The Life of Me

Hello,I'm Violet Magic. Just a simple Pegasus who used to live a pretty hectic life. Until I moved to a quaint little town called Ponyville. Wow,I used "quaint" in a sentence! I should get bonus points for that! Anyways,back to what I was saying. I moved to a small town,thinking that I could just finally just relax and not worry about the craziness of my past life. Parties,drinking,sex,I just got sick of it. So after months of planning,I finally got enough bits to leave my old dump and get into a pretty nice place. Let's begin with my first day.

The air was clean,calm and it,overall was a pretty nice day out. I walked down the path to town,carrying heavy bags with all my belongings in it. Some clothes,books,etc. Starting to get tired from not having slept on the train ride and from carrying the bags around all day,I just felt like passing out. But,I kept on trudging until I made it near the center of town. I looked around,seeing a few odd ponies. One wearing odd purple glasses,another sitting in an extremely weird position.

"Maybe it wasn't such a good idea to move here...these ponies look crazy" I mutter to myself

After looking around for a place to temporarily stay,I find a small motel and walk up to the mare at the front desk.

"Looking for a room?" She asks,not even bothering to look up at me.

"Yea,what are your rates?" I ask,trying not to seem annoyed by her rudeness.

"55 bits per day,take it or leave it" Still refusing to look at me.

"55 bits...guess I have to take it" I say as I dig into my saddle bags to pull out the bits.

After pulling them out and placing them on the counter the mare hands a key card. I walk down the hallway,open up my room,and walk in. The bed calls my name as I put all of my bags down on the floor. One princess sized bed,two night stands,a clock,a television,and a phone mark the room. I jump into the bed and feel the cold cloth against my skin.

"Ah,finally some time to relax" I whisper while slowly falling asleep.

I don't know when but I do fall asleep.
