The Reign of Goliath Preview
As the smoke rises from the ruins of a burning village, and the bodies of ponies that littered behind with their life force drained from their bodies and left them shrivelled up corpses, a beast with immeasurable power gazes upon a great castle resting upon the side of a great mountain. Even the very sight of the castle fuelled the burning hatred inside of the massive beast as he gazed upon the castle in pure disgust.
"Argh So you thought you could lock me away for ever. That locking me in the deepest, darkest pit in Tartarus would keep me away from my rightful place as Lord." The creature chuckled at the mere thought. "My poor silly Tia and Lulu...You couldn't have been more wrong."
The creature then gazed back at his "handy work" as he grinned at the destruction left in his wake, he then turned back again to the castle. "Even now as I drain the life from these mortals, my power grows and soon I will have my godly might once again. Its a shame that Tirek was defeated by a mere child that you give the powers of the Alicorn too but then again, Tirek was always a fool who was over confident by his power."
The beast grinned as he heard of Tirek's defeat in Tartarus a month just before he himself escaped shortly after. "No matter I will drain the life from this world and soon all will bow to me...Goliath." Goliath threw his head back and let out a dark and mighty roar that could be heard from all corners of Equestria.

It appears that I let time escape me, or perhaps I've escaped time itself. Tartarus was not kind.
