La Mia Nuova Vita

I was born in Pearl River, New York, in 1987.  My mother died when I was only ten years old, in a house fire that left me both orphaned...and homeless. I was adopted by my uncle, who lived in Italy: the country where I would spend the majority of the rest of my days on Earth. Life was normal at first. I lived as any young child would: I played with other children my age, attended school, made friends; lived a normal life. However, after a few years, I began wondering just what it was that my uncle did for a living. It was soon after discovering my uncle's membership to the Assassin Brotherhood that I joined him and others in their underground crusade to protect humanity. I quickly climbed through the ranks, sharpening my skills and honing myself into a perfect killer.

I was known far and wide as a dangerous man to cross: but my blade never tasted innocent flesh. Any who ever felt the taste of my cold steel deserved to meet such a fate: Templars, criminals, abusers of power; none were spared that I deemed target. Finally, at the age of 23, I decided it was time to...partially retire. I returned to an ancient Assassin holding, the Tuscan villa of Monteriggioni, where I planned to start a family. My time living there totaled three years before...something happened, and I found myself in a strange land, in a strange body. My first words upon awakening were in my adopted tongue: Italian.
