                         Chapter 3 The Souffle

You know how people say yolo or carpe diem?Or how about when people say all ways be happy with what you got?Well If tuff for me to see or say that because of all th the beatings,The long hours ,The cold and lonely nights that make you cry wishing this is just a dream.I stopped believing in that 3 days ago. Iv been with polly for about almost a week I've been working from 2 am to 11pm and been sleeping on a old wooden floor with a itchy blanket .   See polly says if I do well I may get more benefits.But Know matter what I do she finds some way to say I did a horrible job.”’You forgot to vacuum in the vent’’.You are horrible at math,I Can't believe you can even capable of talking.With every thing thats happening to me I'm starting to not believe her at all.

GET UP YOU LAZY ASS. polly yelled  with great passion she gave me  a kicked  in the gut to make sure i was awake

‘’yes madam?’’ I said pretty groggy

''I want you to make me some  breakfast''

''what would you like?''

''I WAS GETTING TO THAT!!'' she gave me a glare after words

‘’I want a Cinnamon Chocolate Soufflé.’’

''Do you have recipe? ,I’ve  never made one before.''

''Never made one before ?!Why that makes you even of a retired mule!Too bad for you I will not let you look at the recipe you probably can't even read it''.

Grape juice just so happened to be  here our conversion.

   ''mis pinches you do know If you don't let him look at the recipe ,Can't make your what you want and you will basicly even more angry ''

''I hate when your right and ruins my fun .

''Very well you may have the recipe,Im going to having a tan , one request BUT FOR THE LOVE OF CESITA DO NOT,I REPEAT DO NOT LET THE SOUFFLE DEFALE!!!!!!''

Now I have ever made something that big by myself,I've thing with my Mom and Dad ,But i've never made thing like this by myself. My Mom and Dad? funny I haven't thought about them for awhile I wonder how there doing? I soon started think about my family and some happy times we had.I got wondering if there worried or not . Never mind that,Now how do you preheat the oven again?

''What's taking you so long?!! can't you tell i'm starving?''

So am I''. Thought. I'm just starting preheating the oven.''

''Well don't take too long.OK,i'm giving you 15 ,minutes''

''But It take take 22 minutes make it .''

''I dont care im starving'

''As I started to work, A thought came in to mind .What the heck you still doing here? You need to get te hell out of here.Im undercontraced I responded to my self. So,the more you stay the dangerous It will be for you.You're more likely to die here  then anywhere else. Look I can't it's too risky.think about what 6th grade history said life is full of risky dangerous  choice and You must face them do whats right even if it risks a lot. And he also said there's opportunities to get out them You just need to find them    

As I whisked the eggs I heard the doorbell ring .It was a postman giving a giant package to Grape Juice''

''Grape Juice Is that my new hot air balloon?''

yes miss pitches!'' he yelled thought hollway

''Good' just in time for the hot balloon party, I paled for to night.''

''What hot air balloon  party?'' I ask.

Non beeswax, Just that tonight All my investors  and  friends are coming to see my new hot air balloon  tonight

I've got it the Souffle .the Souffle  ? Look if you make the best Souffle   and she likes and she says she does then you stay if she doesn't ,You are a free man.

Ok all make the best damn shuffle you ever seen.

I have never work on so hard on anything in my life and I wasn't the least disappointed about it.

''What took you so long pinches said in a grumpy tone?''

''LIke I said It take 22 minutes.''

     ''Well all forgive that If It tastes good.''

She smelled the sulfone, and give a smile. and put her fork in the shuffle ,and It didn't sink

''Didnt you  say  you've never made one before didnt you?''

''yes  ''

''It must be a lie  then because?'

''because why?'

''Because it taste horrible.''

''But i saw on your face you liked it?!''

''Thats a lie,Who would I like anything that a creature like you would make.
