Yelled the blue haired unicorn, a tiny yellow foal tried to keep up with the small group she was following, changelings were shooting green acid from there horns aiming at the individual ponies. Classic Tune turned her head round for a second but then slipped on what was left of a tent which was soaking in the mud after being burnt, Vinyl paused as she heard her sisters cry of pain, she quickly stopped her path and went back for Classic,"Don't worry sis, we'll be okay"The mare levitated the filly onto her back and turned to escape the black figure behind her. Vinyl ran as fast as she could, her short blue mane was flying into the unicorns face, usefully, the younger unicorn on her back pulled it back with her magic so her sister could get a clear view. Vinyl beamed as she saw a dark blue alicorn with a flowing starry mane at the door of a magnificent castle. "Every pony inside now!" Yelled Luna, soon every pony waited for the last few ponies to come in before they would be saved. "We're almost there, you just hang on!" Vinyl assured her sister, before she could get any further an ear piercing scream came from the foal on her back, Vinyl turned her back and was to terrified to continue on her journey ,a tall black alicorn stood before her, she had a messy blue mane and translucent, green wings, she had a scaly green saddle strapped tightly around her waist, her legs, wings and horn were like cheese with holes. "Where do you think you're going?" Her voice vibrated, Luna then appeared between the victim and the predictor. "Go!" Luna snapped, the two didn't hesitate ,they ran straight to the warm glow of the unicorns inside the castle. Luna, using a magical force field, pushed the changing back, soon, dark blue pegasi and unicorns in silver armor ran out of the palace to assist the Princess of the night. Luna then raced back inside and closed the door tightly. The dim light of the unicorns lit up the room. "Do not worry my subjects, I shall speak with my sister, go down to the thrown room and search for any familiar faces." Shinning Armor came out of the shadows and signaled the ponies to follow him. Luna sighed and walked towards the steps to the tower. A silver alicorn with a pink, green ,purple and blue mane which gently flowed to the floor sat by the window, she watched in pain as the knights thought off the enemy. "Sister?" Luna whispered as she appeared at the door. "Why?" Celestia asked "What?" Celestia faced her sister "We are at war, why? Lives are being taken! Some don't even now what killed them, the young are becoming lost to us, as well as the old." "Sister, Twilight says that Ponyvillie has had no attacks since they came, it may be an idea to protect the foals there," "What about the rest of us?" "Canterlot are their main target, but maybe if we had a few more knights, we could lead the battle to the top of the mountain,"Luna pointed to the area on the map. " But we don't have any more knights." "Desperate times, desperate measures," Luna finally said with pain. Celestia met Luna's eyes."Raven!" A white unicorn with grey hair and black glasses rushed into the room,"take a note." The throne room was filled with ponies searching for any ponies they recognized. Vinyl trotted around the crowded area in search for her parents. "Vinyl, where is mama and papa? Did they not make it?" "What are you crazy?" she joked, "Our parents are always there for us, why would they not be here for us now?" Vinyl faked a smile. Classic Tune was on her sisters back. Her green eyes scanned the crowd. She then saw two unicorns, one was a yellow mare with a blue mane and pink eyes, her cutie mark was a rose and a mic. The other a stallion with a green mane and matching eyes, he had a white coat with a two disks and a music note as his cutie mark. "Mama! Papa!" cried as she saw the pair look her way, she waved her front hooves in the air and glowed her horn to signal where she was in the dark room. Vinyl looked to where her sister was looking and coped her expression as she saw the couple gallop towards her. "I knew you would be alright," muttered Sweet Scratch as she embraced her daughters. "So did I," agreed Disk Tune as he picked up the little filly on the young mares back. "Papa, you would not believe what happened when we were running other here!" "Oh, what happened?" asked the father "We were being attacked by Queen Chrysalis but then we saw Princess Luna!" "That must have been exiting," her mother said, Classic Tune was fine with being a regular canterlot filly, but she was a big fan of the princesses, she had attended every summer sun celebration and every midnight festival. Classic Tune even applied to Princess Celestia's school for gifted unicorns, but she never got a reply for the application had been lost in the mail because of the war. It had been going on for a full month. The war was set in Manehatten, Las Pegasus, Boltamare and any other big cities with a strong population, including Canterlot. The battle raged on until midnight, the ponies from Canterlot had to sleep in the castle, they were split into groups and organized from richest to poorest, the richer ponies stayed in the guest rooms whilst the poorer slept in the dinning room on any comfortable area they could get, luckily, Classic Tune and her family stayed in a small guest room. The silence was taken at instant as they all slept in peace, clueless to what would hold tomorrow...
