EQUESTRIA GIRLS SPOOF: Happens after Starfleet Magic the Movie: Lightning shocks Twilight and her friends with an astonishing fact that he, too, had an adventure in the human world, and did attend the same school as Twilight, but was on an entirely different mission altogether.

This is set inbetween the chapters of My brave Pony 1 (which I will upload later), while the overarching plot of Lightning telling us all that is set inbetween season 2 and 3 of Starfleet.
