Flash Sentry awakens with a splitting headache to discover a ear piece in his left ear and a backpack filled with all sorts of stuff in it, including a pistol. Finding a note left by Sunset Shimmer as to what to do Flash now is left all alone with just him and….well I'm not going to spoil exactly what awaits him in this madness.

(Based on the marine missions in Alien vs Predator 3 (2010) with references to the game itself, alien missions, and predator missions)

Sentry

Act 1: Mission 1: Awakening

"AUGH!" shouted the scream a Canterlot High student as he found himself looking at a dark ceiling

He then pushed himself up to where he was sitting found himself in the infermery through the darkness.

"Flash? Flash come in!"

Flash then reeled back in surprise as he heard a voice in his left ear. He touched it to find some sort of communicator in it and placed it down once he heard it again.

"This is Sunset Shimmer. Thought we lost you dude. Take your time. Look around slowly." the voice said

He did so and got off of the bad to find a backpack with a note on it and it read, "Dear Flash, Inside is stuff that will help you. Sincerely, Sunset Shimmer". The first thing he grabbed out was that of a 9mm pistol with tones of ammo for it inside as well as some kind of hacking device. He placed the weapon in his right pocket and then placed it around his back and heard Sunset talk again.

"You took quiet a knock to the head during the panic." she said, "Take a stim, you'll feel better. I placed three in your left pocket."

Panic? What happened while he was asleep? He tried to remember but failed as he got a headache again. He took out a stim, which looked like a shot, and managed to get the top off with his thumb and jammed the needle into his wrist where he felt a liquid get jammed into him automatically. When it emptied he threw it to his side with a sigh of relief as he felt the pain go away.

"Everyone bugged out of the school in a hurry. We had to leave you behind." Sunset said

Now Flash was really confused. Just what the hell happened while he was asleep?

"On the upside, you missed a helluva fight." she continued

A fight happened? What kind of fight made everyone evacuate the school?

"Power's down all over the school. Use your flashlight on your pistol." Sunset stated

Flash then withdrew his gun to turn on the flashlight and saw that it WAS indeed quiet dark.

"And if you need more light pop a flare from your backpack." Sunset said

Flash had saw some flares in it and thought about only using them just in case it got too dark for his little light.

"Alright Flash you need to get out of there." she continued, "Most of the exits are blocked so the only way out is via the basement elevator."

Now Flash was really confused. Why was the exits blocked?

"I left a little gift fro you on the office stool." She added

Flash then moved over to the medicine cabinet where the stool was to find some goggles and a note reading "Look through these and be amazed". He then put them on to see a motion tracker like from the marine missions in Aliens vs Predator 3 (2010) on his PS3.

"Bright Idea made that before everything went to hell." Sunset explained, "You'll be clear of friendlies so if anything moves, shoot it."

Flash then thought to himself, "This might've been handy when the sirens where here."

"Alright Flash I gotta go off mic, Snails is having a fight with his pony self and Captain Planet needs help watering the flowers." she said, "Oh! And before I forget I left a little something for you in your locker. Go check it out when you have the chance."

Flash wanted to ask Sunset what was going on, but all of a sudden his motion tracker make noise as a white dote rushed straight past him. It disappeared just as soon as it appeared though and it left Flash frightened some. He then went to the nurse's office door and placed his ear next to it. Hearing nothing he opened the door and found a dark hallway. He took a few steps outside and heard his transmiter static.

"Flash you there? I forgot to do it, but you might get lost in this 'new' school, so I'm gonna give you an objectives marker above your motion tracker. It should help a lot." Sunset said, "Stay frost and remember this, be vigilant, oscar mike, move out."

Flash then saw a white arrow appear above his motion tracker and it pointed towards his left. He then turned left and saw the arrow move to face north. He then went the way the arrow was pointing and started hearing footsteps. He got frightened, but curious since his motion tracker wasn't going off. He then pressed forward and reeled back a little in horror as a vent shield fell down from above and his motion tracker went off showing a blip going past him. Flash was more scared than he was now, just what the hell happened? Why was he in the infermary? Why did Sunset give him this stuff? Why was the whole school evacuated? What fight was she talking about? And why was there hostiles in the building? He really wanted these questions answered, and he wanted them now. But he put them all into the back of his head as he moved into the main lobby of the school building.

It was quiet. Too quiet. Flash then moved forward again straight to his locker where he found the lock on it. Implanting his code he found inside a Leone YG1265 auto shotgun with bullets for it as well as a note reading "This might prove useful". Finding the strap on it Flash secured it on him and closed his locker tight as he took the amo and placed it in his backpack. He still wasn't sure as to what was going on, but one thing was certain, his objective marker was pointing him towards Vice Principal Luna's office with his motion tracker going off showing three signals.
