"No dad please don't leave me" Star watcher said in between sobs. The whole seen was playing in slow motion for the 7 year old unicorn colt. "Your fathers right my little star we won't be gone as long as you keep us in your heart" said misty moon. "It's not fair why did this happen how did our train crash why am I ok?" Star watcher said still crying. "Hush child those questions are not important so we love you and this is good bye" said Cosmos star. The rescue team finally arrives to the accident. "Look a survive" one of the rescue squad said. "Kid are you alright? What happened?" The second EMT said. "I'm not sure what happened me and my family were on our way to Ponyville then next thing I know there was an explosion and our train got derailed I don't know if anypony else survived." Star watcher said still crying. "What's your name young colt?" The first EmT says. "My name is Star watcher and I've lost my parents" he cried. "Okay Star we are going to take you up to Canterlot" the mare said. Star only nodded in compliance. They lead him onto the chariot that would take him to his new life in the Canterlot orphanage. The trip had many interesting views of the setting sun and was an amazing sight but none of that matter to Star watcher. He was still stuck in his depression. //-------------------------------------------------------// chapter 2 //-------------------------------------------------------// chapter 2 When Star Watcher and the rescue colts arrived at Canterlot. He was amazed by the fancy shops and boutiques."Wow... The princesses live HERE? I could easily be live that!" he said gazing at the large castle. "Kid, the ponies are very rich and fancy. If you act like this they'll probably call us out." said a the colt. They trotted into the castle. "Princess Celestia! We found this young colt near a train that blew up! He's lost his parents and can't get back home!" the EMT yelled. "Quiet down now Hammer Hoof. He's probably fine." said the princess. She doesn't know how I feel! She never lost anybody in her family! Star thought to himself turning red. "What's you name child?" she asked innocently. "My name is Star Watcher." he grumbled. "Can I establish one thing? Star Watcher, you realize you will NEVER see your parents again. Nopony can break the laws of life and death. Once somepony dies, they're gone forever." she said calmly. " THAT'S NOT TRUE! MY PARENTS ARE UP IN THE STARS WAITING TO SEE ME AGAIN. I'M GOING TO TRAVEL INTO SPACE AND SEE THEM ONCE AGAIN! EVEN IF IT DOES MEAN BREAKING THE LAW! I JUST NEED THE MONEY TO MAKE THE SPACESHIP!" Star yelled with tears flowing down his eyes. "Absolutely not. A young colt is not allowed in space let alone drive a vehicle." Star Watcher teleported out of the castle and near the Canterlot Gardens. He sobbed until a young mare found him. "Um, excuse me little one. Are you okay?" she asked. "No. Princess Celestia is happy my parents died." he said facing the ground. The mare unmasked herself. She was Princess Luna. "My sister would never be happy with death she just doesn't want you to get in danger trying to get to your parents". she said softly. He looked up at her and frowned. "I just need to build the spaceship but I don't have any money." he said to Luna. Luna nodded and flew towards the castle, but before entering she took of her hood. "Hello Luna! Do you know where the young colt went?" Celestia asked. "Yes, but I'm not telling you. He gave me a request for quite a few bits," Luna said smiling awkwardly. "How many bits are speaking about?" Celestia asked with a worried look on her face. "Enough to build a spaceship. He also needs equipment such as a suit oxygen and a magic filter," Luna explained. Celestia said there with a cold and blank look. "No, he can't. I already told him no!" she said turning back to her paper work. "Why not sister! You let a normal family travel to the sun and DIE! Now your not letting a young colt with full equipment and knowledge to go to space?! For goodness sake I could teleport him to space right now and he wouldn't be hurt!" Luna yelled making Celestia feel selfish. The guilt kept eating her up just as the Nightmare forces took over Luna. Her shell finally cracked and she said yes. "Thank you sister! I'll go bring the colt here and help him build the spaceship!" Luna yelled with her traditional Canterlot voice. "Please sister, keep quiet. The royal guards are sleeping." Celestia said. Luna flew towards the garden to tell the colt the good news... //-------------------------------------------------------// chapter 3 //-------------------------------------------------------// chapter 3 "Star Watcher! Are you there?" Luna yelled in the gardens. Star Watcher finally reveled himself and frowned. "What is it now princess?" he asked with an annoyed look on his face. "If you keep up that additude I might tell Celestia to change her mind. Anyways, I convinced her to give you all the bits you need to make that spaceship!" she yelled with excitement. Star Watcher's eyes glowed until Luna added to her sentence. "and going to help!" she said clapping her hooves. He went back to his grouchy additude, but he acted happily in order to go to space. "Wow this is going to be great...." he said with a crooked smile. The reached the castle and it was midnight. Luna realized sh still hadn't raised the moon. It was still sunny and ponies were still playing outside. This made Luna angry knowing even if it was nighttime but the sun was still up, ponies would keep playing and not sleep. Star Watcher yawned and waited for the princess to open the door. When Luna snapped out of her thoughts opened the door and quickly put the colt to sleep. She raised the moon and set of to fight the shadows in her subjects nightmares. When Star Watcher woke up, he saw Luna working on spaceship. She had already built the nose cone and esembeled the engine. She had dust all over her face and body. "Hello Star Watcher! Breakfast is upstairs. You can eat with Tia!" she said hoping Star would get the hint. "Wait, why are you taking care of me? Are you letting me live with you guys?" he asked. "Yeah, you can live here. Your practically part of the family!" she said. Star Watcher felt weird but happy at the same time. It was weird to live with princesses but at the same time he was honored. He trotted upstairs seeing Princess Celestia eating lettuce cakes with whipped cream and a strawberry on top. He saw another plate with the exact same thing with a name tag next to it saying "Star Watcher". Tia glanced at him and smiled. He sat down and didn't even touch his plate. He was to busy looking at the castle and getting used to his new future. He went back down stairs to meet Luna. She was still working as hard as the apple family does. "Princess Luna. Can I do something to help you?" Star asked. "Of course! You can build the bottom of the ship! And please, stop calling me Princess. Call me Lulu!" she beamed handing the instructions to him. He was done building and testing faster than Lulu did. "Lulu! I finished the bottom and built the middle part too!" he said walking over to her. He took the wrench away from her and started working on the nose cone for her. "Hey! What am I supposed to do now?" she asked with anger. "Just hand me the screwdriver!" he yelled demandingly. She passed him the screwdriver and he kept working. Luna was very mad and didn't want to work with him anymore. She went to her room and slammed the door shut. Star Watcher got up thinking that Luna was working with something else and broke it. When he saw nothing, he returned to work. "Hammer!" Star Watcher yelled. Nobody answered so he yelled again and again but still no response. When he looked around he didn't she Lulu or the hammer. When he saw Lulu room door shut he went over to it and knocked. "Why don't you keep working on the spaceship by yourself! I should've known you would kick me to the curb from the beginning!" Luna yelled. "Lulu! It's not like that! I just thought you couldn't handle it!" he said begging for forgiveness. Luna quickly opened the door, threw the hammer at him, and shut the door again making a louder sound. Hammer hit Star Watcher's horn and snapped it. The top part was hanging. He rushed to bathroom mirror to see what had happened to him. When he saw his broken horn he quickly rushed to Celestia's room and busted through her door. Startled, she grabbed Star Watcher with her magic and saw his horn. Without any explaination needed Celestia took Star to her magic studio and put him down. She used a spell to fix his horn but he became very dizzy. When he finally straightened himself out he looked at Celestia and smiled. "Thank you Celestia," he said. "What happened to cause you horn to break?" Celestia asked. He explained what happened and she was shocked.
