Taa'l- an earth-like planet that is hungry for power, greedy for resources, and ruled by dictatorship and the military. Inhabited by advanced humans, they hunt down other worlds for gold, silver, minerals, food, slaves, or even just for fun. These humanoids are only slightly different then the humans from earth. Taa'l s are slightly stronger due to the larger planet and are much more advanced in technology. The advancements in tech are are SO far ahead of earths, that they even invented alternate reality travel. That is how they are able to find a world with resources, go in, take over, and sap the planet of all resources... and all life. Many planets have fallen. Only one planet was able to fight back and win. Earth. That was the last mission they attempted and the planet was running dangerously low on resources because of their failure. That's when Taa'ls greedy eyes fell apon Equestria.
13:00 UNTIL OPERATION START

Two soldiers where talking as they where exiting the mess hall. It was about sunset (7:30) and many other soldiers just finished eating dinner and went off to bed. Their was a scene of excitement and happiness in most of the loud chatter that could be heard in the hallway.
"man, i cant wait 'till we go on this mission!" said one soldier in a cocky tone.
"yeah. Command says that this one is gonna be tough, but rewarding." said the other soldier with a slight grin.
"like what, food? we need more than just food."
"no, its everything we need. Captain Johnson will explain at the briefing"
"oh, OK then."
People in Taa'l are not usually so excited. If you where in the military, you where fed, clothed, taught, and considered the best kind of human. But if you were not, you would be apart of a group known as the commoners. These people would do all of the low work for the military. melt iron into ingots for weapons and armor, grow food (witch was only reserved for those to die. Since Taa'ls land was so barren and dead, you couldn't grow food. so as a punishment, rebels and deserters would 'starve' by trying to make food.) and gather resources when a planet has been wiped clean of all threat.
"this will be my 3rd planet attack that Ive been on" said the first soldier
They have had 23 planet attacks; only one was unsuccessful. #23. Earth. Taa'l had figured since humans lived divided, they would not help each other. Unfortunately for Taa'l, they where wrong. about halfway into the 2nd day, mankind was starting to win. many Taa'ls died. and few escaped. this failure was bad for them. And Taa'l was dangerously low on resources.
"lets just get to the briefing" said soldier #2
12:00 UNTIL OPERATION START

About 30,000 people where in attendance at the briefing room. The room had a low hum of people talking. you could say that it was almost soothing to listen to. There was a small stage with an even smaller podium in the front of the room. and if it wasn't for the giant TV screen above it, the people in the back wouldn't see it. The room was HUGE. On Taa'l, it holds the record for largest room in the world.
A man then started to step onto the stage when the crowed fell silent. He then proceeded to the lone podium on the stage and looked up at the crowd.
"Good evening" said the black haired male.
Everyone stood up "GOOD EVENING, SIR!"
The crowd spoke almost at the same time and caused the room to ring with the echo. it was funny, but at the same time it was kinda creepy.
"Sit, We've got a lot of shit to cover" he said into the mic on the podium
Everyone obeyed his order and sat down quietly. The man in the front then then began the briefing. His name :Captain Carter Johnson.
"All right, lets see....." he looked through some lines on a piece of paper. "As you may know, we lost the last planet attack." He said with an angry look on his face. "If that happens here, Taa'l is doomed. You all should know that. We cannot lose this one. Understood?"
The men and women all yelled "hooa!!"
"glad to see you are all awake." he said kiddingly
faint laughter could be heard from the crowd.
"mission #, 24. Name of strike zone-Equestria."
a look of confusion came apon most of the soldiers face.
Carter laughed slightly at the soldiers. "here, we've compiled videos of the areas and all the info." he pressed a button and the first episode of season one of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic came onto the board. it played for 22 minuets and then ended.
A soldier suddenly stood up in the front row
"Are you serious?! Were attacking some place that could not even exist?!" he said
carter simply pulled out one of his 45. cal handguns from his left side and shot the man in the head. He fell to the floor as blood came quickly out of the head shot. stunned, The two men sitting beside him stood up and dragged him out of a side door.
"ANYONE ELSE WANNA FUCK AROUND? COME ON. DON'T BE SHY." Carter said as he put away his gun. The room was silent. "NO? THEN STAY QUIET AND WE'LL BE DONE FASTER"
"Now....."
"the mission will go like this. Alpha squad will be sent into a town known as 'Pony-ville'. Leading the squad will be 1st lt. Samantha Finley." Carter looked over where Sam was sitting. she was in the front row, off to the left. Carter then looked back at the crowd. "your main objective is....." he pushed a button on a remote and the giant TV lit up with the 6 main characters of my little pony. "Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, and Fluttershy.... Kill them. Along with the newly wedded couple; Princess cadence and Shining Armor" he said flatly. "
As for my team of special forces, we will go for the biggest prize... Princess Celestia and her sister, Princess Luna"
