I slowly walk down the cobblestone path and out onto the dirt road. "I can't believe Applejack wants me to go to her house. I mean sure I like her.." I twirl my pink hair around my yellow finger, "She could of waited. Twilight and I had to help Rarity. She lost her sketches for Sapphire Shores. Her career would be ruined without the outfits." I continue walking down the road until I reach a field of apple trees. "Here it is. Sweet Apple Acres. Now what does AJ need help with.."
I walk over to a small red, wooden shed and look inside, seeing nothing but a bucket, a few rakes and an old rusty plow. "Where the hay is she?" I wonder. I walk over to an apple tree, seeing 2 young girls sitting under the branches. "May Sluttersly" says one, bits of an apple falling out of her mouth and onto her chin. "Hi Apple Bloom, do you know where your sister is?" I ask. "She's in the house. Doing something. Who knows. She wouldn't let us in." says the other one. "Hey! Ow.." says a third girl as she falls out of the tree. "Sweetie Belle! You landed on my leg!" yells the second girl. "I did not Scootaloo! I landed on Apple Bloom!" yells Sweetie Belle. "Nuh-uh!" "Yuh-huh!" "Right..anyways I'll be on my way," I say as I slowly walk away, "I guess I go see her!" I smile and jog over to a medium sized cabin. "Applejack?" I ask as I open the door and look inside.
"Hello?" I walk inside. "Hello? Anybody home? Hello? Anybody?" I wonder as I walk over to a table and notice a small orange journal, a microphone shaped as a red apple in the middle, "A voice locked diary?" I pick it up and look around. "Applejack? It's me, Fluttershy." I look down at the book, and a high pitch robotic voice says "Access Granted". "Seriously? I didn't even say a code," I open the book and see somebody's handwriting in red ink, "Do not read, or mention anything to Fluttershy!" I open it to about 6 more pages and reads the text at the top, "Monday, November 10th. Dear Diary, today at school was..akward. Fluttershy won a give away and got a dress that Fleur de Lis, her favorite model, wore at Photo Finish's photoshoot. She asked me how she looked and I just said 'Fine.' I mean like, 'FINE?' She looked gorgeous! Er.. more gorgeous! I wish one day I could tell my feelings to her. I just don't want it to ruin our friendship. Only Granny Smith knows about my crush because I've liked her since Kindergarden. She accidently found a picture I drew of us. Shes coming over soon too. Maybe I can move it to the next level...soon. I love you, Fluttershy.." I read.
I look over in the direction of Apple Bloom and her friends then grab a pen and write "I love you too, AJ." on top of her entry.
I then picked it up off the table, and put it in my pocket, and walked upstairs, a little shocked to see Applejack sitting on a stool there. "About time. Now come on!" She mumbles as she grabs my hand and pulls me down the stairs. "W-What's the emergency?" I ask her. "Those stupid beavers built their dam again but by the opposite field! I can hear the trees gurgle louder then ever before!" she yells. "Oh, well I could fix that." I say to her softly. We walk over to the apple patch and I walk up to the beavers and talk.
"Please! You did it before." I beg. I look over at the other side of the dam and notice Applejack pull a stick out of the dam, but I kept it to myself. "Come on, Mr Beaverton! You can go to the other field, which is abandoned, so you won't have to move!" I continue, pretending that I didn't notice. "Is the stupid rat gonna move or not?" I turn back at the sound of Applejack's voice. "Just a second." I turn back to the beaver, when he started to walk away.
