This is just my story of how I started of as a worthless mercenary then became a knight. Amazing how far a bastard can go if he helps the right people. This all started in a shit village called Ponyville; very creative with that name aren't they? Anyways read further in to figure out how all this started. Or don't either way I get paid.

Note: This story contains both humans, anthro's, and pony's. They all live in different places on the planet but like ours both species are intermingled. So hopefully that won't confuse you the reader when I bring up anthro's and pony's living together.

Does this follow the My little pony seasons? No but it will feature characters from the story.

And yes this is my first story.

Pt I

"If you leave you can never come back."

The train screamed signalling my stop. I had been on this train for hours contemplating what to do when I had got here to Ponyville. Here I had no friends, no loves, no ties to my "family" if I could even call them that. They never treated me as if I was one of them even if I had my fathers blood, they could never truly love me because I was a bastard. Worthless in their eyes. I would prove them otherwise.

The train whistled again and the passengers pony's anthro's and humans alike began standing up grabbing their luggage and exiting out the boxcar. I guess this is my stop. I leaned over and grabbed my sword. It was ancient and ugly thing it had nicks down by the tip, the handle was rusted as was the blade. I might as well be slaying butterfly's with it. It lay in a leather sheath that hit my leg when I walked. I set it inside my my coat as I stood up and walked towards the door.

When I walked outside the car I was blinded by how many colors there were blue, yellow, pink, purple hell I even saw a white an all of them were pony's except for a small minority of anthro's who had just left the train; almost instantly an explosion of talk had broken out in the train station as if the fucking princesses had come to greet all of their royal subjects. I did my best to get away from all of the pony's their squeaky voices started pissing me off while simultaneously giving me a migraine and before I knew it a wave of pony's washed over me trying to get to the boxcar. This was my last straw, there was only one way I could get them to move and it was gonna be loud and jarring.

I had enough space to reach into my coat and pull out my sheathed sword. I unsheathed it and raised it towards the pony's in front of me while yelling.

"Would ya' kindly get the fack out of me way!" Deafening silence waved over the crowed slowly but surely. Their attention was now fixated on me; the group that was in front of me quickly got out of the way as did the ones behind clearing me a path. As I moved to be on my way I heard a pompous voice yell out behind me.

"You there! How dare you speak to my sisters subjects like so!" The voice spoke out as I turned around to look at him. He was a white unicorn pony with golden blond hair that reflected the sun which matched his shiny white armor carved in markings which he was brandished in. His eyes were a soft blue and his expression was one of carelessness anger, as if he were putting on a show for the pony's around him even though he truly didn't care about them. Behind him two almost identical pony's walked out spears above their heads and were both covered in golden armor with equal expressions of anger. Only theirs was true.

"Speak swine!" He said with slightly more intensity. I could tell a fight was about to break out and that he wouldn't be the one fighting. I could look into his eyes and tell he was a pompous moma's boy pussy; his guards were a different story they had the look of veterans and had something I didn't armor. Even if I made a strike on them my blade would break and I would be weaponless and probably dead, so I would have to swallow my pride on this one.

"I don't have time for you Nahlkrim (Bitch) I said the last word in my native tongue.

"What's the matter scared?" He said with the gold guards behind him laughing. I said not a word and continued down the row of pony's.

I let my anger cool by seeing the sights of Ponyville. For a small little hamlet it had many building some still being erected while other abandoned and decrepit. As I was walking I spotted the town hall and figured I should get a map in order to find where the inn and blacksmith was. I entered and got a good look at the place. There were 4 sofa's spread around each wall of the room and on each wall there were painting of multiple pony's none worth of mention as they did not have gold platted names under them. I would have taken in more of the room if a scratchy voice hadn't taken me out of the moment.

"Can I help you?" A pony with reading glasses and dolled up hair spoke in an annoyed tone.

"Yes miss. Do you have a map of Ponyville?" I asked politely. She let out an annoyed grown and disappeared into the back room. I heard the door behind me open and a lavender pony entered he was small but looked agile and had eyes like a hawk might want to be careful of this one I thought.

"Excuse me do you know where miss Softtrot went?" Shit thought she was a male; need to figure out the difference I thought wiping the look of surprise off my face I put a smile on instead.

"She just went in the back to find me a map." I say putting my hand on my sword.

"Oh are you knew here?" She asks inquisitively

"Yeah just got here from the train."

"Really? Must have been hard for you to get through the crowd." She said almost apologetically.

"You have no idea." I say remembering the confrontation with the asshole and his lapdogs.

"Here's your map. That will be 15 bits." Softtrot said with a smirk on her face.

"You expect people who just came into town to be able to pay that? No complementary maps?" I say disbelievingly.

"I don't expect humans." She says in an bitchy tone. Smirk growing larger.

"You know what." I say beginning to pull out my sword.

"Everyone calm down!" The lavender pony says reaching into her saddlebag and pulling out 15 shiny gold coins.

"Thank you." I say to the lavender pony while snatching the map "If you need help with anything just ask."

"If you mean that then come by my library later I may need help sorting some books." She says

"You got it." I said to the lavender pony while turning to Softtrot "Well looks like you won't be getting any of my money. Goodbye you Decrepit vagina! (Diseased cunt) The lavender pony looked at me with a face that read "Did you really just say that?" I replied back " I'll see you around my Surend luft fleur (Serene little flower) and with that I turned and left the town hall.

Yeah I know there's allot of cursing but hey that's what I like. Anyways this is my first story and I'll try to make it as good as possible but in order for that to happen I need to get feedback from you (The reader) Anyways I'm out peaces!
