The sound of smashing continues into a small house, a rainbow-maned pegasus continues to smash two bodies as blood was spattered and was stained everywhere into the walls, the bones were crushed, the limbs were twisted, as the mare continues to hit the bodies with her back legs, tears into her eyes, she knew she was being watched. Why was she the target? Why? All because she started living here... It was a regular day in Ponyville and it was a regular summer day, as she was into her new school in the schoolhouse. The rainbow-maned pegasus was smiling as she safely flew into the ground and walked into the schoolhouse, she was seeing new faces because she was transferred into a new school back in Cloudsdale. "Rainbow Dash, you're going to be late to school!" her mother yells. Rainbow Dash wakes up with a jolt and quickly flies to her room and stumbles into the kitchen, dozed and tired. "Thanks for the breakfast, see ya later!" Rainbow Dash said as she quickly leaves home. Waiting outside was a pink earth pony with a blue and yellow balloon cutie mark, and pink poofy mane, who is yelling her name. "Rainbow Dash! Hey, Rainbow Dash" The pink pony said to her waiting for her impatiently. "Pinkie Pie, don't you ever sleep late than just wait for me?" Rainbow Dash said curious to say this certain question. "If I sleep late, then I would be late meeting with you." Pinkie Pie said with her perky voice. Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie walks to a small house where an orange earth pony with a blonde mane tied up in a ponytail, who is waiting outside next to the house. "Late again, huh Rainbow Dash? How long? Two years?" The mare asked her. "Stop teasing with me, Applejack. It's been two days, besides I was there because of the funeral." Rainbow Dash said as she stops by with Pinkie Pie. Applejack laughs sarcastically, "Very funny." Applejack was older than Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie, she was the upper-class pony at the school house, thinking was 'the boss'. She was the classroom president after all. After the bell rings, the five mares sat down in the desks, happily waiting for an after-school event. "Alright, my little ponies! The meeting by the club president starts now! First, who agrees on letting Rainbow Dash joining the club?" Applejack grabs her hat and sat down happily. "I do!" Pinkie Pie chimes cheerfully. "Nee!" The lavender unicorn said, responding with a yes. "I do, too." The white unicorn said as she comes back with a deck of cards. "I guess it's settled, but before we let her into the club, she has to pass the initiation, by playing a simple game of cards" Applejack said giggling mysteriously. Rainbow Dash was more curious about the initiation and asked her. "Is that one of those playing cards?" She asked her. "Yeah, it's called 'One Mare', you win by getting the most cards. The winner also gets to write on the loser's face with a marker." Applejack continues. "You're so on, Applejack!" Rainbow Dash said with her bravest voice... After the game was over, Rainbow Dash and Applejack was walking home, Rainbow Dash was covering her entire face with her own two hooves, almost stopping at Applejack’s farm. “I can’t believe that Pinkie Pie thinks that this is cute!” She said, revealing her face, looking like a panda. “Well, I’ll see you tomorrow, and don’t wash that marker off your face until you get home, Rainbow Dash” Applejack said jokingly, leaving her alone. Rainbow Dash trotted home and washed the markings off her face and snout, but she stopped after the sound of metal clanging each other. She stopped and enters the graveyard, looking for some filly or anypony and see that something is very wrong with this decision she have made. Why would somepony be here this late at the day?, Rainbow Dash thought and turned around and saw the pony. “Hi Rainbow Dash!” A high perky voice came from the pony, and reveal itself no other than Pinkie Pie. Rainbow Dash was scared and surprised that she was here at sunset at a graveyard. “Why are you here this late, Pinkie?” Rainbow Dash said with an anxious look upon her face. “Why? I need to find Gena.” Pinkie Pie said, pointing at the one side of the graveyard. “Gena? You mean that pony statue that was on the fountain at the center of Ponyville?” Rainbow Dash said thinking of the last time she saw that pony statue. “Yup, that pony is so~ cute, I wanna take her home.” She said with hearts in her eyes, and walks over the metal, trying not to fall into the metals. Rainbow Dash walked around while she is out to get something. She found a stack of newspapers and old dusty books from before. She looked at the novels she loved and kept, until she looked at the newspaper from the Foal Free Press. Rainbow Dash remembered that the Summer Sun Celebration was tomorrow, the celebration was traditional to Equestria in many different ways and quickly tried to go along with this was very different from her town in Cloudsdale. She opened the newspaper and read the article: “Ponyville Summer Sun Celebration murder? Pony was murdered on the night of the celebration beaten up with a butcher knife, but the culprit was anonymous to anypony who was at the scene, but the suspect was still on the loose after the past five years from the other same murders.” She read the article more and heard rumors of the curse of the Mare and the Moon. She stood up four hooves and turned around and saw a pony with a butcher knife and screamed at the top of her lungs. This is it, she thought… //-------------------------------------------------------// Two //-------------------------------------------------------// Two Rainbow Dash screamed as the knife was almost to her head. The knife was raised in the air upon her face, she was too scared to dodge nor move. The dark shadow appeared and was Pinkie Pie with a butcher knife on her hoof. “Rainbow Dash I found the knife to get Gena out of the big metals!” Pinkie Pie said with her perky voice. “You know what? I better go back home, because it’s getting late. We should get Gena out of there tomorrow. See ya, Pinkie.” Rainbow Dash flied home to get some rest and took the newspaper with her to get more information about the murder of the Summer Sun Celebration another day… Rainbow Dash was felt still after reading the article multiple times back home, but fell asleep after midnight, and woke up late for school, felt confused of what happened in the festival today. “Hey, Rainbow Dash. What’s going on in your mind, lately?” Applejack said to her. “You know about the Summer Sun Celebration right?” Rainbow Dash said placing her newspaper in her saddle. "You don't know about the Summer Sun Celebration traditional in Ponyville? It's traditional for the ponies of Ponyville to place the apples onto the lake and respect for our past relatives. This year Twilight is in charge of breaking the bamboo to let the tradition begin." Applejack said. "Yeah, it's going to be better than ever!" Twilight said to her. A mare took a picture of a small dragon, with a flash of light and tried to make a right angle for the picture. "Excuse me, but didn't you asked before you take a picture of that baby dragon?" Rainbow Dash asked the mysterious mare. "You saying that I can't take a pictures without asking first?" The mare questions the cyan pegasus. "No, not at all. Just asking" the pegasus said. "Oh, alright then. My name is Photo Finish, I see that you hang out with friends more often than I do." She tilts her head looking at the other five ponies, leaving a sweatdrop upon Rainbow Dash's face. "I guess I should go somewhere before the Summer Sun Celebration begins in a few hours. I'll see you then." Photo Finish then picked up her camera in her saddle and left. On the time of the Summer Sun Celebration, the time just began. "All right, ponies! The battle of the Summer Sun Celebration Race begins now!" Applejack said as the five ponies walked to the nearest food stand for a race. 2 hours later the winner was announced that Pinkie Pie won the race as Twilight later walked to the barn to break the bamboo for the Apple drift tradition to begin. Bang! Bang! Smack! Twilight finished breaking the rare bamboo and the apple drift began. Ponies and fillies placed their apples onto the stream at the Everfree Forest to pay respect as Rainbow Dash sat still upon the edge of the stream and smiled as the apples drift away from the ponies. ~~~~~ "Ah! I almost forgot! I need to help my family at Sweet Apple Acres, sorry y'all. Club's canceled today." Applejack stood up four hooves and trotted back to her farm. "Rainbow Dash, somepony is waiting for you at the office." The teacher said as she galloped outside to go home. Rainbow Dash looked outside and saw a colt with a brown mane and tail with an hourglass as a cutie mark. She was nervous but came into the small tent instead. "Rainbow Dash, I presume?" The colt said to her. "Here, have an apple cider" he gave her a drink and she accepted it. "So, what do you need to ask me for?" Rainbow Dash said. "Did you see the mare that looks like this? Photo Finish?" The stallion shows her a picture of Photo Finish. "Yeah, I saw her before the Summer Sun Celebration. Why'd you ask?" The mare was shaking of anxiousness, still sipping on her apple cider. "Photo Finish died last night and her body was found near the Everfree Forest, and we thought she slit her neck with her hooves. Other ponies said that it was the curse of the Mare and the Moon." He said looking serious. Rainbow Dash was shocked that the mare was dead, but who would do such a thing?, she thought. "I need somepony to investigate who doesn't believe in the curse. Do you believe in it?" He said. "No, not at all." She said. "Well, if you need any questions or evidence of it, let me know. The name's Doctor Whooves by the way." He said opening the tent. "Thank you." Rainbow Dash walked out of the tent and walked back to the schoolhouse. She then overheard a whisper between Applejack and Twilight, talking something about the Mare and the Moon's curse, and then tried to hear what they are saying. "I'm scared" Twilight said, shivering with contempt. "Don't be, sugarcube. Let's promise not to tell anything about that again." Applejack said, as she shivers a bit and patted her hoof on her back. "Hear what?" Rainbow Dash said, walking into the classroom. "It's nothing, Rainbow. Don't worry about it." Applejack picks up the cards and places them onto the shelf. Rainbow Dash trotted home because of the rain all over Ponyville and went inside, until... She saw Pinkie Pie following her as she walked home and was both silence until Pinkie Pie broke the silence after a minute or two. “Did you left outside for the schoolhouse like what Miss Cheerilee told you to, of something?” She said, still in her up-in-cheerfully perky voice. “Uh..yeah. Why’d you ask?” Rainbow Dash was still feared that Pinkie Pie will noticed that something bad will happen. “Because...you didn't.” Her voice lowered to a serious tone. “I saw you were outside with a pony you don’t know” Rainbow Dash was shocked and surprised that she knew that and tried to escape from it and fast. “Look it wasn't what it looks like, Pinkie. I was with Miss Cherilee and-” “You LIAR!” Pinkie Pie yelled at her with anger. “I saw you with that detective pony about the murder from the Summer Sun Celebration!” “I gotta go, Pinkie. I’ll see you tomorrow.” Rainbow Dash flies back home, leaving Pinkie Pie behind. She continues doing her homework, until her mother calls. "Rainbow Dash! Some pony wrote you a scroll. It's from the main hall." She said trying to give her the scroll. "The main hall?" Rainbow Dash opened the letter and saw that it was from the detective she talked to back then. The scroll was from the magic from one of his unicorn friends and gave her a message as he writes, she asks. The letter said: Hello, Rainbow Dash Did any of your friends discovered the murder? "Well they said something about not to tell anypony." She exclaimed. The words changed. I forgot to tell you that there's a pony was murdered last year and I guess her name was Maud Pie, she died slitting her own body in half with her tail. She was almost the same age as you are. Rainbow remembered that her seat was the same seat where Maud usually sat, she was still paranoid of what's going on, the knock on her door and didn't even dared to open it. The voice came from her father. "Rainbow Dash, here's the tea you asked for you and Pinkie Pie." He said to her. Her eyes were widened. Pinkie Pie? How did she got to her house?, she thought. "Pinkie Pie?" Rainbow Dash asked. "Yeah, she told me that your room was on the right side of the house. Are you okay in there?" Her father opened the door seeing her alone instead of Pinkie Pie. "I need a minute or two." Rainbow Dash places the tea in her desk and talked. "I'll talk to you later, Whooves." She placed the scroll under her bed and saw her window. The only thing was on her yard was no other than just Pinkie Pie. //-------------------------------------------------------// Three //-------------------------------------------------------// Three Rainbow Dash was stiff looking at Pinkie Pie at the window at the wet outside world. She was looking right at her trying to say something to her. She did nothing but was only looking at her still. The scroll was still opened from Doctor Whooves and hid the scroll to prevent from any further damages. Knock knock Rainbow Dash’s eyes were wider than ever that hearing Pinkie Pie’s voice from the front door. “Rainbow Dash? Are you in there?” She murmured outside. Rainbow was still walking slowly at the door and unlocks it, the moment she unlocked the door, Pinkie’s hoof was sticking out trying to as she was begging to get in. “Rainbow Dash! Let me in. I apologize for what I’ve done, please let me in.” Pinkie’s hoof was still outside at the edge of the door. “No! Get away from me!” Rainbow yells at her while slamming at the door shut to shoo Pinkie Pie’s hoof from it, but continues to apolgizes. “Go away, NOW!” Rainbow Dash continues to roar at her might slamming it hard. After 3 slams of her door, Pinkie Pie starts to cry as her hoof turns red from the slamming. “I’m sorry, Rainbow Dash...I’m sorry! Please stop…” Pinkie said between her sobbings, and pulls her hoof away from the door and she closes it. Rainbow Dash sighs as she sat down at her window looking at Pinkie Pie again mouthing a few words. Something wrong, Rainbow Dash? The scroll changes words, Rainbow Dash was still looking at Pinkie Pie, trying to figure out what she is mouthing. “I’m sorry” Rainbow said reading Pinkie’s lips upon her mouth. The scroll rearranges it words once more. What? What are you sorry for, Miss Dash? “It’s nothing, Doctor Whooves. I’ll see you tomarrow then.” Rainbow Dash closes the scroll and places it under her pillow and slept for the next day. The following weekend was very normal for Rainbow Dash as she walks to the shrine where she was supposed to meet with Applejack, Twilight, Pinkie Pie, and Rarity for lunch. The weather was calm and warm outside as she flew to her path towards the shrine. “Hey guys! I see you’re here for lunch huh?” Applejack said with her tone of excitement. “Are you sure that this is a good idea? This a shrine after all, you know...private property?” Rainbow Dash said to the four ponies. “True, but it’s public property for all of us I guess.” Rarity said with her generous tone, looking at the shrine with her midnight sea blue eyes. The four ponies sat down onto the steps of the shrine and opens baskets for lunch to begin. “I’ve been starving since all mourning.” Rainbow Dash said to Twilight as she opens the basket filled with baked goods. “Heheh, wouldn’t we all?” Twilight said, passing the cupcakes to Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, and Rainbow Dash. “Since that you were really slow at that hand from our game we all played last time, right Rainbow Dash?” Applejack teased her with the smug on her face. “That was a faulty move, Applejack!” Rainbow said as she was still angry from that game because of the bet they made. Applejack laughs as she gets her cake. “I hope I can eat all of this cupcakes.” She continues as she picks up three cupcakes with her left hoof. “As long as you don’t eat all of the cupcakes!” Rarity teased her, laughing. After lunch, Rainbow Dash flew home with her full stomach. A rustle from the bushes came in her ear and turned back from her path and there was nothing. She coninues flew her path on her way home, but continues hearing rustling she then flew faster. “What’s going on?” Rainbow Dash said as she slowly landed on her hooves and started to run, until she ran into Pinkie Pie. “Pinkie Pie, almost scared me right there, why’d you follow me?” She said to Pinkie, but no response to her, she was silent and wasn’t what she supposed to be, she was originally perky and happy, but not this side of her. “The Mare and the Moon’s curse is real, Rainbow Dash. Join us, and you’ll not get hurt.” Pinkie placed her hoof on her back and laughs unusually. Her daylight lake blue eyes was normal but her pupil thinned, turning demonic like and she was turning more than far herself. Rainbow Dash wasn’t comfortable with how Pinkie Pie was acting not like herself. She was scared and backed away from her, walked away from her. “You’re insane, PInkie! This isn’t you! Snap out of this!!” Rainbow Dash said as her eyes was filled with nervousness and fear, quivering. Pinkie Pie laughs maniacally and Rainbow Dash started flying away from her. “What’s going on, but I need to get away from this!” Rainbow Dash ran into two pegasi that was on the same cloud darkening it for nighttime. She backed away from the two who were the same unnatural behavior like Pinkie Pie. They tried to hit her but dodged and quickly flew back home as she could. Rainbow Dash was still scared about this and was thinking this is her last day on earth, she backed away towards her room and tries to calm down. “Rainbow, don’t be scared, soon it’ll be all over and done for.” Applejack said as she and Pinkie Pie came out of nowhere and grabbed her. Applejack grabbed something out of her saddlebag and came out a needle with green liquid, Rainbow struggles to escape from this dark madness of her friends. Applejack inject the needle onto Rainbow’s fight hoof and pushes it into her blood vains. Rainbow Dash couldn’t take it anymore, she squirms out of Pinkie Pie’s hooves, escapes from this dark madness and uses her back legs, kicking the two earth ponies onto the floor and hit them, splattering the walls, floor, and her back legs with blood everywhere, Rainbow Dash screams as she still hit them til the both of them are dead. The two earth ponies were dead and Rainbow Dash was still holding her right hoof and runs to her bed to talk to Doctor Whooves. She screams as the green liquid and opened the scroll. Rainbow Dash, is something wrong?! The scroll said, Rainbow Dash still screams and fell onto the floor on her back as blood is gushing out of her hoof as her body was onto the ground still trying to be stable from the large blood loss. She screamed for the last time and the last thing she had done was falling off of her cloud and landed onto the ground, dead. The next day, the investigators saw the scene and looked at the three bodies and looked down. “Her name is Rainbow Dash. Time of death: 10:34 p.m.” Doctor Whooves said. //-------------------------------------------------------// Four //-------------------------------------------------------// Four The Ponyville investigators saw all of the tri-death of three ponies. “Rainbow Dash’s time and death date was November 12th, 10:34 p.m. She was attacked by three earth ponies named Applejack and Pinkamena ‘Pinkie’ Diane Pie.” The investigators took pictures of the three bodies and saw all the dried blood on the walls, floor, and the ground. Doctor Whooves looked all around Rainbow Dash’s room for evidence or anything that she left a clue or two before her death. He looked at her clock and and saw a piece of paper on the back of it. He opened the letter and saw two pieces of paper of a mysterious clue. It read: “November 10th, 2005 There are some further evidence of how the Mare and the Moon’s curse on the possession of any residence of Ponyville, but was unknown to me before of the strange unknown behavior of Pinkie Pie.” The middle section of the paper was cut and only the bottom of it was left over. This is just pretend, he thought. Is it? Rainbow Dash woke up with a jolt and looked around for anything suspicious, It was all just a dream, she thought, It felt so real to me. She walks to the kitchen and tried to wipe those flashes of that nightmare off. Pinkie Pie is waving at her to go to school, from her dream, she turned insane with Applejack and tries to inject her with an unknown green liquid, but killed them with her back legs and was brutal from the injection and landed on the ground and blacked out. “Hey there, Rainbow Dash! Had a good night sleep lately?” Pinkie Pie said with her morning perky voice. “It’s a great dream, thanks for asking.” Rainbow lied. She fears that this will happen in real life, and will die for real. She shook her head off and started her usual school day... A lavender aura surrounds a knife, coming from Twilight Sparkle with her dark purple eyes like she is under insanity, she levitates the knife near her head and bangs against the tip of the knife, stabbing herself in head and fell onto the floor. Applejack looked at her in sudden shock and laughs insanely as Twilight fell down onto the floor, dead. This is a different story of how this all started… Rainbow Dash places her novels into her bookshelf when her mother called. “Rainbow Dash, your friends are here for a ride.” She said. Rainbow flew outside, seeing Applejack, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie on her front yard. She smiled and walks towards them, with her courage face and trotted with them. “So, Applejack. Are we going to another club meeting?” Rainbow said, flying fast. “No, but we are going to the club meeting in a different location, it’s at Sugarcube Corner, they’re holding a competition.” Applejack said, stopping to catch some breath. “Hey there, Applejack! You got here just in time, the cupcake eating contest is about to begin, the winner gets 100 bits.” Mrs. Cake said to her. “100?!” Pinkie Pie said, thinking of what will she get for that much. “Yeah, a hundred bits. The registration is right over there to begin.” She said. The three ponies were exited and rushed towards the table to sign up, they bickered over of who’s going to win the contest. “It’s starting! You’re going down, Rainbow Dash.” Applejack said with her bravest tone with her face almost to the cupcakes. “You’re on!” Rainbow Dash said preparing her mouth wide open for the cupcakes. The three ponies started to gobble up the few cupcakes as fast as they can, one by one, the ponies started to go down to the bottom of the plate almost to the last cupcakes, Pinkie Pie was almost there but was out because of her nervousness of her stomach. Only Rainbow Dash and Applejack was the only two left for the final cupcake. “The final cupcake...and there is also the punishment game, too. If I win, there’s more than just that I asked for.” Applejack smirked as Rainbow Dash was about to throw up, but placed it back in her stomach to avoid disqualification. “If I win, you have to wear a vest saying ‘20% less cooler than Rainbow Dash’ on it.” Rainbow Dash said as she grabbed the final cupcake and saw that time was up. “What?!” “Oh, the competition is over. Oh well, I guess it’s postponed for another day.” Applejack said, standing up four hooves and walking towards the door. “You gotta need more time than that!” Rainbow Dash said begging to get the last cupcake to win. “Rules are rules, we can finish it tomorrow.” She said placing the prize in the counter. Hours past, Rainbow Dash was still looking at Applejack in triumph with her scrunched look on her face when she catched up with her to have a small talk to her. “So, you were saying, huh? Since I win, I’ll go get a vest from a pony to who I’ll know.” Rainbow Dash said with her calm voice. “Yeah, but it’s alright, I’m going to go back to my job.” Applejack trotted back in the other direction towards Sweet Apple Acres. “I thought you work at Sugarcube Corner.” Rainbow said, flying towards her to stop her track. “Oh, no, no. That’s my twin sister Fluttershy who works at Sugarcube Corner. You see, my dad is an earth pony, and my mother is a pegasus, and we were a mix, but we were different by the type of ponies we are.” Applejack said, going around Rainbow Dash. “Fluttershy...never heard that type of pony name before...hmm.” Rainbow Dash flied home, but stopped for a moment. Being famished, Rainbow Dash nearly forgotten that her parents went to Cloudsdale for performance along with the Wonderbolts. Rainbow Dash flies back into her cloud after her dining, but was still thinking of the pony waitress, Fluttershy. Was she really real, or was it just Applejack in disguise ? She flew back to Sugarcube corner and accidentally ran into a pack of rabbits. "What do you think you're doing?!" A pony walked past her and was looked like a pony with a dark blonde mane and golden trophy as a cutiemark. "This is part of the entire Crystal Empire property and you are damaging it!" She growled at her with her sneer upon her face and looked at her, furious. "Leave her alone, Miss Harshwinny!" Fluttershy said who came out of Sugarcube Corner and looked at her, not blinking. "If you continue to argue with her, you're going to be up against Ponyville!" Ponies from points of Ponyville walked towards the sneered mare and was now surrounded by the ponies. The dark looks of all of the ponies are staring at her with the same cold look she gave Rainbow Dash. The blonde-mane mare was looking more and more weak as the stare was longer. “It’s my fault, I’m so sorry…” The mare took her cage and quickly runs from away from the towns ponies. “Thanks for helping me everypony.” Rainbow Dash got back onto her wings and flew back into the air. “It’s not a problem. If she messes with one pony, she messes with everypony.” Fluttershy said as the other ponies continues to return to their regular basis. “You want to hang out, if you're not working.” Rainbow Dash said as she lend her a hoof. “Sure, my shift was over already.” Fluttershy opened her wings and flew beside her, as the two flew low level to the ground. Rainbow smiled as she looked down at Fluttershy’s flank, the canary pegasus’ cutiemark was three butterflies, meaning that she has something for a care for insects. “So, Fluttershy, I see you have three butterflies as your cutiemark, are you relation to butterflies and bugs?” Rainbow looked back at her. “Almost.
