Chapter 1 part 1:Spa with fluttershy...?

"Today is going to be absolutely PERFECT Opal!"Rarity said with glee. Her fluffy cat just rose up and stared at her owner with a sarcastic look on her face.

"Oh you laaaaaaazy-puss you!" Rarity pouted,pursing her lips at the cat that hissed in reply.Rarity turned away flipping her bouncy,purple mane.She glanced at the clock and sped out the door.

"A proper pony has to refresh,and what more to do it with her best pony friend?!" Rarity trotted to the spa hoping to see her best friend Fluttershy. They had always met there once a week to get a hoove-icure. Rarity arrived as punctual as always,but when she walked in the door her timid,pink maned friend wasn't sitting there awaiting her patiently.

"Excuse me miss,has my friend Fluttershy been here yet?"Rarity questioned the light blue pony.

"No darlin',she hasn't."Aloe retorted in a strong accent.

"Hmm,rather strange it isn't like Fluttershy to be late,but I'll wait for her though."Rarity said,puzzled.

Where was her friend?She wondered,and couldn't stop thinking about it.Time went by and Rarity grew impatient and quite frankly,grew angry aswell.She stomped out the door and galloped her way to Fluttershy's cottage.

"FLUTTERSHY!Fluttersssssshhhyyy?!"Rarity proceeded to yell,constantly knocking for her.

"Where is she!?"Rarity wondered. "Oh my! It's getting terribly late...I'll check back tommorow,I'm sure she has a good reason for not going..Maybe somepony needed thier animal take care of urgently and she couldn't tell me in time?"Rarity turned to leave Fluttershy's home when Angel,Fluttershy's pet bunny,had squeeked from a tree curled up underneath its trunk,shivering,it's dark brown eyes widened.

"Angel?! Oh my goodness darling!Where is Fluttershy what has happened!?"Rarity approached the tiny frightened creature. Angel squeeked and shivered even more and pointed towards the Everfree Forest,and hopped back into the cottage.

"I must go ask Twilight and she if she has any idea as to  what is going on!"

Part 2:

Rarity trotted and soon arrived at Ponyville's library also home to Twilight Sparkle. The purple maned pony knocked on the door till a small note fell on to the door mat.

It read:

"To anypony this may concern,

I am currently away on the study of pony physche,and chose to do so at Ponyvilles phyciatric facility in the Everfree Forest.I won't be gone for long.

Love,Twilight Sparkle"

"Why wouldn't she tell anypony that she was leaving,a-and just leave a letter?This isn't like Twilight at all" Rarity exclaimed confused.

"Well no use staying around here the only two ponies left I could ask is Rainbow Dash,and Pink-Oh wait Pinkie wouldn't be the right pony to ask persay.."Rarity galloped off to find the cyan pegasus pony and ask where Fluttershy had been.

"Dasshhh?Ohhh Rainbooow dddaassshhh?!" Rarity yelled into the sky nearly killing her voice.The pegasus was no where in the sky,and she wasn't one to ignore her friends.

"Uuuuuuuugh,where is everypony?Fluttershy's gone,Twilight is gone,and now Rainbow Dash too?What is going on?"Rarity said even more confused than before, but it was late and she was tired,her hooves were sore,and Opal was still at home.

She trotted her way home and layed comfortably on her bed gazing out the window to the rest of PonyVille.

"Something just doesn't seem right,why would all my friends suddenly alllllll go away?And w-without telling me?"Rarity's head ached from all this thinking,and her eyes grew heavy with sadness and sleepiness.She comfortably layed her head down onto her hooves and fell into a deep sleep.

"H-helllppppp....Rarrrrittyyyy...Is ttthaatt yooouuu?" A soft, but darkened familiar voice rang through Rarity's head, causing her to spring awake,and gasp when she awoke.

"Fluttershy?" Tears filled her purple eyes and streamed through her pale cheeks.

The confusing and frustration overwhelmed her and made her mood worsen. She looked to her cat for reassurance, and hopefully some comfort, but all the ball of fur did was give an exaggerated meow and fell back asleep.

Rarity sighed,"Maybe some cheerful radiation from Pinkie will help me stop thinking such horrible things."

With that the unicorn sprung to her hooves fixed herself up and headed out her door to SugarCube Corner,where Pinkie Pie was usually at. When Rarity arrived she went in and all seemed pretty normal, or as normal as it could be with Pinkie.

"Pinkie I need to speak with yooouuuuuu!!!!" Rarity stepped closer inside and looked around, but her pink comical friend wasn't anywhere in sight. Usually the place was filled with confetti and some cheerful jams playing,and Gummy,Pinkies toothless alligator,dancing. Now,as Rarity looked closer there where old lights,streamers and wrappers from cupcakes occupying the floor.

"This is all from Gummy's birthday party.Usually Pinkie would've cleaned by nooowww."Rarity bit her lip now,even more confused."I can't believe it! Even Pinkies gone?" She groaned.

Tears filled her purple eyes again.

Where were her friends?Why had they all gone away?Rarity kept thinking, and had thought back to the note on Twilight's door.

"Psychiatric facility in the Everfree Forest?Maybe the others went with her?!"Rarity sucked in the tears,holding them back,for a slight light of hope overcame that.She rushed out of Sugarcube Corner and out of Ponyville to the edge of The Everfree Forest.
