Summer Star is a 10th grader at Ponyville High School, and it's her first year. She makes friends with other gals, and she just wants to have a good year.

This story takes place when the mane six are the same age as Summer Star.

Summer Star walked in Ponyville High School, aka PHS. Her blonde mane was long and wavy, and had pink hair at the tips of her mane. She had an older sister named Winter Star, but she went to Canterlot Magic College. Summer walked to her locker, and tried it. No luck. She tried it again. Same thing happened. Then a unicorn with cool shades walked over to me. Her mane was short and blue, but the style was cool. Her cutie mark was a black music note.

"Hey, I'm Vinyl! Anyways, need help?

"Sure, thanks. By the way I'm Summer Star, but call me Summer or Summy." Summy replied.

"PHS is a big school. Wanna go outside?" Vinyl asked.

"Sure!" I replied.
