The republic is lead by none other than Sebastian Monroe, President and General of the Monroe Militia who wishes nothing more than to bulldoze all of North America in the name of a brighter future. Celestia has watched these actions from afar, and even had a hand in the blackout herself. Chaos ensues when these two tyrants meet.
