“Dear Fluttershy, what is the matter?” Luna asked. They had decided to sit in the gardens after eating breakfast with Celestia and Twilight, Fluttershy was red and looked flustered.

“U-u-um...n-nothing...” the shy pegasus stuttered.

“It's alright, you can tell me Fluttershy. If you are worried you would offend me with something like words you need worry not.” Luna said, smiling reassuringly. Fluttershy nodded.

“U-um...well...um...t-this morning when we had b-breakfast...um...before w-we got there I um...I saw the Princess and Twilight...um...they...” she started, but couldn't finish as her face went red with embarrassment. “Kissed...” she finished.

“Oh about time...” Luna commented. She expected Fluttershy to relax now that she said it, but she seemed even more flustered.

“is there more?” Luna asked. Fluttershy nodded.

“um...well...it got me thinking...um...how we woke up...” she started, her voice nearly disappearing. Suddenly it clicked in her mind, and she smiled.

“You wonder if the same could happen for you and I...” Luna said. Fluttershy eeped, but slowly nodded. Luna grinned and embraced the shy Mare and snuggled into her soft mane.

“if it were up to me it would have happened, but it is up to you now dear Fluttershy.” Luna said softly into her ear, making her shudder.

“S-s-so...um...y-you...are ok with it?” Fluttershy asked. Luna nodded and smiled at her, their muzzles inches apart. Fluttershy couldn't help herself ant longer. In a rare burst of assertiveness she quite literally tackled the princess in a kiss. Luna was glad she dismissed the guards in the garden as she happily returned the affection.

When they finally broke the contact both of their faces gave big Macintosh a run for his bits in the terms of red coloration.

“T-that was...Marvelous...” Luna said.

“I-i'm sorry for b-being so assertive...but um...I couldn't stop myself.” Fluttershy said shyly. Luna giggled and nuzzled the mare.

“Don't apologize for your feelings dear Fluttershy...besides, it was quite enjoyable.” Luna said. They sat next to each other for a while, just enjoying each others' company. When their stomachs growled again they giggled.

“I've got an idea. Let's go out for lunch, like as a date- as Tia calls it.” Luna suggested.

“That would be lovely...but won't you bring a lot of attention?” Fluttershy asked.

“That's the idea.” Luna said. In a small flash of magic Luna was smaller and without a horn. Her mane no longer looked like the night sky, but was instead a lovely blue. Fluttershy flushed up a bit, but quickly smiled.

“How do I look?” Luna asked.

“Um...like a pegasus...and um...beautiful.” Fluttershy said.

“Thank you dear, and perfect.” she said. “Shall we?” Luna asked, fanning a wing out as if to 'hold hooves' with it. Fluttershy giggled and fanned her own out and took Luna's wing as if she was being escorted.

“We shall.” she replied.

“Please stop looking so paranoid dear...it may be contagious...what's the matter?” Luna asked as they wonder Canterlot.

“Um...I thought ponies would be um...staring at us...” Fluttershy said shyly, their wings still entwined.

“Why? I don't look like a Princess do I?” Luna asked, looking herself over.

“No no...um...I thought they'd be...um...a bit weirded out by two mares doing this...” Fluttershy explianed.

“Oh is that all? While it's not common I've seen many same gender couples...Prejudice just doesn't work anymore so most ponies ignore it if they don't like it. I hear from Tia this place is extraordinary.” Luna said, changing the subject as they stood in front of what looked like a nice restaurant.

“R-really?...it l-looks so expensive...” Fluttershy said, checking her bit purse.

“Worry not dear Fluttershy, I'm the one treating you and nothing is too expensive for me. I was not ignorant, I brought my own money.” Luna said. “o-ok...” Fluttershy conceded.

“Hello, and what will we be having?” the Waiter asked. He looked too important to be just the waiter though, but Fluttershy didn't comment.

“Um...we don't know yet...two minutes?” Fluttershy asked shyly.

“Of course Miss Fluttershy.” he said and backed away.

“H-how did h-he know m-my name?” Fluttershy asked with a worried tone.

“We'll ask him when he returns...for now let us decide on what to eat.” Luna said. Fluttershy nodded and looked at the menu.

“Have you decided yet?” the same 'waiter' asked two minutes later they nodded and told them what they wanted, but Luna stopped him before he could retreat.

“Please sir, would you mind telling us how you know Fluttershy's name?” she asked him politely, but a bit threateningly.

“Oh, I apologize but every pony in Canterlot that can call themselves fashion fanatics know the name Fluttershy. Even though her career was very short lived she was, and still is, the best model Canterlot has seen. There is a Gallery showing dedicated to you this evening actually at Photo Finish's Gallery.” he said.

“R-really?” Fluttershy asked.

“Yes, now I will be back soon with your orders.” he said.

“I can't believe you talked me into this...” Fluttershy mumbled as they walked towards the large gallery.

“Oh come now Dear Fluttershy, I am anxious to see if his comments are true. And I'd give anything to see you all 'modelled up'” Luna replied with a giggle. Fluttershy just sighed.

“Welcome Welcome!” an accented voice called as they entered.

“Today we have showings of an ex-model from Ponyville who- Oh Fluttershy so good to see you again!” the eccentric photographer exclaimed. Fluttershy shrank a bit. Everypony in the room was looking at her and were immediately swarming around her with questions.

“That's enough!” Luna exclaimed, nearly slipping into the royal canterlot voice. They all went silent.

“And who are you?” somepony asked with a rather snobbish voice.

“None of your concern. Leave the poor thing be, she's shy enough as it is...let her enjoy the past without being swarmed with unwanted attention.” Luna said with annoyance in her voice.

“And why should we listen to you?” another asked. Thinking quickly, Luna grinned.

“because I have links with the princesses. I can get any of you thrown into the dungeon for anything I want.” Luna said threateningly. Half of the ponies looked at her disbelievingly, but he other half shied away. Not wanting to risk it, the rest of them left her alone.

“T-thank you...” Flutershy squeaked.

“Of course. Come now Dear Fluttershy, let us- as I said- enjoy the past.” Luna said. Fluttershy nodded. They walked around a bit, Luna and Fluttershy occasionally letting the ponies ask a question or two. One pony asked something that left them both flustered.

“So, if it is not too personal, are you two engaged Romantically?” the Mare asked.

“U-um...s-sort of...w-we're not sure yet...” Fluttershy answered so softly it was almost unheard.

“So what are these connections to the princesses you spoke of?” one of the cocky ponies asked, her eyebrows arched.

“I'm afraid you wouldn't believe me if I told you and to prove it would defeat the purpose of me coming here.” she simply said.

“What's that supposed to mean?” the mare asked.

“Lord I hate the media...I'd rather not cause a big fuss.” she said. The mare snorted.

“It's not like you're the princess in disguise or anything...right?” she asked half joking.

“Like I said, you wouldn't believe me.” Luna said and turned to look at one of the commercial ads Fluttershy modeled for, it was some sort of animal feed.

“Fluttershy and Princess Luna are together?!” the group exclaimed.
