Chapters Scootaloo meets the Rainbow Factory
Chapter One: Let the games begin
It’s Scootaloo’s birthday, the little filly is so excited because she thinks her idol, Rainbow Dash, will be at her party. She jumps around ponyville happily thinking but not really paying attention on where she is. She doesn’t care, she hops around and around like twilight when she got her cutie mark. She passes by sugar cube corner and of course, pinkie pie had to come out and bounce with her. They bounce and bounce together and then Scootaloo remembers. The party. She forgot to make one. The little filly has stopped bouncing and is then lost in thought. Pinkie pie, still bouncing around, looks at her and sings the happy birthday song she sang to pound cake and pumpkin cake when they were born and starts dancing frolicly then stops, noticing scootaloo’s problem.
“Oh, don’t worry scootaloo because good ol’ pinkie pie is here to turn you problems into cupcakes,” she says as she shivers and backs away. Then a cupcake falls out of nowhere giving scootaloo a slight giggle but is still lost in thought.
“Hey pinkie, you think there is a surprise party waiting for me somewhere?” asks the little filly with confused eyes. Pinkie Pie smiles and says,
“of course there would be one,” she continues bouncing and singing then Rainbow Dash walks towards them. She takes a look at Pinkie pie bouncing and singing and dancing, normal Pinkie Pie stuff. Then at scootaloo.
“Hey kid, I got something for you. It is your birthday and all. Follow me.” Pinkie pie follows Rainbow Dash and Scootaloo to Sweet apple acres and into a pitch-black barn. The door shuts and things are impossible to see. Then a small noise comes out, it’s Fluttershy! Scootaloo thinks in her head. She is scared and sort of amused by the surprise party that is about to happen. She waits and waits then a loud WHOOSH breaks the silence and scares the hell out of Flutter shy and Scootaloo. All of the mane 6 and the CMCs were there. They lit the candles of the cake and all sing Happy Birthday cheerfully. Scootaloo smiles widely and blows out the candles.
“Make a wish! Make a Wish!” they all yell. Scootaloo whispers her wish and opens her eyes. Rainbow Dash was listening and smiles at the wish. Rainbow Dash goes over to the punch bowl and whispers to herself.
“Hehe, I knew it. Scoots wants to learn how to fly with me as a teacher. Heh, maybe I can get her to pass flight school.” She pauses for a moment then remembers her night job. The Rainbow Factory. She continues to whisper. “If she fails flight school, I need to do my job myself. Heh, what am I saying. She’ll pass. She has me as a teacher. I’ll let her know about the class later in the party.” She pours a cup of punch and walks back over to the cake, taking a piece and sitting next to scootaloo. She whispers again, quietly so scootaloo can’t hear it. “She will make it.”
The party is over, the sun is going down. Someponies are still there chatting it up but not dancing. They talk and talk filling the barn with words and words. Then, Rainbow Dash stands up and walks into the center.
“Scootaloo? Where’s the birthday filly?” scootaloo walks out into the center with Rainbow Dash. “Ok, scootaloo, do you want your wish from earlier to be told to everypony?” scootaloo tilts her head into an “I don’t care” angle. “Ok, scootaloo, I will fulfill your wish. Do you want to learn how to fly with me as your teacher?” Scootaloo’s tired eyes shoot open and she nods very fast. She hugs Rainbow Dash as tight as she can.
“thankyouthankyouthankyou…” she goes on and on with thank yous. Then she lets go and says, “When can we start? Huh? I wanna get flying asap!” Rainbow dash giggles then replies.
“We will start tomorrow, this will be your birthday present from me.” The party goes on and on then at midnight, they all head home.
Scootaloo can’t sleep. She is just overwhelmed with excitement. She rustles around in her bed trying to calm down. Eventually she does and sleeps until noon. Still waking up before Rainbow Dash. Scootaloo slowly gets out of bed and brushes her teeth. She eats breakfast of just some carrots and watching the other ponies running around outside her window. She then finishes her carrots and heads out side. She finds Applebloom and Sweetie Belle.
“Hey girls. What’s the CMCs doing today?” asks scootaloo, still tired.
“Oh, we are gunna watch you an’ Rainbow fly aroun’ for a bit. You know, just relaxin” replies Applebloom. Scootaloo nods and flicks her head to tell her friends to follow her. They look and look until they see a rainbowed tail hanging from a cloud. Scootaloo thought of a prank and they were looking. She grabs a bar of soap, wets it so it gets foamy, the throws it at Rainbow’s cloud, going through it and hitting her in the back. It pokes a hole in it. Rainbow Dash falls through the hole and starts falling down to the ground. She quickly flips around and lands on her hooves. She has a face full of scare and a bed head. She shakes her head to reality and looks at the CMCs all trying to hold in their laughs. Rainbow rolls her eyes and finally speaks up.
“Ok girls, yeah you got me. But you better be able to give it your all kid if you wanna survive a fall like that. Now, lets head over to sweet apple acres and see where you are at with flying so far.” They all walk to the farm and talk about some recent stories then finally they reach the farm. “Ok kid, lets head to the open field next to your clubhouse.” They all yell in agreement and start running to the clubhouse.
“Hehe, you got mah’ girl all wild up now didn’t ya? Hehe, take it easy on the filly. We aren’t making a hurricane again.” Says Applejack, walking out of the barn from cleaning up. Rainbow Dash nods and flies to catch up thinking to herself what she’d have to do if she failed the flying test. She pushes it out of her mind and keeps flying.

Chapter Two: Start the learning
They reach the field and instantly Scootaloo is jumping around waiting for Rainbow Dash. She reaches the field and starts the first lesson.
“Ok kid, first thing’s first, we need to know if you know the proper flying sequence. Go, first to last.” Scootaloo thinks for a second then smiles.
“Get your wings out and ready, push of with your back legs, use your front legs to get speed, flap your wings faster and then you should have flight.” Rainbow Dash looks surprised and smiles.
“Ok, now landing, go”
“lean backwards so your wings are pushing the air in front of you, then slowly reduce wing speed and power, then fall with all four hooves hitting the ground at the same time, bend your knees to reduce impact force.” Rainbow dash smiles in relief. She won’t have to go to the rainbow factory, she has this stuff down.
“Ok, now we know the sequence. Now lets see you do it.” Scootaloo backs up a bit, bends her knees slightly, then softly jumps and then flaps her wings just like she said. All she can do is drag her hooves on the ground, no height at all. She drags around her hooves and comes to a stop in front of Rainbow Dash. “Uhh… it could use some work. Ok, watch me.” Rainbow dash does step by step, slowly and making sure Scootaloo understands each step. She seemed to not do them right. Rainbow Dash then drops down to let Scootaloo try again. Same thing as last time.
“Hm… seems like she is dragging herself down, Rainbow Dash!” calls out Sweetie Belle from the clubhouse. “she seems to be dragging herself down!” Rainbow looks back and asks Scootaloo to try it again. Again, dragging her hooves down, Rainbow Dash notices her legs are straight. She signals her to “drag” back. When she does, Rainbow Dash explains what she is doing wrong.
“You just need to bend your knees. Like this…” Rainbow crouches down to show Scootaloo how she should bend her knees.
“Hm… maybe that is the reason. Let me try it.” She gets ready, wings out and everything. She follows the steps, flaps her wings and bends her knees. Lift off. She flies away and with her eyes shut she is screaming in fear and self pride. Finally, she opens them. She sees Rainbow Dash flying next to her and flying over the farm. Applejack looks out the barn window and gives a cheer, tossing her hat up like after a hat trick in hockey. They fly and fly until they reach ponyville’s town center. They slowly fall down doing the steps slowly, but scootaloo falls on her face. She gets up, flies up 20 ft. then does the steps again. She lands it… on her face again. She does it a few times then finally gets it right.
“WHOO! You got it! This deserves a celebration!” yells Pinkie pie out of nowhere, scaring the crap out of Rainbow Dash and Scrotal. They all laugh and head over to sugar cube corner for so cake.
Its late, the two pegasi fly home and enjoy some sleep. Rainbow dash can’t sleep. She is thinking about the Rainbow Factory.
“Will she pass? Will she fail? What if she is on the borderline?” Rainbow Dash whispers to herself. “Who am I kidding, I’m the teacher, she will pass just fine, juuust fine” she whispers and whispers to where if you saw this, you’d think she just got done killing somepony. Finally she falls asleep and wakes up to scootaloo poking at her in her cloud.
“HEY! WAKE UUUUP! Hehe, there we go. We need to get to tricks and flips ASAP!” yells scootaloo in Rainbow Dash’s face.
“Yeah yeah, keep your hooves on. Let me just…” she pauses, yawns and stretches, then grabs scootaloo’s leg, causing her to become startled and stop flying. She starts to fall but Rainbow Dash is holding her, then she falls off the cloud. She starts flapping her wings and stops her from hitting the ground. Only her muzzle just brushes the ground. Rainbow Dash puts her on the ground and Scootaloo stops to catch her breath.
“DON’T DO THAT!” yells scootaloo.
“Second lesson, don’t stop flying when you are that high up.” Rainbow smiles and helps her up. They both walk to the farm and find the other fillies of the cmcs sitting in the clubhouse waiting for them pegasi.
“Ok, now what if we took this piece here and… oh hey they’re back,” says sweetie belle. Applebloom and her are doing a puzzle while waiting. The two pegasi keep walking and then they see Applejack, asleep under the clubhouse.
“Uh, aj? What are you doing out here?” ask rainbow dash “uh…. APPLEJACK!”
“Huff uh mmph wha? Oh… howdy Rainbow. I decided to watch y’all do yer thing out here and I sorta fell asleep will waitin’” says Applejack, hardly awake. Rainbow Dash rolls her eyes and flicks her head for Scootaloo to warm up.
“Look at her go. Wow, she is going the nail the flying test. I can’t wait, she flies out of the school, there’s me, she tells me the good news and we fly together. It’ll be like Stallion and colt… only mare and filly. Hehe” says Rainbow Dash, day dreaming.
“Hey rainbow, tell me. Whut’s it like to have an apprentice? You know, teachin’ all your great skills an’ all.” Ask Applejack
“well its like being Celestia for a bit. You are in charge and what not but you have LOTS of responsibilities.” Replies Rainbow Dash, getting back up to start the newest lesson. “I’ll chat later, I have a filly to teach.” She walks into the field and up to Scootaloo.
“Hey Rainbow, I was wondering, when will I get into the flying test? You know to get my clousdale license.” Rainbow thinks for a moment, then flies of instantly then comes back with a poster.
“Ok, so if you want to join in on the test, you need these skills. Loops, speed, handling and endurance. Once you have all of those easily, then we can talk. First up, loops.” Scootaloo rolls her eyes then gets flying. “Thank you poster, you just saved my…”
“Like this?!?” yells Scootaloo doing a double back flip easily.
“Yeah! Now you are getting it! Keep practicing!” she calls out and walks toward her. “Maybe I won’t have to take you into the factory.” She whispers to herself
Scootaloo meets the Rainbow Factory
It’s been a few months since Rainbow and Scootaloo started working together. About 3 times a week scootaloo would ask to join. Now, Rainbow Dash finally said ok. The test was in a few days. They signed her up and reviewed the sequence for flying, the questions on the written test, everything. They practiced everything one last time. Then, the day came. The test was today. They flew to clousdale and walked in and identified who they were, what test they were doing and then they were in. Rainbow Dash took a seat. A filly that just took the test walks out.
“I wouldn’t sit there and wait. It takes all day,” they say as they leave. Rainbow Dash took her test a few years ago. They must have extended the time after she was done. She told the mare over the counter that when Scootaloo comes out, she should go to the clubhouse’s field, and then walked out.
It’s the end of the testing time; Scootaloo is going to the clubhouse to meet up with Rainbow Dash. She gets there and opens the door.
“So, let me see the card! I wanna see how it came out.” Rainbow looks at Scootaloo excited, but scootaloo didn’t.
“I didn’t get one. I was told to go to the factory. What does that mean?” Rainbow’s heart sank, her stomach turned. Her eye twitched and she slightly smiles
“it… it means…. You failed. When you fail you go to the Rainbow Factory. You get turned into… rainbows and…. You are going there… to night… I’m working there tonight… as the killer.” Rainbow Dash stands up and leans towards her. “I TAUGHT YOU EVERYTHING I COULD! ALL THE BASICS! HOW… HOW CAN YOU FAIL?!?” Rainbow Dash yells, scaring away the birds around her. “I need to take a walk. Say good bye to everypony, cause it’s the last thing you will ever say” Rainbow Dash walks out of the clubhouse furious. Scootaloo flies to her friends and even her enemies and says her goodbyes and eventually walks to diamond tiara’s house.
“Hello? Is Diamond home?” her dad opens the door to a purplish filly.
“Oh, if it isn’t one of the blank flank? Why are you dragging yourself to my doorstep?” Scootaloo curses at nothing and flies a few feet up then drops down a little bit to talk.
“I failed the flying test, I’m being sent to the Rainbow Factory where I will be cut up then mashed into a rainbow. So I’m just saying my goodbyes and…” she slaps diamond across the face then flies away. She flies until she reaches the Rainbow Factory in clousdale.
“Hello, name please?” says a corny Pegasus standing at the gate of the Rainbow Factory.
“Scootaloo…”
“Ah yes, right this way, follow the path and you will be living in rainbows and sunshine in no time.” He smiles and opens the gate.
“Thanks for brightening my spirit… jackass…” she flies over to the door and opens it. Inside is Rainbow Dash playing music as she is cutting open a filly and takes out any good organs. She looks over and turns up the music. She is playing dubstep through her headphones loud enough for scootaloo to understand its Rainbow Nukestep by the living tombstone. She jams out and cuts more, then hits a button and sends the dead body of to a smasher.
“NEXT!” yells Rainbow Dash as another Pegasus takes a Pegasus colt up to rainbow dash. She straps him in and whispers something in his ear, kisses his forehead then slices open his stomach. Scootaloo almost throws up from the blood falling out and intestines hanging out. She looks away and tries to open the doors again, locked. She flies up to a window that seemed to over watch the job. She knocks on the window and points to a screen window. The pegasi that is standing there walks over to the window and with a scratchy voice yells
“what do you want?” he looks out the window and then at scootaloo.
“Hey yeah, would it be possible to get my license from like… working here?”
“No” he opens the window and kicks her down back to the platform. She lands with a thump that is heard by Rainbow Dash, blaring music and cutting stomachs. She looks and hurries up with the colt in front of her. She tosses the body in a smasher and yells,
“Bring up the pink manned one, she seems she can’t wait any longer. She is special. I need a replacement on my post.” And orange-coated Pegasus walks up and says,
“I got her Rainbow, you take this one and I got this post.” They both nod and Rainbow runs down some stairs with Scootaloo tied up on her back.
Rainbow Dash walks into a small room not much bigger than a janitor’s closet and sets scootaloo down. She unties her then ties her to a chair. She punches Scootaloo a few times then stops.
“I taught you everything you needed, how could you fail?” she kicks scootaloo in the stomach making her throw up on her leg. “You had it all down, I got you to now, you wouldn’t have gotten up here if it weren’t for me, I give you the one thing YOU wanted, and you can’t even do it. I wanted to help you; I wanted YOU to be like my filly. You don’t have any parents and neither do I; you could have had a parent. ME. I didn’t have a choice. After princess celestia took me away from my dad and brought me here, I was living alone. For 15 years we were together, when I left, Celestia left a photo album for him, I was left alone, brought back to this shit hole!” she has a tear in her eye as she punches again and again. She stops then pulls out a knife. “Any last words worthless filly?” Scootaloo in catching her breath and looks up at the the blood covered mare in front of her.
“Yes,” she says softly, rainbow looked confused, then remembers what she said on the 3rd night of training. “You said you wanted me as a family member. You even said it a few seconds ago. I will be yours. Your slave, your pet, your daughter I DON’T CARE! If it makes you happy, I will do it.” Rainbow’s eyes filled up in tears. She sits there for a sec then throws the knife into the wall.
“I can get you out of here. You need to stay in my bag though” she runs of up the stairs and comes back with a bag, she tosses it over her back and turns around. Scootaloo knaws through the flimsy rope she was tied in and jumps into the bag. Rainbow walks up the stairs and all scootaloo could her was the loud clanging noises made by the crusher.
“Hey rainbow, you heading out?”
“Yeah, my friend wanted me to go to dinner with him. I guess you can call it a date.”
“If you have a colt, name him after me! Hehe” Rainbow then walks out a door and then out the area and taps the bag to signal her to get out.
“Ok, we should be clear now. C’mon” they fly down to ponyville again and go to sugar cube corner for something to eat. “We’ll talk over dinner”

sorry if there were stuff that were taken up by other words. i typed this out on microsoft word first. i used the spelling and grammar thing but it was laggy and i would click on the would i wanted or it would change to the word i didn't want on its own so scrotal should be scootaloo, so if you find something like that, try to make it sound right in your head and change the word. if you like it thank you ^^ its my first story i really got into. i havn't read rainbow factory so i don't know if the stuff is right or not. i only got what i know from PMVs and stuff on facebook with the "evil rainbow dash" or "pikamena diane pie" things but what i know was pretty good.
Scootaloo meets the Rainbow Factory
The two pegasi got out, but they owed a Pegasus. They looked around for one. They flew to the testing area and asked to have another testing day tomorrow because they were low on pegasi to make rainbows. Finally they get to relax together again. Scootaloo and Rainbow Dash, now mare and filly, living in the clouds for a bit. Then she got letter. It was from twilight! She opens it and reads it.
“Oh no…. the princess knows what we are doing… listen. I’m going to twilight real quick to send a letter. First things first. You didn’t fail, you were dragged out by me because you weren’t ready” they nod and Rainbow Dash flies down to ponyville and into the library.
“Hey Rainbow, here for the new Daring do book? “Daring do and the majestic goo” is the new one. The cover looks interesting.” Says spike pulling out the book.
“Ew… no, I’m her for twilight.” The purple mare walks down the stairs slowly and is looking quite mad.
“Spike, leave for a moment.” Spike leaves as commanded, “now, tell me why you just so happen you bring Scootaloo into the Rainbow factory. Why did she sign up in the first place? She is too young to…” Rainbow shoves her hoof into Twilight’s mouth shutting her up.
“First off, I’m the reason she got out of the Rainbow Factory, and secondly I didn’t sign her up, she did on her own.”
“Um, yeah no. Bull.” She spawns a paper from the testing building that had scootaloo’s signature and rainbow’s both right there. “Now, say the truth”
“uhh, ahh… III…. Um.” She kicks Twilight in the neck knocking her out for a while. When she woke up, she woke in a basement. Simple basement, musty smelling, cold, dark. Rainbow then walked up to her with a cup of something. A manual spell mixed up by Rainbow Dash herself. She walks over to twilight, drugs her to knock her out again. She pours the spell down her throat. Her horn lights up then a bright flash comes from her eyes. She wakes up unaware of what happened in the last week. But she woke up in her bed with the moon up. She was confused, but didn’t care. Rainbow dash had sent a letter to the princess with her signature a lot neater than she did with the sign up sheet. The princess then writes back that she believes that she did it on her own. Rainbow is now back in the cloud sitting next to Scootaloo laying low for a few days. Rainbow then quits her job at the Rainbow factory and was replaced by scootaloo. They thought she wasn’t old enough but she cut the stomachs cleaner than anypony. She visited the Rainbow Factory once, hated it, now she is friends with it and has Rainbow Dash as a parent.
“Best few weeks, EVER! The end.”
“Whoa whoa whoa, what the hell kind of story was that?”
“Shut up Silverspoon before I put YOU in the Rainbow Factory like I did with Diamond,”
