                          Chapter 1.

Twilight Sparkle looked at the book in front of her, she was trying a new spell she had found.

"From one pony to all let the seapony rome and only when you have discovered the key your world will be set free." Twilight seemed puzzled by the words. "What-" she said as her hole body started to glow, she watched in fear as the world went blank.

Suddenly she opened her eyes, where was she? She felt like she was in water, she felt different, but in another way she felt the same.

Twilight twirled around and saw her house was turned into sea coral, she soon saw her self in the mirror and gasped at the sight she was seeing, she was half pony and half fish, could this be what the spell ment?

Twilight swam to her book and looked at the spell, "but this dose not make any sense. I mean what kind of key do I need to find?" Twilight said to herself, "do they mean a key like the ones me and my friends collected to defeat Lord Tirk?" Twilight said as she flipped the pages of a book.

"There has got to be something to help me find out what is going on." she was in a state of worry, nothing could get her out of it, NOTHING! Well maybe except for the sound of the now coral door opening, twilight looked up as the door swung open  And knocked some books on the floor,

Twilight swam over and grabbed the books and put them back on the shelf,

"Please dashie you have to be more careful."  Twilight said turning over to her friend,

Rainbow dash rolled her eyes as she came in followed by her friends.

"Darling, what happened, why do we have fins?" Rarity said as she twirled around making bubbles fly all over the place, "Ooo pretty!" Pinkie said as she chased a bubble around the room almost knocking everything of the shelf, twilight ran to catch the books before they hit the ground.

"Pinkie please stop that." Twilight said as she popped the bubble with her fishy tail. Fluttershy looked at the others, "how did we because fish twilight?" The shy yellow pony said as she swam to twilight, twilight frowned, "well I was trying a new spell, and, now we are fish."

Rarity swam over to twilight with a worried but reassuring voice, "oh but I am sure you'll be able to change us all back, right?" Rarity watched as twilight shook her head, "there is no spell to fix us." Twilight said as she looked at her friends.

Apple Jack swam over to her, "now sugarcube don't you fret, we'll find ya'll a counter spell lickidy split." Apple Jack said as the other girls nodded. Within minutes bubbles were flouting everywhere, pinkie pie and Apple Jack tossed books of the shelf rainbow dash and Fluttershy got the books before they hit the ground, rarity sorted the through spell books and non spell books, and twilight looked for a spell to fix it.

Soon the 6 friends where sitting and panting after there search, they had found no book with a counter spell on it. "Maybe we will find one in the starswirl the bearded wing." Pinkie said as she got up, it was surprising that she still had so much energey left after that search.

Rarity got up "sounds like a plan." She said kindly, twilight got up and nodded. Yeah, let's go see if we can find it." Twilight said as her friends got up. Fluttershy frowned, "But we don't know were the starswirl the bearded wing is inside canterlot castle."

Pinkie smiled, "oh Fluttershy, me, twilight, and spike went there once so twilight could stop time," pinkie took in a breath of air, "funny thing is that we found a spell that lets her go BACK in time and stay there for a few minutes, and it only works once."

Canterlot castle, or coarllot castle (as pinkie refured to it.) Was beautiful, rarity smiled, "wow canterlot is beautiful." Rarity aww'ed at it with amazement gleaming in her eyes. Dashie rolled her eyes,

"So what rarity? It is just the same old Dusty canterlot castle." Rarity jumped at dashie's words,

"Rainbow dash ho-"

"Girls stop." Twilight said as she turned to her eyes on her friends, "we are not here to argue we are here to find a counter spell." Twilight said

"Ok..." Rarity and dashie said as they both looked at the ground.

Twilight smiled when they had made it to the starswirl the bearded wing in corallot castle.
