"You sure about this Twilight?" Rarity asked nervously.
"I'm sure." Twilight responded determined to finish this battle. Wait you don't know the story? UGH! I'll have to start over. Okay from the top!

"Isn't it lovely out here. The birds and bees… EWW BEE!" Rarity swatted the bee attacking her hat (which had flowers in it.).
"Rarity you really had to wear your most fancy hat didn't you?" Rainbowdash laughed.
"Oh be quiet you!" Rainbowdash grinned.
"Your hat is broken! Where's your sewing kit? We must sew the hole." She mocked her.
"Enough!" Twilight yelled. "This has been going on all afternoon!"
"Yeah. Ma friend is a bit posh it doesn't matter if she wears a beautiful hat in the outdoors." Applejack ran next to Rarity.
"Thanks for sticking up for my mare friend…" Pinkie said and trotted over. "NOW DASHIE YOU LISTEN CLOSELY. LAY ONE FEATHER ON HER AND IT'S CUPCAKES TIME!!" Pinkie yelled.
"Oh! I'm so scared what'll that do?" Rainbow snapped back.
"You'll find out IF YOU DON'T STOP YELLING!"
"Girls! Is this a way to talk to each other?" Fluttershy swooped in.
"Yes!" Pinkie yelled. "IT IS A WAY OF EXPRESSING OURSELVES!!"
"But it may hurt other peoples feelings."
"BUT THEIR FEELINGS AREN'T MINE!" she screamed. Fluttershy's eyes filled with tears.
"Please just st-" she burst into tears.
"Now now Fluttershy." Rainbowdash patted her mare friend on the back.
"HAHA WEAKLING!" Pinkie jumped in the air about to punch the living daylights out of Rainbowdash but she was tackled by Twilight.
"STOP IT ALL OF YOU!" she yelled. "This has been going on for days! On Monday you all quarrelled about the books in my library. Tuesday Fluttershy and Rarity argued about wildlife and yesterday Rainbowdash and Rarity argued on a game. A GAME! And now this?" Twilight yelled. There was a silence. "Well?"
"Sorry Twilight. We just don't know what got into us." Pinkie said her head down.
"It's my fault."
"Me to." They all looked down sadly.
"Okay. Now can we enjoy the afternoon peacefully?"
"Yes!" they said together. Twilight went back to her book while the others played a game of racing.
"On yer marks… Get set…. GO!" Applejack yelled. Fluttershy and Rainbowdash flew fast against Pinkie and Rarity.
"Hop on Pinkie!" Pinkie jumped onto Rarity's back. She teleported further down the track.
"UNFAIR!!" Rainbowdash yelled after them. "COME ON FLUTTERSHY!" She took Fluttershy's hoof and raced up to them. This continued until it was dark. They packed up and headed home.
"Nice race Pinkie." Rainbowdash fist bumped her.
"Booya!"
"Fluttershy that was a very nice race you and me had." Rarity smiled at the butter pegasus.
"Thank you…" Twilight levitated some chocolate cake in front of them.
"There's leftovers!" They shared the cake and chewed on it.
"I'd better be heading home. After all it's a wonderful night." Rainbowdash stretched out.
"Rarity? Are you staying at my place tonight?" Pinkie asked.
"If that's okay with you." The two headed down the hill to sugar cube corner. Rainbow and Fluttershy waved goodbye and flew off to Rainbowdash's house.
"Hey Twilight. Spike may want to… stay awake." Applejack said.
"What do you m-" She turned and saw Applejack was gone. "Weird… What did that pony mean?" she flew home.
"Hi Twilight! How was the picnic? Did you all enjoy my nachos?" Spike asked happily.
"Spike. Tonight I want you to sleep lightly. Applejack told me something is going to come through you. I think it may be from the Princess. Just be awake okay?" Twilight said.
"Yes ma'am!"
"Now I've got to do some late night research." she pulled out two blue books and set them on a table. "Argument….Pony Pox… Chaos Capital… Aha! Curses!" she started to read the page.
"Yeah yeah… you read whatever I'm going to bed." Spike walked upstairs. 3 hours later Spike felt something in his stomach. He ran downstairs and tugged Twilights tail.
"What Spike?" She said firmly.
"L-Letter!" he burped a magical green powder. A letter came out from it. Twilight carefully read the letter. It said- Dear Twilight, My long lost enemy Queen Chrysalis has seem to risen from the shadows. We have no idea where she has gone or where she is. We think she might attack Ponyville. Since you the element bearers. I'd like you and your friends to warn everyone in Ponyville that they might be attacked. I wish the best of luck. From Princess Celestia.
"Spike go to Sweet Apple Acres I'll warn the others." Twilight demanded. Spike ran out the door while Twilight flew out the window. She flew to Rainbow's house. "Rainbow! Hurry round up the others and meet me in my library. Chrysalis is attacking!" No reply. "Rainbow?" She pushed open the door.
"Twilight! Help the-" Rainbow was pulled back down into the shadows. "TWILIGHT!"
"I'm coming!" She flew down swiftly. It was a hole somehow it was there. Buzz…. Went a noise. "Who's there?" Twilight stopped and lit up the room. Two changelings jumped out from the sides and pulled her down. "LET ME GO!" she kicked them off and flew down faster then ever. She was fast. Very fast. But the changelings were catching up. "Come on wings!" She muttered. It got darker the deeper she went. It took forever just to get to the bottom. Buzz... The changelings flew off thinking Twilight left. There she was hidden in the shadows.
"TWILIGHT!" came a voice to her left.
"Rainbow?" She flew to the left but hit her right wing on a sharp stone. She fell in pain. There was a crash behind her. She ran over preparing her horn in case of danger. She saw a faint purple body. "SPIKE Thank goodness your here Chrysalis i-" she stared at Spike. "Spike?" He didn't move. It sunk into her mind the 3 words Spike is dead. "Spike…" she sat down and weeped at the body. "I'm sorry. So sorry this had to happen…. Spike…" she cried. "I promise I will keep you in my heart. Pinkie promise." She then made a grave right there and buried Spike. "I'm sorry for all the times I abused you. All the times that I thought to myself Why do I need him…. I'm sorry." she bowed down and trotted into the darkness. Tears still flooded her eyes. "For Spike." she galloped to her left by pure chance she found a corridor leading to another cave. Buzz... The sound came from behind her. Tears came back again. If she died then the elements would have no power! They gave them to the tree of harmony but they have the magic within them. Something tackled the alicorn who was deep in thought. "GAH!" she kicked it off with her hoof she felt a light brush of a wing on her neck but she took no notice. It pounced again. Twilight was ready this time. She swatted it off with her hind hooves but it came back like a magnet. She bashed it but it was no use it seemed impossible to kill this creature. "WHEN WILL YOU JUST DIE!" she yelled. It just buzzed. "OH COME ON!" she shot a laser out of her horn by surprise and hit the creature in the chest. She couldn't make out what it was but she guessed it was a changeling and ran off.
"I got the elements now EQUESTRIA!" A voice echoed down a corridor.
"Twilight will come for us! I know it!" Fluttershy yelled.
"No she won't! She won't know your down here." Chrysalis snapped back.
"I-I agree!"
"So much power…haha…." she laughed.
"OH STOP IT YOU!" Rainbowdash snapped.
"Why would I want to stop? I have power AND YOU DON'T!"
"You meanie pants!" Pinkie cried.
"Me? Mean? Ha!"
"I WANT YOU DEAD!" Twilight head butted her in the side.
"What?!" The girls cheered on Twilight.
"BEAT IT!" she slammed into her again her horn piercing her side.
"How dare you!" she cast a healing spell on her side and charged at her. It was horn to horn but Chrysalis was winning. "Give up?" she shot a laser at Twilights chest. It narrowly missed her.
"Stop!" Chrysalis laughed.
"Meet me in Canterlot!" She teleported away.
"Twilight!" Applejack cried. "Yer safe!"
"I am. But Canterlot isn't come on." she broke the slimy cage and helped them get on their feet.
"Which way is the exit though?" Fluttershy asked.
"Follow me!" They headed down a passage where Twilight came though. "Nearly there!" they reached the last room but it was swarming with changelings.
"Oh my!" Rarity backed away from two changelings.
"GET AWAY!" Pinkie whacked them with a stone.
"Theres to many!" Rainbowdash yelled guarding the scared butter pegasus.
"To many for us to handle!" Rarity yelled back.
"Come on girls we need to fight!" Twilight said.
"NO!" Fluttershy ran into the crowd of changelings crying. They all pounced on her like she was prey.
"Fluttershy!" Rainbowdash flew after her but the changelings just pounced on her to.
"We won't make it out alive!" Twilight said backing away. They were surrounded and they could do nothing about it. It was dark very dark. Twilight felt herself being slowly strangled. She opened her eyes. "GA-" she choked on the vines surrounding her body. Two changelings grabbed hold of her while the vines went down into the marble floor. She felt a small pain on her back.
"Hello Twilight Sparkle." a firm voice said yet it wasn't Chrysalis.
"Princess Luna! Help me please! I need you!" Twilight struggled.
"No."
"Luna please!" She shook her head. Then a spark of anger went in her eyes. The pain in her back was more painful.
"Do you think I will stand here while they bask in the love and light? Do you feel how much pain I go to just to make the night? How'd you feel if you were a princess but no one WORSHIPS YOU?!"
"Luna please! You don't understand!" Twilight held out her hoof.
"UNDERSTAND? UNDERSTAND! I UNDERSTAND IT PERFECTLY FINE! IT'S YOU CADENCE AND CELESTIA GET ALL THE ATTENTION! HOW ABOUT ME!" her voice echoed through the room. Twilight quickly checked her surroundings. It was Canterlot castle but flames licked at the walls and the throne room was hideous looking.
"Luna…" black swirled around Luna the princess who once ruled the night. It enclosed on her.
"Haha…" it opened to reveal Nightmare Moon.
"Help!" cries and pleas came from above her. It was her friends trapped in cocoons. Twilight tried to fly up but her wings were gone. One of the changelings threw them in the fire.
"NO!"
"Like the decorations Twilight?" Chrysalis walked up and laughed.
"LET THEM GO!"
"No chance."
"I said let them go."
"Twilight. Do you like flying?"
"SHUT IT!"
"Do you like flying?" Nightmare Moon snapped back.
"Yes… indeed."
"Have a nice fly." Nightmare Moon laughed. She was pulled back by the changelings. Before she got out of their grip she was chucked out the window.
"HELP!" she cried. She fell. Tears flooded her eyes again. Glass hit her head one cut her on the head. Then THUD.
"Twilight!" Rainbowdash yelled from the tower.
"You have a go!" they pushed the rest of the elements off. No one knows what happened because their bodies mysteriously disappeared. Equestria wasn't the same after that. Everywhere except Ponyville had been attacked. The town remained unharmed but it was silent from then on after the fall of the elements...
