Tears of a God

"So let me get this strait: You saw a creature, stuck in ice, in the Everfree?"

"Um... Yes." Said the yellow Pegasus. Twilight pondered this. "I think we should get a closer look." She said.

"You mean unfreeze it?"

"Yes."

"Will it be..."

"No. I hope not. For your sake." Fluttershy winced at the thought.

Twilight concentrated. Slowly the ice around the creature melted. "Oh my," whispered Fluttershy "It's a... No... They've been extinct for years... But it... It's a... Oh my"

"Fluttershy, you know what this creature is?"

"Yes, but I don't belive it. They have been extinct since before Nightmare Moon! How is this one still here?" She rubbed her eyes and blinked. "No pony's seen one for over a thousand years!" She cried.

"What is it?"

"It's a Draconequus."

They set him on Fluttershy's couch, seeing as that was the only place he would fit. The little Pegasus could not stop wondering how he survived. (They ended up finding out he was alive) They are magical. She thought. Maybe he saved himself somehow? Still baffled by this creature, she decided to start cooking dinner for her animals. (She was going to eat out with her friends) When she finished, she took one last look at the Draconequus, and went to dinner.

"... And he's been all over me lately. I don't mind but sometimes he's not super helpful." chuckled AppleJack. "Please don't tell him. I don't want to hurt Spike's feelings."

"Don't worry. I won't." Said Twilight.

"None of you will guess what Soarin said to Spitfire when she wouldn't give us weekend off!" Laughed Rainbow Dash. "He said: 'Well whet do you get a break? Huh? If we get a break, you get a break.' You should have seen her face! She liked the idea and gave everyone the weekend off!"

"I don't see what's so funny but since you're laughing, I will too!" And Pinkie started laughing too. Fluttershy kept quiet mostly.

"Well FancyPants and I are doing fabulous! We recently went to a party in Canterlot, it was magnificent!" Said Rarity.

"Yeah sure, whatever." The blue Pegasus rolled her eyes. "I'm sure it wasn't a great as the WonderBolts performing tonight!"

"WHAT?!" cried Pinkie.

"The WonderBolts are performing tonight!"

"WHAT?! Why didn't I hear about this sooner!" She said "Now I have to throw a 'Welcome WonderBolts you're so Awsome' party! And before tonight! Wait. It is night! It's 7:00! I have to go! Bye!" And with that she zoomed off. They all stared in her direction.

"Okay that was, well, normal for Pinkie I guess." Said Rainbow. Anyways you guys will love our show! It's at 9:00 by the way"

"I'm sure we will darling!"

"Um guys? I have to go... I have something to take care of at home. I'll see you at 9:00 okay?"

"Alright sweetie."

"Okay Flutters."

"Bye Fluttershy."

"See you soon sugar cube."

"Bye guys." She said. And with that she trotted home.
