Bet you'd never expect the world's fastest pony to also be a notorious serial killer. Only she is. She isn't one of those serial killers, though. She doesn't go around killing ponies just for the heck of it. Rather, she's employed to kill the criminals of Equestria. Murderers, rapists, crime lords, you name 'em, she's out to get 'em.

(Set in an alternate universe where television and a rudimentary form of internet exist in Equestria. Modern news outlets, mainly.)
