The world of magic is a roiling, volatile existence, a churning mass of power from which powerful beings draw forth reality-warping constructs called spells. Many of these creations are deliberate and careful moves, creating stable spells that benefit those their progenitors. Others…well, sometimes their are pulses in the world of magic so strong that they force themselves into existence through the lurid dreams of the strongest wizards.
