Chapters Chapter 1
I’m raindrop clover (I know, I know your thinking I’m a girl because of how girly my name sounds, and well the only thing I have to say to that is that the last time I checked I was a guy) and my life story so far isn’t a great one. It’s not filled with magic and friendship… well it wasn’t for most of it anyway. It had changed for a while, it was happy for once and it seemed to be a fairy tale and that it wasn’t true, and I guess I was right because that disappeared shortly after it started.
I am a very light tan-ish color pony with a very dark shade of red for my mane. I live just on the outskirts of Pony Ville. I don’t necessarily live in a town or city, I don’t even live with somepony. I’m here all alone with the one and only thing I have left… my house. It was the only thing that the… “accident” didn’t take away from me, that and the haunting memories that day left me. I still have nightmares of it and I still wake up screaming the same name every time, the name of that beautiful mare.
Mareilyn Sweatheart was my love, my darling dear. She was the most gorgeous shad of baby blue I had ever seen and her mane was white with just a hint of the lightest blue yo… you would have ever saw. Her eyes, her beautiful crimson eyes, the ones I love so much, the ones that no matter how bad a day it was they managed to seem so joyful… even in her last dying moments they seemed so happy.
I think the only time I seen her face full of tears was the day that she was told she could have no children, she was so heart broken that even her favorite little filly, rainbow dash, couldn’t make her smile (probably because it reminded her of the horrible fact), but even that didn’t keep her down all day. She was back to smiling and dancing around with rainbow dash only just 3 hours latter, filling this old house with happy laughter and playful screams. Now there are no screams, no laughter, nothing but the emptiness that echoes through out this house, this only reminder I have left (besides my memories) of her.
Every now and then rainbow dash comes by to check on me and bring her dearest friend flowers. Now that I think about it she should be here soon, I mean even though we don’t talk much I still look forward to seeing her and I wish she came by more often but she’s a big strong mare now with good friends and an important job as a weather pony. I don’t really understand why she bothers anymore, everypony else forgot about her, even her mother has… I guess rainbow dash really did love her, but she has a life that she needs to live and not spend checking on a pathetic pony everyday at 4:00pm.
Now I can see rainbow dash walking the same path she always takes, never flying, even though its her favorite thing to do, she never does here. That poor girl she seems so sad everytime she comes down here, never have I seen a smile on her face since Mareilyns. But today she was crying and I don’t really blame her, cuz I’m doing the same. And if you really must know exactly what’s wrong (and this goes for the both of us)…
today is the 5th anniversary of that horrid day.

Chapter 2
"Hey there Dashie, you doing alright today?" I forced myself to ask as I walked out to greet her (even though I already knew what the answer was).
“no” (as I expected her to say) “ I just still cant believe that she gone we had so much fun” said Dashie as she began to cry, I fallowed her example shortly after “I don’t even know how some pony could hurt her let alone kill her! I swear raindrop I will kill them I will kill them!” she snapped
“Look Dashie its not your fault, ok. There is no need to get yourself hurt or worse killed…. I won’t loose you as well as I did sweatheart, you’re the closest and only pony I have who else will keep me alive?” I told her wiping her tears away with my hoof “please promise me you wont do that to me rainbow and I want that pinky promise you made me do!” I said trying to calm her
(It worked) she let a little laugh, shook her head slightly and began to do the motions to pinky promise me “cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye” she said, finishing the silly little pinky promise her friend taught her by pretending to stick a cupcake in her eye
“Good now I’m going to hold you to that promise.” I said as I managed the best “smile” (if you could call a pathetic twitch at the sides of my mouth a smile) I could
“you used my own words against me, but ok” she laughed again and then looked at the sky “well hey I think I need to get back to clearing the skies for the sun festival, Princes Celestia had chosen pony Ville to rise the sun in this go round….” She looks at me with a worried look in her eye “are you going to be there this time?”
I didn’t know what to say I don’t really want to hurt her but yet I really, really don’t want to go out into a crowd of people that all knew about the tragedy and would probably want to say amends “sorry Dashie not this time I cant you know that’s the same fest that I met her at and plus the ponies there would probably try say there amends to me, I really think that I’m not ready to face that quite yet maybe next time… but only if you go with me ok” I said
She looked disappointed that I had turned her down… again. “that’s alright I guess, but you really have to go this time alright….” she looked down and then shot her head up with the biggest smile I ever seen on her in years “PINKY PROMISE ME!” she said with a laugh, a good laugh too and I almost wanted to laugh to but I knew I never could
“Alright Dashie ill pinky promise you” I said again wanting to let out the laughter that had dwelled inside for so long (but of coarse I didn’t), mimicking the movements she made when she pinky promised me and said the ridicules chant. “Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cup cake in my eye” finishing it with accidentally actually shoving my hoof into my eye “ouch!” Rainbow Dash broke into tears of laughter as I rubbed my eye “hey that’s not funny that really hurt”
“I’m sorry I didn’t mean to laugh but it was too funny to me” she said as she began to calm down “you know… I think that you need to get out of here for a while do you want to go get something to eat or maybe I could set up a picnic over on the hills over there” making that face that made it impossible to say no
“Yeah a picnic sounds great, what time would you like me to be there?”
“Oh don’t worry ill come and get you when I have everything all set up, but hey I better go before I get yelled at” kissing my forehead as she does every time before she leaves “love ya” and flew off
“LOVE YOU TOO AND SEE YOU TOMORROW!!!” I yelled after her hoping she heard but judging by how she turned around and waved I figured she did “oh boy what to do now hmmm…” I mumbled
After a few minute on debating what it was that I was going to do (go for a walk or sleep one of the two), I decided that I would go for a long walk in the Everfree forest to clear my mind enough to sleep
I don’t really understand why everypony is so afraid of this place its so beautiful and peaceful… I remember when I was still afraid of it and was dragged through here to see its wonders and fall in love twice once with the Everfree forest, and twice with Mareilyn sweatheart. She showed me that this place wasn’t something to be afraid of, but instead that it was something to be loved… I felt a warm tickle go down my face and found myself crying “why did it have to be this way Mareilyn, why did they take you from me…. WHY!!!!!” falling to the ground, crying and found my self slowly falling asleep
Chapter 3
“Hey hunny are you awake?”
“Huh?...” that voice I know that voice all to well, but how was it possible? “Mareilyn?” I asked
“Yes, I’m sorry I didn’t want to wake you but it looked like you were having a terrible nightmare and I couldn’t stand to see you go through that” said Mareilyn
A nightmare? Was it all just a nightmare?! Throwing myself up strait to look into those eyes I loved so much (only expecting to find her not there). And when I looked from where her voice was coming from, my gaze was met by a set of the most beautiful crimson eyes…
She’s really here? But how? When? Was what she said true? Was it all just a nightmare? I could help myself but I had to reach out to her and hold her in my arms, and I was again expecting the worse to only find that I was wrong… she really is here right in my hou… no our house! She was alive in the flesh. I quickly grabbed her into a big hug “I love you so much sweatheart and I always will I promise”
“Hunny I love you too, are you alright was the nightmare that bad?” she asked
I smiled and laid a kiss on her cheek “yes, it was the worst ever. But that doesn’t matter right now you’re here in my arms and that’s all I really care about” I said looking back into thoughts eyes I missed so much.
CRACK!
The lightning scared me awake, forcing me to realize that everything was all a dream.
I still had to double check to make sure that it really was just a dream. I franticly looked around for the one I called my love, only to find that there was nothing there. Again I stared to cry but not enough to cry myself to sleep, instead I got up and walked home trying to get there before it stared to downpour.
Finally getting home, just in time to feel the first raindrop touch my hoof, I opened my door and stopped before I went in.
There was a basket sitting on the table Mareilyn had me bring out here, so that she could come outside and draw the surroundings she found beautiful. It looked like… it was a picnic basket?
I immediately remembered the promise I made Rainbow Dash…maybe rainbow brought it over early so that she could come and get me and take me on our picnic, I guess ill put it inside so it doesn’t get all wet. Picking up the basket, underestimating its weight, I almost fell over. “Whoa! What did Dashie shove in this thing” I said through my teeth. Maybe she had forgotten what I liked, it had been a while since we had eaten together so she could have put in a lot of different things so I could take my pick.
Walking inside I bucked the dork shut and walked over to the table next to the painting of me and sweatheart, that sweatheart herself had done. I set the basket down on the table and stopped and forced my self to look at the picture of us. It had been my favorite and my most precious picture out of the many that Mareilyn had painted, but now it was the only picture left. The only one that survived the “accident.”
Sucking up a tear before it fell I turned to face the once colorful wall, now nothing but chipped paint and wood. Again that tear tried to betray me and run down my cheek but I refused to let it. Then I decided to do what I haven’t done in a long time, I walked into that room, the one we had planed to be our babies but never had the chance to have a child to give it to. Taking one last look at the room filled with what a child would love,
Letting out a sigh I walked to my bedroom and got into bed, and slowly began to drift into a deep sleep.
CRACK!
Yet another lightning bolt making an even louder noise than the last. I decided to count… one
CRACK!
And another… two
CRACK!
Thr..”WHAAAHUWHAAAA”… what in the name of Celestia is that?
I threw the blankets off of me and ran to where I heard the cry, but it was not there anymore… maybe it was a passerby and there child. Walking back to bed another lightning blast had struck
CRACK!
Fo..”WHAAAAAAAUHWHAAAAAA”… turning around to see where it was coming from, I could see nothing, not a soul… just the basket
“WHAAAAAAAUHWHAAAAAAA”… there! It was coming from the basket! I ran toward the basket picked it up and set it gently on the floor. Slowly, so as not to frighten the creature, I opened the basket… to find a beautiful little filly crying because the lightning had scared her.
The poor thing! I slowly picked her up and began to rock her “shhhhh it’s alright hunny it’s alright shhh I’ve got you, there’s nothing to be afraid of I promise.” I said to comfort her and to my surprise she did. She even calmed down enough for me to notice that she hadn’t even opened her eyes yet, I didn’t even know who she was nor who she belonged to.
She began to cry again due to another lightning blast, but this time she didn’t freak out as much and I was able to calm her down easily. After I calmed her I went back to the basket and found that there was a note and a bottle. I picked up the bottle and gave it to the little filly and then picked up the note and began reading it
Please I beg that you take my daughter and keep her safe for I can no longer take care of her. I have done as much as I can but I have grown ill and do not want her to be alone after I pass with no one so please I beg that you take her

Strange she never even mentioned the name of the child… “hmmmm” what do I do? I could try to find her mother and tell her to find someone else… no that would be cruel… maybe another pony would.. no I couldn’t “hmmm” I know! I could give her to the flight academy she has wings and they took in rainb…. The beautiful little filly had opened her eyes and was looking at me with a look… a look that I knew all to well.
It was the same stare that Mareilyn gave me when I made a funny face because I was thinking to hard… I could move I was just to shocked at the resemblance in those eyes, and well to think of it the only difference between this little filly and Mareilyn was that the filly had all dark blue hair and Mareilyn did not. It seemed like everything else was the same.
And then it hit me… I have to take care of her, I was ment to find her on my door step, and she was ment to be… my little filly
“I think I know what to call you little filly” I said as she looked at me with those oh so familiar eyes. “I will call you Mareilyn.” The little fi… Mareilyn really like her new name and she smiled at me with the biggest goofiest smile ever, and for the first time in so may years... I smiled too.
Chapter 4
Waking up I swore she wouldn’t be there, but yet I could still feel the warmth of that little filly still in my arms. And if that wasn’t enough to know that she was still there she started to squirm and let out a little yawn, I couldn’t help but to smile… a smile? Why am I smiling? why is it that she could make me happy, make me smile and no pony else can?
Little Mareilyn squirmed again and I looked down to see if she had woken, and gasped.
She was looking up at me with those eyes that were happy and joyful, eyes I’ve only seen on one other pony, “Oh yeah, that’s why…” it was because she was so much like her that I had to smile. After I found my breath I looked over at the clock, “huh. Rainbow Dash should be here by now it’s later than usual” odd “well maybe she’s still busy cleaning the festival or something….” I mumbled to myself. But still it’s a little strange.
“It looks like it’s just me and you for now” I said looking back into the eyes of the filly. “I wonder what Dashies going to think of you” letting out a laugh, “I bet she’ll love you” Mareilyn giggled causing me to smile wider than I already was, “You know I really think that you’re one the best things that’s happened to me and I’ve only had you for a night and half the day….” I let out I little laugh “yup one of the best”
*sniff-sniff*
“Oh sweet Celestia” plugging my nose, “is that you?” I picked her up and took her to the baby changing station. “My goodness…” I was literally turning green from the smell being amped from me opening it, witch Mareilyn found pretty funny, “ha-ha you may look sweet but you can smell vile” again, she thought that that was pretty funny. How adorable
After I got her changed we went to sit on the floor and play with the toys I had gotten from the baby room. She loved to play with them, and apparently they tasted delicious too. “Ha-ha is that yummy?” I said to her while I ruffled up her mane. She smiled that big goofy smile the same way as she did the first time. Smiling seemed to be something she never stopped doing. Even when she was hungry, she never cried, she just got really quiet and drooled a lot. The only time I heard her and seen her cry was when I found her, and even then she was easily calmed.
Looking at the clock again to see the time as I grabbed the bottle I found in her basket to fill it up with formula. “Where is Rainbow Dash it’s almost night ti...” I had looked out side only to find that it was dark. “But that’s not right it should still be light out,” its only 5:00pm, “strange did something happen at the festival?” Oh no Rainbow!
I quickly rushed and grabbed Mareilyn and strapped her into a carrier, designed to keep her on my back, and ran out the door and started flying to Pony Ville (it had been forever that I last flew I guess I forgot about my wings till now). I could here Mareilyn laughing so at least I knew she enjoyed it, but I could not smile nor laugh because I fear that I may loose Rainbow, and that I can not allow happening.
As I reached Pony Ville I could see that the place was empty and I thought that everypony was dead, but out of the corner of my eye I seen lights on in city hall. When I made it in side I could see that everypony was still alive and perfectly fine. “RAINBOW DASH!!” I yelled it so loud that every pony stared and I didn’t care. Jumping into the air I yelled her name again, I looked everywhere but still no sign of her.
I was beginning to freak out when something large hit me, and it felt almost as if it were another pony giving me a hug, no it was. As the pony pulled away I could see that it was Derpy, another of Mareilyn’s favorite fillies. “Careful Derpy I have a filly on my back and I don’t want her hurt ok” I told her
“Ok, Mr. Clover” making that silly face that I loved back when she was younger, and still did. Then there was a loud burst of laughter and Derpy had to see where it was coming from. When she found Mareilyn she smiled big and said “I never knew that you a Mary had a baby! She so cute!”
“we… didn’t…” I had forgotten that she had never been told about her death, but not wanting to hurt her I asked where Rainbow dash was instead.
“OH! Rainbow Dash left to go find Princes Celestia because the evil Nightmare Moon came and snatched her up!” I was instantly paralyzed, my jaw had dropped and I could feel the tears wanting to escape and run down my cheek, but she promised. She promised that she would get herself killed, and going up against Nightmare Moon was suicidal!
“I have to save her!” spinning poor unexpecting Derpy in circles as I dashed off like a mad stallion, still careful of the still laughing Mareilyn on my back. I flew as fast as I possibly could towards the old run down castle that was once Nightmare Moon’s, and hopped to god she was still alive.
Soon after I left I made it to Nightmare Moons castle, I could see nothing, no sign of that cyan colored pony. After a few minutes of flying around gave up and flew to the ground and began to cry, “Rainbow Dash please be alive, that is all I ask. I wont loose you not like I did Mary” I began to cry harder
“I.. its… o.. ok… shhh” a high pitched voice said, as if they were struggling to get the words out. Confused at who else would be here, I started to look around searching for the pony who said that. But there was no pony there
“Who’s there?” I asked ready for somepony to answer, one that never came. Was I hearing things?
“shhhhhhh” there it was again but this time I heard it loud enough to know where it came from. Its was Mareilyn speaking her first words, and mimicking the same words I used to calm her when she was scared.
Taking her out from the harness I placed her in my lap and smiled. “Yes, it is ok your right” I said running my hoof through her hair, “I’m sure that Dashies alive and is probably back in pony Ville by now.” Mary gave me that goofy smile once again, and I could help but give her a funny grin back
Strapping Mareilyn onto my back again, we took off flying back to pony Ville a second time, hopping Dashie was alright.

Chapter 5
It had been two hours since we had made it back to pony Ville and Dashie nor her friends had shown up yet, and I was getting worried. Rainbow and I never really talked much but I loved her as if she were my own and nothing would stop that. But now that there is that large possibility that I will loose her, I may never smile again no matter how adorable Mareilyn got, it would just never happen.
“Hey guys look!” lifting my ears, and then my head I couldn’t believe it. In walked Princes Celestia and 5 other ponies, non of them Rainbow Dash. I could feel the tears swelling in my eye lids realizing what had happened.
“She’s dead” I cried soft enough that no pony would hear. I could no longer hold back the tears that I kept hidden away, letting them fall I stood and started to walk away.
“Who’s dead?” I heard a familiar voice say.
As I was turning around to see who had over heard my self comment, I had tried my hardest to hide the tears once more so I could blow them off and say that it was nothing. But as soon as I seen who it was I froze in place. There standing in front of me was Dashie, that was it the tears fell once more but harder and in more quantities, I rushed over to her and hugged her so tight I heard her gasp for air. “Rainbow your alive I was so scared,” I said pulling away from the hug just enough so that I could see her face, “when you didn’t come to my house for our picnic I went to look outside for you. But when I seen that it was still dark out I didn’t know what had gone wrong. But you’re here and your alive and that’s all that matters right now” I said in what seemed like one breath and then went back to hugging her tight again.
“Nope still here…” she said letting out another gasp, “but I might not make it through this hug with how tight it is!” realizing that I was hugging a little tight, I backed off and let out a little blush.
“Sorry Dash I was just so worried” bowing my head I felt like crying again, but this time tears of joy.
“I know that you were but you don’t need to worry I did make you the promise that I wouldn’t die didn’t I?” she said laughing, and I laughed too. witch caught Rainbow Dash’s eye. And as well as Mareilyn’s witch caused her to laugh her childish laugh, knowing I was happy again.
“Your smiling….” Looking onto my back, “and who might this be?” she said.
“OH! I almost forgot, Rainbow this here... is Mareilyn” I said looking at Rainbow waiting for her reaction. Instead of the response that I was expecting, she had broke down into tears, and all the while she held a smile.
“Wow, she really does resemble her doesn’t she.” By that time I had undone her from the harness on my back and held her out for Dashie to hold, “where did she come from… is she a relatives?” she said as she took Mareilyn into her arms.
“No, actually she showed up on my doorstep. Somepony had put her there with a note and her bottle, the note said it was from her mother but she never said her name nor little Mareilyn’s. And I named her what I did because she reminded so much of…” letting out a sad sigh “Mary.”
“Aw, poor little Mareilyn” she said looking into the eyes of the filly, “Are you going to keep her?” she asked.
“Well I figured that I was going to give her to the flight school you went to because of how good you said they were to you but…” smiling at the giggly pony in Dash’s arms, “she made me smile so I just couldn’t give her away like I wanted to anymore, it felt almost as if she was ment to be in my care.” Looking back at Dash who was making faces at Mary making her giggle, more than pink pony that literally hopped in city hall before the others. “She feels almost a part of me, and it makes me oh so happy for once.”
Laughing as Mary found fascination in her hair, “well I can see why, she such a little bund of joy” she said as she was rubbing her nose against the filly’s. “Oh hey, since I couldn’t make it to the picnic we had planed would you like to find something here to eat?” she said suddenly realizing it with a blush, “ sorry about that.”
“That’s alright Dashie,” I said letting out a laugh, “ well I’m still not really comfortable here maybe we can pick some stuff up here and then go to where we planed…” rubbing Mary’s mane, “plus I don’t have anything for little Mary to eat.”
“Sure that will work” she said giggling, “You know I’m really going to have to get use to you laughing.” Giving Mary back to me she said as she started walking towards her friends. “HEY!” she yelled, “You wanna meat my friends? They’ll love you!”
“Umm…I really don” I tried to say but Rainbow interrupted me by grabbing my hoof and dragging me towards where her friends where at. “Um Dashie I really don’t think…” to late, we’re already here.
“HI! IM PINKIE PIE!! WHATS YOUR NAME?” sai…yelled the very pink pony, who seemed to be overly filled with excitement, “Hey! Are you knew here? I don’t think that I’ve ever seen you before” she again yelled, or I guess said in here normal voice judging by the way that no pony jumped but me.
‘Well no I’m not new, as a matter of fact I’ve probably been here since before you were a filly” I said to Pinkie.
“HHHHHHHHHHUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHH? How come I’ve never seen you here? Why haven’t I seen you at all? Are you married,…” and that was something that touched me. Married, ha I was… I miss her so. The pain of that thought was so painful I couldn’t hide it, but this overly exited pony continued talking as if she didn’t notice, “Please mister! I know EVERYPONY but you anHMMHMMMMHHHHHHMHMHMHHMMH…GRR!”
“Sorry about that sugar cube,” said an orange-ish pony with beautiful blond hair, while she put her hoof in Pinky’s mouth (she must be from the apple orchard not to far from the house… I wonder if granny smith is still there), “she can get to be a little… talkative at times, so what your name fella?” she said with a big smile.
“Um… well I’m Raindrop… Clover” I said having to think about it since it had been so long from the last time I told somepony, “its nice to meat you… um?”
“AppleJack” she said with so much pride, “and its nice to meat you.”
“You too, uh… if you don’t mind me asking are you from the apple orchard in Pony Ville?” I said hopping that my assumption was right and that I wouldn’t offend her by saying that if she wasn’t.
“I sure am, darling!” she said, “and we have some of the greatest apples here!” ha-ha well at least I was right. “By the way, where do you live, I don’t recon I’ve ever seen you around these parts.”
“Well I live just two miles the west of your farm really,” I said with a shy smile, “I use to go there to visit granny smith a lot.” That shocked her.
“Hang on are you that pony that use to come by with Mareilyn? I loved that pony hows she? Do you think maybe she can come back to the farm soon?”
That did. This time not only was I not able to hide the pain but I wasn’t able to hide the tear that fallowed. “Apple I thought you were familiar… Hun she’s not coming back” I said as I looked over to Rainbow who was also shedding tears as well.
“Oh, I didn’t know… I’m sorry she was an amazing girl” she said, bowing her head, “I didn’t mean to.”
“shhhh i..its ok” haha there was that little filly’s voice talking for a second time, “shhh it ok….d….da” she tried to say something else but I couldn’t make it out.
“Yes everything’s ok I promise” I said and she let out a giggle, I turned to take her off my back and turned back with her in my arms only to come face to face with a Pink haired pony.
“Oh she’s just lo…lovely,” backing away just a little I could see that she had come from behind Pinkie, or at least that’s what I’m thinking from the way that she looking all around with a confused look on her face. “what’s her name?”
“Her name is Mareilyn” I could see Applejack cringe a little, but I ignored that. “Would you like to hold her?” I said holding her out for her to take.
“Can I!? I promise to be extra careful!” she said taking Mary from my arms with a gentleness only a mother coul… no more than a mother could ever dream of, “ oh your so adorable.”
“I don’t think I caught you name ether” I said to the pony.
“Oh” she whispered with a blush “sorry… I’m Fluttershy” so she’s a shy pony I’m guessing, I mean not like the whispering and well pure shyness wasn’t enough to give that away.
“Well I’m very happy to meat you Fluttershy” I said with a smile. Now this mare I remember, I do believe Dashie brought her over once or twice so Mary could teach her to fly… but of coarse she shied away. It’s been a while I don’t think she remembers me.
I was still staring at Fluttershy and Mary when all of a sudden… “Hi there, I’m Rarity” said a snobby sounding pony, yeah I don’t think Ill like her much… but yet I guess I don’t know her yet so I guess I can accept her for now, “hug what in the world is that ghastly thing around your neck?” yup im not going to like her one bit.
“Rainbow…” I whispered to Dashie, who looked at me with great apologies. Sighing I looked back at the snob, “well this “GHASTLY” thing around my neck happens to be the most priced possessions I have, and I’m never taking it off so get over it.” A little harsh but well disserved.
“Ok lets not fight about this” said a pony, who obviously knew the pony with a stick up there flank well enough to know there was an argument coming from her, “hi I’m Twilight Sparkle” she said holding out her hoof.
“Hi I’m sure you heard my name” I said as I took her hoof and shook it.
“I did and if you don’t mind me asking but how do you know Rainbow Dash, I’ve never seen her this calm around somepony before” she said looking over at Dash.
“Well that’s a long story actually… um I don’t know where to start or how to shorten it” I said as I was picking my brain on a shorter way to tell the story but had no luck.
“I know why don’t you guys come with me and him to our picnic, he can tell you all about it there!” Rainbow said looking over at me, “that is if its alright with you?”
“No that’s fine its been a while since I had company” I said smiling to the group of ponies and then over at the filly in Fluttershy’s arms, “but that means that well have to get more food than planed it’s a good thing we’ve got extra hooves to help carry things back to my house.”
Everypony smiled (even the snob, witch kinda bugged me) “Well? What are we waiting for lets go!” said Pinkie Pie, we all laughed.
“Wait Pinkie!” said Rainbow Dash still laughing, “we cant leave until sunrise remember, the princes wants to thank us for saving the day” she said with pride.
“Oh yeah!” Pinkie said, “we’ll I guess well have to wait for just a minute.”
Once again everypony laughed, and they all began telling me how they saved the day till they had to leave for the princes’ thanks. After all the fuss we all joined back up together and left for our picnic.
