June 14, 2014.
"Today, Applebloom has checked into the Hot Valley mental institution near Ponyville. Applebloom is the sister of the late element of honesty, Applejack. Who I'm sorry to say, died by an unknown force on her last journey with the other elements. Today is the first recording with Applebloom, I'm going to interview her and make sure if she really needs to be here in the mental institution or be released to the public."
I see the metal door open. Applebloom slowly walks through, wearing a white t-shirt and grey sweat pants. What the inmates wear when they stay here.
"Hello Applebloom, please take a seat."
"Sure Doc"
"So, Applebloom. Let me introduce myself. My name is Dr. Straitjacket, feel free to tell me anything that is bothering you or is on your mind."
"Okay Doc"
"First off let me say how sorry I am for your loss. Nopony deserves to lose a sibling. Especially as loving as she was to you."
"Don't be sorry Doc, she done deserved it for what she did."
"What do you mean Applebloom? She was one of the Elements of Harmony. She couldn't have done anything to deserve death"
Applebloom only stared at me. With eyes of fear and anger.
"You know that sayin in the holy book Doc? Thou shalt not kill?"
"Yes, what are you getting at Applebloom?"
"Fer 11 years, I've been keeping a dark family secret. A secret I've never told a soul, not to any of mah friends, not to Princess Twilight, because I feared that I would be next Doc."
I only looked at the young mare with skepticism. What was she talking about? What secret?
"What secret Applebloom? Is that the reason why you checked yourself into this hospital? Because you feared your sister? But I thought tha-"
"You thought that she loved me? Of course she did, but everything that she did fer the ponies of Ponyville and Equestria, is just a facade to hide her true sins Doc. But not just her Doc, but my brother too, Big Macintosh. He's as guilty as Applejack."
"Are you willing to tell me this secret Applebloom? It might give you closure."
"I can't just tell ya mah story and be OK Doc, I checked mahself into this here hospital because I would be safer."
"Please tell me why Applebloom."
"I know I'm next Doc, that's why I checked mahself into this loony bin."
"Applebloom! Please tell me what the secret is."
"Fine Doc, I'll tell ya. It was 11 years ago. I was only 12 at the time and I was doin mah morning chores outside the barn, I was carrying two buckets of apples to the door of mah house, but I tripped over a rock and I spilled the apples out of the buckets, some scattered to the dirt, but a few rolled to the cellar doors. We as far as I know, never used them doors. But they were still there and sometimes late at night, I would see Applejack or Big Mac go into the cellar. I thought to myself every time I saw them go down there.
What were they doin in the cellar? "
"So, being curious you went in the cellar yourself?"
"Who's tellin the story here Doc?"
"Sorry, continue please."
"Anyway, I went down myself. But I wasn't expectin much. I would probably find some more apples or if it were very secretive, Big Mac's porn stash. But what I found down in that damn cellar made me wish that it was only apples and topless mares on paper."
"What did you find Applebloo-"
A loud ringing began, letting me know that the meeting was over and I had to end the recording.
"I'm sorry Applebloom, but we have to end your story here. Is that okay with you?"
"Fine Doc, it's fine"
"Okay, uh nurse!"
Another mare entered the room, a slightly overweight unicorn mare stood behind Applebloom"
"Could you please escort Applebloom here to her room?"
"Sure Dr, C'mon girl, let's hurry on to your room before lights out"
I was left to my self to wonder where this story was heading. What would've traumatized such an innocent filly into growing up to fear her own sister and brother. So much so to where that filly checks into a mental hospital just for safety.
I picked up the tape recorder and pressed a button for it to stop recording. It would be the next day that would make me rethink the entire Apple family and their legacy they've left over the years.

"Today we continue the story Applebloom was sharing with us about her discoveries 11 years ago."
A metal door opens.
"Hello again Applebloom, how are you?"
"I'm fine Doc, just fine."
"Perfect, so are you ready to continue that story?"
"Yes Doc, I'm ready."
"Okay, then you may begin anytime."
A long silence fell over us in the small room. This stayed until I decided helped Applebloom with remembering where she left off.
"You just went down into the cellar and-"
"I remember where I left off Doc, I'm just tryin to think of how I can say it."
"Well, take your time then."
Another long pause began.
"I... I went down into the cellar, and I... I found... I..."
The poor mare only stared off into the distance, getting misty eyed.
"I found some sorta... Slaughter house... Covered and stained with blood, it smelt like rotten flesh and blood. I was mighty scared at that point. I tried to hurry out and try to forget I saw the whole thing. But as I got outta the cellar doors, I saw Applejack standing in front of me. Staring at me with surprised but, angry eyes."
It was heartbreaking to see Applebloom start to tear up, so I pulled out a small tissue box and placed it in front of her. Afterwards, she practically started to reenact the entire scene she was describing.
"Applejack, I promise I won't tell anypony! I swear!
You shut it! You better not tell anypony! Not a soul! Understand!?
Yes sis, I understand!
Good! "
I was obviously worried about this poor mare's actions. She was obviously traumatized so much to the point where she remembers the entire confrontation word for word. But what really made me nervous was the fact that she acted out every single emotion, phrase, and movement. She acted out a slapping move, probably symbolizing Applejack hitting her. But why? Why would Applejack, the element of honesty not only hit her sister, but keep a secret from all of Ponyville, her friends and family, and possibly many more.
"Applebloom, Applebloom! Calm down!"
"S-sorry Doc, I kinda got carried away I guess."
"That's fine Applebloom, just calm down and continue the story."
"Sure Doc. Anyway, I was told never to tell anypony about Applejack's secret. But I knew now that every time when Big Mac or Applejack would take a pig, chicken, or cow down to that cellar, I knew what would happen to those poor creatures. But I didn't know what they did with the bodies until 5 years later, when I turned 17."
"What happened when you were 17 Applebloom?"
Th-they thought I was old enough. Old enough to understand what they did."
"What did they do Applebloom?"
"Th-they made me get a pig down to the cellar, so they could show me how it was done. I did exactly what they told me to do. As much as I didn't like it, I did it anyways. But when I got there, I noticed something odd about Applejack and Big Mac."
"What was that Applebloom?"
"They both for some reason, showed me..."
"Showed you what Applebloom?"
"They showed me... Scars."
"Scars?"
"Scars Doc, Applejack had one on her right eyelid, and Big Mac had a long one on his arm. Running from his shoulder to his hand."
"Do you think they got those from accidents? Or from working?"
"No sir. I don't think so."
"Then how do you think they got those scars?"
"They made them themselves."
"What makes you say that Applebloom?"
"Because they gave me one after the slaughter."

"It's been four days since I've last heard from Applebloom. Ever since the last story, I've gotten in contact with the police station near by. They would send two investigation officers here the next time her and I would have an interview. I think that's the reason why she hasn't agreed to another meeting before, I believe that she's is still worried that her brother and sister may get her. But Applejack is dead and gone, so the only one left that could hold any danger to this poor mare would be her brother, Big Mac. But we can't send any police officers until we get more evidence proving this story correct."
As I set up the tape recorder to start recording I was startled to hear the metal door open once more. Applebloom slowly walked through the door and sat down. Little did she know that police officers were watching us, behind one way glass. Where she can't see them. But they can see us. I was told to give them all the tapes so that they could get as much evidence to start an investigation.
"Oh, hello Applebloom. I haven't seen you for a while. You kept rejecting to come back in for another interview. Why?"
"It took me a while because I needed to really... Think of what I'm about to say next, or what I'm going to show you next."
"What do you mean Applebloom?"
She didn't answer, she only stood up.
"Applebloom?"
"Remember when I told you that they gave me a scar?"
"Yes. What about it? Are you... Going to show me?"
She only nodded, but very timidly. She put her hands on her waist. I was...
Very interested in where this was going. Slowly but surly she pulled down the top of the pants, but only to the middle of her thigh. I could see a giant and seemingly deep cut in her thigh going as far down to her knee, but starting in an odd and disturbing spot. It seemed to start under the pantie line, but it turned a bit down. That's when I figured out that the scar she's been talking about, started near her... Marehood.
I made sure to glance at the police on the other side of the glass, making sure they know to take note of this.
"Uh... A-Applebloom, I-I've seen enough."
Thankfully, she pulled her pants back up, but seeing where the scar began and ended, this investigation was able to start. With cases of child abuse, and possible rape.
"So, uh, Applebloom. Would you mind telling me what happened when they... Gave you the scar?"
She only looked at me, with eyes that said she wished she could tell me, but didn't want to. But I saw the bravery in her eyes prevail and she began.
"That same night, when Ah brought the pig down, they showed me how to decapitate it with quick and swiftness. Ah saw the butcher knife slice through the pinned down pig's neck. It squealed but was silenced by the swift kill. The blood shot out of the neck, some landing on Applejack's furry chest. What really scared me, was when she licked the blood off her finger. She looked like she enjoyed it."
I was, quite surprised at this, and I'm sure the police behind the window were surprised to hear this coming from her story.
"Her, and Big Mac split the pigs stomach open, that's when I saw something terrible."
"What was it Applebloom?"
"The... Th-the pig... W-was...Was... Pregnant"
"What!?"
"She yanked the fetus from the umbilical cord. She... She slammed it against the table, squishing it. Then Big Mac jammed a knife into the unborn pig. Slicing it in half, he took the half of the fetus and..."
"And what?"
I didn't want to ask, I was scared of where this might go.
"He... He bit the other half of... The other half of it's head, and... Ate it."
I was shocked at this, I was also very disgusted by this. How could anypony eat a... A... Fetus? She kept going on. I wish she didn't.
"Applejack ripped and yanked the organs, the intestines, and parts of the rib cage out of the pig, and flung them around the room."
Once again, she began to reenact the moment. I was genuinely scared at this point, but I knew I couldn't stop listening.
"And, that's how you gut a pig little sis
A-Applejack, how could you!?
What's wrong little sis? Ya got a knot in your panties? DAMMIT BIG MAC!! QUIT HOGGING ALL THE MEAT!!
W-what are you doing Applejack?
Here! Have a bite! It ain't gonna kill ya!
No! Applejack please no!
Shut your mouth! Big Mac! Get the knife!
Applejack please!"
She stopped, she made so many gestures and movements, it was hard to follow. She made a stuffing gesture with her hand, slamming against her muzzle. Possibly signifying her having the fetus force fed to her. She continued, if only I knew what she would say next, I would've made her stop.
"Hey! Big Mac! Time fer your fun!
Please! Please no!
I said shut your damn mouth!
Applejack please stop!
Big Mac! Do it already!
B-Big Mac? W-what are you...?"
What she did next horrified and sickened me. She, she interpreted Big Mac, getting onto her, and... Having his way with her. I had enough, I got the nurses in the room with medicine to calm her down. They took her away, thank the stars because I had to throw up after the details, first gutting a pregnant pig, then a rape? This was sick to my stomach!
I grabbed the trash bin near me and hurled. I couldn't hold it in anymore, and from what I could hear, the police behind the glass were feeling the same way. After I was done, I grabbed the tape recorder and realized that it didn't stop recording. So now it has an audio of me throwing up my lunch. I took the recorder to the police behind the glass, obviously they just ended throwing up themselves, the fatter one obviously got the worst of it since he was still holding the trash bin. I handed the tape recorder to the older one, he grabbed it and nodded slowly. Knowing what must be done.

This story, this terrible and disturbing story is getting to my head! I can't sleep without imagining the, cannibalism that Applebloom described. Why did I become a psychiatric doctor? How did I not know that I would encounter this sooner or later, I, I took some time off, from my job to think. To think of what this story is doing to my head! I'm going to record my weekend into a journal, I don't know why.
Maybe I'll show it to my boss and I can get workers comp. Hm, that would be great! Well, since it's Friday night, I guess my journal starts tomorrow. So, I don't really know how to end this so...

Hey Fellas and Fellets! This is another addition to the story. Now we're going to take a break from Applebloom's story but for only a chapter don't worry you little devils you!
Anyhow I've decided to take a break from Applebloom's story because I wanted to focus on Dr. Straitjacket's reaction to the story she was telling. I don't know if you guys'll like it or not. But hey, what's wrong with trying something new? But his part will be short since I'm sure you guys just want to hear the rest of Applebloom's story correct? But blah blah blah, I'm also a fast writer that's why this came out so quick, plus I kinda have each chapter ready to go every night before the next day. With editing done and all that good jazz. But as time can tell I'm not the best at editing so let me know if you see any problems I need to solve!

Diary Entry #1
Okay, so I’m going to write down everything that’s happened throughout the day. So at the end of each day, I’ll be writing down what happened during the day.
And boy did things happen today. Even on my days off, I can’t get away from that story my patient Applebloom… Shared with me.
My boss called me to work this morning to talk about the investigation the police held. He also wanted to show me the pictures they found. I reluctantly got dressed and went to work.
Since having wings, I as always able to get to work in a fast and punctual fashion. Even if I’m 35 years young. So anyways, I got to work and went to my bosses office. I saw him sitting behind his wooden desk, probably made out of oak or maybe pine.
But his face was unsettling. He looked scared, but was trying to hide it with a face of deep thought.
He looked at me, and only said
She ain't lying Straitjacket.
He smacked a small manila folder with little pictures and reports slipping out. I slowly and reluctantly reached for the pictures. I had a feeling of what that folder may have inside of it.
And I didn't want to see what was inside.
If only I knew what would be inside, I wouldn't have looked. But I did, and I wish I hadn't, I really wish I hadn't.
I can still remember the images as clear as day. The first was the actual slaughter cellar that Applebloom described. There was a small metal table against the wall, blood stained hay coated the floor. The wooden walls and beams holding up the wooden roof was moldy and rotten.
Reports on the room stated:
The room reeked of blood, flesh, and mold. We searched more of the room. We only found rotten chicken heads and assorted organs in buckets and sacks near the back. But before we left, under one of the organ sacks, was a small door going further down. It was locked with a large padlock. With some bolt cutters, we were able to access the small door and see what it hid.
What we found was horrid and revolting.
When we reached the bottom of the ladder, we found a deceased pegasus mare. She had purple mane, and orange colored fur. She was naked, with fluids not all of them hers coated her fur and nether regions. Her wings were broken, but one wing was missing. The bone was sticking out of the wing socket, her stomach was also wounded. She had a giant part of her stomach missing, the blood dripping and starting to dry.
Autopsy reports say that this poor mares name was Scootaloo. Wife to wonderbolt apprentice Rumble. And, future mother, for when we looked in the back, we found a hanging stallion. A noose around his neck he had orange feathers in his mouth, and a shriveled up and bitten fetus below him. We inspected more of his body as he hung from a wooden beam. He had a note stuck to his back that read.
'Keep the tradition'
After reading the report, I looked at the crime scene photos. I really wish I hadn't, I saw Applebloom's brother hanging from the noose. With the pegasus feathers poking out of his mouth. Being a pegasus stallion myself, it's more... Personal. I flipped through some more photos of the barn and the interior of the building. Then I found a picture of the secret door that led to the supposed secret underground room. It seemed to be hidden under some hay bails since some hay stacks were shifted to the side. I shifted through some more photos until I ran into the photo of what was left of the poor mare.
The documents were descriptive enough, but seeing this poor pegasus mare was disgusting and heartbreaking. She was obviously going through agony before she died. She had a face of anguish and pain. I saw the blood everywhere, the giant chunk of her stomach gone, and the fetus at her hooves. But the more disturbing thing I saw, was the fetus without it's head.
I quickly put the pictures back in the folder and slapped it on the desk and went back to the door, I looked back to see my boss drinking from a flask. Obviously regretting the same mistake I made by looking at the pictures. I slowly walked out the office and down the hall. Still thinking of what I just saw, thinking of what that poor mare was going through when she was... Was... Murdered and violated.
For the rest of the day and even now, I can't think straight, I can't forget those images from my mind. What's even worse is that I had this day off so that I can forget all about Applebloom's story.

Diary Entry #2
Sunday morning, one more day until I have to go back to listening more to Applebloom's disturbing story. I went outside my home to check the mail like I usually did every Sunday morning, but I wasn't expecting anything more than coupons, news papers, and taxes. But instead I found a small envelope, with the police station's logo stamped on it. I opened it and it read,
Dear Dr. Straitjacket, we are sending this letter to notify you that the barn and all of Sweet Apple Acres is now closed down and is under more investigation. We hope that you will tell Applebloom this news. We hope that this is not a problem with you.

I thought to myself after reading the letter.
"Why do they tell me this shit?"

The rest of the day, thank Celestia went by pretty well. I mean, I still thought of the photos I saw, and the letter I received. But sadly tomorrow is back to work so I'll have to act as professional as possible when I tell Applebloom this, very descriptive news. I really hope it doesn't throw her over the edge however, she doesn't seem mentally unstable in any way, shape, or form. Only scarred, but I've seen more impossible things happen in my 10 years of working as a psychiatric doctor.
So that's all I have to say for today.
