Meeting Myself
Load Full StoryNext ChapterThis world was.... cheery. Happy. Cozy. He hated it. Behind a mask made of Jade and Ivory, fear and hatred loomed. He was five ten, and wore a top hat along with a musty denim three-piece that smelled of cigarettes. The mask he wore upon his face was attributed with a smile and large, eyeless sockets.
He had walked for about twenty minutes until he saw a woman skipping towards him with a pink shirt with a balloon bouquet decal and brightly pink hair, to which it seemed had never seen a hairbrush. She turned around and started walking next to him. "Hi!" she said, "the name's Pinkie Pie! What's yours?"
He snapped his fingers, and the mask became more like a secondary face. "Runith," he said, bowing. "Runith Archimedes Habersaxton."
She tried to engage conversation, but he had somehow managed to walk off. "Hey!" Pinkie steamed, "I was talking to you!"
He had sat down at the nearest table he could find, looked at he pocket watch, and conjured the Rylox De Sryx(in short it means"Book of Time" in his language). Pinkie found him and sat down across from "You know, that was kind of an asshole move. Seriously, what the fuck is wrong with you?"
He smirked. "Fine. I guess I'll talk to you. I'm looking for Celestia and Luna. Do you have a picture? It's all I need."
Pinkie lit up. "Oh! I don't, but Twilight might! Follow me!"
Runith looked at where she heading, a library just a block away. He snapped his fingers and appeared at the door. He knocked twice, paused, and knocked once more. He was greeted by some green-haired teen, maybe between the ages of 15-17. Runith said promptly, " Twilight, please." At the time he said Twilight, she had been coming down the stairs.
"What do you need?" "I need a picture of Celestia, Luna, or both, please. Twilight pulled a picture off a shelf. "Why do you need it?"
Runith quickly replied with, "I need it to maximize the distance of a teleportation spell. In fact, I need to touch the picture, please."
She looked surprised."Teleportation?"
Runith smiled. "Yes, teleportation. I mastered the spell in about two days. Better than your mastery, even though you can only do short distance. Goodbye." There was a brilliant flash of light, and he was gone.
