The Other Way Around
The Solution
Load Full StoryNext ChapterI kicked another cloud in, causing it to disappear in a puff of white smoke. I looked around at the empty sky, sighing.
'Another morning, exactly the same' I thought to myself, before drifting back to my house. I landed on the cloud, looking up at the large white building. I walked in, and lay down on the couch, staring at the ceiling.
"What now?" i thought aloud, not knowing what to do. Things have been boring since Tirek was finally killed. Sombra has stopped attempting to take over the Crystal Empire, Discord married to Fluttershy and doesnt cause much trouble, besides the weekly chocolate rain. I rolled over and looked at the case in which held my Wonderbolts uniform, remembering the days when i used to fly in front of the thousands of ponies, cheering. I Thought about what more could happen in my life. No stallion had really ever gotten my attention, nor any mare. I found to entertainment in flying after more and more pegasi learned to break the sound barrier. Twilight had died from a magical overload when she activated a curse on one of the scrolls from the old castle and exploded. Applejack moved away to appleloosa to run a more large scale apple farm, and Rarity is always busy making clothing for the ponies of Canterlot. Pinkie Pie was finally entered into a mental institute, and somehow managed to blow up the entire place in her padded cell, and we haven't seen her since, because her body was never located. Teardrops fell from my muzzle and landed on the floor, causing the clouds below me to turn a light grey. I couldn' take it anymore. I rolled off my couch, and fell through the floor, watching as the ground grew nearer and nearer. It seemed slow compared to what i've experienced, so i just closed my eyes and relaxed, wondering what it was like being dead. I felt the atmosphere change and a few tree branches slam against my back, and i smiled, knowing i wouldn't have to put up with life any longer.
