AppleJack then came over with a curious look on her face. "Hey, what's goin' on?" She asked. She saw Applebloom's flank and her jaw dropped. "Applebloom you finally got your cutie mark." She exclaimed. "I guess my talent doesn't invole apples." Applebloom said. AppleJack nodded. "Ahm proud of ya sis." She said as she walked back to the orchard. Sweetie Belle nodded too. "I'm goin back to the boutique." She said. Applebloom and Scootaloo nodded as Sweetie Belle walked away.

She yelled. They both turned their heads towards her. They saw a shape on Sweetie Belle's flank. They both gasped. Sweetie Belle walked up to them. "My beautiful singing got my cutie mark." She said. They both embraced Sweetie Belle. Applebloom and Sweetie Belle looked towards Scootaloo. She had a miserable look on her face. "Oh... Don't worry. I'm sure you'll get yours too." Applebloom said with a smile. "Yeah. Whatever." Scootaloo replied as she got on her scooter and sped away. Applebloom and Sweetie Belle looked at each other with worried faces. Scootaloo sped away from Sweet Apple Acres. She entered Ponyville, still looking miserable. Scootaloo looked up and saw a ramp in the middle of the road. How strange. Instantly, Scootaloo sped up and flew off of the ramp. She did an entire backflip combined with twist and landed lat on her wheels. Scootaloo smiled. "Sweet." She said. She turned around to see if anypony saw her trick. Instead, she saw a picture of a scooter on her flank. She had no time to react. She sped towards Sweet Apple Acres at full speed. She zoomed into Sweet Apple Acres and saw Applebloom and Sweetie Belle. She jumped off of her scooter and landed in front of them. She then showed them her flank. The 2 of them gasped. "That makes 3." Applebloom said. At that instant, all 3 of them yelled: "CUTIE MARK CRUSADERS ARE A SUCCESS!!!"

They didn't know if they left like Sweetie Belle or if they just commuted suicide. Ponies knew the 3 as the fillies who's lives were miserable. They also called them "The fillies whose cutie marks killed them." It was a stupid name. Applejack and Rarity knew that it was a stupid name. They only knew what happened to Sweetie Belle but they didn't know what happened to the others. Nopony would ever know...

They finally made a giant leap and came out of the tunnel. The entrance was now blocked by dozens of huge rocks. "Well... We won't be getting... A mining cutie mark..." Scootaloo said, trying to catch her breath. "Yeah. Especially after that cave in that we just caused." Sweetie Belle said. "Ah hope that those gray dogs aren't mad at us." Applebloom said. The three of them shuddered and got chills. "Yeah, those guys were creepy." Scootaloo responded. They lowered their heads and started walking. "Let's face it. We're never gonna get our cutie marks." Sweetie Belle announced. Applebloom shook her head. "Ahm gonna go back to the farm." She said. Sweetie Belle nodded. "I'm gonna go home too." She said. Scootaloo just stood there. She felt, alone. She felt left out. Soon enough, she found Rainbow Dash and asked her if she could stay with her for a little while. Rainbow Dash didn't mind,, which cheered Scootaloo up a little bit. A few hours later, Scootaloo found herself slowly riding her scooter through town. She thought that she heard her name but ignored it. "SCOOTALOO!!!" A voice cried out. Scootaloo looked and saw Sweetie Belle running towards her. "SCOOTALOO!!! Get your flank to the farm now!" Sweetie Belle yelled as she ran off towards Sweet Apple Acres. Scootaloo shrugged and started riding towards there.

Rarity swiftly looked up with a worried face. "That's marvelous." She said. Sweetie Belle hunched over and walked upstairs with a sad face. Rarity looked up again and saw her crawl upstairs. She sighed and went back to her work. A few minutes later, she heard Sweetie Belle singing upstairs. Sweetie Belle definitely had a beautiful voice. Rarity was able to focus more with her perfect singing. Suddenly, she heard a scream from upstairs and she jumped. She ran upstairs. "Sweetie? Sweetie Belle? Are you OK?" She asked. She got no response. Rarity walked into Sweetie Belle's room and she felt like fainting. There, on Sweetie Belle's flank was a green musical note. S-S-Sw-Sweetie B-Belle." Rarity said. "Wh-What is that?" She asked. Sweetie Belle jumped into the air with joy. "It's a singing cutie mark!!!" She exclaimed. "I got it when I was singing!" She said. Rarity quickly embraced Sweetie Belle in her arms tightly. "I'm SO proud of you!!!" She screamed before fainting on her couch, which she pulled up. Sweetie Belle groaned then chuckled. She ran out of the boutique to tell Applebloom and Scootaloo. Her getting her cutie mark, was quiet a coincidence.

She asked. Applejack chuckled. "You do whatever your talent is until you die." She said. She made it sound so miserable and sad. Applebloom had a sad look and she walked away. Applejack was about to comfort her but something stopped her. Applebloom walked towards the Carousel Boutique. Inside, Sweetie Belle was asking Rarity the same question that Applebloom had asked Applejack. She got the same reply. Applebloom walked in. "Sweetie Belle. Let's go find Scootaloo." She said. Sweetie Belle nodded and followed her out the door. They walked around and soon enough, saw Scootaloo. She joined them. "I have an idea." Sweetie Belle said. "Let's leave Ponyville and travel Equestria. We'll search for excitement and fun." She said. "ARE YOU INSANE!?!?" Applebloom and Scootaloo yelled at the same time. "If you don't wanna join me then I'll go myself." She said as she walked away. The 2 of them quickly ran towards the Carousel Boutique. They told Rarity what Sweetie Belle was planning. "WE MUST STOP HER!!!" Rarity yelled. They looked all over Ponyville but couldn't find her. Rarity started to cry. Applebloom and Scootaloo did the same. They had just lost their best friend and Rarity had just lost her sister.
