The Fall: The Radiant Executioners
Written in the journal of King Grey of Radiant City, of events before the 'Fall'.
They say that war defined a person.
That was the biggest truth on our world, and the harshest of lessons anyone could gave. When we first fought against the humans after decades we thought that we wouldn't fight anymore, we were wrong. And since then we have been defined by the other nations and tribes as a country with two things that we were good at, diplomacy and our military strength. We were one of the few nations that not only have the firepower, but the troops to make any great power not only here on our planet, but on other worlds that pause of our might.
There were only a few instances that showed us beaten to the point of losing, but that was a long time ago. However despite the opposition that were around us, we were surprised of seeing a new nation, and not one that was formed. One that suddenly popped out of nowhere and its name was Equestria. At first we were blamed for this sudden appearance by the other countries, which isn't surprising to say the least. Most of the time, we were blamed for everything that happens to their problems, including of stolen pastries, and ruining cook's food. 'Hey look the dough to make for our Queen is gone, it's Radiant fault.'
Or, 'My lord, the peasants are revolting!' 'Oh, let's blame Radiant for these peasants need for independence!' We were used to such things. However if the fault of this nation, and the rest of its world appearing popped up on our planet, I would assume that it was the faults of a newly appointed magic user who didn't knew what she was getting into. This turned out to be right. Now some would argue that because our nations were close to one another on the sides of our borders, the other countries would assumed we were the best of buddies. And they were wrong.
You see, we, or rather me that is, didn't want to go near this magical portal at first. I wanted to make sure that in the event we were being invaded that our defenses were prepared. And that in the case that my assumptions were right, we would, at least be prepared to fight. Thankfully that wasn't the case at first. You see they send a team of diplomat's and 'soldiers' first; we gather our forces and send out a small team, including a translation device which would allow our species to talk to one another. And from the reports I heard things were going well.
I founded out that their society was a matriarch system, with a Princess, or rather a Diarchy of two Princesses. And they, or rather from what I could gather from the notes, that they accidentally made a portal that not only connected to their nation, but to the world to ours. And it's all thanks to one. Foolish Alicorn, by the name of Twilight Sparkles, oh the irony that was in that name.
Still they wish to make peace and settle a treaty, sadly they founded out that the only nation that was considering a treaty was us, that wasn't because we were the first that wanted to, it was because we were the most 'tolerable' out of the entire planet. One of the reasons we were good at diplomacy, was because most of the planet is consider Isolationist. So we were the only ones who would actually at least try to talk to these 'ponies', as they called themselves.
So after some thinking, I decided to send in one of my ambassadors to their nation. He was one of my most successful, went by the name Feowina'quioa (Bringing Hope). He was a Stipspe (Organic/Machine hybrid) honestly I was expecting to hear from him in the standard procedure, which usually is a week time. However...He reported to me in a manner of two days. This didn’t bold well to these Equestrians. He told me that they had no sense of privacy, respecting other cultures, and deems him an abomination!
I asked him of what happened. He explained to me that their newest 'Princess' Twilight began to ask, well demanded information from him of our home and way of life. However he couldn't, not only because it was standard protocol to not give anything at all to nations we haven't made alliances yet, but also because it was rude. He then explained to me that the beings there didn't understand that Stipspe eat alone when faced with new species, this results the nobles there to voice out their opinion. He then goes on that when he first slept there in the castle one of the Diarchies, which he say is named Princess Luna, enters in his dreams without permission! Usually the dream-travelers asked permission to enter inside one dreams before they barged in.
And the final report he gave was that when they 'asked' to take off his mask to show his face, they deem him an abomination, this caused a ruckus among the natives there. And then he told me something that caused both Equestria and Radiant to have bitterness to one another. He told me that Twilight 'looked' at our nations by using a spell to get inside my ambassador head, without his permission, and because of that transgression they had forever broke the last straw. And because she did so, she went to tell dear old Celestia of our way of life, our ideals, our cultures, our religions, that they, they had the nerve to called us barbaric! And so I simply said to him 'Leave'. And so he did. However they tried to stop him, and so he had to forced his way back to the Motherland.
Oh we had letters and other trinkets to show how 'sorry' they were from the Mind-stalker, and tried to make 'peace'. But the damage was done, because there was one thing they should have done, which is a good policy by our standards. Make a damn first good impression to another species. Which they failed in, however the other nations of that side of the portal saw Equestria mistake and try to butter us up, we however were skeptical and declared that if they wanted to make an alliance with us, they had to spend an entire month in our nation while we send an ambassador to theirs. A simple trade by our standards.
The only ones that actually had the balls back then, were the Griffons, Minotaur's, and Dragons.
However it wasn't enough seeing that was a mistake on our part, seeing as some of the 'ambassadors' were ordered to take our technologies. We decided to get our fellows back and send theirs in bags with a simple message.
Don't screw over Radiant.
And they realized that quickly, so they send in response to our message with death threats, and declarations of war if we come into contact to them ever again. I simply said get in line; we already had death threats from the other nations around us. So things were quiet for the few months. Or until we founded something unexpected, a mare soldier coming into our border's being chase by males of another species.
And from the reports being stated right now, they were called the Caribou.

"Is there any movement coming out of the Portal?" asked a greenhorn by the name of Private Gizxcna (Greenhorn). The pilot scoffed and replied. "Not a damned thing kid." replied the Machine. The group in the shuttle was a five squad group, with a Captain, Sergeant, and lower ranks officers in the mix, Sergeant Tthalis (Moon-Eater) shakes his lupine head and sighed. "Greenhorns, always asked damn questions when we all know the answer to it." he muttered to himself.
I merely chuckled and rested in my spot. Ever since King Gradional (He-who-brings-Grey-in-our-lives), ordered routes of patrols near the Portal since our ambassador came back from Equestria, things hadn't been as loud as they usually were. And so we were just flying by, or until we gotten a shout from the pilot. "Everyone get ready! I got contact coming in five, six live-signs, coming from five clicks of South-East from Outpost 54689! We're coming in fast, be ready people!" At once we gather our weapons and ready to face any who dare try to come in through illegal means.
However once our pilot came to the group and we jumped out we were, surprised. One mare, a soldier from the 'Solar Guard', a 'unicorn' by the looks of her horn, who appeared to be tired, not to mention looked like she's been on the run, not to mention strange fur beings with horns on their heads. From the reports and rumors I heard from the others in the barracks, they were called...Caribou, they were supposed to be some native creature from Earth, herbivores if I remember correctly. However most were male from what I seeing. Their armor seems to be those of silver and what appear to be hand-me-downs. And we weren't surprise as well; I guess they weren't expecting us at all judging from the looks on their faces.
The mare however, spoke to us quickly, we all heard her thanks to our Uni (Universal tongue speech). "Please help me! I'm a messenger bearing an important message from the Diarchies! We're being invaded by," One of the Caribou suddenly stopped his shocked look and came quickly to the mare and jumped on her as he tried to take off her armor. Her horn quickly glowed as she pushed him off. "PLEASE HELP ME!"
Now we didn't understand the situation, but the Caribou were surrounding her, one of them tried to speak to us, we couldn't exactly gather much, even with our Uni, however despite me being a Machine, what I heard, made my blood cold that day. "Hey *Garble*, *Garble* *Garble* *Garble*, want to have some *Garble* with this *Garble*? I *Garble* boy's *Garble* *Garble* *Garble* we can make room *garble* *Garble* rape her."
Thus my first reaction was justified, and so was of my men.
"OPEN FIRE ON THESE SLAVER SCUMS!" I ordered as my rifle pointed at this, shiakca (garbage rapist) and blown his brains out with a laser, we made short work of these shiakca's, help the mare up, with a look of relief on her expression as the Sergeant let her lean on him; I went by the pilot seat and ordered him a new task. "Pilot, I want you to tell the troops on the outpost to gather information on those Yivadla (Scums who don't deserve to live) and send their bodies to be examine and turn into dust, and make sure that the remains are sent to somewhere fitting. Then I want you to take us to the capital ASAP. We got a message to bring to Command."
"Yes sir, permission to speak freely?" asked the pilot as we left the grounds. "Granted." I replied. "How high are we talking about here?”
"Straight to his Lordship himself." I answered.

Written in the Journal of King Grey of Radiant City, after hearing the descriptive message from Captain Hzxhci who brought Special Forces Guard Long Trek.
What I have heard today...disturbed me. I am use to hearing about a cultural group invading another group, I'm used to hearing about spoils of war, but this is probably the first time I ever heard about a group that was invading for only one purpose. To dominated the ponies. There was only one other group that could have this potential, and I knew that I must do something. Not just because they were filthy Yivadla, but because that when they hear about the Portal, they might go to our nation, and the nations of others as well. Their aggression and ambition wouldn't be content, and they would find other species to dominate.
When I first heard of this message from the Diarchies, I was skeptical, and was about to dismiss it, until she went on her knees and begged, begged for help. No one would get on their knees to beg unless they had no other choice, or things were really that desperate.
So after deciding my choice, I knew that I must speak to the people of this information, and see if they wish to join me on this campaign. I rather have countrymen joining me by their own choice rather than forcing them, however I had a good feeling that they weren't going to turned away for this chance. After all, you rarely had an opportunity to kill slavers these days, and I knew for a fact that no one wanted to be left behind for this. I just hoped that I'll have enough time to join in after ordering within my ship from above, that and hoped we weren't too late to save them all from a fate far worse than death.

"My people! Today I have been brought news from the other side of the Portal! And it isn't good." called out our Lordship as he stands before the citizens of Radiant. The 1020 yrs. old being in the body of a 14 black covered hair teen stood before the citizens as he shouted out the words of the hour. "Those on the other side of the Portal are being invaded right now, by a species of the hated name Caribou! You all must wonder why I mention this species as well, the answer is quite simple my people! It is because they are Yivadla! And as such they deserve to die, now I know that we aren't allies with Equestria or with the other nations, but if they conquer the lands over the Portal, who is to say that they won't set their sights onto our lands?"
We both stand as we showed no emotions to the crowd as was our duty, the crowd faces showed of angry, shock, and determination. "That is why I am telling you my people that I shall go beyond the Portal and do something I shouldn't do unless I have no choice. Killing an entire species." Told our King, he let the people digested this information. "Now I am not demanding, telling, or even ordering you to fight with me, because it is my choice, and it is the choice of my nation and of my people if they wish to follow me. I shall not blame you if you don't wish to commit a crime that I will, and know that there is no dishonor in doing so."
Soon a Wjahksh (Knight who protects the city) raise his blade in the sky. "FOR THE MOTHERLAND AND FOR OUR KING!" shouted the Wjahksh as the citizens, the Wjahksh's, and the Criajl (Soldiers) raise their weapons in the air as they all shouted as one. "URA!"
The King chuckled as he shakes his head and spoke to them all. "Thank you my people, now then," he raised his fist high in the sky. "I will lead the attack on our Mothership! The Motherland Choice! We shall make them wished they never heard the name RADIANT!"
"URA! URA! URA! URRAAAHHHH!"

Written in the journal of King Grey of Radiant City, during the Strike of Caribou in the Four Days War.
I've gotten word that The Motherland Choice will enter through the Portal with no problem, which means when I ordered the strike against these Mghakhas (Scums of life) the ship would fight with full potential. My High General and High Admiral wish to know the battle plans, which was easy, first I would ordered the activation of the anti-mind controlled wave as far as the Motheship was able, and then rained down our lasers upon the major settlements of Caribous. Finally I would order the smaller ships within the Motheship out and across this world, and they will proceed as planned.
Sending out our soldiers and shuttles in waves after waves to all enemies, as we crushed them like the Russians did in WW2 against the pitiful Nazi's armies of Berlin. However unlike the Russians who were only 2.5 million troops strong, our numbers was 10.6 million strong. I'm not doing over killed. I'm bloody painting the country red with it! And under no circumstances that mercy would be given to them, perhaps their stallions, but no Caribou will get this opportunity. If they attacked us, they would die. Plain and simple, to those that surrender...
Let just say we will passed the time of 'Who can scared the crap out of this one the most?'
However after consulting with my high ranked officers, they persuaded me that the females may be given a choice of mercy considering that they were ruled under these Mghakhas. Only time would tell. My concerned was that after this was over, that the nations of the other side of the Portal, would appreciate that we couldn't have gone through, but did so. And that they wouldn't called us monsters for what we were about to do. I wouldn't mind it, but my people on the other hand, didn't deserve such talk.
I heard the sounds of my countrymen over the communications that we were in Equestria now. It's time to show these natives how dangerous Radiant was when we fight in war.

As the wave was sent out, the signaled came as the doors opened before me as I rested in the Command seat, my cybernetic legs rest in a men fashion as I gave the orders. "Full speed ahead, our orders from the King are to strike in one of the settlements with our lasers and cannons." I ordered. "Yes High Admiral!" replied one of the pilots as our Warship began to moved. As many others did as we separated from the Mothership, however we gotten a good view of the giant ship firing its large cannons down on the ground as waves of a thousand shuttles exited out and started the second phase attack of the plan.
"Look at all those shuttles sir, you think these biaoshias (bastards) will stand a chance?" asked one of the crew members in the Command room, I simply shrugged. "Perhaps, perhaps not. True we may have gotten those that came into our land by surprise but we don't want to assume we can easily beat them. Hopefully we can keep the causalities down our side." I said to them all as we slowly arrived our destination, the reason for this is to fire shots as we detected small parties of Caribous around the countryside. "Now then, this is Admiral Falocona, today we are here for three reasons. One: To save Equestria and other nations from a fate far worse than death, two: To destroy all Caribou before they dare enter in the Motherland. And three! To show both neutrals and enemies that Radiant will not be pushed down so easily! For the Motherland!" I ranged out on the communications.
"Ura!" shouted out not only the people in the Command room, but among the shuttles and drop pods. "Now I have fitting music for this fight!" I added as my left metal talon pressed a button to activate a song.

"Alright everyone, get ready to drop!" I shouted in the comms as below us the doors open to allow our shuttles to drop downward. “On my mark! 3, 2, 1, DROP!" I shouted as all at once our pods dropped down, a minute later we landed in the ground as the door opened as we take our weapons out and began phase 2 of our mission. Kill every single Caribou on sight. My hands taken the box that was on my lap and transformed into a rectangle Gatling laser gun. And so I pointed and fired deadly lasers at these slavers.
My squad mates formed up by me as we strike as an arrow pointing forward.
"Sir what path should we take?" asked my second in command. "We go straight killing every Caribou that gets in our way that is the main mission of all soldiers of Radiant. However if we spot any none-Caribou we get them out of here ASAP. Move out troops!" I ordered as we fired our lasers straight at toward every Caribou that are charging straight at us, my squad mate, Lieutenant Fadahf (Enemy-seeker) notices something. "Sir, they have mages and are preparing to strike with magic!"
"You know the drill; take them out before they try something productive!" I ordered as he took out his Fajlsk-45 (sniper rifle) as we gave him covered fire to take out the targets. He fired his first shot as the mage went down; I noticed some stallions heading our way. "Boys, we got some mind controlled targets heading our way, activate the stunners and get them out ASAP!" I ordered as a second later two of my men took them down and we resumed killing every Caribou in our sights.
Our comms activated as we heard from High Admiral Falocona spoke. "This is the High Admiral reporting to ground forces, I'm sending in air support in order to scout the area, and eradicate any Caribous in case you're too far. Also do note that we are limiting our shoots as much as we can in order to not attack the natives homes and population, which means we must rely on you, the Armies of Radiant to go in this settlement one by one, making sure that we won't miss a single Caribou. High Admiral out."
And soon we heard our boys in their fighters coming down raining liquid fire on the Caribous that were forming up, and mini-bombs that left from their ends as they lifted up from the explosions of body parts and blood. "Hmph, bet they wished they get the job of going into the settlements and catch up in the 'who can kill the most slavers' like the rest of us." said one my squad mates as my second scoffed. "Please, we all know grunt work is hard work since we have to search each place one by one, beside they get the chance to blow slavers up if we accidentally miss them."
"You mean, if we miss them." I corrected my second. "Good point sir." replied the sniper as we resume on our carnage of death, glory, and satisfaction of killing slavers like there's no tomorrow.

Written in the journal of King Grey in the Mothership The Motherland Choice, during the Four Days War on Day 2. 'The Reclaimed'
It's been a while since I had time to write anything in here. Honestly I wasn't expecting a pathetic sight of these slavers. They seem organized enough, but they were soft, soft enough to allow themselves to be killed like the pathetic scums that they were. We had taken half of Equestria from these lots; most of our time and effort went straight to the other countries as we liberated the natives from the bondage and killed every slaver in sight. But as soon as the second day is over, we shall strike to the heartland of Equestria tomorrow with High General Alpha.
However based on the reports and activates from the smaller Warships and our troops, we were winning this war, no not war. Calling it a war would mean that our enemies were worthy to be defeated and killed by our hands, it was better to call this, genocide. Because what it was, just a simple genocide. There was more from the reports of our Warships, it appeared that there was a species that the Caribou failed to 'tamed' these 'Changelings', within Equestria that is, and we hadn't heard much from the other species. Perhaps we might after all of this was over, they appeared under the city in the slums after we taken controlled of Manehatten and gotten the natives back in their own controlled state.
High General Alpha reported that they may become allies after this whole thing. Still there was much work to be done.
And from my other reports was that it seem that half of the forces of these Caribous were fighting in the north of the 'Crystal Empire', hmm perhaps I should allowed High Admiral Falocona to strike in the north with the Arctic Death Troopers to make sure that not a single Caribou would remained alive anywhere. Which reminded me of something, on The Motherland Choice, some of our scientist had discovered a way to use our 'big guns' to know the difference between Caribou and non-Caribou. Which will provide useful, sadly we didn't knew where their homeland was yet, we tried to capture some of their officers but they had a lack of...Balls. No matter soon we shall find it, and then when we take this world back, we shall start on the Purge.

And it appeared that their 'ruler' wanted to speak to me now it seems. Ah well, politics never end.
Best meet this 'Chrysalis' now; otherwise I may as well have a new hole in my capital ship on the way back to home.

"Sir, all forces are ready to strike on your command High General." I reported in, we were station in his Warship Seeker, waiting for orders to strike in the Equestria heart to get rid of the cancer that was inside of it. "Do we have support fire from Wing Corps?" asked the High General. "Yes sir, not only the Wing Corps, but the Shocker Armies of the 4th and 5th. Not to mention the Coverts Ops of the 20th platoon will give aid for those hard to get spots." I replied.
He nodded his head as the golden plated armor 'Elite' look forward of our target in his spot in his Warship. Canterlot. He then activated communications to all troops as the doors opens all around the Warship. "Very well, all troops prepare to drop and fire in combat," at once drop pods began to fire out into the streets and homes of Canterlot. "All shuttles exit out and do your part to release our troops to eradicate all scum life." he ordered as shuttles exit out from every position. "Wings Corps, this is High General Alpha speaking, you are ready to fly, I repeat ready to fly, prepare to drop onto scum and give assist to all resistance natives."
"Sir, I thought Equestria was conquered?" I said. He nodded his head. "Correct Sergeant, however we heard reports from our troops and intel that there are small amounts of resistance fighting against this Blight. Thankfully we came just in time, since we can gather intel on where the Caribou homeland is." he said. "Sir, what if Equestria doesn't have the intel?" I asked.
"Well, if they don't, we go straight to the source. The so called 'Emperor of Caribou' Darius." he replied. "And what if he doesn't want to talk?" I asked with a smirk as we both knew what would probably happen. "Well, if he doesn't, our King may have to show his 'bad' side." joke Alpha as we both knew that the King was always in the 'bad' when it came to slavers.
"Sir no offense to your honor nor your courage, but are you staying here for the battle?" I asked with hesitation. If you wanted to live another day, you never insult a fellow Radiant of their honor or courage when it comes to a battle, and whether or not if they fight in it. Thankfully he understood that I'm not insulting him as he chuckled. "Don't worry, I'll only be here to guide the troops, until we get to the castle I will stay here."
My head nodded as my view turned to our fellow countrymen laying siege to Canterlot.

"Major Clankers, right now I want to let you know, before we head to battle," said a soldier of the 3rd Shocker Army as I looked ahead as I was with these fellow soldiers in the shuttle as we were about to land into a decisive battle. Sure it wasn't as bad as the Corruption Times, or even important like the Civil War, but nevertheless a battle was a battle. And I viewed all battles as decisive for a glorious victory for the Motherland or a terrible loss for the natives of these lands. One way to find out for us. "Yes what is it?" I said as I pumped Candash (Loyal Ender) as the shotgun gal is aching for a fight.
"Well sir, I just wanted to say it's an honor to fight beside a Veteran of both Radini and Radiant sir." replied the soldier. I scoffed. "No need, I'm just soldier doing the job we all need to do boy, just follow orders and do your duty as a fellow Radiant." I told him as the shuttle landed and we jumped out. The troops began to fire as we spread out and kill every Caribou on sight, however we manage to knocked out the native males, we were told that they were under mind control and their actions weren't accountable.
Still we pressed on in the streets of Canterlot, we don't moved back, we don't slow down, and above all we don't allow a single one to get away. Because we weren't fighting for allies, or free-will, not even for these ponies. We were fighting for self-perseverance of Radiant, we were fighting to kill every single damned slaver, and we were fighting to make sure that the Motherland was still around to kick every single ass that tried to take us down.
"Alright, you boys got this handle?" I asked, as I looked around to see that the squad had this handled. Seeing that we were just a small part of troops fighting and forcing our way into each home, killing and savings lives. "Don't worry sir, we got this handle, you do what you need to do sir." My head nodded as I moved away from the group as my metal feet carried me through the streets as screams of anguish ranged out for the city, not to mention the cry of victory of my countrymen. My body reacted by instinct as some cloth less Caribou came out in shocked of what was going on, nevertheless my body kept moving as I aimed and fired three shots, all to the head.
I moved into the household the bodies came out from to see some ponies, chained up with collars on them, not to mention naked. I ignored their nudity as I forced the chains from them and their collars; however there was a strange difference between those of black collars and those of the red. The black ones were wary of me, and as such I didn't blame them, but the reds...They looked up to me for a reason, and I'm starting to think it's some sort of mind controlled item.
I removed the red collars off of them as it turns out I was correct. The moment it came off of her she looked at me with fear in her eyes, I just moved away and turn to them all. "Don't worry, the soldiers of Radiants will destroy every single Caribou here and will restored what had been stolen." I assured them in Uni as I left the building to see some fellow troops coming my way. "There some Equestrians in there, some of them were chained up, the ones with red collars are being mind-controlled, and the ones with black are those who are somewhat normal." I told them as I took Candash and started running through the streets.
I looked ahead to see a group of Caribou charging at me, looked about to be five of them, they probably assumed that number means that they could take a chance. If I was some simple grunt maybe, but there was one thing they had gotten wrong. I'm a Veteran of Radini, and that means I could handle anything that came to my way by myself. "URA!" I shouted as I charged to them with intention of a massacre in my mind as I shoot Candash to one of their heads.
I charged as I fired all my shots to them all, I managed to get four out of five as I took Candash and swung her to the enemy knees, as he was forced bowing my right hand took the knife behind my back on my waist as I slammed the knife right in the back of the neck between the skull and spine, my hand twisted it as my head looked up to see the fighters providing air support and causing small amount of damage.
"Hail fellow Radiant! What brings you here without a squad?" asked a voice, my head turned to see a member of the Wing Corps, a 'pilot' with a pair of flight wings attached to their back as their arsenal is made out of mini-missiles, a small turret laser and armor plating that was made out of the same material as the fighters were. The Corps were literally people who not only had the designs of our fighters, but either had the madness or luckiness to survived a dogfight. However this one seems to not recognize me at first, which means he was a new timer; however another one by his side noticed me. "Comrade, that's Major Clankers, he's one of the few soldiers that can fight by themselves and fight alongside other members of any groups in Radiant!"
"Amazing!" said the recruit, however I interrupted them. "Sorry to interrupt, but we have a battle to win, have to go and do my part, fare well Corps!" I called out as I moved away; they said their goodbyes as we went on our own paths.
I moved upwards and stopped to see a sight that I rarely see before, thousands upon thousands of my fellow Radianters, charging through the streets, the air, everywhere to strike at the Caribous, it was beautiful. In no time we will take back this city. I thought as my head turned and looked to the castle where this Darius may be located, he was a prized to us, and the reward was bragging rights that they were the ones that killed the ruler of slavers, not to mention a promotion and favor of the King himself, question was who was getting to him first.
To me it didn't matter, but what did matter was getting these Caribous out of here. No species deserved to be enslaved like this, it was a crime to enslave a person against their will, and we were one of the few nations that outlawed slavery, sure other nations called it 'indenture servant' but a slave was a slave in our eyes. But it wasn't a crime to get rid of a slaver though, and the only tears we gave were those of a crocodiles, what was that meaning again? Ah, crocodile tears.
Hmm look like we're heading to the castle soon the way things are going, wonder how long till good old High General Alpha will come around?

"Sir, we're ready to strike, all Brigades wait for your command High General." I told him as he raised himself up. "Very well," he replied as he turned to Muff, his Lieutenant General of Tacticians. "You are in charge until I return." he said as he turned to me. "Shall we meet with the group then? I bet they're anxious to get this started after all." he said as we both left the Command room to enter in our pods, my metal claws tip hand felt my medical bag, my Fahoh-33 (laser pistol) as my armored coat hanged over me. My silver hair strands move around my head as I entered in the pod as I dropped.
A few minutes later I landed as I entered out the pod to see the rest of the group, all 300 of us. Each and every one different from another, soon enough we all turned our heads to see our leader, High General Alpha. He walked up to a desecrated statue of what was Celestia. "Now then, we are here for a reason, one of those reasons is to get every native safe and out of here! The second this is to find the rulers and get the out ASAP! The third is to get to Darius to get intel on his homeland! And the last," he shouted out. "IS TO GET EVERY SINGLE DAMN CARIBOU!" we all shouted out.
"That's right! Now let’s take down those doors and let these slavers feel fear tonight as we show them the wraith of Radiant!" told the High General as he we all gave a response. "URA!" He turned to Sergeant Beoajaihs (Berserk Rage), who was a living, breathing, tank we all called a 'berserker'. They were a group of beings who were former experiments of a group long ago dead; short story was that they formed a group in Radiant called the Berserker Legion. Basically they were the groups who destroyed everything that Radiant calls their enemy.
"Break down the door!" ordered Alpha as the Sergeant cracked his neck as he charged straight toward the large doors, he grunted as there was some resistance, he moved back and charged again. Once more there was some resistance, this time the Sergeant moved back, barking at the others. "I need some help, there some resistance!" The High General nodded his head. "Right, everybody moved back a few distance." he ordered as we all moved back as the High General contacted his ship. "We need a small cannon fire on this door. I repeat a small cannon fire."
"Affirmative High General, we're bringing the heat, how far are you all?" asked the Communication officer. "Danger close." replied Alpha. "Very well, getting some fighters to blow open the door sir, you best get to cover sir." told the officer. A minute later a Bajop-425 (a heavy weapons and armor fighter made to deal with heavy objects in one path.) came down as a large missile fired to the door, we all turned away as we all heard an explosion, a second later we turned to see the door gone, not to mention a portion of the Shocker Army standing by. High General Alpha stood tall and shouted to all of us. "Now then!" He started as he went to his side to take out a metal spear made, from what I heard, Chinese origins.
However the blade was shaped in a curved manner, a zigzag motion from the top on the upper part of the blade to the bottom. Not to mention the decoration of a dragon curved around between the blade and rod. He took his spear as he pointed it forward as he yelled out the words we all wanted to hear. "CHARGE!" We all rushed to get inside, first were the heavy hitters, then the troops, and the last were the medics, like me for an example, to help the natives here who had to go through Guardians know what.
We moved as one as the heavy hitters went first, then the thousands of soldiers who gave form of our anger of the Caribous, finally us medics as we find the natives to aid from the trauma the Guardians knew they went through. By us were the covert ops, which main mission was to find any info regarding the Caribous and the location of their homeland. The only thing I heard was High General Alpha on the comms ordering everybody to search as far as you can get in to, I was too busy to clean the wounds inflicted from the slavers on the mares, including, other things. Eventually the castle was taken as we heard from a fellow soldier that the flags of the enemy were down and that Equestria colors was flying once more.
Even better news we heard that we take back both rulers of this realm, sadly the bad was that Darius wasn't here; thankfully we founded someone who might tell us. I wasn't in the interrogations, but I heard that the High General himself made the prisoner talk; apparently Darius could only escape by himself and was forced to leave his 'prized possessions'. So after spilling the beans I heard that the slaver was burned alive.
However the High General ordered me to come to his location ASAP.
It took me a few minutes to find him, but I did, and I was surprise. On the ground before us is no other than the chaos-bringer himself, Discord. I heard this guy control chaos like no other, our nation never actually had a chance to see his work, considering that the rumors we heard that Celestia pretty much 'told' him to never enter into Radiant territories at all.
He looked so...Defeated. Like everything I heard of him was vanished, and the only thing that remained was the husk they inhabited in them. My eyes switched to see how his health was, his body showed signs of malnourished, not to mention lack of sleep if those chains that were holding his wrist gave an indication. His heart rate seems to be steady, for now that is, over all his physical health is low, but nothing that we couldn't fix. It was his mental health that I began to question.
Alpha turned his head to me as he noticed me in the same room. "Ah good you're here, what can you tell me of his conditions?" he asked as we both took the bindings off of the chaos-bringer wrist and slowly brought him down. "Well, his physical health shows of malnourished, lack of sleep, and in serious need of R&R in case things turn to worse with his mental health. However his heart beat is steady for now, but we may need to get him out in case things turn to worse." I suggested, however we both heard a cough as our heads turned to see Discord awaken. "No, no need. *cough* I'm awake, I'm guessing you're the cavalry?" he asked weakly, my head nodded as I took sterile water out of my bag for him to drink.
"We take Equestria back from those slavers, and every single troop personally killed every one of them on this world, we haven't gotten word from our comrades in the north, but I'm sure they eradicated those bunch by now." told the High General as I took the water back and we both help him up on our sides as we walked out. "A-And,*cough* Tia?" he asked with concerned. Our gaze looked at one another until we looked back to him. "Fine, that Yivadla didn't get any of them. However we would like to know where he is," replied Alpha as we brought him before to an Fjhoaihs (Machine that use its own body as a healing unit for the wounded.) and stood before it. "And the Caribous homeland." added the High General as the Fjhoaihs medic opened it mouth and swallowed Discord, a few minutes later it began its work as it squatted down and let the healing started on the fellow.
However a smirk rose on his face as he replied. "Oh, I could do better; I can lead you to it. My only question is this. What will you do to them all?" The High General only responded with a casual tone in his voice. "What else? Glass them until not even dust remains."

"Guards...Are you seeing what I'm seeing?" I asked, and the guards all around me as we stand before the city and were ready to defended our home against the Caribous. Or until we noticed this...vessel appeared out of nowhere. It looked like a cone on the front that was mixed with a rectangle in the back and something on the top, not to mention the colors on it was blue and green. At first I assumed for the worst and prepared to order my stallions to defend them. Then it started to attack, the Caribou. We stood here for a good five minutes as this thing fired beams of light down upon them all, not to mention it was big enough that it could stretched to the front of the Empire all the way to the back of our home.
Not only that, but it began to circle around as it kept firing beams down on the outside of the barrier, however we all heard the screams of death of the Caribous as the beams kept hitting down on them. I wouldn't blame some of my guards if they turned away, I did as well. "Sir...It appeared to be something that's on our side." replied one of the guards with hesitation, I didn't blame him for the tone of the voice from him, and I still couldn't believe it myself. A ship appeared out of nowhere and helping us? It's Celestia-send for us all.
Question is though, who were they?
However after circling around the Empire for a good five minutes it stopped in front of us. That's when thousands of ovals like things came out from all sides, Celestia even small things came down from it. They almost looked like orbs descending from heaven for a moment. I couldn't get a good glimpse of what came out of those ovals since they were so far from us, but if I had to guess from the shouts all around us, I had to say they were troops. "What now sir?" asked a guard, I turned to him with a look of uncertainty on my muzzle, I never faced something like this before in all my life, but I knew I had to be strong, for them, for the ponies here, for Caddy.
"Tell everypony to be prepared for forced entry on our Empire, and send a message to Empress Cadence that we have unidentified beings all around us, take caution of them troops." I ordered to them, as one of the stallions left I turned my head back to the ship and we waited. We stood there for a good half hour until the vessel moved again, as it turned around it began to fire something from its front as its end was turned to us; however I managed to get a good look at a symbol and name on its side. The name was alien to me, but the symbol was a shield of blue, with a cross of yellow in the middle, two blades behind in in an X position, and four smaller symbols on it. Hard to exactly say it was honestly.
However what it did made me, and probably my troops as well, to soil our pants as it fired a beam out of its front tip to the ground. I assumed that it was finishing off whatever remains of the Caribous. Then my heart stopped as it turned around and came straight at us, I tried to keep my breathing calm, but it was no use, I was completely sure, we were bucked.
Then the strangest thing happens. It stopped before us, I was unsure of what was going on, until something popped out of it as it looked like an oval shape thing as it landed right before the barrier. As its front came out something exited out as well. Standing seven feet tall, its bird like beak of gray moved as slit curved eyes of blue appeared to be looking around. A scar showed on the right side over its eye, three feathers like ears over each side of its head. A long cloak of battered white covered its body, with something metal that kept it together on him, it almost looked like the symbol on the ship, and the only thing that could be seen was its talons of three on the ground as it walked to the barrier. It stood there as it, he began to speak. "Hello? Are any of you in need of aid?" his voice sounded parches, as if it wasn't use to speaking that tone of voice.
It took a few seconds for me to snapped out of it and shake my head. "No! No, we're fine, but...Who are you and what do you want?" I demanded, for all I know, we could of trade off an evil for even a bigger evil. He chuckled as he responded back. "I expected hostility; after all you all had to isolate yourself in order to make sure not a single scum of life gotten in your home. I don't blame you, however there is no need for such things now," he turned to the vessel in the sky. "As you can see, we already dealt with the vermin's. Not a single one is alive." he said as he turned his head to us. "I made sure of that."
"Alright," I said with uncertainty, who knows if he was on our side, for all I knew, he could be the devil in disguise. "But you didn't answer my question. Who are you, and what do you want?" he chuckled again. "Ah of course, apologizes. I am High Admiral Winged Predator of Honor, and I lead the Warship of Chance. As you can tell, what I want is simple," his voice turned dark for a moment in his tone. "To eradicate every single slaver that dare infest this world."
While it made me glad that there was someone on our side, I couldn't help but notice he said 'world', and that's when I remember something months ago, the Portal. "Wait, are you the aliens from the other side of the Portal that Celestia tried to make an alliance to but failed?" I asked. He nodded his head. "Correct, three days ago we gotten a messenger from Equestria in our territory begging for help, after we gotten the information, our King He-who-brings-Grey-in-our-lives was furious of these Caribous and decided to aid your world against this cancer."
Wow, looked like we gotten some unlikely allies in the least expected place. I thought.
"But wait; are you the only ship here? I thought there would be more?" That's when he gave a hearty laugh. "Oh, sorry, it just that you are wrong, you see our King decided to send a ship that will give a message to this world. The Motherland Choice. And before you ask, yes, it's big, it's powerful, and in the matter of three days we taken this world back from those slavers." My eyes widen from this information. 3 days? Usually it would take months to reclaim a nation, but an entire world? That was mind blowing.
"H-How big is it?" I asked with hesitation in my voice. He looked down to me. "I'll give you a hint, it's our capital ship." As my mind was blown again he was listing to something in his ear, and gave an 'hmm?' as if he was listening to a conversation. "I see, well pick him up and take the colt in the med-bay; he may need to be checked up." My mind was brought back to reality when I heard 'colt'. "Wait, a colt was among that destruction?" I asked.
He nodded his head. "I know, it's surprising, anyway we'll get to him later seeing that he isn't the most important thing right now, what is important is a show of trust. We have no grudges to hold against you, or your lands, I'm hoping that you can give us trust by lowering the barrier to allow us to give aid." he asked with a calm tone in his voice. "But, what about," I started to ask. "Like I said before, we dealt with the vermin, not a single one is alive." he told me. I breathed in as I took a chance. "Guards, take a message to Cadence and tell her, to lower the barrier. What stands before us are allies." one of the guards saluted and left.
However the High Admiral open his cloak to revealed four talons with two other talons on each side of the limb, I could see the small amount of flesh mixed with something in them as he place a talon on his feather ear. "What? Are you certain? Well then, that is good news." he said, I couldn't get a good look of the rest of the body as it was hidden, but the barrier was down as I asked what he was talking to and what the conversation was about. "What was that all about?" I asked.
"Well, that was my King telling me something interesting. Apparently, a being by the name of Discord," WHAT? my mind shouted. "Know the location of these slaver vermin's, and he's taking us, or rather our King to it. With The Motherland Choice as well."
"You mean," I started, he nodded his head. "Yup, by tomorrow the last day will be the final of this whole event. And will be marked of a day of importance." he replied. "What?"
"The day where the Caribous died."

Written in the journal of King Grey of Radiant City, in the Command room of The Motherland Choice preparing the destruction of the Caribou nation and all it stands for. Starting day of Day 4 of the 4 Days War. 'The Purged'.
Today was the day. The day where we start our final act. The purging of these filthy Caribous. Thanks to Discord, we had finally gotten the information of their homeland, however there was a problem, it appeared that from what we gather from the chaos-bringer, this Darius stolen not only his magic, but the magic of both the Sun-raiser, and the Dream-stalker. So it is my duty, to take back what was stolen. Before I unleashed the Motherland beams on them, I would send a comrade to go to Darius and present him a choice. Either submits to the crimes he had done and surrenders the stolen magic, where he'll be trialed and be given death by hanging. Or we'll take it from him by force; honestly I hope he chose the latter.
Because that way, it'll make things much easier for the Motherland Choice as it rained down the beams as we glass this entire abomination that called itself a nation. Thankfully we made sure that when we glass this place, we will make sure we destroy everything that is Caribou, we were cautious that we might accidentally kill anything non-Caribou in the area, that way we wouldn't be pressed charges of slaughter for individuals who were in the crossfire.
Now as for the comrade I will send before me, is someone who deserved to be sent. Major Clankers.

"Remember Major, called me down and tell the Motherland to fire, then we will close in for the kill." told King Grey over the comms as I cracked my neck. "No problem my lord, my only question is this, who will get the final strike?" I asked, I heard him chuckled as he replied. "The honor belongs to you my old friend; I will merely take back the powers that he stolen like the coward he is. I don't care what you do with the body, just make sure that he will be dead." told Grey.
"You got it, one dead slaver coming up." I replied as I felt the pod dropping from the capital ship and down to my destination. The pod door open as my boots exited out, and the first thing I saw was the bastard himself, Darius. Damn he was ugly, especially with two horns coming out of his head, and with him a court of other slavers and what appears his own species of females licking him. I turned away in disgusted as I shouted to him. "Alright you bastard, you got one chance, either surrender yourself and the magic you stole or die a painful death." I told him as I took Candash out, his guards were about to come at be until he raised his hand. They backed off as he spoke. "Why should I?" he said with a calm and smug look.
"Really? You’re doing this? Well fine, first off you invade an entire world with your filth, then subjected the nations with your mind controlled ways, not to mention the crimes of rape and pillaging of thousands of lives, and do I need to add of how much of a sick bastard you are?" I said as look around to see a fair amount of guards. Hmm, I could take them all one for a short while, but this bastard may have a hidden trick on his sleeve. I thought to myself.
Darius meanwhile nodded his head. "True, I did what you said, but am it better for females to rule? After all a male should take place of power, and we both know that those whorse in Equestria had it coming. But what I don't understand is that," And while the bastard was talking I activated my comms to the King and made sure I didn't speak out loud. "Hey can you be able to change it to male Caribous only?"
"It's possible, why?" asked the King. And while the bastard was still talking I answered. "Because the Equestrians weren't their first subjects, look like they breed the females into a submissive role, so much that they don't have any other purpose than to serve." I got silence from the King for a while until he spoke back. "Done. You better stop stalling, I'm coming down and raining death as this communication is off."
"Got it." As he was finished I spoke back. "You don't get it do you? We aren't going to stop; we won't stop until every last one of you is dead, destroy, or even glass. In short the whole reason we decided to kill you all in the first place," then a second drop came down as I finished and an ironic song came on our comms. "Was because we hate slavers."

My shotgun fired on the guard on my left, the two females left Darius as he got up from his throne, his right hand glowed a dark green color as my hearing heard the King shouted out. "Clankers! Kneecaps!" told his Highness as I aimed and fired at the bastard left knee. Darius cried out in pain as bend his knee and his hand stop glowing, I pumped my Candash as I fired the other knee, I moved to the rest of the guards as I noticed my King made shorts works of them and took out a large jewel as he slammed it in his mouth and forced him to swallowed it.
"So was that supposed take the magic out of him?" I asked as finger shoot at his shoulders to make him feel the pain. "Just give it a moment." told the King as a few seconds later he spat out the jewel, except it was glowing all over, the King quickly took it as he passed by me. "He's all your Major, my advice? Don't try to take your time too much, otherwise you might not see the show." he said as he was doing his Kingly business by pissing on the graves. I turned to Darius as my neck cracked as I took out my knife. "Well let's get this over with." I said as I bent down near him as before he even begged the knife cut in his throat, a few minutes later I now gotten the head of the former ruler of Caribous.
"Alright, let's go." said the King as we teleported into the Command room as the King sat down in his seat as not only he, but I, the soldiers in the room, and thousands of others were looking over the glassing of the nation of slavers. "Isn't it beautiful? All this glassing on slavers." he said, a hmph came out of me as I noticed the blood dripping down on the ground. "No offense sir, but I got to get this head clean, otherwise the blood is going to ruined the floor." He turned his head to me. "Oh? Sorry, I got nostalgic for a moment, anyway you can head out now, and Clankers?"
"Yes sir?" I asked.
"Good job. And feel free to brag how much you want. You earn it." I gave a salute to him. "Thank you sir, have fun enjoying the deaths of a million lives." the King chuckled as he waved his hand at me. "Go on you old war dog." He said as he laid back and ordered popcorn as he watched this entire event as if it was a movie. However as I left the room I heard the announcements. "Attentions soldiers, medics, engineers, everyone! The Emperor slaver of Caribous is dead! All thanks to Major Clankers who had been given the honor of an eventful thing, let it be known he has bragging rights and the favor of the King, can I get a ura from you all?" told the King, then I heard their voices. Millions upon millions of soldiers of Radiants gave their biggest uras as much as they could.
"URA! URA! URA! URA!"
"We are all proud of our fellow soldier of Radiant! Now before we party let's remember that after glassing these slavers, we all go down to finish the job! And find those who are needed to be saved from these vermin's. MOVE OUT!" ordered the King as I looked in a window to see my brothers and sisters of Radiant going into the shuttles to prepare to land and scurried in them. I wouldn't go with them sadly, since I got to take this new head and place it on my wall.

Written in the Journal King Grey of Radiant City, one day after the 4 Days War as he returned from the 'Searching for survivors' events.
I've gotten back from the landing bay, and got some time to write in this journal. I will admit, I wasn't expecting there were any survivors, I knew that Major Clankers wanted to spare the females and couldn't blame him. But I knew that despite making last minute changes it would have worked, sadly it didn't. I hoped that it would work, but sometimes we can't get what we all wanted. I told Clankers what happen, I apologized to him, but he told me it was alright, he said that even though he asked for the targeting to be change, there was some doubt in him that told him that there wasn't a slight chance things would work out the way we wanted to.
When I first send the troops down in the nation to look, there wasn't much left. Everything was gone, the buildings, the animals, even the bones. All gone. Still we made sure that there wasn't a single Caribou left, so after using up the day to search on the land topside, we decided to search in the bottom, the underground to make sure we done the job right. We used some of our diggers to find anything, and luckily we did.
It was a tomb to be used, filled with the remains of the dead, and the fearful living. There were five males left, probably decided to repopulate the species to get vengeance. Well, we made short works of them. We looked to the male children and gave them a choice, either fight and die like their predecessors, or surrender to us. Sigh...Sadly they didn't choose the latter as we founded out.
They charged, and so instead of letting my soldiers do the deed, I took it upon myself to do it in their steed. That way, when others dare judge my kin, they will instead judge me and know that my people were blameless of this act. Soon enough the only male children left, were those of younger age, those of innocence in them, however to my shocking surprise, the females...went into a position of submission...When I heard, that Clankers told me that they were breed into a submissive role, I almost didn't want to believe him.
But here they were, waiting for me to take them; each calling out to take them first than the other...It sickened me, I told them to get up, and told them that they will never be like this again. They didn't understand what I was trying to get into their minds, but they knew I was 'their master’; I could still taste the bile in my mouth when one of them say that word. We counted how many there were left, there were only 35 females left, 9 younglings of the same gender, and 4 pre-adolescents males. Meaning there were only 48 Caribous left.
I was almost surprised there were no elders, until I realized what was the point in keeping the elder if they weren't going to pleasure you? I told the troops that these remaining Caribous were no threat to us all, and I ordered the troops to search deep and hard in these tombs, to make sure there weren't any more Caribous or hidden surprises. Thankfully there weren't, it appeared that this wasn't fully complete, which means there weren't any traps at all. Nor where they any Caribous hiding around.
However I told the rest to search anything of historical value, anything to keep the history of this vile species, while it is true I hate slavers with a passion, I would not leave their history forgotten so easily. Perhaps the newer generation will learn that trying to take slaver ideal will proved your downfall. Sadly there wasn't much, only some history books filled with propaganda. I told them to take it all, then I told the troops to take the remainders of the Caribou race out and into our Scientist ship to see what we could undo what they have been taught to do and be. Perhaps with luck we could make the new generation more independent.
After getting them all out, I told my ship to blow it until there was only a crater left. Soon enough I told all crew in The Motherland Choice that we needed to glass the nation again for good measure, they didn't disagree as they knew if we didn't overkill it, then it might came back and bit us in the ass in the future. Believe me; I knew how painful it was when that happened. Anyway yesterday before I went along the searching group I decided to give the rulers of Equestria their powers back, including the chaos maker and as soon as I gave it back I left before they even said a word. It was better this way,

Huh. Apparently I'm being asked to go to the summit of leaders of Equis as to talk about the situation of the Caribous. On one half I didn't want to go, but on the other I did understood why they wanted me to go, after all I'm the one that did what they couldn't. So it made sense. What I'm concerned was that they tried using the usual politic shtick on me, not to mention Chrysalis was going to be there as well. Oh joy. Still I shouldn't just leave them, after all if I do then they might talk to me in my own kingdom, and that's even worse!
Sigh; well better tell the lot the bad news. I just hoped that they wouldn't be stupid enough to try to screw over me.

*POV of Twilight Sparkle, by the side of Princess Celestia of Equestria, heading to the council room of Equis as the nation leaders discuss of the nation Radiant aiding their world and of their ruler. two days after the 4 Days War. 'The Heated discussions.'*
I still couldn't believe it, I was free. I was by Princess Celestia side in the large meeting room of other rulers from the various nations. She told me about them all since I never meet any of them, but my mind slowly goes back to...them, my entire body shivered as I could remember their touch, their words, and their never ending satisfaction. What was even worse was that it wasn't even me that was in controlled.
Thankfully Princess Celestia managed to get me out of my thought process.
"Twilight? Are you sure you're ready for this? You seem out of place." asked the Princess, thankfully I wasn't that far gone in my thinking. "I'm fine, just...Thinking of back then." My teacher nodded her head as she place a wing by me. "I understand, and I know what it was like to not be able to controlled your own body." She gave me a gentle shake on shoulder. "That reminds me, how is your horn doing? No pain from there?" she asked.
My eyes turned up to see the horn connected to the base of my head once more, back when I was, 'subjected' to the Caribous they cut off my horn to make sure I wouldn't cause problems. However when a large vessel, from what I heard anyway, came over all of Equestria, troops from Radiant came and well, killed every Caribou. I know they done terrible things to all of us, but I heard rumors that the Radiants had a huge hatred of slavery and slavers, so they tend to, what was the word? Ah, 'overkill' on the Caribous.
However when they came to Ponyville as they did to every other city, they restored every unicorns horn, and Pegasus wings; however we were consider 'second priority'. I'm betting their first priority was to get every single Caribou they could find, and it wasn't too far fetch either.
Still while I'm glad they saved us all, I'm still trying to figure out the 'why' out of this situation. Based from what I could tell the way the situation was handled, Radiant had a dislike toward us, not that I could blame them. I shouldn't have pressed on the ambassador, not to mention the accusation placed on him. Nevertheless they didn't had to save us, so why? They could of let us be to our fate and find a way to close off the Portal, yet instead of that they came over on this side of the Portal.
But I should answer Princess Celestia answer. "Well it's doing fine now, no pain anymore, but it's still hard to believe that it was gone, and now it's back on." To this Celestia chuckled. "Oh yes I have to agree with you Twilight, I once had my magic gone, and now I have it again. I know that the past is hard, especially with the memories, but in time you can learn to overcome them." We stopped as we were before a pair of large doors. "And Twilight?"
"Yes Princess?"
"Try not to attack Chrysalis, she is part of this meeting as well." she told me as the doors were opened. My eyes looked to see 14 throne like chairs and before it was a large circular table. The first I saw was my sister-in-law Cadence and my brother Shining Armor; their thrones were made out of crystals. Their left was a Zebra of tribal clothing's covering her entire form, she almost looked like a twin of Zecora, except her Mohawk was spiked, unlike the healers, and her eyes were black with a cold look in them. The throne she sat in was wood. To her left was a Griffon in armor as he sat in a silver throne, he was a dark black griffon with golden eyes filled with anxiety. His armor looked in bad condition, the metal like armor was formed at the last minute, liked it was either this or nothing at all.
And by his left was Chief Thunderhooves, the dark brown Buffalo sat as if he was waiting with all the patience in the world, his throne was made out of stone, yet he didn't looked affected by it. To his left was a mirror being hold by the throne, from what I could gather from all the fire coming out behind it, dragons surround the throne, and the jewels on the throne, it was the dragons representative. And to its left was another mirror, this time surrounded by water, the texture of the throne was sapphire, and sea serpents? That almost reminded me of Steven, wondered how he was doing.
I'm betting that mirror was for the representative of the Sea Serpents. My eyes turned to the mirror throne of cats and gold mixed with earth, and the being in it looked like, AHUIZOLT? I thought he was just a villain from those Daring-Do books! Guess I was wrong! My eyes turned to a Minotaur as his armor was heavy metal all over his body, not a trace of fur could be seen underneath it all, yet what could be seen were his blue eyes, his throne was steel. What was on his left came as a surprised, Discord out all beings was sitting next to the Minotaur, who knew he was involved in this? However his throne was made out of chocolate, of course. My eyes glared as I saw her, Chrysalis, sitting in her iron throne of holes here and there all around it.
I knew Celestia told me to not attacked her, but my mind wanted to go straight over there and gave her a pounding of, I felt sick as I tried to get rid of a particular memory when I mentioned the 'p' word. Okay brain; try not to do that again, for both of our sakes. My eyes turned to the male Diamond dog as was covered in miner garbs; he looked irritated as his seat was made of earth. However the last seats were of Princess Luna, whose throne was made out of dark metal which could be rumored of moon metal, yet I couldn't claim it was so, or that it wasn't.
Celestia throne was made out of pure gold of the highest caliber. Soon enough she sat down by with her sister, while I was 'given' a seat made out of wood by her side. However after I sat down I noticed there was an empty spot between Cadence and the Zebra-mare. "Hey Princess? why is there an empty spot between Cadence and the Zebra?" I asked in a hushed tone.
However before she even answered our heads were turned as we saw the Diamond Dog slammed his paw on the table. "Why are we standing around for? We should get this meeting started!" called out the Dog. "The Diamond Dog is correct, why are we waiting for? Everybody is here, so I suggested we get this started." agreed the Griffon. "Hold it, there's one more person we need." told the Minotaur. "Oh, and who could it be?" asked Ahuizolt.
However before an answer was given we all heard something popped out, and Discord chuckled. "Why who else? The Savior of Equis and the Butcher of Caribous." told Discord as all of our heads turned as the doors were slammed open. A metal throne of strange metal with four limbs coming out of each side as it moved with a passenger on it. The person on it was small, almost the size of Spike. Armor covered the entire body, slit eyes looked to us with black covering them, and a crown like thing was on the head, it was like it was part of the armor itself.
The talons were on the armrest of the throne as it moved toward the empty spot, two beings stood behind the throne, they were covered in long green garbs and circular covered hats which covered their upper face. Their hands weren't seen as they were covered by the sleeves connected together, however the symbol of their nationality covered their chest. A blue shield with a yellow cross on it, two blades behind it, and four images in each corner of the shield. A circle symbol of black and white, I believed it was a yin-yang symbol from the Japonies.
The upper right was circle with four things in each part of it, they were too small for me to see this far, however on the bottom right there was a picture of a wolf in it? Strange, yet on the bottom left was a heart with blades behind it and a pair of wings in it? Even stranger. Still the throne went down as it settled in the empty spot, and the two guards stood behind the throne, a banner appeared from the throne as it showed the nation symbol.
"Now then, can you all tell me why it was necessary for me to be here?" asked the Radiant King, I was shocked hearing his voice; he sounded so young, almost like a teenager! What was he doing ruling? I wasn't the only one who voices this opinion. "What's a youngling doing here? Where is the ruler we wish to meet?" asked the male Dragon representative. However Chrysalis chuckled. "You best change that tone, you’re talking to the King of Radiant and believe me he is the real deal." I was surprised that Chrysalis quickly defended this newcomer at all.
Usually she would be maniacal and full of herself. Or until I figured out why that was, straight from the Radiant King mouth. His helmet covered his face but I could hear him clearly. "Do not try to butter me up Chrysalis, I am still considering the alliance, the only reason I'm considering it was because you give me the benefit of doubt." He turned his head to the rest of us. "Unlike, certain others in this room." I swear you could feel the coldness in his tone.
The Sea Serpent gave a cough as she spoke. "Well perhaps with you here, things will be easy to say. I know it may sound rude but we all wish to know, what happen to the Caribous?" she asked. The Radiant King leaned back as his left talon moved under his helmet chin. "You mean the dead ones or those that I allowed to live?" This caused an uproar as they all began shouting at him, excepted for Celestia as she shouted in the Royal Canterlot Voice. "QUIET!" We all turned to her as she looked at the Radiant King with a glare in her eyes. "Explain. Now." she just said.
He leaned forward as he responded. "Let me make this clear, those that were allowed to lived, were females, younglings of both gender, not to mention those barely off the teats. Nothing more, nothing less. They were breed to be submissive to the males. What else was I supposed to do? Just let them all die? And for what? Being a Caribou? Make no mistake I will gladly kill any slavers, but if you think I'm going to commit xenocide, then you may be right, but the question is this. What did the species do to make me consider such a thing?" This made all of us quiet as we all realized we had no answers for him, not even Celestia.
"Your High General told me that you glassed their nation. Did you?" asked Discord in a calmed tone, which surprised not only me, but most of the others, you would think that being the god of chaos and disharmony he would be more, wacky. What did they do to him to make him calm? "Yes, the first time we glassed them is when we first discovered they made their females into what they are. I tried to change the setting, but it was too late, the setting was Caribou only. Thankfully there wasn't any other life among that place, so we were lucky we didn't had to bring anyone back to their homeland."
I could see Princess Luna clenched her fist on the throne as she tried to hold back her anger. And I couldn't exactly blame him, while it's true I wouldn't shed any tears for them, he also disregard us as if we were merely an annoyance rather than people. However he went on. "Still we decided to search, in case we didn't make sure we done the job right, and then we founded a tomb, well it wasn't fully finished, but it was the only one left. And before you ask, trust me; we were making sure we didn't miss a single stinking slaver. We enter inside and killed the remaining males Caribou; we were surprise of the females and younger males."
Oh no. I thought in my mind.
"So I presented the younger ones a choice, either surrender or die. Guess which one they wanted the most? Death." he said in a tone that disregard the fact he foal-slaughter as if he was talking about the weather. All around were shocked expressions, Cadence looked like she was about to puke, Shining looked at him with disgust. The Griffon looked at him with a opened beak, the Zebra gasped of what he just said, the Minotaur was expressionless, you could hear the Sea Serpent crying on the other side of the mirror, the Dragon was silent and so was Ahuizolt. The Diamond Dog looked at the Radiant King as if he was cursed, and Chrysalis had the nerved to smirk to this? And how could Discord be so neutral about this? My eyes turn to Celestia as she tried her best to remained calm, but Princess Luna didn't look so well, she might snapped at any moment.
Of course that's when he added another sentence. "Of course, even if they did surrender I would have sent them some place where they would be watch constantly and if they try anything funny; Of with their heads." That's when Princess Luna snapped.
"HOW DARE YOU DO SUCH THINGS TO FOALS? YOU MUST BE PUNISHED!" shouted Princess Luna as she charged straight at him. However the two guards jumped over their ruler as their hands were taken out and as they moved by Princess Luna, they landed behind her throne. And she looked as if she was stopped; I wasn't too sure what was going on, until I noticed the wires all around her, their source of origins were the guards as they were the one who held her back against their King. "You. Will. Tell. Your. Guards. To. RELEASE. ME!" told Princess Luna.
However he was looking at his talon, and moved his head up as if he just noticed her. "Hmm? Oh I didn't see you there. Before I do so let me ask you a simple question." His face came before her muzzle and spoke. "Why should you feel guilty for those who will bring the flames of destruction as were those who rape and pillage your lands recently?" he snapped his talons as she was pushed back to her throne and the wires removed from her as the guards returned to their ruler side, who stood up.
"Yes, I will admit. I am a child-slaughterer. Was this the first time? No. Will this happen again? Maybe. But let me tell you what I learn throughout the years." He said as he was pacing around the thrones. "I learned the hard way that if you don't take care of the problem now, it will eventually come back and bite you in the ass. For example." he said as he passed by the Griffon throne. "Like not getting rid of a band of marauders just because there were children among them. And those same marauders came to a village and pillage and rape everything and everyone until there was nothing on the ground, and all of that could have been avoided, if you didn't destroy those marauders in the first place."
He passed by Chief Thunderhooves. "Or that when another tribe is taking your territory bit by bit, and that you send out a warning party to show you mean business, and you founded out that their Chief couldn't be persuaded to not stop into taking territory. So you decided to attacked him when he is the most vulnerable, and you notice he was with his family, now you could let him live with his family. But then a few weeks later your camp is on fire, and your tribe has been decimated until the only ones who survived were the women and children. Guess what happens to them? And all of that could have been avoided if you just killed that bastard."
He passed by the Dragon mirror as he kept talking. "Or perhaps you try to take pity on a rival dragon youngling, but you foolishly forgotten," Princess Luna couldn't take it anymore as she slammed her hands on the table. "WHAT. DOES. THIS. TALK. HAVE. TO. DO. WITH. WHAT'S. GOING. ON?" she commanded, the Radiant King huffed as he return to his chair and muttered 'Rude enough'.
He cleared his throat and answered. "Well it's simple. When you fail to notice something in one eyes, it tend to destroy you in the long run." told Radiant King. "And pray tell what is this notion you have in that sick head of yours?" asked Princess Luna. "The fire in their eyes." replied Radiant King in a soft, calm, and somehow deadly tone. It made my fur stand up on the back of my neck. "When someone, or somepony, have a fire in their eyes, it show that they will fight for whatever they believed in, whether be justice, vengeance, or even the desire to dominate everything. And if they do have that fire, those you call your enemies, you best snuff them out quickly and fast, making sure your corners are secured before moving on. Otherwise you might as well make your entire life a big fat cliché." he told us in that same tone.
He turned to Discord. "And before you ask, yes I made sure we left nothing in that place, and as caution I ordered another glassing. Just in case we overlooked something." he said as he lay back in his throne. "Over all I say this was a nice exercise for the troops, give them high moral for killing every single slaver, not to mention it was fun when I look over the glassing, I mean you could literally see their expressions if you look hard enough before they turned to ash." he went on.
However Cadence couldn't take it anymore and shouted at him. "You monster!" He turned his head to her as he sighed and went up. "You know, I was wondering when somebody would say that line.’You monster'. Well let me tell you all something." he said as he moved around his throne. "If I deserve the title monster, what does that make all of you who turn people into stone, banishing them, or call a person of a different race, culture, and life style an 'abomination’??” Everypony was silence as he went on. "I will not deny that I killed many people, and I will not deny that I deserved to be called a murderer, but be honest with everyone, I think we all deserved that title, hmm?"
His helmet looked all around to us. "We all killed a life before, we all have blood on our hands. And we were all willing to kill in order to save those we cared about." He turned to my brother Shining and spoke to him with a pointed talon. "You were prepared to charge toward the enemy when that barrier was going down, you were prepared to fight with everything you got." He put his talon down as he looked to all of us. "That reminded me something, where are the horses? From Saddle Arabia? You would think that they would be a part of this meeting as well."
"Do not try to change the subject monster!" told Princess Luna. He looked at her as he was silence until he spoke and asked a question. "Is it monstrous when you are fighting for your people?" he moved toward her as he kept talking. "Is it monstrous when you kill those you called your enemy with your blade, strength, and magic? Is it monstrous when you dive into their dreams and terrorize them to the end of making themselves slit their throats in hope they make it end?" He stopped as he was face to face with her muzzle.
"Is it monstrous when you will do what others cannot in order to protect your people, your friends, and your own flesh and blood? Because if it is, then I think there are more around here that also deserve that title." My mentor stood up as she shouted at him. "Don't try to cover up what you done and try to make us forget," He quickly turned around to face her. "NO! It's you that forgotten Sun-raiser!" He then moved away from Princess Luna as he went on shouting.
"You all have forgotten so conveniently that it wasn't the Griffons," He told as he pointed toward the Griffon delegate, then to the Minotaur. "Nor the Minotaur's," Then to the Buffaloes. "Neither the Buffaloes," Then to the mirror of the Dragons. "Not the Dragons," Then finally to both the Princess's. "Or even the Equestrians that fought back this day or even the day when all this started! IT! WAS! RADIANT! It was I that decided to hear the pleas of the messenger you sent! It was I that rally my citizens, my soldiers, and my entire nation! It was me that sent my forces through the Portal and strike back against the slavers! I was the one that order the slaughter of thousands of Caribous! It was me that ordered my troops to aid you all! It was my decision to change the beams to Caribous, and it was my own conscious that watch the eradication of every single Caribou and their filthy nation! And it was me that made sure the fires of the Caribous were purged."
He turned to us all as he moved to his throne. "Without Radiant! Without my soldiers, my ships, and my drive, none of you would be standing here today! Free and oppressed no more! And when I had made sure that the Caribou were no more, you accused me of being a monster! No gratitude what so ever. Instead of accusing me, you should be thanking me for doing what you all failed to do. In fact every one of you, every woman, man, and child of this world owe a debt to me and my city. Without us you would not be free!"
"So we should give praise for the sacrifice of an entire race and culture for you? Sacrificing all those lives for the sake of you and your nation?" accused Princess Luna. He then slammed down on the table, he slammed the surface so hard there was a cracked in it. He then spoke out in a harsh and raging tone. "Don't you dare use that word around me so easily! You don't know what sacrifice is! You never had to sacrifice your family, your eyes, your homeland, and your own people! You never gave up your own world, your own sanity, even your own child! All in the name of sacrificing for the good and the nation! Never!"
I never thought I heard Princess Luna, even my mentor Celestia became silence from an outburst. Even the others were silent as they looked at him. He was breathing so hard I swore there was steam coming from that helmet. After a while he calmed down and spoke again. "You all called me here for a reason, we have finish discussing of what happened to the Caribous, now I'm betting you all are thinking of 'what now?', am I right?" asked the Radiant King.
"A very good question." responded a female voice, all of our heads turned to see the delegate from Saddle Arabia, she looked fine as ever, with her pink coat and purple mane, she wore her Arabian clothing's of blue and dark green as she moved toward us and surprisingly stopped by the Radiant King. "I can guess they wonder on what you will do perhaps, not only of your nation, but of the remainders of the Caribous."
He lay back as he looked at her with his talons held together. "Ah them? I shall allow them integrated into Radiant society and try to help them remove their mental shackles of submissiveness. With luck, and perhaps aid from my fellow Radianters, we can remove such things within a generation or two and allow them to rise from their history and society. As for my nation? Well I will send all of my troops, including ships, and we will return home on our side of the border without giving any interference to this side of the Portal.
"Perhaps you all can overcome the mental shackles that were placed on you all."
The Zebra noticed that the delegate was close by the Radiant King. "Why are you close to him delegate? Have you decided to marry?" The Radiant laughed loud as he shook his head and replied. "Oh no, it just yesterday she propose an alliance! And I accepted gladly!" This cause outburst from the others. "What!" Even I was surprised by this, I thought Saddle Arabia was allied with Equestria? "But Sadia!" said Princess Luna as she tried to reason with her. "Are you willing to ally with a monstrous ruler?" However the mare just snorted at Princess Luna. "Monstrous? Have you forgotten that you once held that title Nightmare Moon?"
I could see Princess Luna made a flinch as the delegate went on. "Honestly I, and my ruler agreed that it would be better for us to ally with Radiant, at least they are honest with their dealings and usually ask for permission to go where they aren't supposed to go." Princess Luna looked away as the delegate just nodded her head. "That was the problem with you Equestrians, you never ask and always assumed that everything was yours to take without even a simple asking." She turned her head to Chief Thunderhooves. "And I know that you feel the same way, don't you?"
Chief Thunderhooves sighed and nodded his head as he spoke to Princess Celestia. "She makes a rather good point, even though things are better, you should have asked the tribes if it was alright to make an orchard on our running grounds." My brother Shining spoke to the Radiant King. "I just want to know one thing, I heard there was a colt from where the Caribous were back at the Empire. Who is he, and what is going to happen to him?"
"Ah yes, High Admiral Winged Predator of Honor mention a youngling in his reports, and seeing as they weren't any of his kind around, he asked for permission to adopt the little tyke. I couldn't refuse, seeing how this is a perfect chance for him to have a son, who will integrated into Radiant society. As for whom he is, I have no idea." It looked like Princess Luna was about to speak until the Minotaur spoke and said his peace.
"Enough. I'm at my limit of my patience of this whole debate. We all know that the Radiant ruler had won this war, and this argument. The youngling was part of spoils of war as are the remainders of Caribous. And there is no need to dissuade any who wished to ally with him, because that is their choice and theirs alone. And there is no need to insult his people as well, seeing that they are of a different culture and background we should respect their ways, as everyone respect each other’s before the Portal came." he turned his head to the Radiant King. "I just wished to ask, what was the message you were trying to send when the body came back to our lands? I was not part of the circle that sent the ambassador, so it is simple curiosity."
"The message was simple 'Don't screw over Radiant.' Your people, as well as the Griffons and Dragons, were trying to butter me up, in truth they were trying to steal what wasn't theirs. Technology, something that should be earned not stolen, or given so easily. So in response to this insult, I sent the bodies back with that message. They assume that just because I looked like a child, they thought we were easy picking. It's true that I do sound like a child, but it doesn't mean I am a child. I have lived long for quite some time, and seen things you all wish were just nightmares."
The Radiant King let his right talon held his chin. "That was the reason I sent the bodies and message. Because Radianters hate getting back-stabbed by those who are supposed to be 'allies'. Or rather 'to-be allies'. Honestly I am getting tired of this whole thing and rather just go home to my wife and children. Shall we finish this already?" I was surprised that he even has a family, much less someone that actually bore his foals. Discord however wanted to speak as he stood up. "I just want to know, why did you came over here? You could have just closed off the Portal and simply said 'they're on their own'. Yet you didn't. Why?"
The Radiant King chuckled as his throne moved upward as he spoke. "Because Radiant knows, what it were like to be slaves to another, to be force, hunted, whipped, and other unmentionables like you wouldn't believe. In fact you could say Hope know what it was like to be a slave. We may not like you all, but it doesn't mean we would gladly see you in chains and be use in demeaning ways. That's just cruel."
I was shocked, and possibly everyone else in the room as well, were shocked of this fact. On the other side of the Portal they used to be slaves? I couldn't believe it. The Radiant King throne just turned around as he, and his guards began to leave. He decided to add something before leaving however.
"And besides, it's a rare opportunity to hunt down slavers and kill them one by one!" he said in a happy tone. But there was one thing I wanted to know. "What did you mean 'Hope know what it was like'? Who is Hope?" I was half expected to see him kept going, but his throne stopped as he responded. "Hope is the name of my planet, or rather the translation in this tongue. (Radini) is the full title of my planet. Goodbye apprentice Twilight, may our nations never fight against each other, for both our sake's." he told me as his throne moved once more.
As the doors close behind him with the delegate, my mentor spoke as she regained her voice. "Well, now that business has been concluded we can move on to another part of the reason we are here. Figuring out what to do with Radiant." she said. "WHAT?" called out Discord, we all turned to see him standing up. "Celestia I thought you were just strange, but now I see you're plain crazy!"
"Discord! You will not speak to my sister that way!" called out Princess Luna. "He's right, you ponies are crazy, doing anything against Radiant is suicidal. And if you think I'm going to let you do that, think again." told Chrysalis as she glared at both my mentor and Princess Luna. Princess Luna was about to speak until the Minotaur spoke. "I hate to side with the mad man and the bug, but they got a point. You saw what they unleashed on what they deem an enemy, if you do anything against them now, while your nation is weak, then you are asking for a death wish." told the Minotaur as he cracked his neck.
"Be reasonable! If we can figure out a way to," started Celestia, or until the Griffon stood up. "No, they're right Celestia, we all saw what they could do when they struck at the Caribous, and that was them being considerate to the rest of us, seeing that this is our world, I don't want to imagine what could happen if we go along to whatever scheme you're coming up with."
"But he killed thousands of lives! Woman, children, and an entire nation burned to ash!" told Celestia. The Dragon spoke. "If I remember correctly, you destroyed nations back in the day when Equestria was in war, not to mention the time you and your sister fought. He was right when he told us some of us deserved to be called murderers, because we all taken a life."
"But what gave him the rights to destroy an entire nation? An entire culture?" replied Princess Luna. The Sea Serpent spoke back. "Hello kettle, I'm pot and we're black. Have you forgotten about the Sirens? Or better yet did you 'forget' that night when you went into a blood rage and killed all those remaining Sirens in that sea? I sure haven't!" called back the Serpent in anger.
"Face it Celly, none of us want to 'do' anything with Radiant, considering that they want to leave us alone and vice versa! Just give up!" told Discord. "Be thankful that nothing bad had happen yet considering you and dear Lulu screwed things up when the ambassador came around, you should be glad they only dislike you and not having a burning hatred." He went on as he kept speaking. "Honestly, so what if they are a bit trigger happy when people snoop where they aren't supposed to? At the very least they made sure no Caribou is going to be around."
"Discord, what's wrong with you? You never took sides before!" said Princess Luna. "Well maybe I'm not crazy enough to go against someone who brought my magic back!" I looked at him with shock. His magic was stolen? My mentor was surprised of this fact as well. "What? When did this happen?"
"Literally right after they conquered Canterlot, I tried to fight back, but that Darius," he snarled as he spat on the ground. "Did something and stolen my magic...And let me tell you, there were times when I wanted to die from what he done." He looked scared, he was powerless and helpless to do anything and was at their mercy. He shook his head as he went on. "Thankfully they didn't do much, but the images...They'll haunt me forever."
He looked at my mentor with a sober look. "When they came, they came with anger that rival your, and they gave no mercy to them all. For which I was glad. And when I was given my magic back, he told me one thing. 'Remember this debt.' And I'll remember it for a long time."
There was only silence as we were all quiet...

You know, I was betting that dear Sun-raiser would try something, however I haven't heard a word from either her, or her sister. Not even when we brought her messenger back. However Chrysalis wanted to have an alliance, and after much consideration, I decided to make one with her. But I warned her that if she decided to betray my trust, well… let just say that the Changelings may have to get a new Queen after what I'll do to her.
The Horses have been good on their word since our alliance, and so far nothing much from the nations on this side of the Portal, neither from the other side. Not to mention my people were happy that we murdered a bunch of filthy slavers. As for High Admiral Falocona and his new son, well things were tense at first. Considering he was among slavers I couldn't blame him, and neither the old bird. Still he managed to get his former name. Sombra. However Falocona wanted to give him a new name. Something from his culture.

He was his child, who was I to argue? So he made the adoption and from what I hear the old coot is considering retirement, for the foal sake. There were many people placing bets on whether or not if he retried, myself included. I could tell that the bird will do everything in his power to show that the young lad had no need to fear his new home, after all we all were going to watch out for him, even if some of us would deny it at first.
Now there was some discussion of where to put the remainders of the Caribous. Some were wondering why they were here to begin with, so I told my people that these were the few that survived, and the ones who were the first victims of the slaver race. As I told them that they were breed to serve, the citizens began to understand quickly, and they welcomed the females with opened arms, for which I am glad. I decided to place them in the Earth District, where they will be tend for, where they help the place to the best of their abilities, and hopefully will learn that they didn't had to serve anymore.
However despite the good around here in Radiant, I am concern that on the other side of the Portal, there were those who wish to 'bring justice' to me and my people, and the same could be said here as well on this side of the Portal. But time will tell, and who knows? Maybe I'm just paranoid-,

I just had gotten a letter from Chrysalis. Apparently she needs me on the other side of the Portal to settle something between the ponies and-,
