A Villain's Plan, and Meeting With the Other Heroes
Luna's P.O.V
I couldn't think clearly tonight- I keep sensing that something bad is going to happen. The night is still very stormy, and I can hear thunder clashing violently as the rain pounds the window like a hailstorm. It has to mean something- and my sister's not sleeping well. She said that she can sense it, too.
I mean, we've already gone through the heck that happened to Equestria and Tirek nearly stealing every single pony's magic. To be honest, I would be worried for the future of Equestria if he teams up with another villain. As I continue to fly through the chilly night sky, I notice a mysterious figure walking out of the Everfree Forest.
I quickly follow that figure, and this figure turns around. The hood is pushed back, revealing a dark brown pony with dark red hair and a yellow crystal on his forehead. His eyes are reddish-yellow. There is a strange symbol on his cloak. He is also as tall as Nightmare Moon. "What do you want?" He asked with cruelty.
"Tell me who you are," I said, "What are you affiliated with?"
"Affiliation?! Everypony knows I'm evil." He scoffs at my words, as if he's mocking me.
"Tell me what your name is, before I tell Twilight Sparkle and her friends to find you."
"My name's Ganondorf, and I'm stronger than anypony else! How can they stop me? They're apparently weaklings. You must be a weakling because you're royalty."
I feel anger boiling in my heart. He's just so cruel that I want to fight him- for real. "I'm not weak!" I declared.
"I've heard news about Tirek........." Ganondorf replied.
"Don't you dare try to bring the land to total destruction!"
"You're just like Princess Zelda sometimes because of your strong will."
"Who is she? And how else am I like her?"
"She's from Hyrule. And you're a princess- and you're also protective of your subjects and you are willing to send your own heroes on quests if there's 'evilness' in the land."
"Okay- I've never heard of that kingdom. How did you get here?"
"There is a border that mysteriously leads to this place."
He is seriously frustrating. He's not giving me full details- just simple sentences as if he's trying to keep something from me. I want to know the truth! He seems likely to be a liar. He sounds cruel and insincere, and his eyes are filled with evilness. He reminds me a bit of Tirek and also of King Sombra. He is really muscular in appearance, too.
Just then, Ganondorf starts to lose his temper. "Where is Tartarus?!" He shouted, "Tell me already!"
"No!" I retorted, "I'd rather protect the land!"
I quickly fly into the air as I start flying towards the castle. The moon starts to set as the storm clears up. As I enter the castle, Celestia stops me in my tracks. "Did you find a villain?" She asked.
"Of course. Let's hope he doesn't find out about Tartarus," I replied, "If he brought Tirek to Equestria, then something terrible will happen!"
"Who is he?"
"His name is Ganondorf."
"We must tell Twilight Sparkle and her friends to find this villain."
"But, he's quite dangerous and he could possess other ponies."
"Don't worry about that. Are you ever afraid of him? You sort of seem like it."
I think for a minute. Sometimes Celestia would ask if I was scared of a certain villain. Most of the time I would say no. But, sometimes, the villains scare me even though I put up a brave front. "A little," I admitted quietly.
"Don't worry," She replied, "We have guards that could also protect you. Even I could protect you."
Zelda's P.O.V
I have trouble sleeping, so I decide to wake up early. It's almost six thirty, and the sun has not completely risen. Ganondorf has probably gone off to another land to revive another villain- or so it seems. Link is probably sleeping at this time- he's such a heavy sleeper. It probably rained so hard last night- that's why the windows are wet and the grass is completely soaked. Instead of my dress, I change into my fighting outfit.
Because of alicorn wings, I can wield the sword. I can use a bow and arrow because of magic. Another kingdom would have to be saved from destruction- first, the Twilight Realm, and second, Lorule, and now, a new kingdom with probably another dark and mysterious princess that's affiliated with Good Darkness. Well, Hilda was a bit evil at first, by the way. Midna was a bit mischievous- and I wonder what the kingdom's princess is going to be like.
I also pull on a cloak to conceal my identity- most ponies in this land should not need to recognize me. Funny thing is, Link says that I'm mysterious with the hood on. I then set off for Ordon Village- and I fly into the air. The air is warming up as the sun rises higher into the sky. It's early autumn, so we still have warm days. Sometimes the days will be cooler.
As I reach the south, I notice a small village. I land onto the ground, and then I start running into the village. I approach a treehouse, and Link might still be sleeping. "Come on down!" I called, "It's me, Zelda!"
A face pops out of the window. "Okay, Zelda. What is it?" Link asked as he lands onto the ground.
"Another kingdom needs our help. We must go stop Ganondorf in that kingdom. I'll show you the way," I replied.
"Okay."
We both start flying into the air, and we fly out of the village into the north. We start following a path that we've never seen before- a path to another land. "Hey, check it out," I said.
"What is it?" Link asked.
"Do you see another castle in the distance? We may meet another dark and mysterious princess."
"Maybe. I don't know......"
"You'll see."
We land onto the ground as we continue talking about another princess in that kingdom. "Whenever we enter another kingdom, we always have to help a princess," Link said.
"I know," I replied, "Sometimes they take the damsel-in-distress positions. You have had crushes on Midna and possibly Hilda. Well, Midna broke the link between her world and this world. Hilda used her magic to close the links between worlds. Maybe this princess would be glad to keep it possible to go between kingdoms."
Link blushes for a minute. He then has a sad look on his face. "She might be another Midna or Hilda- I never got to see them again," He said.
"Don't worry," I replied.
As we continue to talk, we find ourselves in a town that surrounds the castle. A few hours must have passed. A group of ponies seem to notice us. "Are you needed at the castle?" The lavender alicorn asked.
"We're going to meet with the rulers of this land. They may need our help," I replied, "Call me Zelda. This is Link."
"Alright. My name's Twilight Sparkle-" The lavender alicorn started.
"Okay, so is this who you're talking about?" Link asked me.
"No. I'm talking about a more important pony," I replied, "You shouldn't interrupt."
"Sorry."
I give him a serious look as I turn my attention back to Twilight Sparkle. "The ponies that are with me, are my friends. This is Apple Jack- and she carries the Element of Honesty," She said.
"Nice to meet you," Apple Jack said as she shakes my hoof. She reminds me a bit of Malon, the country mare from Hyrule.
"This is Fluttershy," Twilight concluded as a yellow pegasus cowers before me.
"You don't need to fear me," I said, "I expect smiles of appreciation, not frowns of terror."
"My name's F-Fluttershy......." The pegasus said meekly.
Her name is very fitting for her, since she acts shy and timid. I push back my hood to reveal my benevolent smile. She seems to calm down a bit, but she still seems to suspect something about me. I'm not evil- I just wear a cloak to conceal my identity! What's on her mind? "It's okay, Fluttershy. I won't hurt you," I said.
"This is Rainbow Dash. She's very brash and tomboyish," Twilight concluded.
A cyan pegasus shakes my hoof. "My name's Rainbow Dash. I'm Wonderbolt material and I protect my friends! I'm proud to represent the Element of Loyalty. Fluttershy represents Kindness," She said as she stops shaking my hoof.
"My name's Rarity, and I represent Generosity," A white unicorn said.
"Nice to meet you," I replied.
"Hey! My name's Pinkie Pie and I love parties," A pink earth pony said with excitement. She almost reminds me of Princess Peach because she's cheerful.
We all walk into the castle. "Celestia controls the sun, and she was once my mentor," Twilight said, "And she has a sister that once became Nightmare Moon long ago, but she's released by the Elements of Harmony. Princess Luna, who is free from her, may seem cold at first, but she's very warm once you get to know her well. She deserves respect, not disrespect. She can be funny sometimes, but most of the time, she's serious. She's still a bit old fashioned."
"Interesting," Link said, "Luna sounds like a decent pony. Is she beautiful?"
"Of course! She has a starry night mane. Her sister has a pastel colored mane."
We enter a throne room, and two alicorns sit upon their respective thrones.

Meeting With Royalty, and The War's Beginning
Link's P.O.V
As Zelda and I approach the alicorns, we bow before them. "Now, look up," The taller alicorn said with benevolence.
"What is your name?" The dark blue alicorn asked. I gasp for a moment- she is so beautiful.
"My name's Link. This is Zelda," I replied.
"I am Princess Luna of Equestria. This is Princess Celestia of Equestria," Luna said as she looks at me. She seems serious, but her eyes shine with kindness and warmth.
"It is very nice to meet you. Where are you from?" She concluded as she smiles. My heart flutters at her smile- her smile is adorable.
"We're from Hyrule, and we are looking for Ganondorf. We must take action before he teams up with a villain," Zelda said without hesistation.
I am still gazing at Princess Luna. Her mane sparkles like the starry night sky as it ripples gently. She seems serious, still, but she radiates with benevolence. She is like a mix of Midna and Zelda. As she continues to speak with Zelda about the villains, I start daydreaming about this beauty. When Princess Luna asks me about what I am looking at, I start feeling surprised that she would notice.
"You're just so beautiful," I said.
"Why, thank you so much. You have a handsome smile," She replied. I blush- I didn't realize that I was smiling until right now. She must have noticed.
I'd like to get to know her better, but she is royalty, and I'm not of royal blood. Whenever she speaks, her voice sounds soothing and smooth, like sweet chocolate. She seems to be wise- and she has the essence of a goddess.
I hear the throne room doors open, and a weird-looking creature walks in. "Discord, has Tirek escaped?" Celestia asked.
Discord shakes his head, and he starts to speak. "I don't want to have to go through the same thing again- like betraying the good side, for example. Also, it seems that the mysterious and bulky visitor has tried to find Tartarus," He said, "I wonder how he finds out."
"He probably didn't find out yet, though."
Discord snaps his fingers, and a blank canvas on the easel appears. "Well, suppose that Ganondorf hears about Tirek and wants to team up with him. He could use his evil magic to find his way there, and then he would help Tirek to escape- leading to total destruction of Equestria and another land," He said as the ponies on the painting move around according to his observations.
"That will be dreadful!" Rarity said.
"Looks s-scary......" Fluttershy said softly.
"We can stop them, though!" Apple Jack and Rainbow Dash said in unison.
"The whole world could become gloomy as a result," Pinkie Pie said.
"I think Ganondorf will be as intimidating as Tirek," Twilight Sparkle said as she seems to shudder slightly.
"This isn't good," Zelda said, "I have to agree with them."
"I think Tirek would be challenging," I said, "I wonder what would happen if Ganondorf and Tirek merge their power together? A war might happen. Zelda, remember what happened with Lana and Cia?"
Zelda nods in response. "So, maybe Luna and Nightmare Moon are going to separate from each other," She said.
I still remember what happened with Lana and Cia. If Nightmare Moon is to separate from Princess Luna, then similar events may or may not happen. Nightmare Moon could be a bit like Cia, while Luna, being Good Darkness, could be a bit like Lana. Lana isn't Good Darkness- she doesn't have moon-given powers. Luna has moon-given powers.
Luna immediately frowns, and I wonder if Zelda has unknowingly hurt her feelings. "I hope I didn't hurt your feelings. What might you have done as Nightmare Moon long ago?" She asked.
"I....... Vowed to........ Shroud the world in eternal night, but Celestia banished me. And I returned a few years ago, and got released by the Elements of Harmony. Please don't make me speak of that again....... It invokes bad memories....... I'm sure Nightmare is separated from me already," Luna replied.
"Okay, I won't make you speak of your past if it pains you so much. You do remind me a bit of Midna, though."
A shadowy alicorn appears by Luna, and Luna notices the alicorn. "Nightmare Moon! What are you doing here?" Luna exclaimed.
The alicorn becomes more visible- she has a starry mane, but her features shout malevolence and hate and possibly anger. She has a helmet that hides her face, making her look a bit masculine. "You remember me? They heard the whole truth, and now they hate you," Nightmare Moon taunted.
"They didn't! All the ponies forgave me! Why do you have to ruin everything for me?! Why, I shall have you executed," Luna retorted.
"You resist, fool. You're so weak-willed, and even your new lover might leave you if you need saving!"
"We're not in love yet!"
"You always deny yourself, Luna."
Fluttershy is hiding behind Rainbow Dash as the two alicorns continue to argue. The argument might break out into a full-on war, because Princess Luna is stubborn but good-natured, and because Nightmare Moon is an evil and devious villain that bullies her. "See you on the battlefield," Nightmare Moon said as she flies away.
"It's Lana and Cia all over again," Zelda told me.
"Yup," I replied.
Luna simply keeps a serious and calm expression on her face. "It's not funny if you have a counterpart or alter ego that is the opposite of you. Nightmare Moon only wants eternal darkness, while I want ponies to see how beautiful my night is. I am benevolent, while Nightmare is malevolent. We're like two sides of the moon," She told us.
Celestia looks at us for a moment. "Princess Luna is more appreciated right now that more and more ponies stay up late. There even is a program that studies the stars and the moon. There are even classes in schools, colleges, and universities that study astronomy. And whenever somepony has a bad dream, then Princess Luna swoops in to stop the nightmares! Sometimes she just gives subjects advice in their dreams," She said.
Luna nods in agreement, and as Discord speaks about what might be happening, we suddenly hear the throne doors open in a violent fashion. Ganondorf and a centaur are standing in the doorway. "The war will commence!" Ganondorf shouted, "I have given Tirek infinite power, and now we won't be stopped! All the ponies on our side are free and roaming around!"
Zelda turns around, and flashes her alicorn wings, as if to defend the ones around her. "You're not easily getting away with this," She told Ganondorf, "We will stop you and your evil comrades!"
"You feisty alicorns! Do you think you can easily stop us just because you believe yourselves to have infinite power?!" Tirek taunted as a familiar alicorn jumps out from behind them. A few changelings appear, along with Chrysalis.
"Uh oh," Twilight said.
Princess Luna and Princess Celestia immediately flash out their wings as if they're ready to fight. Their determined expressions cause their features to harden, and I swear I can see the glint of courage in their eyes. The guards seem ready to fight, too. "This time, we shall fight back and take over Equestria!" Tirek shouted.
"Eternal darkness comes our way!" Nightmare Moon added in.
"I shall feed on love," Chrysalis said, "I will feed my subjects!"
"We take over the world together!" Ganondorf added in.
A smoky shadow appears, and transforms into an unicorn. "Gloom- eternal doom!" The voice said.
"Sombra?! I thought you were defeated," Twilight Sparkle said in shock.
"It's not true. I have returned with the help of Ganondorf!"
"What are we gonna do?" Fluttershy asked.
"I say we fight back against them. Go get the Elements!" Celestia told Fluttershy and her friends.
"They're here," Discord said as he snaps his fingers. Six gems appear, and the six mares are surprised.
Just then, Nightmare Moon destroys the Elements of Harmony with her magic. "No!" Twilight Sparkle and her friends shouted in unison.
Many monsters enter the throne room, and they surround the villains. They are glaring at us with scary, grotesque faces. Fluttershy screams in terror as Celestia gasps. Discord snaps his fingers once again, and now Celestia and Luna are wearing armor. Discord is wearing his own armor, even though he has the magic to summon things and such.
Celestia and Luna levitate their spears, as if they're ready to fight the villains. They seem even more determined and courageous. Two other ponies appear, and I smile as I realize who they are. Impa is a pegasus that is muscular, and she has a huge blade on her back. Midna is a cross between floating imp and pony. I suddenly feel shocked. "What happened to you?" I asked.
"Ganondorf did this to me again," She replied.
Another pony with a purple mane and ruby eyes appear. She must be Hilda. "I decide to protect my kingdom," Hilda said nonchalantly as she levitates her staff. She is an alicorn.
"So, is Ravio staying home?" I asked.
"Of course."
A light blue blur dashes towards me. She is Lana- I can see by her light blue hair and her cheerfulness. She is an unicorn. "I decide to help you out," She said, "There will not be another loss."
"Okay," I replied.
The villains and the monsters storm out as we chase after them. Parts of the town around the castle are destroyed. The foals are sobbing, the mares are screaming, and the stallions are cursing. I think that's because of the war. A pink alicorn appears, and approaches the alicorn sisters. "Call me Cadence," She said, "My husband and I decide to fight in the war to defend the Crystal Empire."
We enter a huge battlefield, and the war starts. The monsters start attacking the soldiers, but the soldiers are fighting back. The villains are one with each other- literally. Tirek shoots his magic at other ponies, Sombra keeps creating crystals and trying to corrupt other ponies, Chrysalis and the changelings are trying to trick us and feed on love, and Ganondorf is trying to stop the alicorn sisters.

Twilight's Mysterious Disappearance
Luna's P.O.V
Nightmare Moon chuckles evilly as she starts approaching me. I shoot a magical blast at her. "Do that again, and you're defeated," I shouted.
"We are the same pony!" She retorted.
"No!" I shoot another magical blast at her, and she shields herself with her magic.
She shoots a huge dark beam at me, and I fly out of the way. "Coward," She taunted, "You can't even defend yourself from me."
"Yes, I ca-" I said as a goblin pounds me with a club. I crash into the ground, and Link approaches me. He then attacks the goblin, and kills it.
"Told you," Nightmare Moon said.
"Quit it! She is worthy of love, unlike you!" Link shouted at Nightmare Moon.
"You decide to save her flank after what she almost did long ago?"
"Yes! She deserves a friend!"
"Well, then. I'll find another pony to corrupt."
"Don't you dare," I shouted.
Link smiles as I try to stand up. "Thanks for defending me," I said.
"No problem," He replied.
He is a very strong stallion- I can see his muscular definition on his legs and back legs. He radiates with so much courage and determination. I start imagining him as a knight that saves the day. When I realize that I am daydreaming, I shake my head as I start blushing. He is very hot and irresistable. I then try to focus on the war and protecting my citizens. I hear Celestia screaming in pain, and I rush to her rescue.
Tirek is trying to absorb magic from Celestia! I shoot Tirek with a magical beam, and then I use my spear to stab him. He screams angrily at me as he attempts to attack me. I immediately fly out of the way to avoid losing my magic. Celestia struggles to stand up as she tries to fight off the enemies. I see blood staining some of her beautiful white fur and her beautiful pastel mane. There is already so much bloodshed. A huge, monstrous bird grabs my whole body, and I struggle, desperate for my life.
I use my magic to stab this monster with my spear. The monstrous bird loses its hold, and then I become free. Some of the saliva is on me. I try not to let that bother me as Twilight and her friends fight the other changelings. I shoot a huge magical beam at the changelings, and they are sent flying into the sky. Celestia then shoots a magical beam at the monsters, eliminating them in the process.
Cadence and Shining Armor combine their magic to rid the battlefield of the changelings and their leader. I hear Twilight Sparkle screaming in horror. A giant spider has caught her with its web, and I quickly fly to the rescue. I shoot a powerful magical beam at the spider, eliminating it as the web disappears. Twilight smiles gratefully at me as her friends approach her.
"Fight back. Don't hesistate just because you don't have the Elements of Harmony," I reminded them.
"Okay, we will!" Twilight and her friends said in unison.
There's so many monsters that I couldn't keep count. Link and Zelda are fending off the monsters, and Celestia is still bleeding a bit. She collaspes to the ground, and I quickly rush to her. I use my magic to heal her, and the blood stops spilling from her body. She wakes up, and notices me. "Don't worry about me. Just help fight the monsters," She said, "Don't forget that I'm strong and courageous."
She stands up as she starts flying into the air. I shoot another magical beam, and all the monsters in the sky are eliminated. I feel as if I'm going to pass out. I have used a lot of magic, and now I'm panting. Celestia notices, and then she starts speaking. "Let me do some of the fighting. That way, you can recover your alicorn magic with ease," She said, "The ponies on our side will defend you as you recover your magic."
She flies off to help Twilight and her friends. My personal guards surround me as if to defend me. They fight off the monsters with sheer strength as I recover my magic.
Twilight's P.O.V
I use my magic to fight off the monsters, and Apple Jack uses her lasso to kill the other monsters. Rainbow Dash flies into the air as quick as she can, and as she rushes back down, she creates an explosion. The surrounding monsters died, and Fluttershy is still being a bit of a coward. Pinkie Pie uses a cannon to shoot at the flying beasts. Rarity is being extra delicate as she tries to fight off the monsters.
Zelda hops into the air, and creates an explosion using her magic. Then, she uses a bow and arrow to shoot the approaching beasts. Midna uses her mane to attack the monsters, and Hilda stops the monsters using her staff. Link flies high into the air, and slices multiple enemies as he lands onto the ground.
Celestia uses a spell that eliminates the enemies all at once, and then she saves Fluttershy from a horde of zombie ponies. Rarity now tries to fight off her attackers using her physical fighting skills. "The night shall last forever!" Nightmare Moon shouted as she rises the moon, making it harder to see in the blackness.
Princess Luna immediately shoots her with loads of magic. She then uses her magic to lower the moon. "Stop, now!" She shouted, "This is my moon, not yours!"
They start facing off once again, and now they shoot beams at each other. Nightmare Moon forces her into the ground, and Celestia rushes to Luna's side as if to defend her. "Nightmare Moon! Leave my sister alone," She shouted, "I'm not letting her get corrupted ever again!"
"It's not like I could lose," Nightmare Moon remarked.
Luna stands up, and then she starts flying into the air. She is about to cast another magical beam, and Celestia is forced into the ground by Tirek's magical blast. She screams in pain once again, and Nightmare Moon is now on the ground.
Link and Ganondorf are aggressively fighting each other, as if they have been long time enemies. Ganondorf stabs Link, and then Link screams in pain. Luna immediately rushes to Link's rescue, and heals him with her magic. Then, she faces Ganondorf, and starts attacking him. "That's for releasing Tirek and the other evils upon this land!" Luna shouted with sheer anger, "You will be stopped!"
I can see Link blushing, and as Luna finishes attacking Ganondorf, she turns to Link with a kind smile. "I don't think I need protection, but thanks," Link said.
"No problem. We're looking out for each other, for sure!" Luna replied.
Nightmare Moon starts flying into the air as she starts looking for something. She then approaches Celestia as she speaks to her. "Well, well, well! Your sister has attracted a stallion. You'll never get one- and they think you don't deserve to be a ruler! The reason why Luna looks upon you with fear is because you have stronger magic," Nightmare Moon taunted as the shadows surround Celestia.
A dark cloud enters Celestia's horn as Celestia continues to groan in pain. Her eyes start changing for a strange reason, and her eyes change back to normal a second later. I think I hear strange laughter coming from her mouth, as if she has been corrupted. Nightmare Moon finishes speaking with her as Celestia stands up at last. Her appearance is different- she has a dark coat with the reddish orange lines. Her hooves are lava-like, and her mane is the same color as a flame, billowing everywhere in a violent fashion.
Her eyes are dark red, as if the blood has filled her iris. "Luna, I will get you!" She said.
"Celestia, what's gotten into you?" I asked.
She approaches me, and cackles evilly. "Would you like to be my student?" She asked.
"But I don't have to be a student anymore. I'm done with lessons and I'm an alicorn!"
"Still, I want a sidekick."
Luna notices, and gasps for a minute. "Sister! What did Nightmare Moon do this time?" She asked.
"If you want to know, I have revived Solar Flare and she's in Celestia's body right now," Nightmare Moon replied.
"What?!"
Luna's P.O.V
"That's true. Your face- it's just so priceless," Nightmare Moon said as she starts laughing so loud, and anger starts boiling inside of me.
That's when I snap. I pound my hoof on the ground, and thunder clashes as a result. "NIGHTMARE MOON! WE THOUGHT WE TOLD THOU TO LEAVE US AND OUR SISTER ALONE! AND THOU DIDN'T LISTEN, PROCEEDING IN CORRUPTING THE PONIES THAT ARE ON THE GOOD SIDE IN THIS VERY WAR! THOU SHALL BE GONE FOR GOOD! OUR SISTER WON'T NEED TO BE LOCKED AWAY FOR A THOUSAND YEARS!" I shouted in the Royal Canterlot Voice.
"THOU STILL HAS ANGER ISSUES, LUNA! EVERYPONY IS GETTING TERRIFIED! CAREFUL THERE, FOOL! NOW BE QUIET," Nightmare Moon taunted.
We circle each other aggressively, as if we're ready for a fight.
Everypony else is focused on fighting the villains and their minions. I shoot a powerful magical blast at Nightmare Moon, and she does the same thing. Our beams push back and forth, and Nightmare Moon continues to chuckle evilly. I continue to glare at her with anger.
Finally, my beam pushes her back as I prepare to shoot another blast at her. "You will be stopped by the power of the Moon's good powers," I declared as my magic begins to glow like the moon.
"Know the dark side of the Moon!" Nightmare retorted as the dark aura surrounds her. She shoots a black magical blast, and the beams push back and forth once again.
Nightmare's magic blasts me into the ground, and I'm still not corrupted. "Why did I fail?" She demanded, "What caused you, fool, to be immune to dark magic?!"
I breathe heavily as I stand up. "I use an immunity spell to protect me from the dark side's tempting magic," I said, "So that I will never become like you ever again."
Nightmare Moon screams in both anger and frustration as she flies off to corrupt another pony. Just then, a huge beast falls from the sky. I look around, and Twilight is gone, along with her friends. Oh, no! What if the beast is used as a distraction? I decide to gather courage as I approach Solar Flare. I use my magic to cleanse her of the darkness, and it has worked.
Celestia is back to normal, and she collaspes to the ground with no hesitation. She looks up into my eyes, and I tell her that she is forgiven. "We must stop this beast. Also, Twilight and her friends are gone!" I said.
"What?! Poor Twilight! I think the beast is used as a distraction so that the dark forces could take the six mares away," She replied as Zelda and Link defeat the beast.
They must have overheard, because they have approached us without hesitation. "I think they have gone this way," Zelda said, "Let's find them!"
She points to the left, and commands the soldiers to follow us in finding Twilight and her friends.

A Search for Twilight Sparkle
Luna's P.O.V
"Do we have to go across the land to find Twilight?" Link asked, "This land seems different from Hyrule."
"You mean, Princess Twilight Sparkle? I can't believe she possesses the same name as my land," Midna said.
"Your kingdom is called Twilight?" I asked, puzzled.
"We call it the Twilight Realm," Zelda said.
"Oh." Just as I plan to ask Celestia about what her ideas might be, she starts to speak in such a commanding tone of voice. She rarely uses that tone, but that doesn't mean that she likes to be a weak-willed ruler.
"Soldiers of Equestria! Comrades of this kingdom! Listen to my words. Because Princess Twilight Sparkle cannot be found in the battlefield, then we must split into search teams to find her and her friends," Celestia announced, "I will pick who's team is on which team! Understand?"
"We understand," The soldiers said in response.
"Okay. Zelda, go with Impa. Lana and Link, go with Luna. Cadence and Shining Armor will go with me. Midna, go with Hilda. My team and I will search the Frozen North and the Crystal Empire. Zelda and Impa will search the south and the volcanic caverns. Midna and Hilda will search Cloudsdale. Luna and her team will search the Everfree Forest and some of the other places that are connected to the forest."
Then, Celestia gives out a map to each team, especially my team. "Now we must depart," She finished as she turns to me, "Be sure to get out safely. I know you won't see me for a while, but I assure you that Link and Lana may guard you."
"Thanks. Good luck, Celestia," I replied. Whenever she speaks to me like that, I feel safe and secure. For now, If I need help, then Lana and Link would help me.
My team and I walk into the Everfree Forest, and some creatures seem just ready to attack. Some zombie ponies pop up, and I gasp. When I saw them long ago, they used to scare me. "Link, you will stop the zombie ponies. Lana and I will fight with the other creatures," I commanded, "Soldiers of the Night, search for any signs of Princess Twilight and her friends!"
The soldiers rush off as Link kills off multiple zombie ponies. Lana and I fight the other creatures. "I'm sure that Luna and Nightmare Moon were once the same pony, but they were seperated by the 'Elements of Harmony.' Now I wonder where Twilight and her friends have gone. This land is going to crumble very soon," Lana said.
"Then we must work harder, Lana!" I replied, "Please don't speak of that again. I'd do anything to stop Nightmare Moon from helping the villains to terrorize this land that my sister and I promised to protect!"
After defeating all the creatures in the forest, a group of soldiers approach me. "We saw no sign of Princess Twilight and her friends," The captain said.
"Split into groups, stallions. You, go to the ancient castle across the bridge. The others will go into the swamp. If you find Twilight and her friends, let me know- but if you didn't find them, then we will search elsewhere," I commanded.
Meanwhile, in the Frozen North...........
Celestia's P.O.V
"Twilight! Are you there?" Shining called.
Just then, a horde of monsters pop up around us, and Cadence shudders visibly, as if in disgust and in fear. A few monsters begin to attack Cadence, and Cadence flies out of the way. She then shoots them with her magic, and I shoot a powerful magical blast at the snow wolves.
We struggle our way into the Crystal Empire, and the empire is overrun by the evil creatures and the dark crystals. "My kingdom!" Cadence shouted in shock, "No! I must find Sombra. He must be the cause of all this! Shining Armor, come with me!"
As I follow them, we approach the square. The crystal heart is destroyed, making us feel shocked. "This land is going to be doomed!" Cadence complained, "What do we do, Celestia?"
"I say we continue our search for Sombra and return order to this land!" I declared.
"Okay......" Shining Armor said, "But where is my sister? I hope she's safe and not in grave danger. I also hope that Tirek hasn't touched her."
My heart stops at the mention of Tirek. I couldn't imagine what he would do to Twilight and her friends! "We must hurry if we want Twilight to keep her magic from being stolen," Cadence said.
We all rush into the Crystal Palace, and King Sombra is sitting upon the throne. "King Sombra! We will stop you," Cadence told him, "By using the power of love and light!"
"You think you can, right, cowards?! Ha! I have a comrade with me, so that you will all lose!" King Sombra taunted.
"What do you mean?" I asked, "I don't see him yet."
A pony with a violet outfit appears. His bangs cover one eye, and his eye is red- and his eye glints with evilness. "Bring it on," He said, "I'm Vaati, the evil Wind Mage!"
He transforms into a sphere-like monster with bat wings. This monster has one big eye, which creeps me out. I put on a brave front, and so does Shining Armor. Cadence is still shaking with fright. Cadence then backs up as Shining Armor shoots multiple magical beams at Vaati. "Where is Princess Twilight Sparkle?" I asked as I shoot a huge fiery beam at the wind mage.
"You'll never find out," King Sombra said.
"Is she kidnapped?! Did Tirek kidnap her and her friends?!" Cadence demanded as she stops shaking. She now seems brave and determined.
She shoots a huge magical blast at King Sombra, and Sombra shouts in pain and anger. "TELL US WHERE TWILIGHT SPARKLE IS!" Cadence shouted in the Royal Canterlot Voice. She rarely uses that tone, but that doesn't mean that she doesn't know how to use the voice.
I shoot another magical beam at the wind mage as Cadence and Shining Armor combine their magic to stop King Sombra. A new crystal heart is formed, and the combined magic pounds King Sombra with full strength. The crystal heart continues to radiate brightly as the magic spreads throughout the empire. There is light once again in the Crystal Empire, instead of the gloomy darkness.
Still, there is no sign of Twilight or her friends. Cadence seems very ready to give up on the search, and she breaks down in tears. "Twilight is nowhere to be found! She's probably taken by Tirek. She will die from losing all her powers," She said through her sobs.
"Cadence, why have you lost your confidence in us? We're not useless," I said, "We may find Twilight Sparkle in no time. Honestly, she will not die. She might be imprisoned somewhere in this land other than the Crystal Empire."
"You're right, Celestia. Let's go," She told me as we start getting out of the castle.
Meanwhile, in the south.........
Zelda's P.O.V
I think we're supposed to be looking for Princess Twilight Sparkle and her friends. She's probably a bit like me, right? I wonder where they might be imprisoned. We are currently in a volcanic temple. More creatures appear as Impa and I fight the creatures. Ghirahim suddenly appears, and he chuckles evilly. "I thought I may support the evil army," He said, "You cowards, are you gonna just stand there as your hero comes to find you?"
"I'm not a coward! We are looking for Princess Twilight Sparkle and her friends. They might be here or something," I retorted, "Where are they now?! Tell us, instead of just going off topic!"
"You'll have to go through me first!"
Impa and I start fighting Ghirahim, and as we defeat him, I suddenly realize something. "If we can't find them here, then maybe Hilda and Midna may find them. They may be struggling- let's go meet with them," I said.
"Good idea," Impa replied.
Meanwhile, in Cloudsdale..........
Midna's P.O.V
"We have no luck in finding them! Where are they now?" I asked, "I'm sure I see what they look like, but............"
"Don't despair. We may find them soon," Hilda said, "But, if Impa and Zelda can help us......"
"They probably won't find them either."
"Are you going to stay negative?"
"I'm not negative." We enter a building that looks like a prison, and there still isn't a sign of the princess or her friends.
For a minute, I hear a loud scream for help. I rush outside with Hilda, and we look around. "Is somepony hurt? Could this be the princess or her friends?" I asked.
"I'm sure the scream is coming from the castle. And whoa, look at how corrupted the castle is!" Hilda replied.
Zelda and Impa approach us. "Are you going to that castle?" Zelda asked.
"Yes. We heard a loud scream for help. Maybe the centaur or Ganondorf is terrorizing the princess and her friends," I replied.
"Then we must save her! It's bad," Hilda agreed.
We all go to the castle, and then we meet up with Celestia and her comrades. "I was thinking the same thing. It sounds a bit like Twilight Sparkle and her friends crying for help," She said.
I look up at the castle for a moment. It is in a really bad state ever since the war started. The city around the castle is full of zombie ponies in place of the original citizens. The monsters start surrounding all of us, and a pair of intimidating goblins try to capture us. "Ganondorf wants to see you," One of them said.
"Ganondorf's castle?! But it's mine! Why did you destroy it?!" Celestia shouted, anger gleaming in her eyes, "What have you done to the poor citizens?! What happened to Twilight and her friends?!"
She seems to be getting more powerful each minute because of her anger. What is she going to do next, be such a full-on warrior queen to save her subjects? She could easily take one pony down in this state. We all rush into the castle, and Ganondorf is sitting next to a centaur. The first thing Celestia does is shoot them with a super powerful blast.
Her power vibrates all through the whole castle, making the floor shake and the walls tumble slightly. A minute later, she is finished with the magical blast as she starts speaking with the villains inside the throne room. "Where is Twilight Sparkle and her friends?" Celestia asked, "You're not going anywhere."
"They are imprisoned in the dungeon," Ganondorf said, "They always resist giving us power, so that's how they get imprisoned."
"What?!" Cadence and Shining Armor asked in shock.

The Main Six's Rescue, and Luna's Disappearance
Luna's P.O.V
As we get out of the Everfree Forest, I notice that Canterlot Castle is in a different state, with the thunder booming across the land. Instead of light, there is complete darkness all over. What did Nightmare Moon do this time? We'll find out now. Just as we start running towards the castle, I sense an evil entity chasing us. We stop, and I turn around.
A familiar figure smirks evilly. It's Nightmare Moon! "What are you doing here?!" I asked, "What have you done this time? What do you want from all of us?!"
"Oh, you fools! You'll never escape me now that I will shroud you with the darkness. I can see darkness radiating from your bodies," She taunted, "Link, I sense too much pride and overconfidence coming from you. And Lana, you once had an evil half. Luna, why are you always trying to stop me?!"
"That's it, Nightmare Moon! I'll keep you away from Luna!" Link shouted as he starts attacking Nightmare Moon. As he swings his sword at Nightmare's face, Nightmare's helmet flies off. Link seems shocked for a moment as he looks at me, and then at Nightmare Moon.
"You look like each other," He said.
"That's because..... Nightmare and I were once the same pony. She symbolizes my dark emotions that once consumed me long ago. She is the opposite of me- she's hateful, bitter, angry, and malevolent. She was just another voice in my head, and when the emotions combine with jealousy, I went mad because of her influence. I was banished for a thousand years and then Twilight and her friends released me from Nightmare Moon. That's how Nightmare Moon and I got separated. Now she's plotting to shroud the world in eternal darkness," I told them.
"You had it more rough than I do," Lana told me, "But, I know how it feels to have a worse half. Cia is like that- she's a bit like this mare, if you ask me. Cia and I were once the same pony, too. That is until she became jealous of Zelda. After that, we separated, and that's how I was made. And Nightmare Moon might have been purged out of you. Cia died some time ago before we met, because of her connection with the enemies."
"Wow, we have some things in common. Cia sounds a bit like Nightmare Moon. And you sound a bit like me. Well, Nightmare Moon and I have an unending fight over who owns the moon, the stars, and the night."
"Cia once tried to use the Triforce of Power for evil, but I won it from her."
We continue speaking of our similiarities as Nightmare Moon interrupts. "Who is this 'Cia' you were speaking of?" She asked.
"She was my evil half, just like how you were Luna's evil half," Lana told her.
Link smiles sadly as he looks at me. "I didn't mean to hurt you when I asked about your other half. Luna, it's okay to talk about a dark past. Lana understands because she was once a part of Cia," He said as he touches my chin gently. I stare into his eyes, and he stares into mine.
I smile as a tear runs down my cheek. "You are such kind and understanding friends. I'm so glad to ever meet you," I said.
"It's friendship that helps you relate to others," Lana told me.
"Oh, what a pathetic moment to share, fools!" Nightmare Moon taunted, "You think their friendship can open the doors to your heart?"
"Of course! Luna deserves a pony that can connect with her, unlike you! You're just a figment of negative emotions," Lana shouted as she walks in between me and Nightmare Moon, "You know nothing about love, but Luna does! Why did you once try to push away the light in her heart long ago?!"
"Oh, you fool. That's because she was jealous and I decided to make her life miserable! She's more miserable right now that-"
"Stop bullying Luna, would you?" Link shouted at Nightmare Moon, "She doesn't deserve to be bullied anymore! It's as if you were bullying her for eternity!"
Nightmare Moon simply scoffs at their words as she flies into the sky. She seems to be going towards the moon. "That is my moon, not yours!" I shouted at her.
Link, Lana, and I enter the castle, and Celestia approaches us, along with many others that are on the good side. "Luna, you're okay. I probably heard you having a shouting match with Nightmare Moon," She said.
"It's not a shouting match. Link and Lana were kind of defending me from her," I replied.
"It's always the two heroes that keep you safe." She nods at Lana and Link for a moment before leading all of us to the dungeon.
Link and I gaze at each other for a minute. I blush for a moment as he smiles. I wink at him, and he blushes slightly. "Without you, I wouldn't have gone this far," I said.
"Yeah. You're also brave," He replied.
Okay, is he mistaking me for Celestia again? So far, I feel slightly fearful for the fate of the kingdom. Celestia may feel the same, but she's very strong, courageous, and determined, even though Nightmare Moon believes otherwise about her.
As we enter the Canterlot Dungeon, many monsters and possessed guards pop up. "I bet Twilight and her friends are in here," Zelda said, "They have been imprisoned for about a half hour."
Midna, Hilda, and Zelda join forces to fight off the monsters. They make an awesome duo, even though they're royalty. Cadence shoots a huge magical beam at a giant spider with a skull on its back. Shining Armor rushes at the spider, and uses his spear to cut through the beast. One of the corrupted guards pound my head with a club, and then I feel a throbbing pain.
I begin to pass out.
Celestia's P.O.V
"Luna, no!" I said as I approach my sister. I fend off the surrounding possessed guards with my magic as I try to defend my unconcious sister. Sheesh, those annoying enemies won't let me make time for my dear sister! I'm still slightly frustrated at not being able to help my sister, and slightly angry at the thought of Twilight and her friends being kidnapped by the villains.
Frustration and anger channels into my courage, and I can feel the emotions surging throughout my whole body. Then, I feel like blasting off all the enemies at once so that I could help my sister. She's not bleeding, though...... I conjure a really powerful spell that burns the enemies. All the enemies burst into flames as I turn my attention to my sister.
I use a healing spell on her, and then she wakes up. "Celestia, what happened?" She asked.
"If you want to know, I fought off the enemies so that I could try to heal you," I replied.
"Okay, thanks," She replied as she stands up. She starts flying into the air as she starts shooting the enemies with her magic.
Zelda's P.O.V
As Luna and her sister continue to fend off the possessed guards, I hear something that sounds like a loud clang and a loud shout for help. "I think it's Twilight and her friends! Let's follow the scream," I told everypony.
We all run deeper into the dungeon, and I keep calling Twilight's name. "Where are you?" I shouted.
"Look to the left!" The voice shouted back.
We turn our heads to the left, and a few of the ponies immediately rush to the cell. We all follow them, and I realize that the prisoners are the ponies that we were looking for. Twilight Sparkle smiles with relief, and Fluttershy seems scared. Rainbow Dash and Apple Jack seem a bit impatient, and Pinkie Pie has the same reaction like Twilight's.
Rarity seems disgusted by the surroundings. "Get us out already!" She said.
"Have anypony found a key yet?" I asked.
"Of course. I was fighting with this one guard, and I grabbed the key from him," Link replied as he lends the key to me. I levitate the key, and then I press it into the lock.
As the cell door opens, Twilight immediately rushes to Shining Armor and Cadence, and thanks them. "No, it wasn't us that saved you, but it was Zelda. She is a great leader- and she helped us to find you," Cadence said, "So you should thank her."
Twilight smiles at me with gratefulness, and I smile back. Rainbow Dash and Apple Jack simply argue with each other about who's more of a damsel-in-distress. Rarity is still complaining about how dirty the cell makes her mane and coat.
Pinkie Pie hops with excitement, and I give her a stern expression. "This isn't a time for celebration. The villains and the monsters are still attacking the kingdom," I said.
"I don't even want to fight those scary villains," Fluttershy told me.
"You have to! Have courage and face your fears!" I reminded her quickly.
Just then, I hear a loud scream and some devious laughter. Was somepony kidnapped again?! "Let's see how many of you are there," I said.
I count the alicorns, the other ponies, and the soldiers. "What happened to Princess Luna?!" I asked.
"Did Nightmare Moon kidnap her?!" Link asked.
"Where did Nightmare Moon take her?" Twilight asked, "Do we have to go to the moon? There's not any oxygen."
"This isn't good," Rainbow said, "There would be eternal darkness. There would be no more Luna."
"And the crops will freeze," Apple Jack said.
"Then who will be the next Moon princess now that Luna is stolen?" Rarity asked.
"Oh, my......." Fluttershy whispered meekly.
"I saw it happen! We must go to the moon," Lana said.
"But didn't Twilight say-" Pinkie Pie said as Celestia interrupts her with her hoof.
"Comrades and recruits! We must find and rescue Princess Luna from Nightmare Moon!" Celestia boomed. I swear that I can hear the warrior-like voice in her tone. She seems about ready to save her sister.
As we get out of the dungeon, we notice a familiar pony trying to stop us in our tracks. I look around- now Canterlot is shrouded in the twilight! "This is not good! Zant has been freed," Midna said with worry in her tone.
"I know," I replied, "We now have to stop Zant."
I realize something. If Celestia, Twilight and her friends can use the "Elements of Harmony," then maybe they have the power to get onto the moon.
"I have an idea. Lana, Midna, Hilda, Impa, and I will fight Zant. Celestia, you can help Twilight and her friends to find Luna," I said.
"What will I do?" Link asked.
"You can go with them, if you want," I said, "But I want you to be safe."
"Okay."
They all teleport to the moon as the girls and I start fighting Zant.

Arrival on the Moon and Equestria's Further Destruction
Link's P.O.V
We teleport to the moon, and I feel surprised at how small the Earth is from a distance. I notice an onyx castle in the distance- so that's where Nightmare Moon is keeping Luna. There are multiple moving shadows on the lunar surface.
"I bet you can revive the Elements of Harmony," Celestia said to Twilight and her friends.
"How?" Twilight asked.
"Just act out the Elements as we try to break into the onyx castle. It seems heavily guarded by the Nightmare Forces."
"The Nightmare Forces?" I asked, puzzled.
"Yes. The Nightmare Forces are created in the Shadow World long ago by the original ruler of that world, called Death Rose. Death Rose is originally the Queen of the Underworld, but when she senses the negative emotions from this world, she decides to turn them into the ponies that are the opposite of us- malevolent, hateful, angry, bitter, and devious. The portal to that world is supposed to be sealed, but when the devious Underworld Queen meets my sister, she can sense the jealousy inside of her. She placed a dark curse on my sister, to corrupt her and create Nightmare Moon."
"Is that how the eternal night almost happened a thousand years ago?"
"Of course. I banished Nightmare Moon because I don't know how I can save Luna from her influence. Then, I found out about Death Rose, and I imprisoned her in the Shadow World out of anger. When Princess Luna returned, Nightmare Moon is separated from her by the Elements of Harmony."
"I've heard some of the story from other ponies that we know."
"I've had a dream about Death Rose a few days ago before the war. She has escaped the Shadow World, and she feels angry that the curse didn't last for long. She wants to destroy the world and to curse all of us. If you ask me about her, she's pretty much immortal. She hasn't died yet, and she's still going strong. Even though I wanted to stop Nightmare Moon, I was no longer connected to the Elements of Harmony. And neither is Luna......."
As we follow Twilight and her friends, a black fog surrounds us. They all scream in terror, except for Pinkie Pie. "Pinkie, why aren't you scared?" Twilight asked.
"Remember the song I sang? Before we first used the Elements?" Pinkie replied.
"Oh. Are you gonna sing that nursery rhyme?" Rainbow remarked.
"It's not a rhyme!" Apple Jack replied.
"I don't want to become Nightmare Rarity again!" Rarity said.
Pinkie Pie starts singing a silly song to get her friends to face their fears. The black fog disappears, and a gem appears. "The Element of Laughter!" She said as she picks it up.
We start walking closer to the castle, and for some strange reason, a few of the shadowy ponies seem interested in Rainbow Dash. "Rainbow Dash, we heard that you're one of the world's greatest flyers. Will you join the Shadowbolts?" One of them asked.
"You already know the answer, and it is no! I will stay by my friends no matter what," Rainbow retorted as the shadowy ponies disappear. Another gem appears.
"The Element of Loyalty," She concluded as she picks it up.
We continue walking closer to the castle, and just as we start walking on the drawbridge, Rarity starts to slip off. "Help!" She screamed, and Apple Jack quickly grabs her.
"Let go. You'll be okay," Apple Jack said.
"Are you sure?"
"Of course. Trust me."
"Okay....... three, two, one......." Rarity starts screaming as Rainbow Dash and I quickly catch her.
Another gem appears- I bet it could be the Element of Honesty, because Apple Jack told the truth. Rainbow Dash and I place Rarity onto the ground, and Rarity thanks us. "The Element of Honesty," Apple Jack said as she picks up that gem.
A shadowy bunny suddenly yelps in pain, and Fluttershy approaches it. "Hey, what's wrong?" She asked as she comforts the creature.
The bunny seems to calm down as a splinter falls out of its front paw. Another gem appears, and Fluttershy gasps. "The Element of Kindness," She said as she picks up the gem.
An unusual wind forces my cap off of my head. "Now it's gone," I said.
"Don't worry. I have a spare green hat that's just as floppy," Rarity told me as she levitates a hat.
She places the hat onto my head, and I smile gratefully. "Thanks," I replied.
Another gem appears, and Rarity picks it up. "The Element of Generosity," She said.
We all walk into the castle, and we notice a huge throne room. Nightmare Moon sits upon the throne, chuckling evilly. Princess Luna is by the window, and she is turned to stone. "You have come to find Luna. Now she's gone!" Nightmare Moon said.
"Why did you turn her to stone?!" Celestia demanded, "Release our sister or feel the power of the Elements! You'll feel sorry that you ever served Death Rose!"
"The underworld queen, huh?"
"Of course!"
Twilight Sparkle and her friends approach Nightmare Moon, and that is when Twilight seems to realize something. "Where's the Element of Magic?!" She asked.
Zelda's P.O.V
Midna finishes Zant off as quick as she can, and the twilight starts to disappear. It is still dark outside, because of Nightmare Moon's desire to shroud the world in eternal darkness. I bet Link is being like a "knight in shining armor" as he tries to find Princess Luna. Canterlot is still not completely back to normal- it is still filled with multiple monsters and possessed guards.
Midna, Hilda, Impa, Lana, and I decide to cleanse this city of the monsters, zombie ponies, and the possessed guards. "Let's save the city," I said.
We start fighting the creatures, and then we infiltrate the buildings to find other creatures. Cadence and Shining Armor continue to fight the bigger enemies. A mysterious alicorn with a dark aura appears, and she starts asking about where Nightmare Moon is. "Who are you?" Shining asked.
"I am Death Rose. I am here to corrupt all the other ponies- I'm the one who creates the Nightmare Forces," The alicorn replied, "I am the Queen of the Underworld!"
"What?! You're the cause of Nightmare Moon!" Cadence said.
"Right you are, cowards that bring light. I will find the moon this very night!" Death Rose said as she levitates a dark staff with a skull. She then disappears as we all stand here, shocked, yet surprised. Is she going to be the major villain or not?
Also, I wonder how many more villains we will encounter. Just as we rush out of the building, we hear a dragon roaring. We look up, and a dragon is attacking a town in the distance. "We must protect the citizens that live in that town!" I declared as we rush out of the city and into that town. Multiple townsponies are screaming in terror.
The stallions are cursing and complaining, the mares are screaming and running around, and the foals are crying and screaming in fright. I summon a golden bow, and I point multiple arrows at the dragon. I then shoot the dragon with the arrows, and the dragon roars in pain as it lands onto the ground. Impa slashes the dragon's wings off, and Midna shoots a magical blast at the dragon. Hilda shoots a magical blast at the dragon's tail.
"So many villains, so many enemies," Hilda said.
"I know," I agreed.
"The monsters have started attacking the citizens! We must protect them," Midna called.
"Don't worry, I can deal with that," Lana reassured.
"I wonder why Luna and Nightmare Moon look a bit like each other, still. It's like when Cia and Lana look a bit like each other," Midna said.
The dragon's dying screams fade to silence as it passes away. The citizens are still afraid because of the creatures that are trying to attack them. Impa and I start attacking the other creatures as quick as we can. It takes about three hours for all the creatures to be killed. It was exhausting, but it's worth the effort and it's worth being a heroine.
The citizens cheer as we walk through the town like the heroes we are. A group of fillies approach us, and they seem a bit afraid, yet worried.
"Is Rarity okay?" The filly with the white coat asked.
"Is Rainbow Dash killed?" The orange filly asked.
"Is Apple Jack still captured by the evil tyrants called Ganondorf and Tirek?" The yellow filly asked.
I immediately hug them in a comforting embrace. "Sisters of the heroines, I assure you that your sisters are safe. They're currently on the moon so that they can save the Night princess from the clutches of Nightmare Moon," I told them.
"Really? But, Apple Bloom's sister isn't seen for weeks," The orange filly said, "And Sweetie Belle misses the comfort of Rarity's words that enter her ears every time she has a bad dream. My name's Scootaloo, by the way."
"Okay, Scootaloo. Are your parents looking for you or your friends?" I asked, "Because it's too dangerous in the kingdom right now. You should be home."
"But, I don't want to stop crusading for cutie marks," Apple Bloom said.
"Me neither," Sweetie Belle added in.
"You can crusade for cutie marks when the war is over," Lana told them, "Go along home, before the monsters find you."
"Alright, but we aren't giving up! We have hearts as strong as horses, and........" Apple Bloom said as she and her friends gently break from my embrace.
They pose with such determination all over their bodies, especially their smiles and eyes. "Cutie Mark Crusaders, filly power!" They said in unison as they walk off.
"Aren't they cute?" Lana asked me.
"A little, but they're probably getting themselves into danger," I replied.
"I agree with Zelda," Hilda said.
"Okay, let's go. There are other towns in need of help, probably," Impa said just as we hear a loud scream for help.
"Follow me," I commanded.
We all rush to a farm, and multiple creatures are attacking the ponies that are in the barn. There are bats feeding on the apples, and the little treehouse is going to fall to ruins. We quickly rush into the barn to save the possible residents. There is an old mare and a well-built stallion that are getting attacked.
Hilda and Midna quickly eliminate the monsters with their magic, and Lana finishes off the bats with her powerful weapons that are magical. Impa and I attempt to escort the other ponies, and they accept it. After all the enemies are defeated, the fillies from earlier are running from a horde of monsters.
"Help us!" Apple Bloom shouted.
"Okay," I said, "Told you that you'd run into danger."
The fillies immediately run to the old mare and the well-built stallion. Lana, Hilda, Midna, Impa, and I immediately fight off the creatures, and now they're all gone. "Better now?" I asked the fillies.
"Of course," Apple Bloom replied.
They huddle together as I smile at them. I really feel bad for them- and the old mare and the well-built stallion almost lost their home. It's all because of Ganondorf's tyrannical rule that could destroy the world! And Tirek is like a co-tyrant. The villainous side is so treacherous to society, that I want to rid the world of evil! "It's okay," I said.
"No, we're not feeling bothered by the villains. The land is getting colder and colder- pretty soon, there will be global freezing," Sweetie Belle said.
"Quiet, smarty-pants," Scootaloo said, "There wouldn't be global freezing. The snow queen never blazed through the world to freeze all of us."
"The snow queen?" I asked, curious.
"We're talking about a mare from a winter movie," Apple Bloom said.
"Oh, right."
I feel a cool breeze blowing my neck, and just as the clouds cover the sky, I expect it to rain. Instead, there is a bit of frost coming down. Maybe the fillies are right, but I am the logical type. It doesn't snow much in Hyrule because it is in the south. Equestria is sort of in the north.

Elements of Harmony Fail, and the Start of the Battle on the Moon
Twilight's P.O.V
Nightmare Moon chuckles evilly as she speaks about Princess Luna. She then approaches her stone body. "Such a beauty, Princess Luna..... Such a shame that you have become a piece of art that keeps me company in the throne room," She remarked as she caresses Luna's cheek.
"Quit it! Where's the Element of Magic?!" I screamed.
"Oh, that's right! I can just stand here and watch you beg for a sixth element!" She simply laughs at me, making me feel hurt and belittled.
I turn my head away from her. Tears start forming my eyes. "You will fail Celestia! You will fail the world! What will you choose now, Twilight?! If you decide to stay on the good side, then there will be eternal darkness and eternal destruction! And there will also be fear, darkness, and corruption everywhere! But, if you want to come to the evil side, then Luna will be free, but I gurantee that Celestia and the rest of the world will hate you!" She concluded.
"Twilight, don't believe her! She's trying to tempt you," Celestia warned.
"Don't let her get to you! We have to save Princess Luna from Nightmare's clutches, remember?" Link said.
"For the return of peace!" My friends said in unison.
I must make a decision right now. If I choose the good side, then there may be peace, but something may happen to Princess Luna. Okay, I shouldn't believe Nightmare's words. If I join the dark side, then there will be eternal wars and chaos, breaking the balance on Earth, time, and even space.
"What do you choose?!" Nightmare asked.
I have come up with a decision. I stand up, firm and determined to speak the truth. I will not let Equestria fall into the clutches of evil. I will stand for peace! "Nightmare Moon, you have never experienced the magic of friendship! The bearers of the Elements of Harmony are here to stop you and to save Princess Luna from a terrible fate! We will not be weak and fearful any longer! We will march and trample the forces of evil," I declared.
"Laughter," Pinkie Pie said.
"Loyalty," Rainbow Dash said.
"Honesty," Apple Jack said.
"Generosity," Rarity said.
"Kindness," Fluttershy said.
"And magic!" I shouted as a magical aura starts surrounding us.
"You go, Twilight!" Link cheered, making me feel extremely confident.
"The magic of friendship will stop you and rescue Princess Luna from your clutches!" I finished as the rainbow beam hits Nightmare Moon.
Nightmare Moon shouts with anger, bitterness, and hate as the rainbow surrounds her. A ball of light then consumes her, and Celestia levitates the ball of light with her magic. She places the ball of light into a pouch, and then she places the pouch into her saddlebag.
Princess Luna is now released from her stony prison, and she notices us. Then, she notices Celestia. "You came to save me?" She asked.
"Of course," Celestia replied.
Link approaches Luna, and hugs her tightly like a close friend would. But, in my eyes, they seem a bit like something more. "I'm so worried about you! I thought you were corrupted or worse!" Link exclaimed, "But, you're safe!"
"Yes. I was afraid that nopony would find me up here," Luna replied, "But, thank you all. And I wonder if Equestria is in a horrible state right now. Let's go save Equestria from the clutches of evil!"
"And the knight has found a princess," Rarity said, "They will sure fall in love."
"Sounds adorable," Fluttershy said.
"Reminds me of a storybook," Pinkie Pie said.
"I'm a sucker for touching reunions," Rainbow Dash said.
"Some of your words ring mighty true, but I'm not sure if an immortal can love a mortal," Apple Jack said in her usual country accent.
"I am almost speechless. They would make an adorable pairing," I said about Luna and Link hugging.
Luna and Link seems to overhear us, and they smile at us. "Sometimes I wonder if you keep a shipping journal," Link said, "Sometimes ponies ship me with a certain mare."
"I wonder if you're planning to hook me up with Link," Luna said.
"Okay, let's go," Celestia said.
Just as we walk out of the castle, we notice an evil-looking alicorn. "Nice meeting you, fools. Would anypony care to tell me where Nightmare Moon is? Call me Death Rose. And Celestia, we meet again after the banishment of your sister," She said.
"Death Rose?!" Celestia asked, "What are you doi-"
Death Rose shoots a magical blast at Celestia, resulting in the pouch falling out of the saddlebag. "Just as I suspected," She said smugly, "Nightmare Moon is locked away in that bag." She uses her magic to open the pouch, and the ball of light escapes the pouch.
Death Rose magically takes out a staff with a skull, and chuckles evilly. She breaks the ball of light with her magic, and the black shadow starts to materialize into a familiar alicorn. Nightmare Moon seems victorious, and chuckles evilly. "You fail," Death said.
Luna's P.O.V
"Fail?! But, Death Rose! Your days of plotting evil and corrupting ponies are over!" I shouted.
"So?! Death Rose and I are planning to combine our powers," Nightmare Moon remarked, "It shall commence!"
How powerful will she be if she fuses with Death Rose? Will a great battle happen on the moon? "Nightmare Forces, help me to combine with Nightmare Moon!" Death Rose commanded the shadows.
All of the shadows, the black fog, and the purple flames surround Nightmare Moon and Death Rose, thus combining them into one pony. "What's happening?" Fluttershy asked in fear.
"You know what's happening," Rainbow Dash said.
"It's going to be dreadful," Rarity said.
"Nightmare Moon is gonna become stronger, for sure," Apple Jack said.
"You're right," Pinkie Pie agreed.
"Oh, here we go again......." Twilight Sparkle said.
"Don't worry. We'll help you in battle," Celestia told them.
"Looks like another boss," Link said.
"You're right. We must be brave and fight her," I agreed, "The fate of Equestria depends on which side wins the war! Let's return harmony to Equestria and rid the land of evilness!"
As the fusing of the two dark alicorns complete, there is a towering alicorn, perhaps a few inches taller than Celestia. "I am Deadly Nightmare," The alicorn said.
Deadly Nightmare has a dark coat with a billowing night mane, and her cutie mark is a blood moon with the skull in the center. Her horn is curved like King Sombra's, and her wings are blade-like with sharp feathers. Her dragon eyes are a deep red. "Prepare to lose!" She declared.
She magically levitates a staff with a horned skull in place of the regular skull. She is very scary, from the inside out. I think she represents the dark side of the moon. I levitate a spear, and she smirks at me for a moment. "What a poor choice, holding a weak spear! What are you gonna do now?" She taunted.
"We will stop you!" I shouted.
"Yeah!" Link shouted.
"The Magic of Friendship will stop you!" Twilight and her friends shouted in unison.
"For the return of harmony and peace in Equestria!" Celestia declared.
And, that's when the battle starts. Deadly Nightmare and I aggressively circle each other, as if one of us is about to attack. Yes, it is true that one of us is going to attack. I shoot a powerful magical beam at her, and her magical beam pushes back. Our magical beams push back and forth as the others watch on.
As her magic overpowers mine, I crash into the lunar surface, and I feel so much pain throbbing in my chest. "She's quite strong," I said as Link rushes to me.
"Are you okay?" He asked.
"I feel pain."
"Here. This takes away pain."
He gives me a bottle with strange blue liquid. "Here," He said.
"Okay," I said as I levitate it to my mouth. I cover my nose as I drink the liquid. As a result, the pain melts away.
I stand up a second later as Celestia begins to battle Deadly Nightmare. She seems to have it easier, because her power is slightly stronger than mine. "Are you going to help your sister?" Link asked.
"I'm giving myself time to heal," I replied.
"But, you seem alright. Are you going into battle once again?"
"I will, this time. Link, you will help out by landing some slashes and other attacks on Deadly Nightmare."
Before we start, I hug him tightly, and then I kiss him on the cheek. "Chosen hero, we believe in you," I said.
Link smiles as we gently break the hug. Then, we both start flying into the air. We approach Deadly Nightmare, and then we start attacking her with various moves and tricks. He is not just a Chosen Hero, but he is also going to be my lover someday. I blush at the thought.

Saving Equestria, and Luna's First Kiss With Link
Twilight's P.O.V
As the alicorn sisters weaken Deadly Nightmare with countless slashes and magical blasts, Link slashes Deadly Nightmare's neck, causing Deadly Nightmare to crash into the lunar surface. "Let's activate the Elements of Harmony," I told my friends.
"Of course!"My friends said in unison as a magical aura surrounds us.
A rainbow beam starts to form, and approaches Deadly Nightmare. Deadly Nightmare quickly gets up, her coat completely covered in blood, as she shoots a magical beam at us. The two magical beams push back and forth. This is a battle, good dreams versus nightmares..... The good side versus the evil side of the same coin...... Good darkness versus evil darkness........
"You can't defeat us because we have the magic of friendship and harmony! Harmony shall return to the world! Friendship shall come back, and there will be no more fear! We're strong, courageous, and determined!" I declared as the rainbow beam inches closer to Deadly Nightmare.
"And the night is supposed to bring about good dreams, not nightmares!" Luna shouted.
"Peace shall return to Equestria!" Celestia shouted.
"There will not be any more wars or temptation!" Link shouted.
Celestia and Luna blast their magic at Deadly Nightmare, helping us to defeat her.
"You will be in the Shadow World for eternity! You and your minions shall never escape again!" We all shout in unison as the ball of light consumes Deadly Nightmare.
Celestia uses her magic to create a portal, and the ball of light sinks through the portal. "There," She said as she closes the portal, "No more corruption."
"Okay, whenever I try to save Equestria, you always do it for me," Luna told her sister, "And our heroines do the same for the kingdom. Link saves Hyrule a few times. Without you, I would have still been on the moon forever. And without Twilight or her friends, I would have still been corrupted."
"Yep," I said, "So, Luna, are you saying that you're thankful for all of us?"
"Of course," Luna told me, "I am. You, your friends, and Link are brave."
Link smiles at her. "We're both brave," He corrected, "Even Celestia is brave."
"Me...... Brave?" Fluttershy asked.
"But isn't bravery the same as brashness in mares?" Rarity asked.
"Everypony knows I'm brave," Rainbow Dash boasted.
"Not as brave as me," Apple Jack told her.
"But, sometimes I get scared," Pinkie Pie said.
"I agree with Pinkie. We tend to get scared sometimes," I said, "But we try to be brave. To me, brave is sacrificing yourself for a friend. It also means telling the truth, and it also means overcoming the obstacles in life."
"That's a perfect definition of brave," Link told me.
"Remember, even the strongest of heroes and heroines have their fears and weaknesses," Luna said as she starts to whisper something into Link's ear.
I wonder if she is whispering sweet nothings into his ear. After that, Link and Luna nuzzle for a second, before Celestia interrupts the victorious moment. "We must save Equestria! The land's in grave danger," She shouted as she uses her magic to teleport all of us.
We are now in Canterlot, and the land seems to be falling to ruins. The beautiful green grass is replaced by an ugly brown dirt, and the magnificient castle is replaced with a scary castle with creepy statues. Canterlot seems to have fallen to ruins, and the sky is filled with storm clouds. There is almost no light, so it's a bit hard to see.
Zelda, Impa, Midna, Hilda, and Lana approach us, and they seem about ready to break into the castle. We all enter the castle, and upon entering, Ganondorf and Tirek attempt to attack us when a magical force field surrounds us. "What?!" Ganondorf asked with anger.
"Give me your magic!" Tirek demanded.
"Never!" My friends and I shout in unison.
"We will stop you," Zelda said.
"You're going down," Midna said, "Down!"
"And you don't touch Lorule," Hilda said.
"You will not prevail!" Luna and Celestia said in unison.
"Destroy the Crystal Empire, and we'll stop you," Cadence and Shining Armor said in unison.
Ganondorf shouts with anger as the dark aura starts to consume him. He starts transforming, and after that, he becomes a giant boar. "I am Ganon!" He shouted.
Tirek and Ganon storm out of the castle and into the battlefield. The alicorn sisters follow after them, and my friends lead the rest of us into the battlefield.
A magical barrier surrounds all of us, especially the villains. "Bring it on," Ganon declared.
"You're going down!" Tirek shouted.
"No, you're going down!" I retorted, "You know what you did to my other treehouse long ago!"
"I don't care!"
Link rushes at Ganon as Zelda takes out a golden bow. Zelda shoots the arrows at Ganon's forehead, and Link slashes him eight times. Impa, Hilda, Midna, and Lana start helping them to fight Ganon. Tirek shoots a huge magical blast at Cadence, and Cadence immediately flies out of the way. Shining Armor attempts to shoot a magical blast, but then Tirek attacks him, causing him to pass out.
Cadence rushes to Shining Armor as Luna shoots a huge magical blast at Tirek. Celestia also shoots a magical blast at Tirek, and Tirek is pushed back slightly. Link tries to finish Ganon off, but then Ganon throws him into the air. Link then crashes into the ground. Luna rushes to him. "Are you okay?" Luna asked.
"Of course," Link replied.
"You don't seem fine. Let me heal you."
Just as Luna begins casting her magic to heal Link, Ganon pushes Luna out of the way with full force. Luna crashes into the ground, and there is some of the dirt on her coat. Lana rushes in between Ganon and Link, and attacks Ganon with her magic.
Celestia flies to Luna's side, and uses her magic to heal her. Luna stands up a minute later, and walks to Link. She heals him with her magic, and then Link stands up. Zelda shoots another three arrows at Ganon, and Link slashes Ganon ten more times.
Luna and Celestia fly into the air as they shoot another magical beam at both of the villains. Just then, Ganon slashes Impa and Hilda, causing them to bleed profusely. Hilda seems to have it worse, and Lana rushes to them, as if to heal them. Tirek shoots a huge magical blast at Celestia, and Celestia crashes into the ground.
I rush to Celestia, and then I start sobbing. "Celestia, don't die!" I said.
Celestia is bleeding profusely, and her beautiful coat is even more covered with blood. Some of her mane is covered with blood. Rainbow Dash attempts to pound Tirek, but Tirek tosses her into the ground. Apple Jack and the rest try to attack Tirek, and Tirek simply attacks them. Luna approaches Celestia, and uses her magic to heal her sister.
Luna finishes healing her a minute later, and Celestia stands up. I stop sobbing as a result as Ganon collaspes to the ground. Link attempts to finish Ganon off with a sword, but he seems to struggle. Luna helps Link to finish Ganon off, and Zelda joins in. Lana uses her magic to help them to defeat Ganon.
When their magic starts to combine, Ganon's screams fade to silence as the light surrounds him. Link leaps off of Ganon's forehead as Luna and Zelda congrulate him. The light disappears through the barrier, as if it's going to a place where the villains are banished to. Tirek then screams in anger as he attempts to attack them. Lana creates a force field to shield Luna and Link from Tirek's powers.
My friends and I start to activate the Elements of Harmony, and an aura surrounds us as our appearance changes slightly. We become Rainbow-Powered, and our powers combine as a rainbow forms. The rainbow pounds Tirek, and shrinks him. A ball of light imprisons him as the light goes through a portal.
The magic barriers all disappear, and it's still dark all over. Lana, Zelda, Celestia, and Luna combines their powers with our powers. The combined magic gets stronger as the light spreads throughout the land. Everything changes back to normal, and Luna then lowers her moon. Celestia rises the sun into the sky as the citizens cheer.
"I can't believe that we won the war," Luna said, "And I feel like a hero again."
"We are all heroes, no matter what we do," Lana told her, "Even though we make foolish mistakes sometimes."
A warm breeze blows our manes as Luna and Link hug each other. "We don't have to part ways, do we?" Luna asked.
"Luna, I will tell you something....... " Link told her.
"What is it?"
"From the moment we met, I fell in love with how beautiful you are, and even who you are. You know to shine through even in the darkest of times. You are very determined, and I love that. You are also open-minded and benevolent."
"Thank you. Even before we met, I knew that you would become a hero that will help us to save Equestria. You are truly a Chosen Hero, Link...... And I appreciate your courageous efforts to save the land from doom. Thank you, Link......"
"You should also thank some of my friends from Hyrule."
"Okay. Thank you, Zelda. Your friends will also receive my gratitude."
Zelda smiles in response. "You're very much welcome, Luna," She said.
Link turns his attention to all of us, and Luna does the same. "Can we have our time to ourselves?" Link asked.
"Why, of course," Celestia said.
"They would probably kiss in private," Rarity whispered to me.
"Maybe," I replied.
"See if any romance will bloom!" Pinkie Pie said.
"More importantly, we saved the world!" Apple Jack and Rainbow Dash said in unison.
"Of course," Fluttershy said, "I wonder how my animals are doing."
Luna's P.O.V
Link and I fly into the air, and there is a huge, white cloud for us to sit on. "At least we get some privacy," I said.
"I know, right?" Link said.
"We shouldn't keep them waiting too long."
I blush as Link kisses me on the lips. I kiss in response, and my heart flutters with pleasure. I gently nibble Link's ear, and then I kiss him on the cheek. He kisses my nose, and I giggle in response. "You have an adorable giggle," He said.
"Thank you," I replied.
Link places his hoof on my lips, and he smiles. I smile in response as we start kissing once again. my kisses go from his cheek to his neck. A minute later, we finish making out, and I am still blushing. "Let's go back," I said, "They probably want to see us right now."
"I agree. And your lips are so soft," Link replied.
We fly back to Ponyville, and then the crowd cheers. "I'm going to throw a huge celebration!" Pinkie Pie said, "Let's party! We saved the land!"
We all cheer in response. "A party sounds great!" I said.

Luna's P.O.V
That night, all the ponies are partying outside. The crowd cheers as they watch Zelda and Link pass by. Link then comes to the table to sit with me, and Zelda sits with the other mares at a different table. "The night is so beautiful," Link said.
"Of course it is. What do you like more, the day or the night?" I asked.
"I'm slightly gravitating towards the night. You look so beautiful in the moonlight, by the way."
"Thanks. The party is a bit wild, if you ask me- but I don't mind the fact that the ponies party and dance under the beautiful night sky, with the stars dotted across the sky and the moon shining brightly in the sky."
"Sometimes when you cast magic, you seem to shine like the moon."
"That's true. Nopony saw my moonlit glory long ago because they once hated the night. Now, some ponies are beginning to love my night."
"I wonder why you refer to the night as your night."
"That's because I'm the Princess of the Night, silly!"
Link chuckles as I use my magic to tickle him. He's being silly again. "Same as how Celestia is the Princess of the Day, and how Midna is the Princess of the Twilight Realm, and how Princess Twilight is the Princess of Friendship. There's also Princess Cadence of the Crystal Empire and Princess Hilda of Lorule," I said.
"So...... Many...... Princesses that save the day," Link replied, "Except for Hilda, though. She was once desperate to save Lorule, so she used Yuga to get the Triforce of Wisdom."
"When did that happen?"
"It was like, two years ago."
"And did Midna do anything once when Hyrule was in danger?"
"She once tried to use me because Zant was trying to shroud the kingdom into twilight. Then, her attitude changed for the better as she helped me to fight a few enemies, and then she defeated Zant for the first time. Sometimes she has a bit of anger issues. You remind me of her sometimes."
I nod as I look around. Pinkie Pie eats a cake in one bite, and Rainbow Dash is pranking some of the ponies. Fluttershy is just sitting and talking with Twilight Sparkle and Rarity. Apple Jack is speaking with Apple Bloom about what has happened. Zelda, Hilda, Lana, and Midna are dancing to the music, while Impa is just sitting down. Celestia is speaking with Cadence and Shining Armor.
Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo approach me, and then they sit down. "Princess Luna, you must have saved the land from the evils," Sweetie Belle said, "Is that right?"
I smile for a moment. "I'm not the only one that did it. Celestia, Twilight Sparkle, and the other ponies that I know have helped me to save the land. I must admit, we all were a bit scared, but we try to be brave when we try to fight the villains and the monsters. Link, Zelda, Lana, Midna, Hilda, and Impa are just visiting because they want to help us. Link and I are getting into a relationship. He accepts me for who I am," I told them.
"Aww, how sweet of Link! Where is he?"
"Right here, next to me."
"That's Link?" Scootaloo said, "I've heard some unusual names that might have originated from the dawn of time. The names sound otherworldly sometimes."
"That's not the right word, Scootaloo! The right word is foreign," Sweetie Belle told her.
"Sheesh, I was right! No need to correct me. Smarty-pants......"
"No name-calling here, please," I said, "That's not very nice. Accept each other's differences, okay?"
"Sorry if we went a bit off topic. What other personality characteristics does Link have?" Scootaloo asked.
"He has a charming side, and most of the time, he's a bit quiet. He can be protective of me sometimes," I replied.
"It's like the play about a knight and his princess, in a way," Sweetie Belle said, "I can see the romance!"
Link and I chuckle in response. I think every filly wants to have a knight that could sweep them off their hooves in such a romantic fashion. "It's not a stereotypical romance, though. I save Link a few times, just like how he saves me a few times," I said.
"Princess Luna, I want to ask you something.... Have you gone into Apple Bloom's dreams yet?" Scootaloo asked, "And how do you fly with ease?"
"I don't think I've gone into Apple Bloom's dream, but I have gone into Sweetie Belle's dream and your dream. And I didn't always fly with ease. When I was very young, I wasn't good at flying, but I kept trying, until one night, I decide to fly through the night sky. I spread out my wings, and then I flap them as I float into the air. I told my sister about what happened that morning, and she was a bit happy for me."
"So, do I have to keep trying?"
"Of course." I smile with honesty.
"Thanks for your advice! I'm sure I'll be like Rainbow Dash someday!"
Scootaloo walks off, and Sweetie Belle seems willing to speak some more. "A singing competition is coming up this week, and I've just chosen the best song that is from a movie. I discover that it slowly speeds up. The competition is called 'Best Young Singer Competition,' and the fillies and colts about my age are auditioning. But, Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon has chosen a song that is probably more famous. I'm worried about that- what if I lose?" Sweetie Belle said.
"Best Young Singer? You mean, that annual competition for fillies and colts? I know you're concerned about the competition, but you have to try your best to win. So, which song has you chosen from that movie? And what song might have Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon chose?" I replied.
"I'm not telling you about what I may sing. It's a surprise. By the way, those bullies have chosen a pop song with multiple bad words in it."
"They decide to choose bad words? I'm shocked- the bad words can be quite obscene, and they shouldn't be cussing."
"I know, right? And I'll try my best, Princess Luna. By the way, the competition will be held at the Ponyville Theatre."
"It's getting late. I think you need to get some rest tonight."
"You're right. I'm going home now. Good night, Princess Luna."
"You can just call me Luna. We don't need to be so formal, because it's not like the Royal Ball."
She giggles as she walks off. A few minutes later, the party ends, and everypony seems about ready to go home. "Link, we can see each other anytime. I'm not going to close off the links between the two kingdoms," I said to Link.
"Okay, Luna. Good-night, my love," He replied as we kiss for a moment.
Lana, Hilda, Midna, and Zelda seem to watch us. "I think that means that we'll visit our Equestrian friends anytime," Zelda said as she turns her attention to her friends, "Right?"
"Right," Lana said, "And Princess Luna has found the friend in me, just as I found the friend in her. I think we will have a close friendship."
"If that means visiting Equestria any time I want to speak with a friend, that's fine with me," Midna said, "But I have work to do in the Twilight Realm."
"I feel like I could relate to Luna because of her dark past. I hope I can see her in a dream," Hilda said.
Celestia approaches us, and then she smiles. "The power of friendship stays strong, keeping the connection between this land and yours intact, Zelda. You do have a lot of determination in your heart- and you seem like a true ruler and leader. A true princess leads and inspires her ponies," She said.
"That's true, but I forget that sometimes. I am more like a warrior on the battlefield than I am when I was just sitting on my throne," Zelda replied, "If one ruler is the shield, then the other is the sword."
"Of course. I defend my kingdom, while you fight for your kingdom with the help of your friends."
Link and I kiss once again before Zelda and her friends start to leave. Link walks off with them, and I smile. Celestia and I fly to Canterlot Castle, and the castle needs a bit of repair. The city also needs repair. "I will watch the night, Celestia. Good night, sister," I said.
"Good night, Luna," She replied as she hugs me, "Also, I found out that you and Link are getting into a relationship. I'm not sure how you would handle his death someday, because a mortal doesn't live as long as an immortal does. Anyways, it doesn't matter who you choose to love."
"You're right, Celestia."
As she walks off to bed, I sit on the throne, getting ready to finish my nightly duties. The moonlight shines through the windows, lighting up the throne room a bit. The moon shines brighter than usual, signaling victory over the dark side. The stars are twinkling cheerfully, like my happiness after the defeat of Nightmare Moon. She is forever gone, locked away in the complete shadowy darkness.
And the Nightmare that once controlled me, can't get to me at all!
