Chapter 1
Discord just couldn't help himself... He was in the mood for a good prank or two, and anyway, when was the last time he had gotten into trouble for a little practical joke? Of course, Twilight hadn't liked it much when he had lead her and Cadence all the way up that hill to get the huge flower. It was quite the good joke, he had to admit. Although he did get sick from that crazy snake like monster. At least Fluttershy was there to help him, and make him feel better.
But despite that incident, he still yearned for a joke, or at least something to laugh at. He would never play a prank on his dear friend Fluttershy. She was just to kind to him. Maybe Rarity? No, she would not like that much, and she and Fluttershy were such close friends, going to the spa together and such. Pinkie pie? Maybe; She loved jokes so much, so obviously she would have fun, but she liked a joke to much for it to be funny. Apple Jack and Rainbow Dash would probably fall for a prank, but that wouldn't be a very smart choice, considering Rainbow pretty much hated him for all the stuff he had done before. And Apple Jack surely had not forgotten how he had tricked her and Rarity into thinking they had the blue flue. Finally his mind rested on Twilight, who he knew wouldn't like any jokes or pranks any time soon.
Discord let out a grunt of disappointment, thinking hopefully for somepony to prank. After about 15 minutes of non stop pondering, he realized exactly what he should do: Prank all of the main six! Genius plan, he thought to himself. He would put a prank spell in one of Twilight's books and get her to test it out with the rest of the main six. Of course, not Fluttershy though. He wouldn't get her to come with Twilight and her friends to test the spell. The rest of the main six would be pranked! No harm done, right?

The four ponies gathered around Twilight, their eyes sparkling with curiosity at the open book she was levitating in front of her. Everypony but Fluttershy was there, and Twilight seemed a bit reluctant to try out what she had found until she arrived... She was pretty sure that Fluttershy had gotten the note asking her to come to the park that morning, but she knew that she tended to be a bit busy with all of her animal friends. Still, it was way past the time that Twilight had asked them all to be at the park by, and she began to worry about her late friend.
Obviously the rest of the main six were becoming impatient, each of them doing something while they waited for the shy pegasus to come. Pinkie Pie had somehow found a ball and was trying to bounce it as high as she could into the air. Twilight began to wonder how she had gotten it until she remembered; Apparently Pinkie Pie had balls all around ponyville, in case of ball emergencies. Rarity was sitting on a park bench, admiring her reflection in a puddle of water that had formed from an earlier rain shower. AppleJack was pacing back and forth, glancing up once in a while to see if Fluttershy had come yet, but otherwise kicked at loose stones and twigs on the gravel path. Rainbow dash had simply fallen asleep, snoring as she lounged on a low down cloud floating in the clear, bright blue sky. Her rainbow mane and tail really stood out from most other ponie's, and she could never find a way to blend in with the clouds, which were normally white as ever on sunny days.
Finally Twilight had had enough of waiting, and decided to go get Fluttershy before they literally waited all day long for her. The rest of her friends all agreed, getting up from what they were doing and beginning to walk away. Pinkie Pie stopped though, as she quickly saw that Rainbow Dash was still asleep, and reminded them that they shouldn't just leave her behind. Twilight began to yell her name, trying to wake her up. The cyan pegasus only turned onto her other side, deep in sleep and not hearing Twilight call her name. Twilight unfolded her wings, flying shakily up to Rainbow. She still hadn't gotten used to flying, and it was hard to control her wings. AppleJack walked forward, telling Twilight to come back down, and sighed with relief as the alicorn listened to her and landed back on the ground. With a quick step forward, A.J. tossed a twig up, hitting R.D. on the face without a sound. Rainbow Dash immediately jumped up, almost falling off of the cloud she was on, and looked down at AppleJack with a look of annoyance. The ponies    proceeded to FlutterShy's cottage, Rainbow Dash quickly darting forward to be in the lead.
