time with her pals, maybe she could even visit Pinkster again, and see how she was doing, she hadn’t seen her best pal in ages and it was because of that bitch.
Hard to maintain? That’s how she now referred to the countless nights that they expend together? All those homemade dinners, where she would burn the kitchen and then go out to Joe’s Donuts to eat a cake? All those nights when Tavi would play her cello just for her? Or those nights cuddled in the rooftop of their apartment watching the stars with a cup of hot chocolate beside them?
She did need Octavia, there is no one like her, she was beautiful, smart, talented; she could expend all night describing her love, and she would still miss half of it, How could she be so stupid, Octavia was perfect, she will go as far to say she was the one, ‘And you lose it all, for one fucking night of fucking pleasure’.
It wasn’t entirely her fault, How could Octavia think that she, the biggest icon in the whole WORLD, could live tied up like that, with only one girl!?, it was impossible, she was Vinyl Scratch bitch, she was a free bird, no compromises, take it or leave it...leave it…

You’re Sorry!?, How could you?, I trusted you, and you come here and bring any nameless whore you find to our home, OUR home Vinyl!!, I loved you Scratch, but you’re just a selfish, egotistical, self-centered jerk’ Octavia yelled, crying deeply, her tears ruining her make up, ‘Go away!! I don’t want to see you again in my Faust damned life!!’ She shouted Vinyl who was now at the house’s door, buttoning her pants up.
‘Well then, I’ll go!!, you’ll regret it bitch, don’t you come back crawling later, You know what Octavia? Fuck You!, Fuck your life you snob garbage!!’
Vinyl left the building running downstairs, while Octavia slammed the door shut, lying in the couch, her tears matting the wool material, she had lost the only person she had truly loved, and she couldn’t do anything about it, just cry.

“Nooo, please… Come back Tavi” Vinyl sobbed lying in the cold concrete floor, her sobs growing weaker as she closed her eyes, she could see the newspapers tomorrow, ‘Bg shot star found drunk sleeping in the street’ But she didn’t care, she didn’t care at all, she only cared about one thing, only one thing.
