Inside a pelican the Sargent was wakening up. He yawned loudly stretching is dark brown legs out. Then he slowly flipped the dark green blanket off him. Slowly he turned and sat up in the bed and proceeded to look around the inside of the pelican. Their was not much in here just 5 earth pony marines sleeping, 10 assault rifles, and a shotgun which was his. "God damn," he reached his hooves up and popped his neck make a loud crack."That was a damn good nap..." he stomped his legs down and got up. "Aw.......I love the smell of gunpowder and motor oil in the morning!" he stood about 5 foot 10. He walked up to the green metal door of the pelican that led to the cockpit. He look at it shook his head and pressed a green button that open the door. Greeted with one of the pilots turn their head at him. "Uh..where are we and how much longer to the U.S.N.C Dignity?" he said with a curious tone. The pilot looked to the other pilot they were both wearing full flight suits with the yellow helmets they both nodded at once. The one that looked at him first turned to him and said.
"Sir were in the holly sector" the pilot nodded in approval. "We will be there in approximately 30 minutes sir..." the pilot turned back around. The pilot went back to what he was doing before the Sargent entered the cockpit.The Sargent thought for a second then spoke.
"Okay tell me when...were....10 minutes away please" he looked at the pilot plainly. The pilot simply nodded while he was still hitting buttons. "Okay thanks" the Sargent turned around and walked out of the cockpit closing the door behind him. Making a distinctive noise of metal hitting metal. The Sargent looked back at the five ponies. They were awake but not fully well not yet. He looked at them took breath and yelled "WAKE!!. THE!!. HELL!!. UP!!.". All the marines instantly stood at attention and saluted. One of them dropped a full cup of coffee it shattered into a hundred pieces.Coffee was going every where. The Sargent looked at the mess then looked at the pony responsible for it. His face full of rage "You" he said with a hiss. The pony looked at him fear in his eyes he opened his mouth and said.
"Sir sorry sir..." the Sargent just stared at him with a glare that would make a grown pony cry. He was shaking like crazy "I didn't mean it sir!" he stopped and took a deep breath.The Sargent walked up so he was in his face and whispered.
"Private i'm going to give you 10 seconds to pick this up" he then turn to the pony next to him. The ponies hat was inside out. The Sargent took a step towards him and flipped it off his head and said. "Pick it up and put it on right" the Sargent was fuming. Both ponies quickly did what they were told. He nodded and took a couple steps back and looked at them and said. "Now the real reason i came in here. I came in here to tell you that were close to the U.S.S Dignity. This space base is holding the spartan ponies i hope you are aware. So when we get there I want precise and formal, we're marines remember?" he paused and one of the marines stepped forward and asked.
"Sir permission to speak sir?" he was in perfect uniform standing strait. Best salute the Sargent has ever seen. The Sargent replied.
"Permission to speak granted." he added with a nod. The corporal spoke.
"Sir if the Spartans are just unfreezing and aren't in their armor or even used to it's extreme power then don't we need max security" he looked at the Sargent with a very strait.
"Very thought full of you Pussy maggot, you deserve a reward!" the Sargent said as he stared at the corporal. "Well to answer that award wining question yes...yes we do that's what the 4 U.S.N.C battle ships. We also have 44 ODST which is 4 teams if you don't know how to count. They are stationed on the Dignity, so yes corporal shit brains we'er fully aware of this. They will train in the Dignity for 2 to 3 weeks after that their stationed and go on missions!" the Sargent replied with a very un-amused tone. "Now please get the fuck ready you pussy maggots" he said this turned around and walked in to the pelican cockpit. The corporal stepped forward and turned to them.
'You herd the Sargent move your asses" he said in a higher pitch voice. All the ponies in there sighed and started getting properly dressed and cleaning they'er rifles. One of the private's stood up and looked at the corporal.
"Hey corporal kiss ass...you don't mind me calling you that right" he stared at the corporal as the dark blue turn to him. "I mean that's how you got corporal" the corporal was now glaring at him with anger in his eye's.
"Take it!" he stomped "BACK!" his eye's narrowed and he was gritting his teeth. The private looked at him amused. The private had to be at least 2 feet taller.
"Me...eh.....i'd rather not i mean i can't tell a lie now can I?" he said sarcastically the corporal lost it and jumped at him.
"I'll make you take that back!!!!" he swung a wild punch at the private. The private easily ducked in time and spun around lifting his leg landing a hard kick to the corporal's head.The corporal hit the floor but got up quick. While they weren't looking the Sargent opened the door to see the fight. Instead of stopping it he watched. "I swear if it takes my.....last breath i'll make you! TAKE IT back" he jumped at the private. The private simply ducked and spun around around to see the corporal hit the hard metal side of the pelican. "you bastard!!!" he said as he turned around. He had a huge bruise on his forehead and cheek there was also a gash on his shoulder. The private looked at him with an eyebrow raised and retorted.
"Wow you stubborn idiot you just don't know when to give up" he shook he's head and laughed. The corporal leaped at the private and and the private yet again dodged the hit. "You'r fucking stupid and pathetic" the private said with a snort. Finally the corporal spun around and delivered a hard blow to the privates jaw. The Sargent started laughing loud. As soon as the soldiers herd that all of them looked at him.
"haha oh eee eee ha ha" he shook his head and looked at the private. "See private fucktard as your sitting there holding your jaw. The private here is still ready to fight, see he has the heart of a true soldier when he fights he gives his all till he dies. See you fight tell your hurt then you give up he doesn't so he's more qualified" he looked at them serious again.
"i'll fight to my death" the private said frustrated. his face was full of anger and stood up and yelled at the Sargent. "You stupid old fuck!!" he stomped forward. The Sargent raised an eyebrow.
"Well then... we are going to be at the Dignity in 5" he said plainly. He then turned around "Oh and YOU CALL ME FUCKING OLD AND STUPID I'LL MAKE YOU PAY FOR EACH...FUCKING.....WORD!!!!!!!!" he turned around cleared his throat and walked back into the cockpit. All the ponies just stood there in fear after about 2 minutes they shook their heads out. They all grabbed their rifles' and stood ready to land. The pelican landed at the big lit up base it had other pelicans flying away and landing. The ponies felt the pelican hit the landing platform it made aloud cracking noise. Another noise was herd as the pelican cockpit door opened. "let's go we have a deadline we have 20 minutes to decryo freeze" he nodded to them giving the sign to move. They waled out of the pelican and where greeted by two ponies in the navy uniform one was red the other was purple. The red one stepped up.
"Sir you are to report to the cryo chambers the doctor and general will meet us there" he said with an added nod. He turned around and said "Follow me!" he started walking to a set of doors. "In here" he said as he turned around.
"Thank you.." he looked at the ponies name tag "Private Steller" the Sargent nodded to confirm what he just said. All the private did was smile but then a alarm went of and a voice sounded out of it.
"All medical ponies to hanger bay ten" the voice was mare a very worried one. "Heavy wounded" the loud click of the speaker turning off was all you could here. Then at least 20 medical ponies came roaring down the metal hall way. The Sargent looked at the hall way the medics came trotting from.
"well have Celestia bless them all" he sad with a some what concerned look. The Sargent turned back around "Well lets get this done" he walked toward the metal set of doors and hit a couple buttons on the keypad. It opened to a room at least 50 yards by 50 yards. he walked in "Well team come on in" all of his team including the red pony.
"Hieeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!" a loud high pitch voice came from the door the team just came through. They all turned to see a white female pony in a white lab coat. "Nice to see you came to see this magnificent creation complete!!" she was visibly shaking like crazy.
"Uh ma'am are...are you ok" the corporal said in concern and an eyebrow raised. She turned to him and turned her to the side still looking at him with a really creepy smile.
"Me imperectlyfinehowboutyouareyouokcusimok!!!!" the corporal stepped back in fear of the mad scientist.she then looked at the cryo chambers "Their almost reaaaadddddyyyy!" she said in a psychotic tone. She slowly walked up to spitfires chamber and started stroking the glass. The Sargent raised an eyebrow and looked at the door again to see the general standing there in strait posture strait face. He look like he had a stick up his ass. The Sargent quickly stood at attention and saluted.
"Attention officer on deck" all the ponies quickly turned and stood at attention. Well all except for the doctor she was still stroking the chamber. "General we all here" he droped the salute.
"Good" he looked at them. "Doctor!" she jumped and looked at him. "Can you show us the armor I mean we only have a 5 minutes before the wake" he raised an eyebrow.
"Oh yes I-I-I w-willll show you" she jumped and flew to a computer in the corner of the room. Aloud noise came from the wall next to the computer. It open to reveal 12 suits of pony Spartan armor each one a different color. Each suit had 2 weapons next to it. "These are the suits. there bullet proof, water proof, fire proof, capable of going in to space they have energy force fields. The can take a wraith plasma shot and those can take down a falcon." she smiled with pride.
"Damn who in the hell made these" the Sargent said star struck by the armor. The doctor giggled.
"My father Rivet" she smiled and punched her chest in pride. They all nodded in improve'll. Then caught all there attention.
"Not to ruin your moment, but the cambers have 1 minute tell decryo freeze" they all turned to the chambers they we lighting up. A quick flash of white blinded them. It went away they were just starring at the chambers. Then puff air came from each one all them opened. Each one had a pony step out.
"Luna fucking Christ" a yellow mare said. It was Spitfire "That was one heck of a sleep" she said as she stepped towards the ponies. She was at least 6 ft 6. She walked up to the general "nice to meet you sir" she stopped and saluted.
"Uh...uh I don't know what to say" he gulped and saluted her back.
"That's all you had to say sir" she looked at the Spartans'. "Sir where is the armor we need to get it on" she looked at the general seriously. "I also need to know what the hell is going on a run down if you would. Its are jobs as Spartans to serve and protect the pony raise" she stared strait into his eyes. He could see her burning soul he looked at them all they all had this.
"Well ok then" he looked at them seriously. "Okay we've met a raise of intelligent life in space the "covenant" there want to kill us all. That's it not for anything more just to kill. So we have 10 planets with pony life each one is called equestria just a add the number at the end. We have lost equestria 8 and 9 to them. 10 is almost lost they just retreated so we have no idea when or wear there next attack is going to be." he nodded at her. "Oh and your armor is right their" he pointed at the armor on the wall. Spitfire nodded.
"Well let's get it on!" she said in a somewhat excited. The doctor lost it and tackled one of the Spartans that just so happen to be rainbow dash. Well tackle isn't the best way to say it more like rammed into her side and pounced off.
"Oh my gosh you so so so so so so big" she put her hooves up to show how big. "How, why please please please tell me!!!" rainbow just shrugged. honestly rainbow really had no idea just that they had a punch of shots that made them stronger, bigger, faster, and well everything advanced. Spitfire looked at the doc.
"DOC!!!" the doc jumped strait up with a scared look. Spitfire looked psst "I said lets get the armor on we need to get used to its movement and power!" she had the most serious tone. The doctor hung her head and frowned.
"Allllright" the doctor sounded defeated. she walked to the computer again. "Each of you have a suit the number on your suit corresponds to the number on your flight cap your wearing" all the Spartans looked at there flight cap then they walked to their suit. The doctor hit a couple buttons and machines started to put their suits on them. After 4 minutes they were on them. They started stretching and doing exercise. The Sargent finally spoke up.
"Um can we at least know you names" the Sargent was annoyed that they didn't tell them yet. They stopped and looked at them. Spitfire was the first to speak up.
"Well my name is Spitfire i'm the head leader" she nodded in confirm. "I'm also a Brigadier grade 2" she smiled. The next pony was in a blue and dark grey armor.
"I'm Soarin Skies i'm squad 1" he said happily. "I'm rank Brigadier" he turned to the pony next that was in a yellow and white armor.
"Sup i'm Fleet foot i'm squad 1 rank Force Colonel" she said in a laid back tone. A pony walked up to her and smacked her in the back of the helmet. He was in white and blue armor.
"Respect Fleet, learn it" he jumped to attention. "I'm Wave chill Squad 1 rank Colonel grade 3, sir!" he then went back to push ups. The Sargent nodded at them. The next pony was in silver armor.
"I'm Silver lining" he had strait posture and a gruff voice. "I'm the leader of squad 3 i'm the rank of Brigadier" he turn to a pony in black and whit armor.
"i'm Bright Night squad 2" the pony said stretching his huge wings. "I'm a strike Commander" he said has he picked up the only sniper and looked down the scope. Two happy and giddy ponies jumped up one had black and ice blue armor and the other had green and yellow armor. They both spoke in unison.
"Echo and Potato squad 2, rank Field Major" they flew up and hit the ceiling and fell. The general looked at them.
"Well........they'er a little strange" he shook his head and looked over at the doctor who looked like she was going to explode. The next was in black armor with the rainbow on her helmet.
"Hi i'm Rainbow dash leader of squad 3" she looked at her squad then looked back. "i'm a Colonel grade 2" she smiled and went back to wing ups. The next pony to step up was in light blue and red armor.
"Hi..i'm i'm Black Flash squad 3" she said very lightly and very quietly. "Rank Commander grade 2" she smiled and looked away from every one. A little pony stepped forward.
"I'm Dexter" he was the smallest there even if he was a Spartan but he stood proud. "I'm squad 3 i'm rank Major grade 3" he stood their with his chest pumped out looking as big as he could. A shadow cast-ted over him this pony was HUGE he had to stand 9 foot tall. He walked up and spoke.
"Hello my names Calm Wind i'm squad 3" he said with a deep voice. "I'm rank field Major" He turned around and lifted a huge machine gun turret up and started lifting it. The Sargent and General nodded. The General clapped then all the ponies did tell the doors behind them opened. All ponies looked at who was entering 11 dark figures where in the door way.
