She responded to the purple Alicorn. "Alright, stand back." The animals surrounding Fluttershy backed away along with her. Twilight flared up her horn and took a deep breath. "Here goes." she whispered. She re read the spell over again as she continued the process of the magic. "Just a little more.." A white light appeared in front of twilight and slowly got brighter. Fluttershy wasn't taking any chances and ducked behind a tree. The blinding white light slowly floated to the ground and landed there, by now Twilight had a small headache. "Come on!" She said through her teeth. The light shook and somehow exploded. It blew Twilight back a few feet as she yelped. "Twilight!" Yelled Fluttershy. Twilight was knocked out by the blast for a minute. She woke up to the sound of Fluttershy screaming her name. Along with a few others. She slowly sat up and rubbed her head. "Ouch.." A pink pony quickly bounced in front of her. "Twilight you okay!?" A Cyan, rainbow maned Pegasus flew above her. "Don't do stupid stuff like that! You can hurt yourself!" She got up and stumbled back to the ground. "Twilight!" They yelled. "I'm okay, I'm okay.. just a headache." She stood back up and sighed. Fluttershy walked over to Twilight and frowned. "The spell didn't work but I'm just glad you're okay." Twilight smiled. "Thanks Fluttershy." A crash was heard, it sounded like someone was breaking the sound barrier. "What was that?" Asked a white unicorn. (That's racist..) "I dunno.." a country pony replied. They all looked up to the sky to see a white light falling at a blazing speed. About as fast as rainbow Dash. "W-what's t-that!?" Pinkie Pie asked. "I, have no idea.." Twilight answered, completely stunned. It was heading toward the Everfree Forest. It fell into the forest with a ground shaking thud. "Lets go!" Twilight said running to the forest. "Right!" everyone followed. (Inside the forest) "Come on! It's close!" Twilight yelled to the gang behind her. "How are.. you so.. sure.. its close?" Rainbow Dash said in between breaths. "Because, the skid marks are here." Everyone came to a complete stop. "So you're telling me.. that the skid marks are here and we've been searching everywhere for the past twenty minutes!?" Twilight nodded. "Yes, now come on slowpokes!" She ran down the path the marks went. "Wait up!" everyone followed behind. Twilight came to a complete stop as the other five bumped into her. "Jeez Twilight, tell us when your going to stop like that.." Twilight didn't respond. "Twilight? Hello, Earth to Twilight?" Rainbow waved a hoof in front of her. She saw Twilight was staring at something. She looked over to what she was staring at. She let out a yelp. "Ahh, what is that thing!?" The others looked over Twilight to see a small creature laying unconscious. The creature had short grey hair, pale peach colored skin, dark grey clothing, a collar around her neck, two ears, and a fluffy grey tail that had white at the very end. She was adorable. "W-what is it?" Twilight walked closer. "I-i have no idea." Fluttershy inched closer. She saw it had scratches and blood dripping from some. She gasped. "Quick get it to my house it's hurt!" Twilight nodded and lifted it with her magic. She was really light. She wasn't sure thought. It looked harmless but why did she have a feeling it was harmful... Chapter 2The "Thing's" P.O.V. "My head hurts.. was i attacked? Where am I? Is this a couch? What happened? Where's Mom... Mom.. Mom.." "Will she be okay?" "I'm not sure, she's been out for about a day.." "I hope shes not dead." "She's not, she has a pulse." "How are you so sure its a she?" It went silent for a second. "Gross.." 'I feel violated..' My ear twitches. 'What was that?' Something hit my head. I hold my head and sit up. "Ow!" I yelp. 'Bandage? How badly was I hurt?' "Angel Bunny! You know she is hurt! Why would you do that!?" Tears run down my face. Not because I'm a wimp, i have a really bad headache. I close my eyes shut, hands still on my head. "Oh, my, did he hurt you that bad?" I shake my head no. "I have a bad headache.." I manage to say. "O-Oh um, hold on I'll be right back." I heard something.. fly.. away? I manage to open my eyes and see five.. ponies.. standing a few feet away. They avoid eye contact. 'Strange.. ow!' I wince in pain. Something comes flying back lands in front of me. "Here take this, it should help." I open my eyes again and see another pony, with panic on her face, handing me some pills. I take the pills and swallow them. Soon after my head feels a bit better. "Feeling better?" I nod. "Angel, go to your room.. never know if you caused this!" She scolded the bunny. He jumped off the couch and hopped up the stairs. "Thanks." I said and looked at the yellow Pegasus. I lean my arm on the arm of the couch and put my hand to my cheek. The quietness was getting uncomfortable. Another Pegasus decided to fly up to me and speak. "So, why are you here?" I thought for a second. "I-i'm not sure. I remember passing out during.. during.." I sigh and put my head on the arm of the couch. "During.. what?" I don't want to say. "Battle..." They gasped. The Pegasus backs away a bit. "I-i.. i.." I put my face into the couch and cry. A purple pony that seemed to have a horn and wings walks up. "What happened?" I sit up and wipe a tear. "I'll start from the beginning." The Battle "Mom!" A few humans pounced on her. "GO RUN!" I nod and run. Tears stream down my face. "Mom..." I trip and fall into a thorn bush. I get back up and take a thorn out of my skin. "There she is!" "Ready your gun!" I spin around to see two humans, one pointing a gun at me. I run deeper into the forest. "SHOOT!" I was too far away to hear what he said. Something tells me he said shoot. I feel a sharp burning pain where my heart is. I fall to the ground and cough as i try to breath. I black out for a bit. 'How am i still alive' I stumble to get up. I look around to see no one is around. I stand on my feet and remember Mom. "Mom.." I try to shout. My throat burns. I head back to camp to see if there's any survivors. I made it back to camp. No one. There was a fire in the middle and a lot of dead people. "No.." I look around. "No.." I find my Mom lying on the ground. I run to her. I fell on top of her. "Mom!" She opened her eyes. Tears run down my face. She was shot in the head. "S-sur.. survive..." She put her hand to my face. I held her hand, as she wiped a tear away. "Mom.." She looked up into the trees. "P-promise... m-me... you will." I nod. "I-i promise Mommy.." She looks back to me. "That's.. my.. little wolf..." I felt her slip away. Her hand fell onto her stomach. "Mom..? Please.. no.." I began to cry. I heard a clicking sound somewhere. My ears perked up. "Shoot.." My head hurt as everything went black. Chapter 3 I put my head onto the arm of the couch, trying not to cry, I've cried enough that pain won't hurt me anymore. "You poor thing." Someone breaks the silence. I look up and see the yellow pony, tears streaming down her face, holding her chest, and looking straight at me. "You will be staying with me tonight.. is that alright, Twilight?" The purple pony looks unsure. "Well, uum, I'm not sure if she is dangerous or not Fluttershy, but if you really want too... just first I want to ask a few questions." Fluttershy nodded. Twilight walked up to me and took out a notepad and quill. "These will be easy questions but if their to hard or personal you don't have to answer them." I nod and she begun. "Where are you from?" I thought for a minute. "I lived in a forest somewhere in North Carolina, not sure where because I forgot." Twilight wrote some stuff down. "How old are you?" I never really knew how to calculate the wolf age but I know my human age. "Umm, I'm 6 in human age, but not sure about wolf age, maybe somewhere in the 20's" she got a strange look from the others as Twilight jotted more stuff down. "What do you eat?" She thought about this for a minute. Should she really tell a herbivore that she is a carnivore? Oh well. "Mostly meat." Another glance, Twilight was still writing and Fluttershy seemed interested to hear. "Any specific kind?" She liked smaller things. "Um, birds and fish." More writing. This went on for about another hour as the sun began to set. Twilight set the notepad down and smiled. "Thank you." Twilight then remembered something she forgot to ask. "Oh! I forgot, what is your name?" I looked at her for a moment. What was my name. "Uu.." My mom used to call me something but what was it? "Do you have a name?" Fluttershy asked. I nodded. "I can't remember." Twilight looked a bit upset. "Thats okay. When you think of it, be sure to tell me." I nodded and yawned. "Twilight, I'm heading home. It's getting late." A rainbow haired Pegasus said. A few "agreed" and "sounds good" were heard as the four walked out of the door. I had a feeling they didn't like me. "Well it's nice to meet you. I'm glad I got these answers. If you don't mind, I need to get going." She turned around and bounced to the door with a happy smile on her face. "I have stuff to write to Princess Celestia! Eee!!" She hopped out the door and it shut behind her." "Now where are we going to let you sleep?" I looked down at the couch. "Here will be fine. It's really soft." Fluttershy looked at the couch. "You sure? I can put you somewhere else." I shook my head. "No I'm good. I don't mind." Fluttershy smiled. "Okay then. Do you want a blanket?" I nodded. "Yes please." She flew upstairs to grab one. Fluttershy came back with a blanket in her mouth and handed it to me. "Thank you." Fluttershy smiled and headed upstairs again. "Good night!" She said from the top of the stairs. "Night!" I yelled. "So caring." She giggled and went to bed. I heard what she said and smiled. 'Caring, caring, care.. I know what my name is.' I laid down on the couch and closed my eyes. I felt a light on my face and opened my eyes. The moon lit the small town in a beautiful silver glow. I looked up to the moon and smiled not feeling completely tired anymore. I set my arms on the couch back and put my head on them. "My name is Kaigo." I whispered. ***** Luna sat in her room. She had got the letter about the new "human/wolf" staying at Fluttershy's house. Twilight stated that she didn't remember her name and should soon have it. She sat there thinking, when a whisper interrupted her thought. "My name is Kaigo." Luna looked out her window to the moon and smiled at this new voice. "Kaigo." She knew this meant something. She looked away and to look at her mirror. She smiled. "Care."
