Into the unknown

I woke up with my alarm clock blaring in my ear.  I tried to turn it off. but I only managed to knock to it off the table. I sighed, I got out of bed. Them I pushed the off button with my foot. I walked over to my closet. I had nothing fancy, just a bunch off raggedy old t-shirts and jeans. but i worked at Arbys so i don't even get to pick what i wear. I grabbed my uniform put it on and headed for the stairs. half way there i tripped on a pile of clothes. I came down of my shoulder.

"oww!" i yelped " i really need to clean my room."

I got up. my shoulder hurt a little but it was no problem. When I reached the bottom of the stairs i head towards the kitchen.  I wasn't a great cook. But i could make pancakes and bacon. If i tried to make anything more fancier i would burn the house down. I grabbed the pancakes from the pantry, bacon form the fridge, and a pan from the pan place of death.

As i was making breakfast i sang.

"Making bacon pancakes, bacon making pancakes!"

After i was done i put the dishes into the dishwasher. Then i headed for the door, I drive a two seated ford pickup truck, nothing fancy. I got in, started up the engine, and headed down the road. As I was driving i flipped threw couple of the stations. I didn't find any  music i like to i just landed on the news station. They talked about sports, elections, nothing interesting. I  lived in a small neighborhood, nice people tho. I drove into a forest. it was a shortcut to get to work. As i was driving i glanced up at the sky. It was getting dark really fast.

"How can that be?" i said " It was clear this morning."

I drove a little faster to try and get to work before the storm hits. The rain started coming down really hard. It made it harder to drive. Lighting started coming down and hitting the ground all around me. i i started to lose control. then lighting struck the hood of my truck. i couldn't keep control of my truck and I flew off the road. I tried to dodge the trees. i did good for a little bit. but my luck ran out. I slammed into a tree... and everything went dark.
