                         Chapter 1

Chapter 1
Rarity sat in her home looking at her photo album.  She felt satisfied with her life. But she couldn't help but feel like something was wrong.  Rarity thought about what had happened over the last  few months.  Fancy Pants  and her were trying to start a life together. But after the miscarriage he left her.  Rarity was so disappointed.  She lost her daughter and her boyfriend.  All of her friends had husbands and children. Even Pinkie! but Rarity had no pony except her friends and sweetie bell. Rarity felt lost. Her heart was broken. She had a spa appointment with her friends friends tomorrow but she no longer felt like going. Rarity cried out " Fancy pants!" She sobbed. " I'm sorry I lost our foal!" She cried all night. Rarity decided to pull herself together the next morning.  She did not want her friends to see her like this. Rarity pulled on her saddlebag and left for the spa.  All morning rarity felt as though she were hiding behind a happy mask. Eventually Applejack realized that something was wrong. After their spa appointment applejack acted like she was headed to sweet apple acres. But when everyone was out of sight she turned and headed for carousel boutique. When applejack arrived rarity was again crying. Applejack could hear her. But this was not rarity's regular dramatic cry. This was serious.

                         Chapter 2

Chapter 2
When Applejack knocked on the door there was no answer. So she walked in. She found rarity lying on the ground next to a picture of fancy pants and a picture of the unborn foal that had been lost. Rarity was intelligibly mumbling and crying on the floor.  Applejack went to pick rarity up off the floor but rarity began to scream. "NO!!! DON'T TOUCH ME!!! YOU WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO SEE ME LIKE THIS!!!" "Sugar cube please listen to me!!!" Applejack said. "NO!!!" rarity cried "YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND!!!"  " Sugar what can I do to help?!?" Applejack helplessly cried. "LEAVE!!!" rarity screamed. So applejack hugged rarity and bolted out the door. Rarity decided that it was time. Time for a new start. New friends. A new life.

                         Chapter 3

Chapter 3
Rarity packed her bags with about all of her clothes and fabrics in carousel boutique. She then sat down and wrote the following letter.
To all customers of carousel boutique, friends, and family of Rarity,
I regret to inform you that carousel boutique is closing do to my leaving ponyville. I cannot bear making my customers, friends, and family distressed by my being depressed. Carousel boutique is going to be closed forever. Because I am never coming back. Sweetie bell I have shipped all of your things to mom and dad. They will be at fluttershy's cottage to pick you up in the morning.  Fluttershy please watch sweetie bell until tomorrow morning. Thank you to all of my friends and family for loving and supporting me all these years. I am sorry for any inconvenience.  I love you all. Goodbye darlings.
