Prologue
Twilight and the gang walked up to sweet apple acres. Applejack, who had asked them to come over, was waiting at the door. "hey Applejack!" Twilight called.
"hey Twi." She opened the door and they all went inside. Not a moment after Applejack shut the door, there was a knock. She opened it to find a hooded figure standing outside.
"hello miss. May I come in?"
"Uh, Ah guess." stepped aside and the pony rushed in. She shut the door. "So, what brings ya to Sweet Apple Acres?"
He stood quiet for a moment before saying, "Is there anyone else around?"
"yea, my brother. why?"
"Could you call him in here?"
alright." Applejack turned and yelled up the stairs. "Hey Big Mac? can you come down here?" After a moment, heavy hoofsteps could be heard upstairs. Big Macintosh appeared at the top, and came down slowly.
"what is it AJ, and who's that?"
"My name isn't important."
"They why are you here?" Twilight asked.
"I'm here because I want to play a game."
"ooooo, what kind of game?" pinkie yelled excitedly.
"a very unique game. I can't say anything else, unless you agree to play."
"Why should we trust you." everyone turned to look at spike.
"if I meant any harm, I would have done it already."
"Come on guys, it can't be too bad." Rainbow Dash flew up to him. "You can count me in!"
"I guess I'll take part in this game." Rarity joined the man in the middle of the room. One by one, everypony agreed to play his game. Even Fluttershy agreed, having been silent the entire time.
"good. Now I can explain the game." There was a flash of white light, and the group was suddenly in an empty white room. "Welcome to Trouble in Pony Town!" Everyone looked around confused.
"Where the hay are we?" Applejack asked.
"Don't be alarmed, we won't be here long. But first I'll explain the game. You'll be split into two teams, innocent and traitor. The objective is simple, kill everyone on the other team." There was a collective gasp from everyone in the room. The hooded pony chuckled. "This is going to be fun."
