Endie sat at the table slamming her head against the table, repeatedly.
"Like a boss, like a boss, like a boss" she kept on repeating. Tomorrow morning, was her first day of Middle School!
"Hey, Endie! I gotcha a scarf!" Yelled Half Moon, Endie's older brother who was going into High School.
"Ooh! Where?" She asked as she booted out of the chair and to Half Moon.
"I dunno, I think it was dad's, when he was in sixth grade" he shrugged as he whipped his phone out of nowhere.
"Are you gonna take a selfie again?" Asked Endie, clearly bored.
Half Moon nodded. "Nah, actually, You and me are gonna take a groupie in our new scarves. Mom got me mine at the mall" he bragged as he sat down next to Endie on the floor, put his phone in front, and quickly took a picture.
Endie rolled her eyes. "Really, Half? Seriously? I'm panicking! Tomorrow is my first day of School! I won't see Mrs. Cheerlie anymore! Do you realize what a important situation this is?!" Asked Endie as she tugged on her dark violet mane.
Half Moon chucked. "Hey, clam down! Don't get so worked up! If you get Mr. Dusk for advisory, Ms. Sunny for math, Mr. Sport for P.E, Mrs. Ice for exploratory, Mrs. Coble for science, Mrs. Dewey for Language Arts and Mr. Mummy for Social Studies, you'll be fine!" He said, not looking up from his phone.
"And how exactly do you expect me to remember those names?!" She asked frantically tugging at her mane now.
"I dunno, as long as you're not late" he said as he stood up.
"Late? Late?! Oh no! I need to go to sleep, like now!
"Why? Bro, It's like 10:25 p.m that's too early to go to sleep" he replied, wiping some strands of shaggy white mane out of his face.
"I'm not a bat pony like you" she replied, in a low tone.
"Yeah, Yeah, Whatever. Go to sleep you bum" he replied as he rolled his eyes. "I betcha Maggie just woke up" he said. Maggie was Endie and Half Moon's older sister. She had a yellowish coat with a sleek, pink mane with strands of green. Maggie didn't seem to be a bat pony or an ender-pony. However she did have her mother's crooked horn. You could say they were a weird family.
"I'm your sister, and I'm not a bum. I wanna grow up to be a doctor, not to be a hobo like you" she huffed as she trotted away. She could feel Half Moon's eyes piercing her back.
"What did you just say?" he asked in a creepily low voice.
At least I'll get a new bruise for tomorrow she thought as she turned around. "I said that you'll be a hobo when you grow up" she replied grimly.
"You're staring at a straight-D student here" he responded, putting his phone down on the counter.
"For the last time, D's are not good!" she replied. Half Moon thought getting a D on a test was the best thing ever.
"Sure it is! D stands for 'darn right'" he replied, looking at her closely.
"No. Getting a D means you didn't study" said Endie through clenched teeth.
"No. It means that you're not a geek" mocked Half Moon, as he shivered slightly.
"You calling me a geek?" she asked.
"And if I am?" asked Half Moon.
Darn it. No comeback left. "Whatever" she muttered as she stuck out her tongue afterwards and trotted away to her room. Stupid Half Moon thinks he knows everything she thought as she slammed the door with her purple glowing aura magic. She took off the scarf and turned on her light. She was used to the dark, as the bright light shone in her eyes. She set it on dim as she cuddled into bed. There was a window where she could peer right into Maggie's room. She did. Maggie was sprawled back on her bed reading The Hunger Games: Mockingjay. Of course. Maggie never stopped rambling on how a fictional character named Katniss Evertrot won the Hunger Games two times. But now, It was time to relax and settle down.
Endie set her alarm clock to ring at 6: 40 a.m. School started at 7:05, so she would have around 25 minutes to get ready. She climbed into bed and turned out the light. Sleepiness won her over as her heavy eyelids closed over, and she entered the world of sleep.

BEEP, BEEP, BEEP, BEEP!
Endie's alarm clock went off. "Not now, mom" she muttered, as she dove back under the covers, ignoring her alarm clock. It wouldn't shut up. Suddenly, she remembered! First day of Middle School! She bolted out of her bed, and quickly made her bed with an easy spell Maggie had taught her. She pulled on her violet scarf and combed her mane. The pricks glided easily through her mane. Endie put the comb down and trotted out of the door. Half Moon was eating pancakes on the kitchen counter.
"Hey" he said as he took another bite.
"Hey" replied Endie as she groggily lifted her own pancake in her magic. She got a plate at the same time and settled next to Maggie.
"Hey, Enders" said Maggie, lazily as she chomped into her hash brown.
"What's up, Maggie?" she asked, as she eyed her pancake.
Half Moon was giggling uncontrollably next to her.
"What'd you do to it?" she growled at him.
Half Moon wouldn't shut up. "N-Nothing! J-Just eat It!" he laughed.
Endie picked up the pancake with her magic and slammed it into Half Moon's face. "SCREW YOU! SCREW THE PANCAKE!" she yelled as she trotted to get a waffle instead.
Half Moon stared at her, as he removed the pancake from his mooney white face. "Screw you!" he replied.
"Screw, screw double screw you!" she answered, through mouthful of waffle.
"Here guys, I've got a better idea. SCREW EVERYTHING!" she said, as she fell off her chair with a loud thump.
"Good idea" muttered Half Moon.
"Screw the chair" groaned Maggie as she got up.
"Screw you, Screw Maggie, screw school, screw pancakes, screw the chair, screw Celestia, screw Luna, SCREW EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE!" Yelled Endie again.
"But.. I don't wanna be screwed" complained Half Moon.
"Too bad, I betcha someone'll screw you today" said Maggie.
Endie smiled as she finished her waffle and put on her saddlebags. "I'm going to go to school" she said, leaving Maggie and Half Moon to argue.
As she trotted to school she noticed a foul smell coming from her house. She turned around and face-hoofed. Great. Now the house was on fire. Smoke was leaving the home like the soul leaving a dead body. Oh well. Their problem she thought, leaving the thought behind as she shrugged.
"ENDIE!"
Her thoughts were crushed by a storm of yellow and pink making it's way towards her. She flinched as the frenzy tripped and landed straightly next to her.
"Hey Apple Bloom" she said weakly, getting up.
"Whew! Sorry, Ah scared you like that" she said, getting up, clumsily.
Endie nodded. "I'm on my way to school. Where are you going?" she wondered.
Apple Bloom looked at her blankly. "School doesn't start up until next Thursday" she said.
Endie stammered, wide-eyed. "Ohhhh boy."
