Smiling Lyra walked through the streets of Ponyville it had been four and a half years since she left for the human world sighing she ran a hand through her shoulder length mane. Walking up to the Sugar Cube Corner's doors she breathed in the long missed scent of pastries that were baked in the shop pushing the doors open Lyra saw Pinkie behind the counter helping a guest with their order walking up to the counter she adjusted her white sundress the pony turned and left with a bag full of pastries. Ringing the bell Lyra smiled as she saw the pink mares reaction to her appearance before her "GAH Lyra you look so different so much more mature !"
"Mature when didn't I look mature ?"
"Hehehe you know what I mean silly you used to goof around and barely did any real research before the portal opened up and you-"
"I get it I get it but yeah when I went over to the human world and study there society and everything else they had........which led me to come back."
"Why would you need to come back ?"
"Well its to talk to my sister."
"Bon Bon what happened that you'd need to talk to her ?"
"Well I met someone and I'd like her to come and meet him and the mane six were invited to."
"Invited where ?"
"Hehehe I'll tell you and the girls later at Twilight's library now could I have a chocolate chip muffin ?"
"Okie dokie !" Pinkie said turning and putting her order in and talking about what the two have been up to for four and a half years Lyra told her about her travels and Pinkie talked about her time in Equestria and what had been going on.
(Three and a half hours later)
Walking through the door of the library Lyra held the door open for her sister and three year old nephew smiling she giggled at what she had just said about his first time with a sitter. Looking at the inside of the room she saw the mane six sitting around the table talking to each other smiling she coughed making all the mares look at her smiling and yelling her name they all ran up and hugged her greeting her with gusto asking her where she's been, how she's been doing and what she's been up to smiling Lyra raised her hands and said "Girls girls calm down i'll tell you all about it but first I have to ask would you like a small vacation ?"
"Vacation where could we go darling ?" Rarity asked sitting down at the couch looking to Lyra smiling she began to dig around in her bag while saying "Well I've been staying on a rather nice island that's owned by a very generous benefactor and when she learned I was heading home to see old friends and family she asked me to deliver a message to you six.'
"Why us ?" Rainbow asked cocking her head she was dressed in her usual work out clothes smiling Lyra shrugged her shoulders and said "Well she wants more famous people to visit the island and apparently since the opening of the portals only a total of 23 ponies have visited the island so she wants a group of famous ponies to visit so more would like to come.'
"REALLYWHATSONTHEISLANDTHATMAKESITSOSPECIAL!?" Pinkie said while hopping off the walls her bubbly personality present in her clothes with a bright yellow shirt and bright blue shorts chuckling Lyra said "Believe me if I told you you'd think I was nuts, but the women sent this video with me its asking you to come apparently they will be doing a few days of renovating the island so she has asked a handful of ponies and people to visit the park ahhh here it is......Twi do you have a DVD player ?"
"Yeah its right under the cabinet and you just have to turn the TV on." Twilight said walking over to the cabinet and opening it up to show the dvd player nodding she walked over while Twi turned the TV on Lyra turned the DVD player on and placed it inside for a second the screen was black then a women with short red hair that seemed to frame her face appeared "My my she sure dresses nicely.." Rarity muttered everypony shhhhed her smiling the women began to speak "Hell my name is Claire Hammond and I would like to personally invite you all to my island this coming weekend now I know what you all may be thinking 'The cost would be to much for us to go out to earth then travel to an island' so I will put to rest those thoughts to rest, me and the company will personally pay for the fares and your stay on the island will be free of charge and you may bring another pony with you if you wish now from the people of the island and the company we hope you can come out and visit us.............but if I may ask one favor and please promise me this you won't look me up it will help with the surprise all the more when you arrive now have a good day and if you have a business or any other problem you may worry about we'll cover half of what you may lose if its closed for a few days."
The video ended with the women getting up and leaving only to show a lush forest with trees and a manmade lake in the back ground turning the TV off Lyra looked to her friends and said "So what do you guys think ?" looking around the room the girls were each making a different face thinking it over sighing they all began to agree with a small break coming up they agreed "So you three gonna take your siblings ?"
"Yeah Scoots has been looking for something to do over the break and hasn't really found anything so I'll ask Uncle Storm and Aunt Aurora if she can visit with us.'
"Now Sweetie would simply love this so i'll defiantly bring her along if she wishes to go !"
"Yah me and Bloom don't have much do since caramel came tah visit and the crops have been doing good so ah guess we'll go !" Applejack said nodding her head her stentson moving slightly then asking "So how should we pack ?"
"Warmly the hotel your staying at also has a pool so also bring some suits and I think she may have a dinner to welcome you all the first day so bring something niceish for the first night but after that casual dress.' Lyra said thinking back to what Claire said sighing she also said "Shy I think out of everypony who's going you'll enjoy it almost as much as the kids and lets meet at the portal tomorrow then we'll leave for the island two days later."
(Two days later)
Lyra leaned back in her seat looking at the sea with waves forming small waves pelicans flew low to the water before diving and scooping a mouthful up before flying off with whatever it had caught. Turning Lyra saw the mane six lounging about on the deck while the crusaders ran around playing tag before stopping and running to the side of the ship to point at the dolphins leaping out of the sea smiling the three then turned and ran over to Lyra "So Ms. Heartstrings what's the island like that we're heading to ?" Sweetie Belle asked cocking her head.
"Well its very beautiful and quiet there's a lot to do on the island and a lot more to see."
"Really I mean its just a island !" Scootaloo said throwing her hands in the air while flaring her wings chuckling Lyra shook her head and said "I thought the same thing then well I spent a few days there and I see it as more than that."
"Wow sound interestin'." Applebloom said shaking her head turning she noticed a young boy looking at them turning Lyra smiled and called "Michael is that you ?" the boy stepped out he was a short boy who wore a yellow shirt with black stripes and grey cargo pants he had sandy blonde hair looking down he mumbled "Hi Ms. Heartstrings."
"Michael I told you that you can call me Lyra now come over here its been a year and a half you've grown how old are you now ?'
"Nine years old........ten tomorrow." Michael said adjusting his backpack as he walked up to Lyra smiling at him she ruffled his hair and said "Well me and your uncle will celebrate tomorrow is your sister here ?"
"Yes she is and its good to see you gain Lyra." a voice spoke up the five being looked up to see a young women with long flowing blonde hair she looked to be around eighteen to nineteen years old she wore a frilly bikini and a slightly transparent skirt smiling Lyra said "So your watching your brother for this trip ?"
"Yes and no I'm taking him on this trip and our Uncle Is paying the way." the women said crossing her arms sighing she looked to her side then said "It's good to see you Lyra who are you friends ?"
"Oh allow me to introduce you Mary." Lyra said and began to the two children over to her friends and began to introduce them to each other.
(On the island)
Walking up Lyra saw Claire standing with Jack straight next to the women Jack was slightly tanned and had deep black hair his face was scruffy with five o'clock shadow. He wore a blue colored shirt ,grey cargo pants, with brown work boots turning they saw Lyra and everybody else walking up to them smiling Claire walked forward to greet them "Hello and welcome to my island as you probably know i'm Claire Hammond and over here is Jack Owen our Game warden."
"U-u-um w-w-why would you need a game warden Ms. Hammond ?" Fluttershy asked the women smiling she simply turned and motioned for the group to follow her looking at each other curiously before shrugging picking up their bags they began to follow the man stepped forward and said "You all can leave your bags here someone will be here to pick it up for you."
"Really it looks as if no one is here !" Rarity said looking around the area seeing grey cobblestone and some benches with massive poles that a reached to the sky missing whatever was supposed to be hanging off them. Sighing the group still didn't believe till Lyra walked up to the man and gave him a quick kiss and said "You girls can trust him now lets get going I don't want to miss whatever Claire has cooked up !"
Looking at each other the group had many questions but listening to their friend they began to go in the direction they saw Claire walk off toward. Falling back a little Jack looked at his nephew and niece smiling he brought the two into a bone crushing while saying "Its good to see you two you ready to see the park we have a few new Dino's and you guys are gonna be the first to see them."
"Really uncle Jack !?" Michael exclaimed jumping up little causing his back pack to fall looking down Jack saw his nephew with the old bag that was slightly torn smiling he said "Yep and I have two cool presents for you now come on we have a show to catch and its new !"
"What is it Uncle Jack ?" Mary asked looking at her uncle smiling he simply turned and made the motion to follow him huffing she began to trail behind him seeing Lyra intertwine her hands with his.

The group were led to a massive arena situated next to a massive man made lake with deep blue water standing at the edge holding a blue umbrella Claire motioned for the guest to sit down as the group began to make there way to the seats they noticed a great white shark hanging above the water. Taking seats in the fifth row from the edge smiling Claire began to talk "22 years ago my grandfather John Hammond had a vision a vision that held a bright future for the young that wished to see something wonderous and amazing..........but sadly that vision was brought into fruition until ten years ago today in the year 2014 with his passing his dream was realized and with that he could pass with a smile on his face and now I welcome you to the park of his dreams JURASSIC WORLD !" she finished sweeping her hand behind her as a massive beast burst from under water to eat a shark splashing back into the water the group was soaked with the warm water while Claire only had her legs get wet.
"Hahaha I hope you all enjoyed the show we'll have someone guide you to the hotel so you can change for tonight..........except for you three you'll be staying in my cabin." Jack said pointing to Lyra, his nephew and niece standing up he began to walk away as his boots made a squelching sound growling Lyra said "I am so gonna make him regret this."
"THAT WAS AWESOME !!!!!" Michael exclaimed running to the edge to see the Mosasaurus lazily float away smiling he turned around and began to run after his uncle. Mary walked up next to Lyra and placed a hand on her shoulder "That was pretty awesome I wonder how many more dinosaurs they have added."
(Dining Hall)
Sitting at the table everyone was laughing and enjoying the night looking around Jack saw his nephew conversing with all the crusaders talking about what their world was like and explaining some things about the world. Sighing Jack wrapped an arm around Lyra and brought her in and gently kissed the top her head then took a sip of his whiskey smiling he wondered if Claire had anymore ponies come to the park he hoped not standing up he said "So lets all get ready for bed and tomorrow i'll give you all a tour of th-"
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN I CAN'T BUY ONE OF THOSE ANIMALS !!!!" Jack was interrupted turning he saw a small group of ponies with Claire one of them wearing a suit with a red rose he was a white unicorn stallion with golden blonde shoulder length hair. Turning Claire glared down at him something Jack feared that glare stopped a raptor in its tracks once no shit she stared it down and it stopped and ran "These animals aren't for sale Mr. Blood now i'm going to say this only one more time EITHER FOLLOW OUR RULES OR REGRET WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU."
"What could you possibly-" Blueblood began only to be cut off by Claire grabbing him by the collar and brought him to his eye level Blueblood tried to break free from her grip but couldn't snarling Claire said "I could break you Blueblood yes it would be bad but there are three things going for me ONE. YOUR ON EARTH, TWO YOUR ON MY ISLAND, AND THREE THIS ISLAND IS IN INTERNATIONAL WATER WHICH MEANS CERTAIN RULES DON'T APPLY TO US." by the end of the sentence Bluebloods face had turned white from sheer fear of what the woman would do to him.
Letting him go Claire straightened her for shirt a little then pointed to the door turning Blueblood stomped off followed by one of the other ponies sighing she turned and walked over to the table smiling sitting down she said "Sorry about that your so called 'prince' wanted to buy one of our dinosaurs."
"So you don't sell them ?" Twilight asked smiling Claire shook her head while chuckling sitting back she crossed her arms and said "Well we could but the cost of selling one would be around hmmmm...........lets see around half a billion dollars."
"HALF A BILLION !?!?" the man six yelled out in shock Jack, Lyra, Mary and Michael looked at them surprised by the outburst turning back to Claire they saw her smiling she then continued "Yes that would be the entire cost setting up the habitat, growing the dinosaur, transporting the dinosaur, and setting up the power source for the fence, and then you have the feeding cost, health cost, and the cost of power to keep the 10,000 volts for the fence going."
"So basically our prince would go bankrupt within the first month ?"
"Yes no matter which dino he chooses he would go broke Ms. Belle." Jack said sitting back in his seat and wrapping an arm around Lyra and continuing "Unless he plans to steal from you country but even he doesn't have the balls to do that from what I heard about you princesses."
"True but what if-"
"Sorry Ms. Belle but I think we should call it a night after all you all get to see the new dinosaurs AND see the park with less of a crowd." Claire said taking out a folder and beginning to look it over looking around she added "Have a goodnight I'm just gonna look over this new data of DNA we found could be new specimens but we're unsure."
"Sounds good."
(Midnight)
Blueblood looked around the park seeing no one smiling he began to 'sneak' through the park toward where he thought the cages were looking behind him he saw Gleaming Star behind him looking nervous. Gleaming looked up at his boss he hated his job a body guard who was ex-royal guard till he retired from the service to go private only to end of for this pompous asshole grunting he saw Blueblood stop "Blueblood what are you doing."
"Looking over the map that bitch thinks she is better than me but I will get a dinosaur as a pet !"
"Sir If I may maybe we should listen to her after seeing that thing kill that cow in one bite I feel we should-"
"That's why I'm going to steal a smaller species of dinosaur you moron," Blueblood hissed turning he began to walk in the direction of a small looking pen smiling he noted that it was on the smaller side compared to the rest ", lets see what this dinosaur is."
Teleporting to the other side Blueblood turned to his guard and motioned for him to stay in the area and began to go further 'For a stallion that can't lift a finger he sure is doing a lot for a stupid animal.' Gleaming thought turning around to keep a lookout. Blueblood looked around the pen seeing nothing until he looked to his right to see a animal that seemed to be standing close to his waist smiling he notice that it was tough looking but small. Turning he put up both his arms and thought 'This one looks good.'
The dinosaur was a deep rust orange with black stripes that seemed to flow side to side standing at its full height Blueblood deduced that it would be no trouble in capturing. Walking forward Blueblood tried to swipe at the animal only for it hope back while making a chirping sound before turning around and cocking its head to the side and hissing, growling Blueblood whispered "Dammit come here you bastard." he jumped at the animal again only for it to get out of his way causing Blueblood to fall into the mud.
Pushing himself up Blueblood looked at the mud and growled looking at the animal he began to stand up when he felt a sharp pain on his left leg looking back he saw one of the animals biting his leg about to scream he felt something land on his back pushing his face into the mud. Standing on his back the dinosaur bit the creatures ear tearing it off blood began to flow out of the wood the creature screamed into the mud from the pain eating the ear the dinosaur began to make a louder hissing sound, turning his head slightly Blueblood saw four more of the creatures pushing through the foliage trying to move the prince felt like his limbs wouldn't respond but the pain is unbearable screaming he felt the creatures tear into his back and starting to eat him while he was still alive.
Teleporting into the pen Gleaming Shield began to run to where the muffle screaming was coming from pushing a group of ferns out of the way Gleaming found his target well some of him he saw two Dinosaurs fighting over one of his arms and the rest were eating the rest of him. Covering his mouth Gleaming teleported out of the pen and puking up his meal when he saw a group of lights shine in his face.
(Next morning)
Walking through the park the mane six and crusaders saw a group of security guards escorting the stallion that had left with Blueblood last night they also had a black body bag with them. Looking forward the group saw Jack and Claire talking to Gold Dust the ambassador for Equis nodding the man left holding a folder walking past the mares he made his way over to the guards looking at the two Jack moved looked around anxiously and Claire shook her head walking up Twilight asked "What happened ?"
"You prince broke into the Troodon pen trying to steal one of the animals and they killed him." Jack said turning he ran his hand through his hair continuing "We have a lot of problems with idiots breaking into the pens but we can at least get them out."
"How can you be so calm !?!?" Applejack said pushing the man back a little standing up straight he looked her in the eye and said "If I didn't have a calm demeanor I couldn't do my job and you're idiot 'prince' is the one who broke into the pen and got himself killed so sorry if my fucks given is at an all time low."
"Jack a Troodon is missing." Claire said looking up from her phone and handing it to Jack to look at the video watching Gleaming teleport and a Troodon be teleported along with him then running off into the forest huffing Jack said "Alright I'll go and get the raptors and we'll hunt it down."
"Only grab two of them its just a Troodon." Claire said nodding Jack began to walk off in the opposite direction the group was facing turning back to them Claire smiled and said "I understand you're all worried but follow me and i'll show you the newest additions to the park along with some of our favorites."
"What are you gonna show us first ?" Scootaloo asked crossing her arms smiling Claire turned and began to walk away motioning the group to follow while saying "The king Scootaloo I'm going to show you the king."
