The Counts of Runith Archimedes Habersaxton
Simply Gorgeous
Previous ChapterRarity had been making the fall line of designer clothing for Hoity-Toity when the doorbell chimed. Rarity shut off the sewing machine.
"Coming!"
She walked into the "store" section of her boutique and found a man casually browsing three-pieces and tuxedos, so on, and so forth. Rarity cleared her throat to gain his attention, turning him around and showing his (creepy as shit) mask. She asked him "Would you like any help?"
The man's mask started moving as if it were his face."Actually, yes. I would like a rent-able and directions to a dry-cleaner, please."
Rent-able. Rarity hated this term with all of her soul. Rent-ables were for cheapskate losers who didn't have any money. The man piped up with, " Ya know, you should really watch who you call a "cheapskate loser". it offends people."
Impossible! It's impossible to read someone's mind! How could he.....what? Why? Where? The man continued speaking. "Anyway, I am Runith, Runith Archimedes Habersaxton. Now that we have each other's names, down to business. Rent-ables and dry cleaners, please. Or maybe dinner?"
Rarity reeled in both astonishment and shock. "Wait, what? You come in here, ask for a returnable that I don't have and dry cleaners, read my mind, and in general be creepy as shit, then ask me out on a date?"
"Yeah. You're fucking beautiful. You'd have to be stupid as shit to not realize this. Plus, I know you get off work at about 7:30. I got nothing to do at 7:30."
Rarity was amazed how straight-forward Runith was being. "Alright, I'll do it. I'll go out with you. But you'd better not be late. Or else it's off."(holy fucking shit I took the generic way out)
Runith left the store. Rarity started dashing about, trying to make a dress that would suit this date perfectly. The first color that went in her mind: Red. Brilliant red. It took about two hours to complete it: a red version of a Little Black Dress. She heard a horn honk outside, and ran out out the door, pulling up her left spaghetti strap. she looked up to see (Holy fucking shit it's an) Audi. In the driver's seat there sat a pale person with auburn hair and scarlet eyes. "Runith, is that you?"
"Yes, it's me. I didn't tell you I'm an albino, did I? I just dye my hair auburn because I like it. It completes my look."
Rarity got in the car, and after 30 minutes of driving and ice-breakers, they arrived at Sticks Grille and Winery. Rarity jumped out of the car. "You know, I've always wanted to-" Runith interrupted her by saying "I know. I always know. remember this."
Both Runith and Rarity walked into Sticks, Rarity unable to hold her excitement. A waiter had greeted them, more on the side of Runith, by saying "Mister Habersaxton! A table for two tonight?"
Runith gave a curt "Not tonight, Argus."
Why was Runith actin so strange? How could he know the waiter? Wha--- Rarity saw the flash of a blade- and felt separation of her torso and her legs. Her torso fell to the floor, with the last thing she saw and heard was a choking, gargling sound and Runith landing in front of her with some random person, pulling his stomach out his throat.
Rarity woke up on the floor, her hair caked and in a pool of vomit. "It's okay, it was just, ummm, just a very vivid nightmare. Yeah. That's all."
Rarity took a shower, making sure that she cleaned her hair completely. The doorbell chimed. "Helllooooo?"
She felt a chill run down her spine. No. It was just a dream. Nononononononononono. No. Rarity grimaced as she walked into the store part-and there he was. He smiled and said, "Dinner was delicious! Emeralds. Thank you." He left the store.
