The legend of Mlp: Jason the displaced
I had just finished my costume for comic con i was going as Link from the legend of zelda majora's mask.That version of Link has always been my favorite! but i'm getting side tracked, i bet your wondering who i am? Well my name is Jason and this is my story.After finishing my costume i tried it on, i then walked to my moms room so i could look at my self in her body length mirror.I walked up to the mirror and admired my costume''Damn i look awesome!'' i said to myself while looking at all the details of my costume.
i was wearing a green tunic with some tan shorts that were hidden by the tunic,i had on some fake pointed ears and a green pointed hat that rested on top of my dirty blonde hair, i was really happy that i was born with blonde hair so i dident have to dye it, i'v always hated hair dye.Strapped to my back was that creepy mirror shield and the gilded sword both made of some cheep metal, and on my feet some leather boots.
''if only i had enough time to order a pouch for my belt''i said frowning sadly.
''Oh well it's just a small detail'' i said with a shrug.
then i heard my mom yell from down the hall''Jason you'll be late if you don't hurry up!''she yelled.looking at the clock on the night stand it read 12:30 pm ''OH CRAP I'M LATE'' i yelled while rushing out of the room.I ran down the hall and made a quick stop in my room i grabbed my wallet off the bed i shoved it in my shorts right pocket then rushed to the car.
''Aw Jason you look adorable''My mom said with a smile as i got in the car.
i just blushed a little embarrassed at being call adorable i dident look adorable i looked like a warrior...what i did!
so after riding in the car for about 2 hours we finally arrived at comic con
''Ok Jason be careful and don't''she started but i cut her off before she could finish.
''Don't go to far from all the people so i don't get kidnapped by some creepy pedo or murderer''i said with a smile.
''Yes that''she said with a frown.''Don't worry mom i wont go too far from the crowds''i said while getting out of the car.''Ok but be careful you never know what might happen''
''I will,besides whats the worst that could happen''i said while muttering the last part to my self,i need to learn when to keep my mouth shut.
so i after getting inside i walked around marveling at all the cool stuff all the stands and people in cool costumes, it was so cool! now your probably wondering why any caring parent would let there fifteen year old son wonder around a con full of so many people by him self? it mainly because while it may not seem like it at first glance i am a pretty strong kid, i may look a little thin but i'm pretty fast so i can get away fast or hit them fast.
any way as i wandered around i saw the merchant from resident evil 4 selling a bunch of cool stuff i walked up to the stand and looked around there were a lot of people looking at his stuff i mean he did have a pretty big stand and a LOT of stuff, i though i saw some flashes of light a couple times but it must have been my imagination or something.
but as i was looking at these cool looking kingdom hearts weapons the merchant walked up to me''Hey Link you seem to be missing the triforce of courage and your item pouch'' he said with a chuckle. looking down a t my left hand i realized i forgot to add the triforce that was on the back of Links hand!
''I new i forgot some thing!''i said while looking at my left hand.
''Well don't worry hero i got what you need right here''he said while doing that laugh that the merchant was known for.
he then walked towards the back then after about a a minute he came back and in his hand were a piece of the triforce and a small brown leather pouch.''Here we are the triforce of courage and a item pouch and for you it will only cost 40 bucks'' he said with a chuckle.
''Those are perfect!'' i almost shouted while i got out my wallet.
i handed him the 40 dollars and took the stuff from his hands.''Pleasure doing business with you hero and if you see any of the others tell them i said hi''he said before walking off while doing the merchants laugh again.
''i wonder what he meant by others?''i said while walking away from the stand.
after slipping the pouch on my belt that was holding the tunic to my shorts i started to admire the triforce of courage.''this thing just looks so cool,but now that i look closer this feels like and looks like real gold but that can't be true i mean i only bought it for along with this pouch for 40 bucks''i said in disbelieve.
all of a sudden that triforce started to glow with a golden light!
''WHAT THE HELL!''i shouted while almost dropping it
the glow got brighter and brighter, i tried to throw the thing but it was stuck to my left hand!
And then with a bright flash of golden light i was gone! Before i disappeared i had seen some people staring me with shock.
after the light died down i looked around me to find i was in some sort of rocky area!
''Were am i'' i said eyes wide in shock. I felt a little weird, and my hand felt a little warm,looking down at my hand i was even more shocked to see the mark of the triforce of courage on my hand! ''Were did this come from''i almost shouted! ''Wait was that thing the merchant gave me the actual triforce of courage!?!'' i said in disbelieve
''no there's no way that could be true,any way i need to find out were i even am'' i said to my self.
looking around me once more this place seemed to be a rocky wast land there was just rocks, rocks and more rocks. ''well Just standing here isent going to get me any were let go this way'' i said while pointing in a random direction.
after walking for what felt like forever i found a small pool of water. ''Oh thank god some water i have been walking for ever i could really go for some water'' i said with a smile i bent down to get a drink but stopped when i saw my reflection. ''WHAT HAPPENED TO MY FACE!'' i shouted in alarm. looking back at me was not my normal face i now had blue eyes instead of my normal brown my face looked more narrow and younger. grabbing my ears to take off the fake pointed ears they weren't fake any more the were real!
Looking at the rest of my body i realized i was shorter feeling my arms they felt a little more muscular same with my legs! ''I..i..i'v turned into Link'' i said in shock as i fell to my nee's.
''No i wont panic i need to figure out what happened...'' i said calming my self down.
''Wait this all happened after i bought that stuff from the merchant the triforce started to glow then i got sent were ever here is''i said in thought ''But wait if the triforce sent me here then what about the pouch''i said while looking at my left side were the pouch was strapped.
flipping the pouch open i stuck my hand inside, then my whole arm.''Um what'' i said while staring at my arm stuck in the pouch.
''AHH!''i screamed while pulling my arm out of the pouch. looking at my arm it seemed fine i then look from my arm to the pouch and then my arm again. ''Is this some sort of magic pouch or something'' I said in awe. ''wait a minute my voice sounds weird'' finally realizing my voice had changed.''my voice...that tears it i really did turn into Link''I said while staring at my hands. ''I'm getting side tracked whats with this pouch...wait if i turned into Link maybe i can pull Items out of the pouch'' i said while sticking my left hand back into the pouch.
''No there's no way that...'' i stopped mid way through as i felt something in my hand.
pulling what was in my hand out of the pouch it was the ocarina of time. ''No.freaking.way'' ''The ocarina of time'' i said in awe.
''wait i don't know how to play this'' i said with disappointment.
''well i can at least try''i said as i went to play it.
Thinking of the suns song i started to play i was surprised when i started to play it perfectly like i had played it many times before my fingers glided across the holes as i blew into the ocarina the song echoed off into the distance as i played. after finishing the song i took the ocarina away from my lips. ''That was perfect''i said in awe at the ocarina.
but it dident last long as the sun went down and the moon came up i could even here a howl of a wolf in the distance.''Did..did i just do that it was just mid day'' i said as i stared at the sky with my jaw practically on the ground. but that also dident last long as the moon went down and the sun came back up again.
''what the hell, how did the sun go back up''i said with confusion confusion in my voice
''Oh well it's better if it's day time right now any way''i said while looking back at my ocarina
''so if this ocarina is actually magic i can play all the songs from the game and it might actually work,but if this is in the pouch what else could be.i said in wonder
I then put the ocarina back into the pouch, and then for a while i would take a different item out of the bag then put it back and pull another one out. after checking ever item from what i could tell in the bag i took out two empty bottles and filled them with some of the water from the small pool then drank a whole bottle then refilled it again.
''Ok so it seems i have all the items from majora's mask and 4 of my bottles have red potion and i just filled the last two with water''i said to my self. ''maybe if the transformation masks work i could get around faster''i said with a smile.
taking out the goron mask i put it on my face and then the pain came ''Ugh...gah..AHHHHHH''i screamed in agony. it felt like my bones were shifting and popping my mussels felt lie they were on fire it started out a little slow then hit me hard.
there was a flash of light then the pain stopped. ''Uhhh...That hurt more than any thing i ever felt''i said while covering my face with one hand. looking down at my body i was a goron!
i had the white beard the rock body the boots and the gloves ''It actually worked''i said with glee.
with that i curled up into a ball and started rolling in a random direction, it was kind of weird just like with the ocarina i seemed to some how know what i was doing. as i was rolling i felt something burst out of my body i almost rolled off a nearby cliff when it happened, i was confused at first then realized it was those stone spikes that burst out of goron Links back when you build up enough speed ''wait doesn't that take magic''i thought to myself.
I deciding i would just keep going,rolling around like that is kind of weird you can still sort of see were your going like if you were running sort of but with more motion blur.
i hoped i would find some sort of town or city soon.
