Thunder Kick, a pony who is from the mystic Isles of Celenia, somehow winds up in Ponyville. There he meets the local ponies, but runs away from them not knowing that they will be the ones to help him succeed. That is until Princess Luna visits him in his dreams and tells him to find somepony named Twilight Sparkle. After he finds Twilight, she introduces him to her friends. He says all he can remember is his mother's voice and something called the Shadow Stone, which causes everypony to wonder…Who is this pony and why is he here?
