//-------------------------------------------------------// Break A Leg -by Pommington- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter One: Rarity //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter One: Rarity It was a clear, sunny day, the perfect day for a competition. The Sisterhooves Social was to be held on this day, and Ponyville was abuzz with excitement for the upcoming event. The Apple sisters were the fan favorite, seeing as the two farm ponies had experience, running the race 3 times before, each with a win. But there were two new challengers, Rarity and Sweetie Belle, and their sheer determination set them apart from the rest of the pack. Rarity and her younger sister Sweetie Belle practiced at every opportunity they had, sometimes in the early morning, before the sun even rose, and sometimes into the late night. Rarity didn't want second place again, and with the way they practiced, it seemed impossible they would get anything but a shining victory. The track was set up, and many of the sisters were stretching and practicing for the competition that was poised to start in 10 minutes. "Do you really think we'll win?" Sweetie Belle asked her sister, a tone of nervousness in her voice. "Of course I do, darling! We practiced very hard and it will pay off!" replied Rarity reassuringly. But what the older sister didn't tell her younger counterpart was the fact that the competition this year looked as tough as it ever had before. Rarity shook the doubt from her head, she had to win this for her sister. "Sisters! Line up at the starting banner!" Boomed a voice from somewhere Rarity couldn't quite see. Ponies began rushing to the starting line with excitement, and the air was electric with the determination of a dozen pair of ponies. Rarity took her position next to her little sister, she looked to the crowd and noticed her friends, all cheering both Rarity's team, and Applejack's, with extreme jubilance. "Good luhck, Rarity!" Piped Applejack from her position next them. Rarity nodded back sheepishly as Sweetie Belle shook like a ball of pure energy. Apple Bloom and the hyper young pony nodded at one another, huge grins on their faces. "Ready?" Boomed the voice of the announcer, Rarity inhaled, "Steady!" She exhaled, "GO!" The sound of a hundred hoof beats exploded in Rarity's ear and the jolted off from the starting line, the first obstacle were the mud pits, an obstacle Rarity remembered very well. She and her younger sister leaped over them flawlessly, taking an early lead, but with Applejack and her sister not too far behind. The next obstacle would be a little more difficult, jumping from hoop to hoop. Sweetie Belle had consistent trouble with this leg of the race in practice, but Rarity had confidence her young sister would conquer it today. The duo jumped from hoop to hoop without a single problem, and their lead slowly began to increase. The next obstacle was blown through with ease, and the entire race became a blur as Rarity and Sweetie Belle tore through the course at record speed. Applejack and Apple Bloom were close behind at every turn, keeping the other two on their pace of blinding speed. The crowd began chanting "Rarity, Sweetie Belle!" Uproariously, giving the duo the boost they needed to continue their lead, but Rarity could feel the frustration and anger pulsing from Applejack, she did not want to lose today. Rarity and Sweetie Belle rounded a corner and the last leg of the course became visible, the hurdles. Rarity fell more times than she cared to count on the hurdles, but if her sister could conquer the hoops, she could conquer these. However, Rarity's sudden apprehension allows Applejack and Apple Bloom to take the lead. Sweetie Belle squealed "Rarity, they passed us!" "Not for long!" Rarity replied as she leaped over each hurdle with elegance, the final one came up, Applejack and her were neck and neck, Rarity took the jump, but her back front right hoof slammed violently against the hurdle as she was sent tumbling to the ground while Applejack and Apple Bloom made their way to the finish line, winning 1st yet again. Rarity's hoof exploded in pain as she lay in the dirt, her eyes watered as the pain shot up into her head, causing her to whimper lightly. She dared a peek down at the afflicted leg, what she saw made her gag, it was twisted in the wrong direction as a sharp piece of bone stuck out from the top of her hoof, blood dripped down her elegant white coat. Sweetie Belle, seeing her sister, ran to her aid along with Applejack and the rest of the gang. "Oh my Celestia!" piqued Spike, "R-Rarity! Are you okay?!" Rarity managed to let out a quick, labored sentence "M-my hoof is... Broken." The group let out a gasp as Applejack peered at Rarity's injured leg. "My garsh! It looks really bahd!" Applejack said lightly. "Let's take her back to the boutique, we can help her out there," Twilight said as the group nodded lightly. "But wait," Spike interjected, "Why not just take her to the hospital?" "Because," Fluttershy said lightly, "Twilight knows a new spell. S-she, uh, was just telling us about it!" "Good idea, girls," Applejack said, "Spike, you stay here with Apple Bloom and Sweetie Bhelle, I need to make a stop at the farm furst, pick up some things." "Well, okay..." Spike said lightly, "Come on, guys," he said, looking at both Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle, "Let's go get some snacks!" "B-but, my sister!" Sweetie Belle squealed. "Don't worry! She's in good hooves. Twilight knows exactly what she's doing, she's an alicorn, remember?" Spike replied, leading the two fillies to the snack bar. "Guys," Rainbow Dash whispered, "Is today the day?" The other girls nodded as they lifted Rarity from the ground, she groaned in pain gently and they proceeded to escort her back to the boutique. All the way back to Rarity's home, she incessantly repeated: "THIS IS THE WORST. POSSIBLE. THING!" Either she was delirious from the pain, or very, very stupid. Twilight tried to hush her by saying, "You need to stop talking and keep your strength up!" And Pinkie began repeating what Twilight said over and over, causing Rarity to retreat into silence. When they finally arrived at the boutique, Applejack was already waiting for them, sitting on Rarity's fainting couch and clutching something long and thin wrapped in cloth in her hooves. After Applejack quickly moved from the couch, the group set Rarity down on it, sweat dripping down her head, the pain causing her internal temperature to rise substantially. Fluttershy closed the Boutique door gently, and locked the door, but Rarity was too much in pain to notice. "Applejack, do it," Fluttershy squeaked, and Applejack nodded. "W-wait," Rarity mumbled "I thought Twilight was going to do a..." She trailed off, too much in pain to form coherent sentences. "The sphell ah'll be doin' will make the pain go away a lot quicker, Raritee," Applejack said, unwrapping the the cloth in her hooves to reveal a shotgun. "W-what are you doing Applejack?" Rarity asked breathlessly. "When a work pony injures her hoof durin' her jobs, and loses all usefulness as a work pony, those closest to her are forced to..." Applejack paused for a second to check if the gun was loaded, "Put her down." "B-but I'm not a work pony" whined Rarity. "That you aren't, Rarity," Rainbow Dash said, flying above, looking down on her, her face twisted in a maniacal grin, "But we couldn't pass up an opportunity to gank you, you posh twat." "This... Isn't funny," Rarity said, dazed. "No one said it was a joke, silly," Pinkie Pie said, "If it were a joke we'd all be having a nice laugh right now." "Stop playing with her," Twilight said, looking away from Rarity, "And just... Do it." "Twilight... Please, no! P-people will come looking for me!" Rarity pleaded, the fear in her mind overtaking the unbelievable pain emanating from her hoof. "You really think people give a damn about you?" Fluttershy asked, "You're the bane of Ponyville, Rarity, and we're doing a public service..." "Better get this over with," Applejack said, aiming down at Rarity with the shotgun, her hoof placed on the trigger. Rarity looked at the ponies she once called friends; Pinkie Pie was swinging around in a chair, Twilight was looking away, and at the ground, Rainbow Dash was flying above, a shadow cast on her face, and Fluttershy was in a dark corner, licking her lips and watching Applejack intensely. Tears streamed down Rarity's face as sweat made her hair stand on end, snot leaked from her nostrils, but she was too scared to even move, she began pissing on herself, the fear totally freezing every part of her. "My, my Raritee, lookin' awfully uncouth," Applejack said before pressing lightly on the trigger, sending flaming projectiles into Rarity"/ face, blowing half of her face and head of, her left eyeball and pieces of her skull, brain and teeth were propelled backwards, splattering against the wall in a satisfying "schlap." Twilight gasped and Pinkie giggled slightly, the other three remained quiet before Rainbow Dash broke the silence by screaming, "AWESOME!" Rarity's eyes, now cold and lifeless, and one of them laying halfway across the room, could be shown to have a look of betrayal still in them. Applejack turned to Twilight and nodded solemnly. The silence was interrupted by Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash fighting over which of Rarity's blood-splattered dresses they now had dibs on, while Fluttershy pawed at the corner of the room, not mourning for the loss of a friend, but more sorry that only half of the shells from the gun had connected with Rarity. "Such a waste," she mumbled, and swept up the scattered guts of the now limp and bifurcated fashion pony. Cleanup went as expected, Fluttershy, Twilight, and Applejack did all the work while Pinkie and Rainbow Dash did increasingly violent things to Rarity's mutilated corpse, laughing as they did so. Fluttershy seemed to enjoy watching them, while Applejack and Twilight ignored them. "Hey, Rarity," Pinkie said, looking down at her destroyed skull, "Care for a diamond?!" Pinkie shoved a small hem into the hole in Rarity's head, causing blood to ooze out onto Pinkie's hoof. She giggled and rubbed her bloody hoof on Rainbow Dash's chest, who responded by taking Rarity's limp, broken hoof and lightly slapping Pinkie on the nose. When the cleanup was done, Rarity's body was placed on a piece of thick cloth, so the blood wouldn't get on the floor. While the other ponies were all discussing ways to dispose of the body, and their alibis, Pinkie made her way over to Rarity's body, and trailed her hoof down her chest, making her way towards her genitals... "Pinkie, stop!" Twilight yelled, "We're done playing with it." "Aww, I was just having some fun." Pinkie replied dejectedly "Okay, so our story is I performed the healing spell on Rarity," Twilight said, "And she seemed extremely depressed as we left. I forged this note in perfect Rarity handwriting, it says she is shamed for letting down her sister, and is moving to Manehattan for a while to work for an important costume designer. I've packed a bag full of essentials to make it look like she really left, and I'll be going to the train station and purchasing a train ticket for her, using a spell to make myself look like her. We'll dump all the evidence in the river. Rarity's body will be long gone before they even suspect a thing." Everypony nodded lightly in understanding, and over the next few hours, the ticket was bought, and her body dumped in the river. When Twilight returned home to her Library, Spike was pacing the floor, mumbling about Rarity's disappearance, "Can you believe it, Twilight? She just up and left!" Twilight nodded and feigned exhaustion, "I'm gonna sleep now, Spike, I'm not feeling well." Spike nodded as Twilight made her way up to her room. Something was tugging at her chest, a knot. And before she made it to her room, she vomited, imagining Pinkie sexually assaulting Rarity's corpse. She had to let this out in a diary... After she had let the story out on paper, she read it over twice, and when she read the part detailing Rarity's limp, fragile body being callously dumped in a river. Tears splattered on the page and Twilight sealed the diary in a spell, ensuring no one would read it. The next few weeks flew by for Twilight, but every night she still imagined Rarity's blue eyes... Looking at her. The blood was on her hooves. She could have just said no. But part of her wanted to do it, but she didn't want to feel anything. Twilight knew the only one of the other 4 who felt any remorse was Applejack, but even her remorse was extremely callous. The other three sadistically talked and giggled about Rarity's mutilated corpse, her pissing on herself, Pinkie describing what it was like to "touch a dead pussy." Twilight didn't know if she was referring to Rarity herself, or literally her genitals. Spike did his chores, as he always did. But this time things were different, Spike was suspicious of Twilight, and guessed she may have had something to do with Rarity's disappearance, as her general attitude changed drastically. Spike could hear Twilight crying and vomiting late at night. One day, as Spike was cleaning Twilight's room, he came across a small book, Twilight's journal. The spell had worn off. And as he read the tear soaked pages of the diary, a fire erupted in his heart, he clenched his claw, and cried gently. Not only for Rarity, but for himself. He was blind to the pure sadism of the people he considered his family. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2: Twilight Sparkle //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2: Twilight Sparkle Some weeks passed, yet Spike never got over his grief, nor could he understand why Rarity was, in his mind, "executed." Spike feigned his usual personality, and pretended to be depressed about the incident. Twilight had concocted a remarkably believable alibi for Rarity, but even before Spike had read Twilight's diary, he had still felt a glimmer of doubt. The loss of Rarity was simply too much for his little heart to bear, and in the moments of learning about Rarity's mutilation, the part of Spike that knew tolerance, knew forgiveness, knew understanding and kindness, died. All that remained was sadness and anger, and a deep desire for Rarity. Spike knew this desire could no longer be recognised. At first, he thought Twilight's diary entry to be a joke, but despite his strong urge for revenge, he knew Twilight was telling the truth. He had trusted her for so long, and the truth was, Spike still did. But he wasn't Spike anymore. The old Spike had died along with Rarity. Now remained a heartless shell whose only desire was to avenge his world. He cared no more, for perhaps a more rational Spike could understand that Twilight still loved Spike like a son, and worked hard on the alibi not only so they would avoid consequences, but for Spike's sake. Spike was consumed by an overwhelming anger, and the only thing he ever thought about any more was revenge. From this, a new Spike was born. A Spike that was going to destroy those who had destroyed him. Several days later, Spike sat down to dinner with Twilight, who was struggling to eat, as her depression and remorse controlled her and left her questioning everything. She attempted to eat one bite of her hay burger, then projectile vomited profusely onto Owliwiscious, perched nearby, who proceeded to eat the remains of last night's spaghetti carboneighra. Spike noticed this, and decided it was time to begin. While it was true he still trusted Twilight in a way, he could no longer share the world with someone that let his crumble. He feigned worriedness, and used Twilight's vomiting fit to oppurtunity. He rushed upstairs and grabbed a first aid book, which was bulky, and difficult for Spike to carry, but perfect. He quickly ran downstairs and back to Twilight's side. He flung open the book and pawed through the pages quickly, resting on a random and irrelevant page. "These symptoms look serious. It could be any number of things," said Spike, with a slightly evil inflection. "I-I'm fine, Spike. It's nothing. Just a fever." gasped Twilight. "Oh really? Looks to me like you have a full blown case of encephalitis." "D-don't be s-silly, Spike," Coughed Twilight, "That's exploding head syndrome." "Exactly," said Spike, and slammed the book shut. He raised it above his head with as much power as he could muster, and brought it down, swiftly and forcefully. It connected at an amazing speed with the side of Twilight's head, caving in her skull and causing her to collapse to the ground. Owliwiscious attempted to intervene, but was quickly catapulted into a wall like a baseball with one swing from the book, where he hit the wall with a crunch, and slumped to the floor, quite dead. Twilight was so taken aback by the assault she had no clue what was going on. She cricked her head upwards in time to see the book being brought down again, and it was the last thing she saw until her eyes were ejected from their sockets with the brunt of the attack. Spike continued to bring the book up and down again at superb speed, each strike mangling her crushed skull to even further extents, until finally, Spike's prediction came true- her head exploded. Her brains decorated the nearest wall, and her body stopped twitching. It was over. Spike had learned a lot from Twilight about cleaning up, and now it was his time to shine. He struck a match and lit a roaring fire, its flames crackling smoothly. He used his trusty broom to sweep up the admittedly small parts of Twilight's cranium- and tossed it in the fire where it belonged. The inferno made short work of Twilight's remains, and Spike subjected Owliwiscious' corpse to a slow-roasting. There was no use letting perfectly delicious poultry go to waste. Spike forged a believable suicide letter that detailed Twilight's depression and informed everypony she was off to throw herself off a cliff. When Ponyville found out, some were saddened, but most were not suprised. For them, they believed that Rarity's "disappearance" formed a good reason for her to have offed herself. Even Celestia was disheartened at best, and quickly went straight back to eating donuts and watching television shows. Spike allowed some time to pass. He passed on offers from other ponies "to help him out" or "come stay with them", saying, "I can take care of myself." It was true. He could. But one thing Spike did better than caring for himself, was counting. And he knew that five minus one, meant four to go. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3: Pinkie Pie //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3: Pinkie Pie Some time passed after the apparent suicide of Twilight Sparkle. The remainder of what had once been the Mane 6 had also been fooled by Spike's convoluted and diabolical plan, and were blissfully unaware that they were still on Spike's hit list. The four remained in contact, and it wasn't uncommon to hear Pinkie Pie badmouthing Rarity and Twilight. She was often heard to remark what a "weakling" Twilight was, and that "she wasn't even a real princess anyway." Of the four, Applejack was the only one who showed any kind of remorse for her actions, but unlike Twilight's, hers did not leave her with many a sleepness night. Her guilt only caused her to become a bit distant whenever the subject of Rarity came up, which was, suprisingly, quite often, as Fluttershy would consistently how much she enjoyed Pinkie Pie's marionette show with Rarity's corpse. If anything, Pinkie had become even more sick and twisted since the incident, and was once heard to remark, "wouldn't it be a shame if Mrs. Cake broke her hoof?" after she was denied a fourth helping of dessert. For Spike, the shameful display of necrophilia that he had read about in Twilight's diary caused him to consider Pinkie his priority target now that Twilight was taken care of. Without Twilight, he was free to concoct plans without interruption, and without worrying about an alibi. As luck would have it, Spike ran into a sulking Pinkie in the park, whereupon she explained to Spike about her once again being denied an additional pudding. Despite Pinkie's infamous metabolism, it was notable that she had eaten much more food in the previous weeks, for reasons Pinkie would adamantly deny to disclose. With these additional foodstuffs, she had gained a slight amount of weight, which was noticeable by her wider plot that boasted a larger cutie mark than before. Her belly hung significantly closer to the ground, it looked plump and soft, and her face looked fuller and rosier. This gave Spike a wonderful idea. If Pinkie liked food so much, why not give her a helping hand? "Pinkie," inquired Spike, "you said something about not having enough to eat?" "Oh, yes!" said Pinkie sadly. "I absolutely love food! But now that Twilight doesn't come to my p-*hic!*-arties anymore, they're not as popular. So I end up having to eat most of the food myself!" Pinkie said. "It just so happens it was my birthday yesterday. But nobody cared enough to come." lied Spike. His plan was falling into place. "I still have plenty if food left over, do you want to share it with me, Pinkie?" Spike grinned evilly as Pinkie nodded uncontrollably, her second chin wobbling slightly. Soon, the pair returned (at a slow pace, Pinkie couldn't exactly hop anyplace now.) to Twilight's castle, and they made their way to the enormous kitchen. Utensils hung on the wall gleamed and the room produced an echo as the gluttonous pink pony treaded onto its tiled floors. In its midst, was a buffet table laid out with some if the most delectable delecacies. Pinkie's mouth watered uncontrollably as Spike nodded assuredly, and she let out a squeak of joy and dove into the mountain of food that lay before her. Spike smiled endearingly at her, but inside his mind, he had much more to be happy about. His scheme was working, and he'd not only get payback on the ravenous and sadistic Pie, whose one-pony ventriloquism tour called "Comedy Things With A Totally Not Real Corpse" (she'd fished it out of the river when no one was looking) had earned four stars from various critics, but nobody would be none the wiser. Much time passed. "Mpmhmpm," she squealed happily. To Spike's dismay, Pinkie was much larger now and there seemed to be no end in sight to her insatiable gluttony. The mountain of treats that lay before her had barely a dent, but Spike was still taken aback. Any normal pony couldn't possibly eat this much. "But,"he thought, "this is Pinkie Pie." Speaking of the budding ventriloquist, Her face now sported four large chins that glistened with sweat from the many folds of fat she had gained. She showed no knowledge of Spike's intentions, for the feeling of food filling her up was simply too satisfying. She could no longer stand on all fours any longer, for her plush, taut, and immense stomach prevented her legs from touching the ground. Her plot had expanded to a huge level, and her cutie mark had stretched to well over ten times its original size. And yet, she felt nothing yet. "Surely she'll give in soon," thought Spike. But alas, Pinkie groaned for more, whining intermittently. Spike, despite his hatred for Pinkie, was all too happy to oblige. He'd come well prepared, and produced a cliche, but effective feeding tube. He inserted it snugly into Pinkie's gaping maw, who submitted obliviously. Spike allowed the high-tech machine to do his job for him, and the immeasurable blob grew ever larger. Spike did this not for Pinkie's pleasure, but for his own devious purposes. At some point, Pinkie had to become full, and then the fun part would begin. This came sooner than Spike could have hoped for. Some time later, the monstrously obese Pinkie started spluttering. Spike figured it was time to hear what Pinkie had to say for herself. He flicked the machine's button to 'off' and waited for Pinkie to finish coughing and releasing gas before he asked, "What's wrong?" "T-that's enough, Spike..." She groaned. "I don't want any more." Spike pretended not to hear. "S-Spike? I can't take the tube out...can you d-do it for me? I'm so full..." It had taken a lot for her to become full, as well. Her reddened, swollen stomach was so massive it had pushed her up to the top of the ceiling, which rose several metres high above Spike's, but not Pinkie's, heads. It would take an Asian to count the number of chins Pinkie had on her face, and her ass was so large each cheek wobbled violently with the slightest movements. Her cutie mark had stretched to a preposterous size. Her impossibly immense belly occasionally grumbled and her digestive noises were so loud that anyone within a mile could have sworn a carpet-bombing was occuring. "I'm sorry, I couldn't hear you. You want me to turn it back on?" asked Spike, unable to contain the smile breaking out on his face. "N-no..."whined Pinkie, "take it out..." "As you wish!" Laughed Spike, and flipped the switch into the serendipitously placed "Overdrive" mode. Pinkie could not protest for the many pounds of liquified food entering her gullet, and she began swelling at a blinding pace. It wasn't long until her head touched the roof of the kitchen, and her stomach began to overflow. Slowly, it reached its limits, causing Pinkie slowly more and more discomfort until she began writhing in pure, unmatched, ceaseless agony. As the lining of her stomach gave way, the thousands of pounds of food inside it flowed freely throughout her body and out of every orifice. She couldn't even scream in agony as she leaked blood and digestive juices from her body, which began to tear her skin open from the sheer pressure. Pinkie realised too late what Spike intended as her immense form exploded in a sea of digested food, blood, vomit, entrails and feces. The cleanup process was brutal. Spike took several days at a time to clean up the remains of Pinkie, who still had many yummy, meaty chunks in her corpse. Spike, in a sadistic move, chowed down on a piece of Pinkie and enjoyed it, which got him thinking. Using the freshest parts of the not-so fresh horse, he made hundreds, maybe thousands of culinary delights and sold them to suppliers, who couldn't quite put their hooves on the peculiar, but delicious taste. They proved to be a big hit, and Spike, now rolling in riches, laughed deviously as he considered the irony Pinkie ultimately just being a pie, as he bit into the strange-tasting pastry, and smiled, crossing off "Pinkie Pie" from the list in his claws. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 4: Applejack //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 4: Applejack Spike grew more and more delusional and reclusive as the weeks since Pinkie Pie's spontaneous combustion, and his thirst for a new kill grew larger and larger every day. Spike pondered, staring at his list nearly every day, trying to decide which of the remaining three ponies would be subjected to his wrath next. But the young dragon was apprehensive, as an investigator from the PCU (Pony Crimes Unit) began snooping around, investigating the disappearance of Pinkie Pie, the murder of Rarity, and Twilight Sparkle's suicide. Investigators like him weren't meant to take everything at face value, and that's exactly what was happening in Ponyville. "Did you ever suspect Twilight to be capable of such violence?" The brass investigator asked the small purple and green dragon at Twilight's castle one early morning. Spike's small, stubby legs hung over the chair he was planted in, his class trembling in feigned hurt. "I-I never expected anything like this from her!" The investigator pony, named Detective Pinpoint, nodded slightly, turning away to look at the assortment of books on the shelves of the now dusty library. Spike had neglected his chores for weeks. "Hm, no one did. We've yet to find her body, so she may still be alive, and faked her own suicide," Pinpoint said, hoof on chin. "M-maybe," Spike stammered, but he knew that Twilight's body was floating somewhere, her head caved in. "Well, thank you Spike the Dragon, we'll be sure to inform you if anything else pops up. We may have more questions in the future," Pinpoint said, heading out the door, Spike nodded a reply and waved a goodbye. Tonight was the night. The sun had just slunk below the horizon, and Spike made his way to his next target: Sweet Apple Acres. "Hey-a Spike, I was just about to go to behd, whatcha need?" Applejack asked as the small purple dragon approached the barn door. "I was wondering... If you could help me find something, in the Apple fields," Spike asked, puppy dog eyes at the ready. "Well, I can't help for too long... But... Fine." Applejack replied. The Apple fields were a maze of trees, Spike feigned searching while Applejack repeatedly asked what they were looking for, before Spike shushed her. They came to a rather dark and secluded spot, where Spike told Applejack to search behind a tree. He dug behind an adjacent tree and pulled out a baseball bat, and slowly approached Applejack from behind, she turned around and ducked beneath the swing as she head-butted the small dragon in the stomach, knocking fire from out of his mouth. Spike was flung a few feet back, and Applejack looked shocked "What are you doing Spike?!" Spike leaped up, grabbed the baseball bat that lay a few feet from him and charged again, saying nothing. Applejack dodged blows as Spike's anger caused him to slip up, allowing Applejack to buck him straight in the side of the head. Spike began swinging at think air, disoriented as Applejack bucked him again in the back of the head, causing him to land face first into the dirt, passing out. "He just ahttacked me, Big Mac!" Applejack whined "Eeyup," Big Mac replied, flipping the small dragon onto his back, Spike began to awake, stirring slightly. Big Mac leaned in to give Spike a closer look, finally awake, Spike screamed and dug his claws into Big Mac's eyes, causing the red pony to scream himself and fling his neck back, sending Spike into the air, hitting the ground with a thud. Big Mac continued screaming in pain as Applejack charged at Spike. The purple dragon attempted to flee, but was still disoriented, and landed face first in the dirt after taking his first few steps. Applejack stood above Spike, her eyes narrowing, as Spike flung a clawfull of dirt into her eyes, causing her to recoil and slam her head against a tree, she slunk to the ground and groaned. Spike looked to Big Mac's saddlebag, leaning against a tree, a shotgun sticking out of it. Maybe even the same shotgun that killed Rarity. He took it up and loaded it, before slowly walking over to the clump of red, screaming mass that was Big Macintosh. Spike took the shotgun to his head, and muttered, "You just HAD to get involved..." Before firing and spilling Big Mac's brains onto the dirt. Applejack regained consciousness, strapped down to an Apple cart, her legs flat and parallel to one another, Spike, noticing she was awake, spoke to Applejack. "Back when slave ponies were still around, and these said slave ponies would attempt to escape, and they were caught," he said, "The Slavers had to be sure they wouldn't try something like that again, but they couldn't kill them, they were worth too much... So they invented a little practice that made it impossible for them to ever run away again..." Spike placed a length of wood in between Applejack's hind legs, above her ankles. He removed a baseball bat and twirled it around slowly. "S-spike, why?!" Applejack yelled. "Rarity," Spike simply replied, swinging the bat and causing Applejack's hoof to snap in a ninety degree angle, she screamed, the white hot pain shooting throughout her body. Spike laughed. "One more, sugarcube," Spike said mockingly as he swung once more, sending the other hoof at a ninety degree angle. Applejack screamed yet again as Spike laughed maniacally. Spike cut the ropes holding her down as he knew Applejack was in too much pain to fight back. He grabbed her mane and threw her to the ground and looked her in the eyes before saying sharply, "Work, bitch." Applejack pleaded, saying she was in far too much pain to work. Spike reached behind him and pulled out the shotgun that was used to kill Big Mac, parts of his brain still plastered to the barrel. Spike shoved the barrel into Applejack's mouth and began probing gently, causing Applejack to gag and whine with each thrust. "You'll work, pony. You know what happens to work ponies who don't work..." Spike laughed. He motioned to a cart of apples and Applejack began walking toward it, dragging her hind legs behind her, she moaned loudly as Spike followed closely behind. Applejack weakly pulled the cart full of apples, the pure strain caused her to begin to piss herself, mixing the urine and blood from her broken hoofs. The work pony surprisingly made it a few dozen yards before collapsing, her entire body shaking from pain. The fear in her began to mount as Spike stood above her, shotgun at the ready. "Spike, I-I had to... They made me..." Applejack begged, she flung herself onto her back and began sobbing uncontrollably as she began pissing herself again, she saw her hooves and vomited in her chest, the green, putrid liquid slunk down her chest, and onto the ground, mixing with the piss and blood. Spike chuckled as he grabbed a clawfull of this Applejack fear cocktail, he pulled her head back and rubbed the liquid into her face, she groaned and sputtered lightly before falling into her back. "Time to do the deed I suppose," Spike said dejectedly, only starting to have fun. He aimed and was about to fire when he heard it. Over a dozen ponies were yelling Applejack's name, searching for her, Applejack had to leave now, and he couldn't kill her. He groaned as he wrapped his claws around her neck, hoping to kill her before anyone showed up. Applejack gagged lightly as her eyes began to roll up into her skull, she groaned ever so slightly, he was so close, he could feel her life ebbing away... "Applejack?! Where are yew?" Apple bloom yelled from a few feet away. Spike gasped and dashed in the opposite direction towards Ponyville, hoping he did a well enough job to kill the farmer pony. The next morning, after Spike had washed off the remains of Applejack and Big Mac, he discovered Ponyville was abuzz with news: someone had tried to kill Applejack. 'Tried?!' Spike thought, 'I thought I killed that bitch?!' Spike asked a group of gossiping ponies what had happened. They explained that someone had tried to kill Applejack, and that she was currently in a coma at Ponyville Hospital. Spike knew what he had to do. Detective Pinpoint wasn't allowing anyone to see Applejack, not even Rainbow Dash or Fluttershy. He kept constant diligence by her hospital room door, and Spike knew getting in would be no easy task. Suddenly a plan hatched in Spike's mind, a devious one indeed. Nurse Redheart walked up to Detective Pinpoint and asked to be able to see her, he pondered this a bit and allowed her to do so. When she left, and began walking Spike's way, he snuck a vial and syringe from the cart she was pushing. The bottle was labeled "Etorphine", and a little too much of this could kill a pony. Another nurse pony walked by and Spike shoved the syringe into her flank and began injecting the liquid before retreating around a corner. The nurse collapsed onto the ground and began convulsing, Detective Pinpoint ran to her aid as Spike snuck past the commotion and into Applejack's room. The work pony was hooked up to many different machines, a steady heartbeat beeped from a machine in the corner. Spike noticed the feeding tube hooked up to a bag of liquefied food, another devious plan was hatched. "Sorry, Applejack, you fucking cunt," remarked Spike before unhooking the feeding tube from the machine, leaving the tube directly into Applejack's insides exposed. He chuckled before breathing fire into the tube, Applejack's pulse shot up sharply and with every fire breath, Applejack's stomach began to bubble and gurgle, the sound of her insides melting. After a few more moments, Applejack's pulse slowed to nothing, and Spike chuckled. Banging on the door was heard as the Nurse's who were alerted to Applejack's dead pulse tried to enter. Spike shoved the window open and jumped out, just as Detective Pinpoint bursted in. Spike landed on a pile of hay and quickly bolted off back towards his library. When Spike arrived home, he was finally able to cross Applejack's name of the list, but he was forced to add one more: Detective Pinpoint.
