Dear Star Rider,

I was just a small little filly when you and I were together. Us two, we were best friends until that happened.. We did everything together. We drew, wrote, danced, and sang…everything I did, you did, and everything you did, I did. You were like life itself to me.

I have two favorite memories, but the first one, I’ll just tell you, but I guess I can show you my second favorite memory of my best friend and me. Go ahead, I know you’ll remember them.

Dear Wishing Whisper,

It’s been a while. You've been pretty silent lately, what happened? I’m worried…you haven’t sent me a notice or anything yet. I’ve been waiting four weeks for you. Four weeks! But no letter. If you are still alive, please respond to this letter. I forgive you, if I did something wrong. It’s okay. I promise.

With all apologies,

Star Rider

That is the sound of a worried friend. As soon as I saw it, I replied as soon as I could. Star Rider may have been crippled, being half blind and all, but that didn't matter. We bumped into each other, and we were friends from the very start.

Oh, yeah, the first memory. It hurts me to remember it. I really miss her. But you can’t stop me from well, writing this…

Star Rider and I. Nothing could separate us. Friends forever, we would always say. One day, me and her together went to the park as a surprise. I did like playing in the park, but I’ve been there a countless number of times. I wondered what was so special…until she showed me. A cherry blossom tree had grown right in our park. And it was ours. We had grown it here when we first became friends, so we could remember each other forever. I was so touched to see our tree bloom. The park even put down a sign, saying: Blossom Trees, by Star Rider and Wishing Whisper. I was almost crying joyful tears. I could tell she really loved having me as a friend. I just wish we could have been together more…

When we were almost graduated in high school, Star and I started fighting. It really hurt me inside. I didn't want to, but…I don’t really know. She just started yelling and eventually, we grew separate. I couldn’t stand it. I put all my memories of you in a box and hid it…but these three stayed inside my mind.

I really hope you can forgive me…I miss you.

Your Former Friend,

Wishing Whisper
