QuiltedLove and the Golden Thread
QuiltedLove wakes up and feels sadness in her heart as she believes she is missing something from her life. She has a home, a family and plenty of bits to go around. But the pain still aches as she lays in her bed awake. *Knock,knock*. "Hello, ....... HELLOOOO!! Is any pony named,umm, QuilledLove live here!? I have a paaackage!" Quilted got up and trotted down the stairs tripped but thankfully did not fall. She made to the door within about 2-4 minutes. When she opened it an impatient mail carrier was waiting, staring into space."Um, i-i'm QuiltedLove, *cough* ma'am."The chubby mail carrier turned her head with a slight annoyed look an her face and said."Well, MA'AM I believe this package is yours." "Oh yes thank you." The pony held out her hoof. Quilted was confused until "HEY, PAY UP WILL YA!" Quilted shut the door locked it and walked away holding her package. She trots up to her room, and sits on the white frame bed. While opening her package she felt no more emotion than she had previously had for the whole morning or should I say the week. Yes QuiltedLove has felt empty and depressed all week. No one even bothered to visit her in her. Anyway in her package was a bright gold thread that she had waited for about 3 months. She was happy and normal when she first ordered it and was very excited. Now with the thread in her hoof , she tosses it out the window without a care in the world.
