Note: Cheshire is a character from Young Justice TV Series, Linceto is the replacement of Leatherhead, Gorkan and Gisaku are the mutated Genomorphs, Splinter and Shredder are already be killed by Gorkan,
April O'Neil is Batgirl or in this case; Batfilly, and in this version, the League of Assassins are on the side of the heroes.
The Time has Come!
Chapter 1 The Time Has Come!
At Manehattan, in K Corporation Building...
"BOOM!"
11 figures are run out from buildings and heading to their vehicles. They all are following by a group of droids that shoot ing laser at them from behind.
"The one are known as Turtles and their allies are escaping! Exterminate! Exterminate!" said Kraang as he's shooting laser with the other Kraang Droids.
The Turtles get into the Shellraiser while their three allies are in the vehicle-like bat. The other two are flying back their lair.
"The one known as the Turtles had escaped with the one known as Outsiders and the one known as Linceto," said Kraang.
"They had destroyed the what is once known as facility for invasion of Kraang," said Kraang.
"And they had took away of what is known as The Map," said Kraang.
"Let them have The Map. I have what can be more helpful to us to find the pieces," said A Voice and Unicorn Stallion in red business suit walk out from the darkness.
"One called Gorkan," said Kraang.
"The time has come! The door will be open soon!" said Gorkan.
Later at the Bat Cave...
"We better get working!" said Stallion-Bat.
"Agreed!" said Batstallion.
"The invasion is about to happen in four days!" said Batfilly.
"No worry April. There is nothing you have to worry. We will shut the door down... in time!" said Donnie.
"Thanks for the cheer up," said Batfilly.
"Can you guys remind of what are we doing?" asked Mikey.
"We're trying to save Planet Patala here!" said Raph.
"I meant about the detail, bro!" said Mikey.
"Fine! I'll tell you again..." said Leo.
"YES!" said Mikey
"Here the beginning of everything..." said Leo.
Flashback starts...
900 years ago, in Changeling Kingdom...
An army of ninjas known as League of Assassins are standing waiting for something to happen. Then, a huge magical door is open in the sky and many of the Kraang Droids
jump down through the portal from Dimension X to fight the army of ninjas. The leader of the ninjas, Koga Takuza and his best friend, Hamato Yohei. They leading the League of Assassins to fighting the alien invaders.
The sword users cut the Kraang Droids into pieces. The archers shooting the arrows to the Kraang Droids. The Kraang are also shooting laser to the ninjas and killing many of them.
Hamato Yohei and Koga Takuza running to the door and grab an object known as Key of Izanagi and shoot a beam to it to close the door. Then, a red lion-like saber-toothed cat known as Gisaku
jump out from the portal and both ninjas quickly jump out from its way and the creature jump to kill another two ninjas. And then, a 10 ft. tall figure walk out from the door.
All over body's skin is red, have spiky hair, yellow demonic eyes, very sharp claws, wearing the torn clothes and the mouth is filled with very sharp fangs.
This being is known as Gorkan, the greatest mutation of the Kraang and leader of this invasion. He saw the Key of Izanagi in hands of Hamato Yohei and walk to him.
Three ninjas run to him but Gorkan raises his hand up and use his telekinesis power to twist their necks from front to back, killing them.
Yohei and Koga look in horror of what just happened to their soldiers. Then, four Kraang Droids run and shooting laser to them.
Koga jumps up into the air and slash the droids apart with his Steel Claws while Yohei towards to Gorkan and going to slash him with his sword.
But Gorkan use his telekinesis power to push him away to where he is but Koga can grab him before he will fall. Both, Koga and Yohei look at
Gorkan with very furious eyes as Gorkan do the same to them. Then, Yohei throw a key to face of Gorkan, release the green energy that is the mutagen energy
out from him and send the energy of mutagen back into the Dimension X. Meanwhile, the key is shatter apart into five pieces, Gisaku jump in and swallow the circle piece of the key into him.
Now both Gorkan and Gisaku start to transform from their original forms. When the smoke is clear, the remaining army of the League of Assassins saw the remaining of the army of the Kraang run away
into the land of Equestria. After Gorkan stand up and see his current form as a Unicorn Stallion. He's quickly run away after the army of the Kraang into Equestria.
Yohei and Koga are looking around and saw Gisaku in a form of a red lion cub standing in front of them.
Flashback ends...
"... and then they hided all of the pieces all over Equestria. Except for these two that are in our custody."Said Leo and he's show them Gisaku and a piece of the Key of Izanagi that known as the piece of courage.
"WOW!" said Mikey.
"This story always impress me... a little," said Linceto.
"Can you guys please more working and less talking?" asked Metamorpho.
"The alien invasion is a very serious threat! So go do more work!" said Katana.
"Yes ma'am," said Raph.
"And don't called me that! I'm just 22!" said Katana.
"I'll contact with the League about this," said Alfred and he's open the Batcomputer and contact to the leader of the League of Assassins.
"Karai, Cheshire, Deathstroke... and Silver Monkey," said Alfred.
"What's now Alfred?" asked Deathstroke.
"The time has come!" said Alfred.
Meanwhile at the Abandoned Warehouse in Manehattan...
"And that is what you want?" asked Magpie.
"Keep Batstallion and his Outsiders busy?" asked Snakeweed.
"Why should we do that instead of the searching the pieces for you?" asked Cypher.
"My Kraang will be the one who do that," said Gorkan.
"And what do we get from this?" asked Mr. Toad as he's rubbing on a head of one of his Squirrelanoids.
"If you all help us, there will be the places for all of you on this planet," said Gorkan.
"I like this!" said Phosphorus Rex.
"Then we accept the deal!" said Professor Pyg.

Chapter 3 Revelation
Later at Castle of Twilight...
"KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!"
"Coming!"Said Spike and he's open the door.
"I, Attila the Frog! The leader of the Frogs... has arrive!" said Attila.
"We are waiting for you."Said Spike and Attila the Frog walk inside with another two mutated Frogs, following Spike to the throne room.
"Here we are!" said Spike and he's enter the Throne Room with mutated Frogs.
"Nice place!" said Attila.
"Attila the Frog, I presume," said Luna.
"Yes! And you are?" asked Attila.
"Princess Luna of Equestria," said Luna.
"It is honor to meet you, Princess Luna," said Genghis Frog.
"Me too!" said Rasputin.
"So... can we start talking now?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"Of course!" said Twilight.
"For starter! What are all of you?" asked Applejack.
"We all are mutants!" said Raph.
"Oh... they are just like Francoeur," said Applejack.
"And what are you all doing here?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"We're doing a thing for the safety of every living beings on this planet!" said Donnie
"Safety?" asked Fluttershy.
"Save us from what?" asked Rarity.

"Look! If this planet is about to being threaten, then we have to know what is going on!" said Twilight.
"And what make you think we're going to tell you?" asked Raph.
"I'm going to punch your face!" said Rainbow Dash.
"Oh yeah?! If you think you can do, I will let you!" said Raph and Rainbow Dash is going to punch his face but Raph jumps up and grab touch her left wing.
Then, Rainbow Dash can't move any parts of her body. Except her eyes and she can talk a little bit only.
"If you don't tell anything. We're going to ask them.," said Celestia and she's walk to Attila with her younger sister.
"Can you give us the information?" asked Celestia.
"As the friends of the Turtles and Linceto. We won't!" said Slash.
"Me neither!" said Pete.
"We frogs had swear to keep this as the secret!" said Attila.
"Look at this point! If you don't let us know what is going on, we can't help you!" said Twilight.
"We don't need help from you! Princess!" said Raph.
"This is what is beyond your imagination! You don't even know what are you want to dealing with!" said Donnie and then a hologrammer of Twilight is ringing. When she's press it.
It shows a face of Princess Ratri of the Naga Empire, Joining Overlord of Joining Moon and Dubbilex, the ruler of Planet Genomorph.
"Hi Twilight!" said Ratri.
"Are you calling us?" asked Joining Overlord.
"Yes."Said Twilight.
"Need anything else?" ssked Dubbilex.
"GORKAN!"Shouted Donnie and Raph
"And he's got his Genomorph form back!"Said Donnie
"Hold on! First! This is just a hologram! And second! Why are you saying the name that business pony in Manehattan name Gorkan look similar to Dubbilex?"Asked Twilight
"Oh crud!"Said Raph
"Nice saying, both of you."Said Linceto
"Are you two saying Gorkan?"Asked Dubbilex
"You know this Gorkan?"Asked Celestia
"That treacherous Genomorph and its pet, Gisaku! They betrayed us when we rebel against our creators! The Kraang! They chose to be on their side!"Said Dubbilex
"Oh yeah! I remembered that! We, both Genomorphs and the Joining fight against the Kraang for our freedom! When that magical door open to what is now is Planet Genomorph.
We all quickly go inside and leave them along with the Kraang. Imprisoned them in the Dimension X forever."Said Joining Overlord
"But it is not entirely seal! It is a natural cause! The magical door is find its way to open itself on this planet!"Said Donnie
"So are you saying that this Gorkan and his Kraang allies are already in Equestria?"Asked Luna
"They already infiltrated in here for 900 years by now."Said Linceto
"I will send an army to arrest him and his soldiers."Said Celestia
"No you can't!"Said Donnie
"You don't have any evidence to prove about this!"Said Raph
"The best way is to let us finish this by ourselves!"Said Linceto
"But your brothers are seriously injured!"Said Rarity
"No worry. We can take care of them. Just let us take them to our swamp in the Everfree Forest," said Attila.
"Speaking about that, how long do you guys live in the swamp and can hide from a Zebra name Zecora?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"We have the swamp that the center of it is a very big and very tall tree!" said Genghis Frog.
"We make the residence at there. We called it... Sacred Tree," said Attila.
"And about the damage we did to your farm. We are truly very sorry," said Donnie.
"No need. You're just trying to protect the whole planet. Compare it to a farm, a farm it just a little piece of cake," said Applejack.
"If you want that ship and other things to be remove. We can do that for you," said Raph.
"Thank you. You three can come and sleep at my house tonight. I'm invite all three of you," said Applejack.
"But first..." said Donnie.
Later at the Shellrasier...
"There you are!" said Donnie and he's carry Gisaku out and show it to all of them.
"Meet Gisaku. Of course, in this form. He can't do any harm!" said Donnie and he's drop Gisaku down on the ground and he's walk to eat a trash can.
"Oh yeah! He's only eating metal," said Donnie.

Chapter 4 Go To Tenochtitlan Basin
In dreams of Applejack, Rainbow Dash and Rarity, they see the Cutie Mark Crusaders riding bikes in the Everfree Forest and then a Hydra jump out from the swamp.
They quickly yelling out for their sisters (for Scootaloo; it's surrogate big sis) to help. But the Hydra quickly grab them with its mouths,
throw them into the air and swallow them whole. When Applejack, Rarity and Rainbow Dash arrive, they saw only the bikes that their little sisters using to ride.
Shock from what happened, they all scream out and the blackout happen.
Back in reality, at Sweet Apple Acres, Carousel Boutique and Rainbow Dash's house...
"AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!" screamed Rarity, Applejack and Rainbow Dash.
Later at the Sacred Tree...
"Thanks for helping us, Sir Malachi and and Dr. Rockwell."Said Raph
"It's no big deal. You saved us before," said Sir Malachi.
"And how was Stallion-Bat? Is he okay?" asked Dr. Rockwell.
"He is okay," said Donnie.
"He's helping the Outsiders fighting the villains in Manehattan as are we talking."Said Raph.
"You know that was yesterday right?" asked Donnie.
"Of course I know, Donnie," said Raph.
"And we shouldn't waste anymore time. The door will be open in three days and we still have two pieces to find!"Said Donnie as he's looking at the piece of courage and the piece of imagination.
"HEY!" shouted Applejack as she's running to them with Rarity and Rainbow Dash.
"What are you girls doing here?" asked Raph.
"We're coming with you! You said that magical door can open to everywhere by the user of Key of Izanagi!" said Applejack.
"I need my little Sweetie Belle back!" said Rarity.
"We three need our little ones back!" said Rainbow Dash.
"This is a very dangerous mission! And you all don't have any training!" said Raph.
"We all can do hand-to-hand combats!" said Rarity.
"If you all insist, then I will stay. You all go with Donnie."Said Raph and he's hand over his Sais to Applejack. Then grab weapons of Leo and Mikey and give them to Rarity and Rainbow Dash.
"If you all are in trouble, you know what to do," said Raph.
"Thank you," said Applejack.
"You can't just drop me with these girls Raph!" said Donnie.
"I know you can do it Donnie! You're smart guy!"Said Raph and he's shake a hand with his younger brother.
"So... what is the next destination to find the next piece?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"Tenochtitlan Basin," said Donnie.
Meanwhile at K Corporation Building, in Gorkan's office...
"One called Gorkan..." said Kraang.
"What is it?" asked Gorkan.
"Kraang got what is known as bad news and another one that is news that is known as good news," said Kraang.
"What's the bad news?" asked Gorkan.
"The squad that sent to followed the Turtles has been destroyed," said Kraang.
"And the good news?" asked Gorkan.
"Kraang got two pieces of the key," said Kraang and another Kraang walk in and show the piece of nature and piece of intelligence to him.
"Very good," said Gorkan.
"And Kraang had placed what is known as trap for the Turtles at the placed called Tenochtitlan Basin," said Kraang.
"Good!" said Gorkan.

Tlachihualtepetl or also known as Great Pyramid of Cholula and Templo Mayor are based from the real one in reality. Quetzalcoatl is part of the Olympian Gods in this version.
Unlike in reality that he is part of the Aztec Gods. Chaneque are the small, sprite-like beings and Guardians of Nature in Aztec Myth while in this story they are evil creatures.

Chapter 5 Quest For Freedom Of Quetzalcoatl
Later at the Afternoon, at Tenochtitlan Basin...
"Over there! Daring Do's house!" said Rainbow Dash as she's point to the house that is belong to her heroine. Then, Donnie's stop the Shellrasier.
"I can't wait to see her again!" said Rainbow Dash and she's knocking the door.
"KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!"
Then, somepony is open the door, revealing to be A. K. Yearling or also known as Daring Do. When Daring Do see Donatello the Ninja Turtle she is shock from what did she just saw.
"No worry. He's come with us. He is a good guy," said Rainbow Dash.
"I have no time for you. I'm on a very important mission!" said Daring Do.
"What kind of mission?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"The one that can set free of a life!" said Daring Do.
"Huh?" asked Rarity and then a ring on her desk begin to glowing.
"It's happen again!" said Daring Do and she's run in and grab the ring, rubbing it and an illusion of the Feathered Serpent is coming out.
"Got anything to set me free yet?"asked Feathered Serpent.
"Got one but then it get stole away!" said Daring Do.
"You are the only one who can set me free! Please!" said Feathered Serpent and his illusion disappear.
"Who or what is that thing?" asked Applejack.
"Quetzalcoatl, the Lost God of Olympus!" said Daring Do.
"And what does he wanted?" asked Rarity.
"To be free from his prison, the Tlachihualtepetl!" said Daring Do.
"And he is a good guy or bad guy?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"He is a good guy of course! He told me that he was imprisoned by the evil creatures known as Chaneque at 900 years ago after failed in the battle with them," said Daring Do.
"And you believe that?" asked Donnie.
"At first, I don't trust him! But if he really need my help..." said Daring Do.
"We get it!"s aid Rainbow Dash.
"And about 'what you just got and then get stole'?"asked Donnie.
"It's a piece of gold in shape of triangle and its lower part is round with two weird line patterns that I got when I exploring inside the Templo Mayor," said Daring Do.
"That is a piece of Key of Izanagi!" said Donnie.
"A Key of what now?!" asked Daring Do.
"Key of Izanagi, an ancient artifact created from very rare metal from Dimension X," said Donnie.
"Okay... I am now... very confuse!" said Daring Do.
Later after the explaination from Donnie...
"So let me get this straight! The whole planet is about going to be invade by a race of alien from another dimension?!" asked Daring Do.
"Yep," said Applejack.
"And you are all are trying to stop it right?" asked Daring Do.
"Of course!" said Donnie.
"Then we better find the group of the guys that stole the piece from me!" said Daring Do.
"I believe that they must be the Kraang in disguise. Me and my brothers encounter them in the disguise before," said Donnie.
"And how do you that they're no real Ponies?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"They all are look alike," said Donnie.
"Ooh..." said Rainbow Dash.
"We better get going! We got what I called now as 'Quest for Freedom of Quetzalcoatl' to solve!" said Daring Do.
"Absolutely!" said Rarity.
"Oh yeah!" said Rainbow Dash.
"Let's move!" said Applejack.
"To the Shellraiser!" said Donnie and they all run into the Shellraiser and Donnie drives to find where the Kraang are by now.

Fight for the Piece
Chapter 6 Fight For The Piece!
Later in the Forest...
"From the Mutagen Tracker. It should be... over there!" said Donnie and he's run into the bush with the girls.
"WHAT?!" asked Donnie.
"What is it Donnie?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"The Kraang... the Kraang... they accidentally left it on the ground!" said Donnie.
"WHAT?!" asked Rainbow Dash, Daring Do, Rarity and Applejack.
"What an easy one!" said Daring Do and she's walk out from the bush to pick it up.
"Hold on! It might be trap!" said Donnie but Daring Do grabs it and nothing is happening to her.
"What?! How did... this doesn't make any sense!" said Donnie and then he's hear something from the bush.
"ROARRR!"
A creature jump out from the bush, revealing to be Ahuizolt and his animal comrades.
"Ahuizolt!"Said Daring Do.
"Daring Do!"Said Ahuizolt and then a group of Kraang Droids run out from the forest and aim their laser guns to them.
"And what are these things?!" asked Daring Do.
"The Kraang!" said Donnie.
"The what now?!" asked Ahuizolt.
"It is the one of the Turtles that is known as Donatello," said Kraang.
"Kraang must exterminate the one known as Donatello," said Kraang and he's shooting laser along with the other Kraang.
They all scatter. Ahuizolt and his animal comrades fight against the Kraang Droids with their paws. Daring Do kick at Kraang Droid's head, take its laser gun
and shoot laser to the other Kraang Droids. Rarity and Applejack use the ninja weapons that they got to slash the Kraang Droids apart. Rainbow Dash use the nunchucks
hit at heads of the Kraang Droids that stand in her way. Donnie using his Bo-Staff hit at heads of the Kraang Droids then activate its blade and slash the other Kraang Droids apart.
"Very easy!" said Rainbow Dash.
"This might be just the first wave!"Said Donnie and Ahuizolt uses his tail-handed to grab Daring Do and use his left hand to take the piece of the key that found by Daring Do out.
"Whatever this piece is. It must be very valuable enough for you go after it! Then, I will take it!" said Ahuizolt and he's run away with his animal comrades.
"Quick! We have to go after him!" said Daring Do.
"To the Shellraiser!" said Donnie and he's run with the girls to the Shellraiser and drive following Ahuizolt and his animal comrades.
They all are following him and his minions for an hour. Now the both groups are stop at the place where Daring Do wants to come; Tlachihualtepetl.
After Ahuizolt and his animal comrades came out from the bush, they have to shock and fear of what are standing in front of them.
"This won't be good!"Said Ahuizolt as he's shaking in fear with his animal comrades. Then, the Shellrasier come out from the bush and nearly crash at him and his animals.
Standing before all of them are a small army formed from two squads of Kraang Droids and three Laser Cannons.
"Kraang commands to attack all Non-Kraang!" said Kraang and he's activate the Laser Cannon that he's using and shooting laser to to his enemies along with the other Kraang.
"AAAAHHHHH!" screamed Ahuizolt and he's run away with his animal comrades to the left side and then come back and attack the Kraang Droids that standing before them.
In Shellraiser...
"I got an idea. Daring Do, you goes to the Trash Cannon and shoot all Kraang. Now I'm going to drive to confront the Kraang!"said Donnie.
"What?!" asked Rarity.
"Are you crazy?!" asked Applejack.
"There is a razor-toothed crusher at the bumper. I can using it to bite the Kraang Droids into pieces!" said Donnie.
"Hope you know what you are doing!" said Rarity.
"This going to be awesome!" said Rainbow Dash and Donnie drives the Shellraiser to confront an army of the Kraang. Daring Do climbs up to the Trash Cannon
and shoot the Hot Trash Cannonballs to the Kraang Droids. Donnie activates the razor-toothed crusher and bite all Kraang Droids that standing before the Shellraiser.
Meanwhile, Ahuizolt made his way to the a Laser Cannon and throw the Kraang Droid that control it out and shooting laser to all Kraang Droids before him.
"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAA!"Laughed Ahuizolt as he's shooting laser to all Kraang Droids in his way. Two Laser Cannons turn to Ahuizolt and aim to him but then,
two Hot Trash Cannonballs are shoot out and hit at the Kraang Droids that controlling both Laser Cannons. Then, another one hit at face of Ahuizolt.
"Ooh..." said Ahuizolt and he's fall to unconscious.
"Oh yeah! We won!" said Daring Do.

Mictlan is the name of the Underworld in Aztec Mythology in reality. But here, it is the name of the Underworld of Equestria. The Giant Rats are on the side of the heroes like the League of Assassins
and they are not the pets of Rat King, because Rat King never been exist.

Chapter 7 Reconquista Of The Cauldron
Nighttime, at Front of the Tlachihualtepetl...
"Now Ahuizolt..." said Daring Do and she's pick up the piece of nature.
"I would like to take this, if you don't mind..." said Daring Do and she's turn to look at animal comrades of Ahuizolt.
"Any of you have a problem?" asked Daring Do and all of the animals are still stand at where they are.
"Now... let's go!" said Daring Do.
"Wait! You should give it to us!" said Rainbow Dash.
"But this is a key to set free of Quetzalcoatl! I have to do what I promise!" said Daring Do.
"Right! We set him free first. Then, we go out and find the other pieces!" said Donnie.
"Okay!" said Daring Do and she's run inside them temple with the others.
Meanwhile at Manehattan...
"Here we are!" said Genghis Frog.
"Finally, back at home!" said Slash.
"You four! Take Leonardo and Michelangelo, go with Raph take care of them! We don't want anything to happen to them!" said Napoleon.
"Yes sir!" said Frog Soldiers and he's carry cradles that Leo and Mikey are on with other three Frog Soldiers into the alley with Raph.
"Now on! Our journey has ended. But our work is just begun! We have to take back our home! We have to take back The Cauldron!"Said Attila
"TAKE BACK THE CAULDRON!" shouted Frog Soldiers, Pete, Sir Malachi and Dr. Rockwell.
"Follow me!" said Slash and he's riding his Giant Rat to The Cauldron. The rest of the army are following him. When they all reach to the place. They saw the destroyed shuttle-like chariots are appear as the wall in front of them.
"It looks like that the Kraang didn't change its look," said Slash.
"We can thanks the Kraang by slashing them!" said Rasputin .
"Ready to kick some droids butts?" asked Napoleon.
"Since the day we got mutated by them!" said Genghis Frog.
"Then let's start this fight!"Said Napoleon and he's ride his Giant Rat toward the wall made of shuttle-like chariots and jump cross it.
"Let's go!"Said Slash and he's ride his Giant Rat follow him. Then the rest of the army.
Meanwhile on the Building nearby...
"The fishes are hooked!" said Mr. Toad and he's take sip at a cup of tea.
"We will have our army back!" said Professor Pyg and he's grab a biscuit to eat and then take a sip at a cup of tea.

"They should have listen to me like you, him and those mutated Squirrels." said Professor Pyg.
In the meantime, at the Tlachihualtepetl...
"Here we are!" said Daring Do as she's point to the gate before her.
"And what's next?" asked Rarity
"There!" said Daring Do and she's quickly put the piece of nature into the hole-in-shape of the piece. Then, the piece is glowing but not color of gold. It's glowing in pink.
"Wait a minute..." said Donnie and then he's realize what the situation was and quickly grab the girls out from here. Then, the gate is explode.

"What just happened?" asked Applejack.
"This whole thing is a trap by Gorkan and the Kraang!" said Donnie.
"What do you mean by that?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"The Kraang already take the piece of nature with them and replaced it with a painted crystal from the Dimension X! That is why my Mutagen Tracker found nothing wrong!" said Donnie
"But look on bright side! We're now free Quetzalcoatl," said Daring Do and then the Feathered Seprent with bird wings known as Quetzalcoatl fly out from the temple.
"Finally! After being imprisoned for 900 years! I am free! What can I do for you, my savers?" asked Quetzalcoatl.
"We would like to know how did our enemies can fooled us," said Donnie.
"Let's see..." said Quetzalcoatl and his snake eyes glowing green.
"I saw a frog... a grey-blue frog... with long frills at chin and other two as mustache. This frog's also wearing a cloak with eye symbol on it," said Quetzalcoatl
"You mean... him?" asked Donnie and Quetzalcoatl nods to him.
"This can't be good!" said Donnie.
"Now I got a work to do at Mictlan," said Quetzalcoatl.
"Mictlan?" asked Daring Do.
"The real name of the Underworld," said Quetzalcoatl and he's fly away in the sky and disappear.
Meanwhile, in Manehattan, at The Cauldron...

"Kraang! Attack all Non-Kraang! Repeat! Attack all Non-Kraang!" said Kraang and Slash hit him with his mace and ride his Giant Rat to fight the other squad of Kraang Droids.
"BOOYAKASHA!" shouted Napoleon as he's riding his Giant Rat to confront a squad of Kraang Droids and he's hit them all with his Giant Rat.
The Frog Soldiers are slashing the Kraang with their pikes. Genghis Frog are fighting the Kraang with his axe. Attila, did like what Napoleon did,
riding his own Giant Rat to step on the Kraang Droids. Sir Malachi using his magic wand to create the illusion of a Dragon and burning the Kraang Droids, make them can't move.
Dr. Rockwell is using the hammer made of rock and wood to hit at the Kraang Droids that are standing before him. He is also punch them with his fist.
Pete the Pigeon uses the pike like what the Frog Soldiers are using to fight the Kraang Droids. In an hour, the Kraang are all wipe out, leaving only their droid bodies.
"This place is our once again! We have won!" said Attila.
"YEAH!" shouted All Mutants.

"So we have two pieces and Gorkan three?" asked Applejack.
"Wrong," said Donnie.
"What do you mean by that?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"Gorkan is only have two," said Donnie.
"What do you mean by that?" asked Rarity and Donnie's walk to the Shellraiser and grab Gisaku out.
"Is he... the third piece?" asked Daring Do.
"When the Key was broke. He had swallowed the piece of heart," said Donnie and then a light appear above them and Linceto fall down from the sky.
"Ooh..." said Linceto.
"Linceto!" said Rainbow Dash.
"Where have you been?" asked Donnie.
"It was happen so fast! I was sleeping in the barn and when I wake up. I saw a group of Kraang Droids standing before me. And then, they shocking me to unconsciousness!"Said Linceto
"What happened after that?" asked Rarity.
"When I wake up. I found myself was locked up in a cage in the Everfree Forest, guarding by seven Kraang Droids. I broke out from the cage and destroyed all of them.
I go back to Ponyville but all of you had already disappeared from the town. When I'm go to the Sacred Tree. I didn't saw the Frogs, Pete, Slash, Raphael or Sir Malachi at there as well.
So I wait till the night, then I go to the Castle of Princess Twilight and ask her to teleport me to this place to meet you."Said Linceto

"NEVER!" said Genghis Frog.

"We got a friend among you who has the same watch as me and Mr. Toad have for the Ponies," said Professor Pyg.
"Who?!" asked Genghis Frog.
"Doesn't matter. Join us or we will force you to do!" said Mr. Toad.
"We're not going to join you!" said Sir Malachi.
"Well then. Looks like it has to end this way, Mr. Toad..."Said Professor Pyg and Mr. Toad using the Sonic Croak on them and Professor Pyg shoots the Kraang Mind Control Devices to heads of some Frog Soldiers.
"NO!"Shouted Napoleon and the Frog Soldiers that get controlled by Pyg and Toad are now turn to look at Napoleon Bonafrog and Attila the Frog. The controlled Frog Soldiers run toward to them but Sir Malachi
create a magic barrier in front of them and save them from the controlled Frog Soldiers.
"Slash! I think I know who is the traitor is!" said Rasputin.
"Who?" asked Slash.
"Linceto!" said Rasputin.
Meanwhile at the Docks...
"Stay here! Or the Kraang will hear you," said Batstallion and he's lock a criminal name Ivan Steranko and his four minions at the tube.
"Batstallion!" said Katana and Batstallion turns to look at her.
"We got incoming signal!"Said Katana and she's open a hologrammer and show face of Attila the Frog.
"Help! Pyg and Toad! Trying to enslave us to be their soldiers!" said Attila.
"We're on our way!" said Batstallion and he's run to the Batmobile with Katana and Batfilly, get inside and go the The Cauldron. While Metamorpho turns into gas and float after them and Stallion-Bat is flying after them.
"At least I have a horn of the Black Rhino from the Land of the Zebras with me."Said Ivan
When they all gone. Ivan trying to break free of the handcuffs of Batstallion but failed. Then, he saw a mutagen canister nearby and use his feet to grab it.
"Got it!"Said Ivan and he's trying to use it to break the handcuffs, regardless of whatever it is. Then, the lid of the canister is drop and release the mutagen on body of Ivan Steranko.
And with the DNA from a horn of the Black Rhinoceros. He starts to mutated into a Mutant Black Rhinoceros in front of his minions.

Chapter 9 Capture The Traitor!
At the Dawn, at Tlachihualtepetl...
"You sure you don't wanna come?" asked Donnie.
"This is where I am belong. Sorry I can't do anything more for all of you,"Said Daring Do.
"Good luck Ms. Do," said Rarity.
"You're the best adventurer!" said Rainbow Dash.
"Bye." said Applejack.
"Good luck... all of you."Said Daring Do and the door of the Shellraiser close and drive away from the temple. Daring Do smiles at them, wish them to win the coming storm.
At Manehattan, at The Cauldron...
"BANG!"
Professor Pyg shoots another Kraang Mind Control Device to head of a Frog Soldier and controlling him to bring more of the mutant animals. And then, the Batmobile arrive
with Stallion-Bat and Metamorpho and Batstallion comes out from it with Katana and Batfilly.
"The reinforcement had arrive!" said Pete.
"Oh yeah!"Said Slash and he's run with the others.
"It's good to see you again, Bat," said Napoleon.
"Where're Pyg and Toad?" asked Batstallion.
"BOOM!"
"I think we don't have to explain that now," said Genghis Frog.
Meanwhile, at K Corporation Building...
"The time for the door to open is nearly come..." said Kraang.
"The invasion that is known as invasion of Patala will begin at the time that is the time that is the door is open!" said Kraang.
"And that time is coming at the numbers of of time that is known as... 10 o'clock of tomorrow!" said Kraang.
"If they want to complete the key, they have to come and confront me!"Said Gorkan and he's smile in form of evil.
Later, at The Cauldron, in the Warehouse...
"What're we looking for? We should go to help Metamorpho and Stallion-Bat find Pyg and Toad!" said Katana.
"Don't you think it is weird that Pyg and Toad know about The Cauldron is about to be the become the home of the mutants once again?" asked Batstallion.
"A little... why?" asked Katana.
"There has to be a spy who help them," said Batstallion.
"But don't Rasputin said that Linceto is the traitor?" asked Batfilly.
"And they all believe in what he said because Rasputin is the wise one," said Batstallion.
"And you going to find the evidence to prove that who is real one right?" asked Katana.
"Of course!"Said Batstallion as he's looking around. Then, he's saw something in the shadow. He's walk to it and see it is a box made of wood.
He's look around it and saw the mucilage on it. He's use the Ooze Specks that given by Donnie to find out what is it.
"This is the mucilage that usually found on the skin of the frogs," said Batstallion and he's change the lens of the camera to see the DNA of it.
"This is a mucilage... of Rasputin himself," said Batstallion and he's take off the Ooze Specks and open the box, even him can't belive of what he saw.
"Kraang Communication Orb..." said Batstallion.
Meanwhile Outside...
"Ooh!" moaned Professor Pyg after being punch by Metamorpho and then Metamorpho's stretch his arms to grab him and throw him to Mr. Toad.
"Stay where you are!" said Stallion-Bat as he's looking at them with Metamorpho. Then, Stallion-Bat grabs a remote out from pocket of Professor Pyg
and disable all of the Kraang Mind Control Devices from heads of all Frog Soldiers. Unbeknownst to them, Rasputin walks to them from behind with Laser Gun, attempt to shoot them.
But before he will shoot, a Batarang swing to hit at the back of his head and he's fall down to unconsciousness.
"Ooh..." moaned Rasputin.
"What the?!"Asked Metamorpho and he's turn to look at unconscious Rasputin and saw Batstallion, Katana and Batfilly walk to them.
"Rasputin... is the true... traitor!"Said Batstallion and then four Squirrelanoids run to Professor Pyg and Mr. Toad with pulling the chariot with them.
They put both of them into the chariot and quickly run away to the exit as fast as they can and go out from The Cauldron.
"Should we follow?" asked Katana.
"Leave them. We have a bigger problem to deal!" said Batstallion.

The Invasion! Part 1
Chapter 10 The Invasion! Part 1
Next day at Manehattan, on the Building...
"Why we can't just use the front door?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"If we're using the front door, what will make this called as secret mission?" asked Donnie.
"Oh yeah..." said Rainbow Dash.
"It's almost 10 o'clock now," said Donnie.
"We have to go! Quick!" said Donnie and he's open his Turtle Glider and fly out into the sky. Following by Linceto, Applejack and Rarity who did the same.
For Rainbow Dash, she is just flap the wings of her to following them to the K Corporation Building.
Meanwhile at the Warehouse...
"We're so close!" said Professor Pyg.
"Almost got those guys back on our side!" said Mr. Toad.
"Well look on the bright side, at least you both and your squirrel pets can escape from that horrible place," said Phosphorus Rex.
"Guys! Patience!"Said Cypher and the Kraang Communication Orb got an incoming signal.
"The glorious leader of the Kraang is about to arrive now. You all can join us!" said Gorkan.
"That sound like a party for me!" said Magpie.
"I believe we shouldn't miss it!" said Snakeweed.
On the Top of K Corporation Building...
"Too quite!" said Linceto
"Why no guards at here?" asked Applejack
"I don't know about that," said Donnie.
"But I like it! It's better keep going like this," said Rarity.
"Maybe this is an-" said Rainbow Dash and then a group of Kraang Droids come out from the secret door of the underground.
"Are you going to say ambush?" asked Applejack.
"Umm... nope!" said Rainbow Dash.
"Well... look who we found!" said A voice and they all turn to look behind them. They see another group of Kraang Droids and the owner of the voice, Gorkan.
"Gorkan!" said Donnie.
"It has been a while since we fought against each other. But where're your brothers anyway? Too much injured hmm?" asked Gorkan.
"Your plan will failed, Gorkan! Me and Linceto will stop you! Winner have all!" said Donnie.
"What for?" asked Gorkan and he's pull his hand into his coat and pull out the piece of nature and piece of intelligence.
At that moment, in the sky, the magical door that link between this dimension and Dimension X is open. Then, a green light come out from it straight to Gorkan
and all pieces of the Key of Izanagi is start to glowing like when the gold hit the ray of sun.
"After a long time..." said Gorkan and after the light hit at his body. He's strat to transform himself into the original form; the mutated Genomorph.
"YES! AT LAST! AT LAST! *ROAR!*" roared Gorkan as he's transforming. All of them, including the Kraang are shock from what are they all see before them.
After the trasformation, Gorkan open his demonic eyes and show them all his true form. The reddish skin demonic-like being with spiky hair with both, sharp, fangs and claws.
"I'M... BACK!" said Gorkan and then Donnie's activate the blade of his Bo-Staff and run to Gorkan to slash him. When he's jump, Gorkan point his finger to him
and use his telekinesis power to grab Donnie in the air and trying to bend him but Donnie also trying to resist that to happen. When Donnie is about to get bend,
Linceto's jump up to Gorkan. Gorkan quickly release Donnie and grab Linceto. Donnie quickly get up and slash Gorkan at his right shoulder.
"AAH!" screamed Gorkan and he's throw Linceto away. He's quickly use the pieces in his hand to heal his wound and lick the blood from the pieces.
"No one can hurt me! AHAHAHAA! Bring me the pieces!" laughed Gorkan and all Kraang Droids around them start to make a move. Before anything is going to happen.
A huge 20 ft. tall living rock jump out from the magical door above them and landed in the city and spread panic to everywhere.
"ROARRR!"
"Oh no! It's Traag!" said Donnie.
"ROARRR!"
They all are watch in horror as the rock creature known as Traag is smashing Manehattan and spit lava out from its mouth.
"ROARRR!"
"Can this get worse?!" asked Rainbow Dash and then something is coming through the magical door.
"Thanks for said that, Rainbow Dash!" said Rarity and a round ship with a lot of 'eyes' and laser cannons are come from the magical door.
"Do you think that will be... Technodrome?" asked Donnie and the Technodrome start to release the Flying Abducting Pots, Kraang Stealth Ships
and Kraang Droids with jet packs into the sky. One of its holes throw something into the sea near the Docks, then it's reveal to be the Water Creature.
"ROARRR!"
Now the Technodrome is start to open fire everything in its way. Below it, the Batmobile had arrived with Stallion-Bat and Metamorpho. They all quickly run to fight the Kraang and Snakeweed.
On the other side of the city, the League of Assassins had arrive and Karai orders of her robotic ninjas to fight the Kraang, Magpie, Phosphorus Rex, Cypher.
In The Cauldron, all mutant animals are fighting the Professor Pyg, Mr. Toad, the Squirrelanoids and Kraang Droids that are invading their home.
"The invasion had started! AHAHAHAHAHAAAA!" laughed Gorkan.
Chapter 11 The Invasion! Part 2
"NO!" shouted Donnie and he's quickly run to Gorkan but instead of slash at him. He's go under him and Linceto is jump upon his head and quickly get out.
After got distract, Gorkan was get slash again, this time at center of his back. He is now very angry and blow out his telekinesis power to both of them, then, heal himself.
Meanwhile, the girls are now fighting with the Kraang Droids that are surround them. After all Kraang Droids are defeated, they quickly run to help Donnie and Linceto to get up.
"What are we going to do?" asked Applejack and then the door is open and Gisaku is walk to the group of abandoned Kraang Droids and start to eating it.
"Gisaku!" said Applejack.
"I thought you kept him in the Shellraiser!" said Donnie.
"Your Shellraiser is also made of metal," said Applejack.
"I can't believe I forgot that!" said Donnie.
"Forget about that!" said Rainbow Dash.
"We have to find a way to defeat that guy!" said Applejack as she's point to Gorkan who are walking to them nearer and nearer.
"I got an idea!" said Rarity and she's pull out the pieces that she hided with her and run to Gisaku.
"NO! You can't do of what are you and I are thinking you are doing!" said Donnie.
"If Gisaku turns back into his original form, he can help us fight Gorkan!" said Rarity.
"But that will awaken his evil side as well!" said Donnie.
"We already lost!" said Linceto.
"Just... trust Gisaku!" said Rarity and she's give the pieces to Gisaku while Donnie is looking worry.
"Courage, imagination and heart!" said Rarity and Gisaku swallows both pieces. Then, he's start to transform into the red lion-like saber-toothed creature.
They all are gasp in surprise, except for Gorkan who is just eyed to Gisaku in surprise.
"Finish with them! And come back... to me!" said Gorkan and Gisaku start to look at Rarity. Then, a group of Kraang Droids arrive and shoot laser to them.
Gisaku is quickly run to them and slashing them apart with his claws. Gorkan is very much surprise about this and also angry at the same time.
"Yes! I knew it!"Said Rarity and after Gisaku finished with the Kraang Droids. He's walk toward to Donnie and looking at him. Donnie respects him by nod to him.
Now, Gisaku is about to fight with his former master; Gorkan.
"Courage, imagination and heart... can do... nothing! To against intelligence! And... NATURE!" said Gorkan and Gisaku is quickly jump to Gorkan and slap him with hsi claws.
Gorkan slaps him back and Gisaku slap again, this time Gorkan float into the air but he's stop and landed on the ground. Gisaku's jump to pounce on him but Gorkan quickly
stop him with his telekinesis power. Then, he made a crack at Gisaku's neck but yet to all of it. Gisaku quickly uses his tail to slap at face of Gorkan and Gorka accidentally
release the piece of nature from his hand and Gisaku swallow it.
"NATURE!" shouted The Girls, Donnie and Linceto as the body of Gisaku is grow bigger. Gorkan releases the beam to hit at Gisaku but that don't do any harm to him.
After get attacked, now Gisaku uses his laser claws and slash at Gorkan's stomach. Like two rounds before, he uses the piece to heal him. Again, Gorkan releases the beam
to Gisaku, but this time, it's more powerful. But like the other one before, it can't hurt Gisaku either. Gisaku's stomp his left foot on the ground and send the beam
to hit at Gorkan. Again, Gorkan had release the piece from his hand and it's also the last piece that he had. Gisaku quickly jump up and swallow it.
"INTELLIGENCE!" shouted The Girls, Donnie and Linceto.
Once again, body of Gisaku is growing bigger and become more powerful. Now Gorkan is very upset from the loss of all pieces. He's use his power to crack the ground,
turn them into rocks and spread them in the air and cover all over Gisaku with them, buried him alive.
"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" laughed Gorkan and as he is laughing the ground start to shaking and Gisaku explode out from the rocks ad eyed at Gorkan.
And then, he's shoot a beam out from his mouth to Gorkan but he's grab it in time. Then, Gisaku releases an energy ball out and hit at him. The energy bll hit at Gorkan
and explode. Gorkan is float into the air, high into the sky and go through the door back to the Dimension X where is he belong.
"Oh yeah! We did it!" said Rainbow Dash.
"After the invasion is over, I will close the door. Now on, I have to protect it," said Gisaku.
"WOW! He can speak!" said Applejack.
"This is so unbelievable! That I will heard such a word from a feline that are not evil monster," said Rarity.
"I heard about the conversation about your little sisters. As a price, I will return them to you," said Gisaku and his eyes glow more yellow
and then three lights are come out from the door and go straight to Applejack, Rarity and Rainbow Dash. Each lights quickly form into body of Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo.
"APPLE BLOOM!" said Applejack.
"SWEETIE BELLE! I MISS YOU SO MUCH!" shouted Rarity.
"No worry, Scoot, I'm here for you," said Rainbow Dash and all three of them are open their eyes and quickly hug their older ones and said to them they are really miss and love them so much.
"What about you two?" asked Gisaku.
"We have nothing to wish for," said Linceto.
"Master Splinter and Shredder are be just fine by now," said Donnie.
"Then now you all have nothing to worry. The Key of Izanagi is in me. For now on I... will look after it," said Gisaku.
"Thanks... Gisaku," said Donnie.
"BOOM!"
The Kraang Stealth Ship is shooting laser to them. The girls quickly carry their little ones to hide while Donnie and Linceto is jump on it and trying to break inside.
At the Technodrome, a big gate is open. And then, the Ultimate Kraang Droid is jump down from it and show the being that inside its chest; Kraang Prime.
"The Kraang forming of this planet... is about to begin! AHAHAHAHAAA!" laughed Kraang Prime.
