Freeds' Consequences

Ugh... I moaned, as I opened my eyes slowly, sunlight pouring in through the small, slightly open window in Laxus's spare bedroom.

"Laxus?" I called, and sure enough, the Lightning DragonSlayer walked right into the room, an ripened peach in his left hand.

"Hey Freed, how are you feeling?" He asked, and I just shrugged, unsure of what to say.

"My stomach is currently bothering me a little, but, other than that, I feel quite fine.

"Good to hear, at least your not throwing up all over the place anymore, even if you were, It'd just be cleaned up anyways. Laxus said, as I sighed, getting to my feet, stumbling over the fuzzy, deep blue carpet.

"You hungry?" Laxus asked me, as we both headed to the living room, and I sat down on the couch.

"Sure.." I answered, not caring what he gave me.

"Let me guess, you don't care what I make, do you?" Laxus asked, a smile formed on his face.

"No, not really.." I answered casually, as Laxus began pouring cereal into an orange bowl

Here, Laxus handed me the bowl, and I was done in less than five minutes....

"You sure you should've eaten that so fast...' Laxus asked, as I only shrugged... And the room went silent.

About a half an hour later, it began raining....

"Where are Bickslow and EverGreen?" I asked suddenly, as Laxus sighed...

"They went on an S-Class Scouting Misson, trying to catch five Bandits stealing Jewels from the Magnoila Bank.... Laxus replied, casually.

"An S-Class!" Just the two of them, alone!" I gasped, shocked, as I opened the front door, and stepped outside, ran soaking  me almost instantly...

"Well, I'm going to help them!" I said, forgetting about my current state, but I didn't care right that moment.

"Freed!" I can't let you, what if you die!!" Laxus cried, gabbing my arm, and pulling me back, his grip not lessening even the slightest.

"I-....." I stopped, and starred at Laxus, who was looking away from me..."

"Please, don't go!..." Laxus whispered, and I nodded.... "We will just have to put our faith in them for now..." I said, regaining my composure.

"Yea.." Laxus's voice was quiet, and somewhat worried, but he believed in those two, he really, really did...

"Freed, your all, wet.... I looked down, and remembered it was raining out, and I stepped back inside.

"Well, it looks like your jackets gonna need another wash, Laxus commented, sighing, as I took it off, handed it to Laxus, and put my Sword away behind the couch, against the wall.

As Laxus went to put my jacket into the washing machine, I sat down on the couch, sighing, still not completely over the fact that their was a living being inside of me...

"Hey, what's wrong, Freed?' Laxus asked suddenly, surprising me, and I jumped slightly.

"Oh, nothing...  I sighed, heaving myself to my feet,

"I just found out that were gotta get a hell of a storm tonight, hehe" Laxus said,

"Oh! And EverGreen and Bickslow completed the mission, their on their way back now, they said it was actually really easy.... Hehe...." Laxus said, crossing his arms, and sitting down beside me, before a knock on the door startled him,

"Speak of the Devil, get in here, your gonna catch a cold from all this damn rain" Laxus said, as he opened the door and let the two soaked Mages enter the house.

"Heya Freed!" Bickslow said suddenly, as I twirled around on the couch, surprised.

"Woah, calm down there, Freed, it's just us!" Bickslow said, putting a hand in front of himself.

"Sorry, I mumbled, as I was mostly keeping quiet.

"Well, aren't you quiet...." EverGreen said suddenly, waving her head in front of me.

"Huh...?!" I was snapped out of my thought when I saw Ever's hand in front of my face, and I backed away, surprised.

"Why are you so, jumpy...?" Ever asked, concerned, and annoyed at the same time...

"I apologize, I'm just, thinking, if you'd, call it that, I sighed, as I turned away, and layed down onto the couch..

"Ya can't blame the poor guy, Evergreen, he's a pregnant man, what can you expect? for him to be a calm and cool with it?!" Bickslow said suddenly, defending me.

"Sorry, Freed, Ever said, as I nodded in response, not talking..."

"Everyone...?" I asked, speaking quietly, as my friends turned to look at me, their conversations being out on hold.

"Yea, Freed?" Laxus said.

"I'm, not, feeling well, I'm gonna, go, sleep...." I sighed. In truth, I wasn't feeling well, and I didn't like it...

"Oh, alright, tell us, if you need anything..." Bickslow said from across the room, and I waved my hand, signalling that as an "okay" and I walked into the spare bedroom, and flopped onto the bed... And it wasn't long after, when I finally, fell, asleep....

"Poor Freed, Bickslow said from outside the bedroom door, which was now closed.

"Yea, I beg he feels horrible, Ever said.

"He most likely does, Ever, but he's doing is best to keep up with the regular jobs in Fairy Tail..." We gotta start helping him sooner or later... Laxus commented,

"Yes, I bet he just was privacy right now.." Ever said,

"Probably, Laxus said afterwards,

"I feel bad for em' Bickslow said.

"Don't we all, but we should just let him sleep, for now." Right?" Laxus said, as the two other complied happily.

"Yea, your right.... Goodnight, Freed....."
