Cinos Demonheart

The end of Cinos

After I came to the statue i noticed that the scratch was not a type of burn or scratch but was more like a clamp on my leg, I could also tell what must be on the other side of the clamp. They where following me right this instant.

I landed next to the statue and as i guessed they were right behind me, an orange pony, Celestia, Twilight and Rainbow Dash.

"You cannot stop me, i will bring back Discord and destroy you all because of what you did to me!"

"You do not understand, what we did to you is nothing compared to what you are doing to us!" shouted Celestia in a weirdly loud voice, i think i can remember it being called the 'Royal voice' which has not been used for ages.

"No you ruined my life and now i will ruin yours!"

"I am so sorry Cinos but you will have to die, there is no other way"

"Ha, good luck!"

With that Rainbow Dash launched herself onto me and started hitting me, i hit her off and then was about to stomp on her with all my fury but then a purple case surrounded her.

"You will not kill anymore!"

"You cannot stop me Celestia!"

I started smashing at the statue of Discord but nothing happened, i guessed it must be magic needed but the question was, did i have enough?

I may need to go insane to get enough power, knowing the risks i ducked down and start to build up my power.

I feel my body starting to rip up and the fire around me growing.

I suddenly felt my face go on fire and a mask of some sort starting to form around it, the mask felt like someone had poured lava on my face, it felt very unpleasant.

The mask was white with two red stripes and the eye holes where like slits with swirling horns coming off the ends.

There was a voice in my mind talking, it was not my voice but the voice that was from the darkness that helped me get my power, it was laughing.

"You want to wake Discord?"

"Yes i do want to wake him and show all of them what i can do"

"Fine, i will give you the power if you do one thing for me"

"What?"

"Kill princess Celestia"

"Deal"

As i said those words i felt the air around me getting hotter and the ground cracked below my power.

I was strong enough to finish any pony.

I launched myself into the crowd of the ponys watching them scatter but i only followed one of them.

Celestia was my target.

I felt something grab my flank and try to chuck me into the air but i quickly regained my position by using the huge wings which came with this immense power.

It was Rainbow Dash and she was turning for another attack.

I pointed at rainbow dash and shouted "時間がリッピング!" (Ripping time!)

I suddenly felt the spell come out of me stronger that usual but she was still able to avoid it, there was a slight case of a huge space and time rip in the air will need to be fixed after all the people are burned to the ground.

Suddenly i heard a conversation from Celestia.

I heard Celestia shout to Rainbow Dash "Rainbow, do a sonic rainboom right next to me and hurry!"

"You must be kidding Princess, that will be useless

"RAINBOW DASH JUST DO IT!"

At the sudden raise of voice rainbow dash follow the princess's instructions and started the sonic rainboom

"Ha!" I shouted "You really think that will do anything to me?"

"Yes, i do" said Celestia.

Rainbow Dash made an amazing rainbow next to princess Celestia at an amazing speed.

Celestia suddenly put her hoof into the rainbow which caused it to all gather in her hand, pointed it at me and then shouted "レインボーレーザー!" (Rainbow lazer!)

Suddenly I saw a beam of rainbow colored light shooting towards me, i put my hands up and made the strongest shield i could possibly make until the lazer hit it.

There was a sudden crack where the lazer hit and then it burst through.

I should have put more power into that area of my shield.

I felt the rainbow colored beam shoot into my chest and a trickle of blood start to fall down.

I fell to the floor and laughed feeling the pain going through me, the same pain that i have felt all these years.

The pony's around me looked down with sad expressions on their faces, almost as though they where feeling sorry for me, Celestia even shed tears as i lay there laughing and bleeding.

I suddenly felt my mask burn with pain and that the hole in my heart which was caused by the beam had been filled with a dark substance.

I stood up shaking and coughing and to much of the pony's surprise started to smile.

A voice unlike my own said "You are all evil and will burn before me even if i die, i am using a substitute heart so i will anyway, goodbye every pony"

I lifted my arm and pointed it at the statue, building up all my power i shot it with a dark red beam causing it to crack and a familiar laugh could be heard echoing through the land.

"He will be awake in five hours, you will all be dead by then"

All the pony's looked terrified as suddenly the fire on my head started to spread around my body, the power was overwhelming and I knew that it was not my own.

I was suddenly dragged from reality and into the area of darkness i had been too when accepting the deal, it was allot different with red, pulsing blobs everywhere and cracks all over the place.

Before me there was a black pony with a dark aura coming off him, his eye's where white and he also had a stitched red smile.

"You have come far Cinos but now it is time to tell you the truth"

"What... what do you mean?"

"You are not who you think you are, the elders entrusted you with that power to turn it good and use it to protect Equestria and you where never hated only bullied and you had a loving family but then Celestia said she could care for you, you where taken over by the darkness inside your power and had your memory's removed and replaced by the ways he saw it"

At this comment my eye's diluted and my real memory's came back.

"Back to reality with you" said the black pony with a final smile "We would not want you to miss your death would we?"

After being thrust back into reality I fell to the ground and looked up at the pony's "I am so very very sorry..."

The other pony's looked at me and said "What do you mean, what is with this sudden change?"

Rainbow Dash suddenly moved back and said "Guy's it's a trap!"

The others followed her as i burst into red tears and smiled up at them saying "Please, lead a happy like without me and stop Discord, there is always a way with the power of friendship"

All these memory's where never mine, i was always being tricked and abused this whole time.

There was never one moment in that state that i did not regret what i have done.

I felt my eye's start to close as my heart started to fail.

I looked at them one last time and said "You must be so mad at me, my memory's where forged by the darkness inside of me making you all look like monsters, i have failed you and for that i must pay the ultimate price. I am so very sorry and i know you cannot forgive me but i can tell you now that i never meant this to happen and i will let you guys borrow my power's, here take my mask"

I passed them the mask and smiled at them as they smiled back, everyone but Celestia smiled because she was busy crying.

She picked up my limp body and brought it close into an embrace as blood started to trickle out of my mouth.

She looked at me and said, "You are such a terrifying work of art, you really are great in your own way"

Celestia put me down as i felt my last few breath's where escaping my body.

"Thank you, thank you all for helping me through this, go and look at your friends Rarity and the yellow one, goodbye"

My eye's closed as the darkness screamed inside of me.

The world around me tore apart as i died with happy thoughts in my heart.

I knew that when people looked back on me they would see what i did.

With my last bit of power i had made roots connecting to the yellow and the white pony's body flooding power into their hearts causing a kickstart to bring them back to life.

I could see my whole happy life flash before my eye's, my loving parents, Celestia teaching me, Friends loving me and last of all me in a grave just outside the everfree forest saying 'Here lies Cinos, the one with the mask that helped protect Equestria for many years to come'

I had a happy life, it was worth living.

That is how Cinos came to be known as one of the best people Equestria has ever known.
