You immediately become aware of one thing, that you no longer want to be here. You feel your face heat and a small noise escape your mouth as you stumble backwards and race down the stairs. You try the door, only to realize it is locked.

No, wait, just unlock it!

Yeah, that’s right, you locked this door! You unlock it frantically and burst outside into the fresh afternoon air... and almost run into Rainbow Dash, the leader of the Ponyville Weather Patrol.

“Oh, hey!” she says, “You seen Rarity? I was just gonna drop by...” it’s a bit surprising that she and Rarity are friends, but they are both part of Celestia’s special diplomatic group thing, so that makes sense, you guess. That could have been embarrassing!

...and, immediately, it is embarrassing, when Rainbow notices your disarray and asks “What’s up with you?”

Rainbow’s not the biggest gossip in town, but if she puts 2 and 2 together, this gaffe could become common knowledge to the weather patrol.
